Me gustó la limpieza, la cama muy cómoda, la piscina limpia y grande, las habitaciones espaciosas y con AC.

Pésimo personal, el único sr amable fue el del carrito que nos llevaba a la playa, después meseros, baristas, recepción todos muy parcos, necesitan una dosis de buena actitud urgente. Había mucho personal y casi nada de gente hospedada y se iban a otro lado para no atender y todo de mala gana.

La atención de Franco fue lo mejor. El lugar hermoso y excelente la ubicación. Todo perfecto.

Café da manhã com opções sem gluten, cama grande, piscina muito boa, funcionários muito simpáticos, restaurante dentro do hotel e próximo dos principais restaurantes. Também conta com transfer para a praia com toalha na praia. Tivemos um problema com cheiro de comida vindo do quarto ao lado que era uma kitnet e nos trocaram de quarto muito rapidamente.

A pior parte desse hotel e acredito que deva acontecer com todos em Aruba acontece no café da manhã. É servido estilo buffet, exceto o café e o leite que são trazidos na mesa. Mas isso só é desse jeito porque no final da refeição eles trazem uma conta zerada apenas para cobrar a gorjeta (tipi). É extremamente constrangedor. Não basta pagar uma fortuna na diária e ainda tem que pagar gorjeta pra tudo. Bem chato isso.

Nada me quedé sorprendido por el Mantenimiento del hotel nos tocó una hab súper greande con dos camas queen cocina y living y balcón al llegar nos recibieron con una botella de vino argentino me quedé sorprendido el personal es lo más valorado

The facilities are OK, nothing super impressive. The beach is only a short walk away and it is close to the restaurants in Palm Beach. Gym is decent and the pool as well. Did not spend any time at the pool though with the great beaches you can visit in Aruba. Jose, one of their doorman, is great with a lot of great recomendations.

The hotel has a main issue with their staff, they are very unfriendly and will never live up to your request. They have a serious issue at the beach, where they only have 15 umbrellas and you will need to show up VERY early to find a good spot. On top of that the bach staff sells the umbrellas to non hotel guest, there has been serious trouble at the beach with non US guest. The beach location is VERY small, and they also dont have a bar at the beach, just food delivered that 90% of the time they screw up the order, and they do not sell acoloholic bevarages, so foget about having a beer at the beach. On top of that, they have a rental site right next to the very few umbrellas and chairs at the beach, which can be annoying at times. The service at the restaurant is terrible, it took several times for me to get up just to get a menu, and 25 minuntes for a capuccino. On top of that, they add a 15% service charge just because, it does not matter if you have received a good service. Even though the restaurant closes at 1030, the icea cream shack closes at 10, reasons unknown and non sense. One night we had to rush our order at 930 cause staff was leaving. It was not an unpleasent stay, but I would not stay here again at all. Several guests complained about the same issues.

Breakfast was very good. However looks like everyone was expecting a tip from you, which was a little uncomfortable.

The rooms are very close to the other rooms and despite I complain about the noise at 2 am and request a change of a room. The staff didn't provide any help.

Great atmosphere! Our bartender Jordanis was AWESOME!!!! She endured my party and I was always good. She made some bomb drinks! So Impressed with her customer service & demeanor. I mean the entire staff was GREAT but I spent quite a lot of time by the bar…. With her lol. I love it there!

The Mills-courtyard by Marriott. This was a great experience, the staff were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Want to give a big shout out to Jordanis for her impeccable service. She is the best. I would definitely recommend and visit the property again with staff like Jordanis.

I had a great time at the courtyard by Marriott/ the mills! The bartender jordanis was fabulous with custom drinks and so friendly and nice, the pina colada premium she makes omg, she made my birthday extra special! Would definitely go back, if you go please don’t skip the bar it’s top 10, she’s has a great personality and make you feel welcomed.

Breakfast is outstanding and a real value. Kids had fun at the pool. Staff are great and the onsite restaurant is a solid option.

We spent a lot of time at the bar and Jordanis was amazing. She made sure are drinks kept coming. She made my wife and i’s drinks perfectly. They tasted amazing. We watched her run circles around the others behind the bar as well as outside the bar serving tables. She has a very friendly demeanor with everyone. Our food was also amazing. I can’t say enough good about her.

El desayuno es muy completo, el personal es super amable y el transfer a la playa tiene muy buena frecuencia, si bien se podría ir a pie tranquilamente, cuando hace tanto calor este servicio se valora.

El espacio de playa es un poco acotado, pero siempre hay disponibilidad de toallas y reposeras.

Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, son cómodas y ofrecen todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones relajantes. Uno de los mayores atractivos es su ubicación: la zona de Palm beach con una variedad de restaurantes y lugares para salir de fiesta, la playa está muy cerca, tienes espacio con sillas y sombrillas, se llega en carro de golf en dos minutos (el hotel tiene el transporte para sus huéspedes), y es realmente hermosa, con aguas cristalinas y un ambiente perfecto para descansar. En general, solo tenemos comentarios positivos sobre este hotel. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos a cualquiera que visite Aruba.

Leidy a waitress that served us was the sweetest. She served us with a big smile full of life. We had a bad day after our flight being canceled. She turned our frowns upside down. 😀

Great pool and outdoor recreation area with multiple bars, dining, Starbucks and gelato. Big rooms, well appointed. Our family suite had direct access to the jacuzzi just 10 steps out the back door. It also had a kitchenette. Feels like it’s in the middle of things in a good way. This property is now under Courtyard Marriott management and is seriously the nicest Courtyard you will ever see. They even do welcome cocktails and snacks.

We did no see anything negative. We only were there two days, it was a stopover before flying. I would stay longer. One thing I did notice was, no direct beach access… you take a golf cart shuttle. Wouldn’t be a problem for people who don’t spend much time at the beach.

Que hotel maravilhoso! Superou demais nossas expectativas! Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos, alegres, educados e prestativos. O atendimento e acolhimento do hotel é sem igual. As áreas comuns são incríveis (bar/restaurante), piscina fantástica, bar da piscina uma delícia, na recepção sempre uma água geladinha te esperando! Café da manhã mais do que completo e muito gostoso, ótimo atendimento também! O quarto grande, cama/colchão/travesseiro/edredom maravilhosos, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, banheiro bom, banheira ótima. A varanda dava pra piscina e só entrávamos/saíamos por ela. Ganhei uma massagem no spa de 10 minutos maravilhosa, e ganhamos welcome drink também. O único "porém" é que o hotel não era na beira da praia, mas que não fez diferença alguma porque tinha um shuttle ótimo e divertido toda hora que levava e buscava os hóspedes e era super pertinho e rápido (se não tivesse também daria pra ir a pé). Na praia, havia água gelada sempre, e cadeiras, guarda sol e toalhas do hotel - além do serviço de alimentação e bebidas. Recomendo demais, um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei hospedada!

Tivemos um único imprevisto. O hotel era para "não fumantes" porém havia áreas externas específicas onde se podia fumar. O problema é que não havia sinalização de onde podia/não podia, e cada hora falavam uma coisa... meu marido estava uma noite fumando em um local que haviam falado pra ele que podia, quando foi abordado abruptamente por um segurança com mais dois funcionários repreendendo ele de forma grosseira. No dia seguinte ele reclamou com o gerente, ele explicou que onde podia fumar era um pouco para o lado de onde ele estava e se desculpou pelo ocorrido. Poderiam colocar sinalização de "smoking area" para não haver mais esse tipo de problema, além de ensinar os seguranças/funcionários uma maneira mais educada de abordar os hóspedes - ele podia ter ido sozinho apenas pedir para ele fumar no local correto, ao invés de abordar grosseiramente com mais 2 pessoas junto.

Experience with this person is she is really good. I think she’s one of the best and when she comes in, ask her about her drinks and we want to eatshe make sure I drink it’s good. Also, she make sure I full come good and check check with us how the food came out so I think she deserve to be receiving award as best person in the hotel.

Hice una reservación de una habitación con vista ala piscina con tina de baño y me dieron otra habitación que no era sin tina. Hice el reclamo y que la culpa era de booking.

We are repeat clients. The rooms, pool area and grounds are very clean and well kept. The hotel is perfectly located for us. a 5 minute walk to the beach and a fifteen minute walk to all of the restaurants and bars. On site restaurant and bar were very good.. Full breakfast included in the price. The staff was excellent. Value for money was excellent.

Location, atmosphere and rooms were excellent. Breakfast was included and EVERYTHING was top notch. Server, Marlene, was exceptional. She took care of the needs of eight, demanding people. She was great.

No meu gosto acredito que o café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar. A qualidade dos ovos mexidos é ruim. Ausência de manteiga de qualidade e Ausência da minha fruta preferida "mamão". Acredito que a administração deve ficar atenta à utilização das cadeiras e toalhas de praia. Percebi pessoas não hospedadas no hotel tendo cadeiras reservadas. Percebi pessoas não ligadas ao hotel oferendo a estrutura do hotel (cadeiras/toalhas) para pessoas não hospedadas.

Breakfast was good but the staffs couldn't get our orders right. They messed up our omelette orders 3 out of 4 days we were there. Jorick was the worst. really slow and terrible service.

The worst hospitality with Marriott I ever been with. Service was terrible. The curly hair bartender girl ignored me and other lady who been trying to get service when it wasn't even busy at the bar and Jose pool boy need more training for service industries and bartending class. I ordered skinny margarita with Jose and I told him only tequila and fresh lime juice but he gave me super sweet margarita and I couldn't drink it so I had to return but he said it was made exactly what I said, I asked him back how he made it, the answer was tequila and margarita mix. How couldn't they know that the margarita mix has so much sugar and very sweet? my order was simple and shouldn't be messed up. I hate to return things or complain about it because I am also in service industry like them but this trip was just horrible. Everything was so wrong since checking in that I didn't want to go to every details. I wanted to join the Aqua Zumba class at 11 so I went to the pool and waited for it. At 11.15 I asked the staff if the class was still going on because it was late, the answer was " it's island time, people don't care about what time it is, you should enjoy your vacation without looking at your time!" I was stunt and wow! Is this how the staff talking to guests?? so unprofessional. During 5 days stay, I tried to avoid contact those people, I didn't even to talk to them, concierge desk also rude so I ended up buying all tours online because I preferred to deal with someone else instead of talking to people there. I went out and spent money somewhere else instead of doing that at the hotel so I could get better service and smile. I would say the worst thing of my trip is staying here. Will never come back to the Mill again and hope you can do better in the future.

This is my fourth time staying here, and I still absolutely love this place. Every staff member is attentive, warm, and energetic, making each stay a wonderful experience. I’ve noticed many improvements since my previous visits. They’ve added lounge chairs by the pool, offer live music every night with talented singers, and even host water aerobics sessions in the mornings. For families with children, the Kids Cave is fantastic. It’s much more than a basic playground like those at many other resorts. They have dedicated staff who keep the kids entertained, including Javier, the magician. He is incredibly friendly, funny, and great with children. My kid absolutely loved his magic shows. We had an amazing time during this stay and created many wonderful memories. We will definitely be coming back again!

The Mill is a great choice for a visit to Aruba. This is our 3rd trip to Aruba and 2nd at the Mill. Location: We love the location. It’s a short walk to the beach (Palm Beach) or if you prefer you can get the shuttle which takes a couple of minutes. Its also only a 10 minute walk up to strip where all the restaurants and shops are. But equally far away enough that is quiet. There’s bus stops just outside if you want to head up or down the coast and don’t have a car. The last 2 times we hired a car but this visit to Aruba we didn’t need one. Beach: We love the beach area at the end of Palm beach. The Mill has an area in between the Riu and St Regis. They have beds, parasols, towels and even floaty mats to use on the water. There’s also cold ice water. Everything you could need. If you want to buy food or ice cream , Bugaloe beach bar is a couple minutes walk. It’s also an easy walk down the coast to Eagle Beach. The beach has stunning scenery, clear water and right in front of the painted tower and deck which you can swim out to ( we love this!) Every day we’d swim to the tower. The kids love jumping off and there’s plenty of fish living underneath so a nice little bit of snorkelling just off shore. We liked the puffer fish. Also lots of big hermit crabs living on the bottom if you can spot them. This bit of Palm beach really has everything we need. We went up to Boca Catalina (on the bus) one day to snorkel but otherwise were very happy with the Beach area the Mill offers. Wifi is also available at the beach. Staff: All the staff are friendly and attentive. We were checked in and out by Glen. He was very helpful. Staff were happy to print my boarding passes on check out. The staff in the Allegra restaurant were all exceptional. Food: Last time we stayed we were bed and breakfast only but this time through Expedia there was only a full board option. I had emailed the hotel a couple times as being a vegan and vegetarian family I was a bit concerned about the a la carte options. Sadly I didn’t get a reply. I also messaged the restaurant directly on facebook and they did reply saying someone would email me to discuss options for our stay but they didn’t. If you eat meat and fish then not a problem for you but we did struggle a bit as the menu was limited. I have to say the staff were fantastic and actually very accommodating during our stay. I just felt awkward every meal time having to ask for modifications. “Can I have the fish tacos without the fish” etc. It would have just been nice to have seen more vegetarian/vegan options to save this complication every meal time. My son was happy with margherita pizza (and ate 9 during our stay!) but the rest of us did prefer a bit of variation. As a vegan of 20 years I was very surprised to see a menu with no vegan options. I have to say though the full board option is very good value with all meals included. Aruba can be very expensive to eat. Rooms: Rooms are large and clean. Beds very comfy. We had a garden view which in my opinion is better as the pool view could be noisy. There’s a kitchenette with basic supplies if you want to cook and a large fridge with freezer. We did go to Superfoods to get snacks in some basic provisions. We walked there (30 mins) and got a taxi back. You can also getting shopping delivered. The only thing I think is lacking from the room is an option to have a roll out bed (or have 2 singles and a double instead of 2 doubles ) as my children are 8 and 11 and refused to share a bed so we had to share with a child in each bed. On Expedia it did say roll out beds were available I booked but they are not. I really want to stay at the Mill again if we go to Aruba but this would be a limiting factor for us sadly. If they offered a ‘family room’ with separate beds (or a roll away bed ) option that would be useful. I would love to stay here again. Facilities: We used the laundry on our last day. Its $3 for a token for the washer and same for the dryer. Its $1 for detergent. The cycles are both 30 minutes. Very convenient. We used the ‘market’ once to buy 2 large sharing bags of crisps on our last day. It came to $22 which was pretty crazy! There’s very limited items to buy, mainly snacks and drinks. There's a gym on site. My partner used it twice. The Pool: We love the pool area. Both pools are great. One is only 1m deep so great for kids. There are loungers in the pool which have been upgraded since our last stay. Always plenty of sunbeds free. We love the large Bali beds which fit all of us on and under shade, they are very comfy. We never had a problem getting one. Pool towels are available from the hut. Its very relaxing around the pool although there’s usually music from the bar. In the evening there was live music which always sounded good. The wildlife: The iguanas definitely need their own mention. They are incredible. You are never far from lizards at the hotel and they are just beautiful and wonderful to see lounging around soaking up the sun. Aruba is famous for the iguanas and the Mill is a great place to see them. Also lots of beautiful birds around. A very tropical feel to the place. We saw a toad one morning too. Outside the hotel is a freshwater ditch with turtles and sometimes a heron. Sadly, this is quite dirty and always had rubbish in it. This could have done with more maintenance to protect the wildlife. Just one thing to be aware of, they charge your credit card before check out. I assume they do this to save time but I actually had a lot of cash left which I would have preferred to have used. Overall we love the Mill. Yes mealtimes were a bit problematic for us but the food was good quality and staff were helpful and friendly. We love the location, facilities, iguanas and the beach area and would definitely go back.

Excelente estadia, las instalaciones, el personal, la habitación..todo muy bien..muy limpio y bien mantenido.

Una lastima el estado del colchón y almohadas, muy blando .. difícil descanzar. Otro problema que tuvimos es que solicité algun panificado sin gluten para el desayuno, no habia.. me prometieron para le día siguiente pero nunca llego.

We had a wonderful stay at The Mill Resort! Our housekeeper, Astrid, did an amazing job keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The Kids Club was also a highlight — Javier put on a fantastic show for the children with magic tricks and balloon animals. The kids absolutely loved it and were so impressed. Thank you for helping make our family vacation so memorable!

I had the most amazing time at the mill. The staff is super friendly, reliable and made our stay worthwhile. John Zara was an amazing server who is respectful and hard working.

The convenience of kitchenette for making my own meals and the staff are always helpful , smiling and the go out of the way for the guests .

Walking towards the rooms the hallways are made of wooden planks and whenever guests are walking towards theirs suites it’s very noisy because they rolls the luggages on the wooden planks,also the suites are closed to each other so when guests open or closed doors it’s noisy. Another thing breakfasts is the same everyday not many varieties, pools are kept clean there’s also shuttles to the beaches. Anther flaws at the Mills Resort taxi services is very lousy and the resort does not provide transportation services to airports. I also find that the resort is very pricey for the location also the supermarket is not near by and it’s very expensive.

We were amazed by the beautiful views of this beautiful resort, we will absolutely recommend it to all of our friends and families, that Aruba is the Marriott Resort in Aruba is the perfect spot to enjoy for anyone looking for an adventure.

Café da manhã excelente, com bastante variedade. Piscinas aquecidas e áreas mais rasas para as crianças brincarem à vontade! Não fica em frente à praia, mas tem shuttle bastante disponível e trajeto muito curto. Chegando à praia, você tem toda a assistência do hotel com cadeira, guarda-sol, toalhas, água gelada e boias. O quarto é amplo e tem cozinha, o que ajuda muito para quem viaja com crianças pequenas. Estacionamento à vontade e grátis.

Podem aparelhar um pouco mais a academia, mas de um modo geral é tudo excelente!

Everything, I loved everything. This was our first time in Aruba and it exceeded our expectations. The Mill felt like our own private resort. The room, grounds and service was excellent. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and greeted us at every corner. The front desk was a pleasure to talk to. Always very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety so you can eat something different every day. We also dined at Allegra bistro one day when we didn’t feel like joining the night life. The shuttle to the beach was readily available to take us when we wanted. Although we loved the pool and spent most of our days there. The lizards and beautiful birds roaming about added to the charm. What I loved the most was the fact that we didn’t have to fight over the lounge chairs or cabanas. We found space any time of day we went. Overall we loved out stay at the Mill and will definitely be back.
