I only like it because it was not far from our venue. Outside looks beautiful but inside too old.

Everything is old, so why not even paint the doors. They gave me a blanket with blood stain. That was unacceptable. No smart tv at this day and age.

The mattress was nice and firm, which was good for my back. Would love to get one for myself. 😀You could tell the room and bathroom was renovated, with modern flooring and titles, and sink etc. in the bathroomwhich I liked.

The pillows were too soft and not comfortable. The TV didn't work too well...maybe it was the wifii or the fact that it rained a lot during our stay. I like that you get fresh towels everyday, however I didn't like the fact that a cleaning staff member came into the room and took the used towels, when we weren't there. We had to ask another cleaning staff for towels. The lady who was in the room came back later to provide us with fresh towels, which we had already gotten from her co-worker. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

In years past we have stayed here and I have to say my son and I were impressed with the improvements from our last stay. It was bright clean and comfortable.

Busy street .

It has been a long time since we stayed in a motel and frankly, most get a bad rap. Also, it is clear that this one had some exterior doors that needed attention (dents, etc.), but when we opened the door to our suite, we were pleasantly surprised! First, it satisfied our requirements: 3 beds. We are traveling with two teenagers, in addition to my wife and I, so this one hit that mark. And the beds themselves were pretty comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed the spaciousness of our bedroom as it also had a desk and chair. We did not see that coming in a motel! Also, it had a pretty large refrigerator which was great for us because we were traveling on roadtrip for a week between Chicago and Toronto/Niagara Falls and Montreal. This motel in London was our final stop before heading back to Chicago the next day. Also, while we didn't have much time to explore the area, my wife and I did manage to drive to downtown London the evening we stayed. There was a large festival in a park down there, and it was fun to see people having a good time and pretty orderly about it. We also found a restaurant to grab a bite. It really hit the marks for us, and I thought it was the best value of the three accommodations we had in Canada.

There wasn't too much that we didn't like apart from that fact that, as I said, it looks like the complex could still use some exterior TLC and cleanliness.

It was newly renovated. The washroom was clean and nice. The room was a satisfactory size.

The TV didn’t have channels that show live sporting events. We woke up in the morning to red ants all over the floor and on the bed. My partner was bit by them on his back and legs. We reported it to the front desk staff, and they didn’t want to do anything about it.

Access key would not work ,staff had to reboot the system pushed my meeting time back . Outside door frame was in disrepair. bed was small and rolled all over the room

The hotel was not clean, and needed updating....they were doing renovations but not sure if it was for the interior or exterior. It served its purpose for the cost.

The snow by our door could have been shovelled. A bust of a hazard by the stair.

Very old and run down. Many of the floor tiles were cracked, very old and outdated bedding, furniture, and room decor.

Room was older decor but very neat and tidy. Beds were made and there was little staining around the room. What you can expect for the price but very happy with the hotel for my mother for the night. I can see they are renovating as well which I am happy to see.

The price was very affordable, with basic amenities as expected, and it was clean.

These are not complaints, rather they are suggested improvements for the near future when current construction and renovations in others parts of the motel are finished. Hopefully attention will be given to necessary repairs in rooms like ours. There are broken tiles by the toilet in the bathroom and the drain is chipped in the sink. The baseboard moulding is loose all around the room. The bed is a bit lumpy and sags to the middle.

Clean and spacious room, clean washroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Located right on a main road called Dundas street. Has coin laundry on site.

The TV could have been a smart TV so that we could watch Youtube. The programs on cable TV were boring.

Close to the airport

Room was a dump. Baseboards missing or falling off. Cracked ceramic tile. Bathroom floor by toilet not only had cracked tile, but the floor felt "squishy". Shower pressure was low, the tub by the drain "flexed " when you stepped on it. Definitely signs of sub floor issues. Who puts a non vapor proof electrical octagon box extending out from the bottom of the wall 2 feet from the tub/ shower/ toilet?? Tub/shower faucet ran all night.

I love Knights Inn in London, Ontario. I stay here often when I’m in town. The rooms are always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is great being close to many shopping and dining opportunities, such as Argyle Mall.

Some simple breakfast options would be good, having to walk to the reception to get a coffee in a plastic cup is not great. a bit of renovation in the rooms would help as well. things were falling into disrepair.

Was going to casino so booked this place because it was fairly close. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. New floor. Clean. Had a table and 2 comfy chairs.

Tv reception was terrible at night couldn't see a program but in the day it was back to normal.

Location close to airport.

No coffee machine on the rooms. Had to wait for staff to make coffee in the main office area.

Always stay there convient, clean and reasoable price
