I typically enjoy staying at roadside motels and have had my fair share of questionable stays. However, this place was extremely run down and in poor condition. Although my room was non-smoking, as were the rooms on either side, there was a used ashtray directly outside the window and the room smelled strongly of smoke. The air conditioner was extremely old and smelled musty and moldy whenever the fan was running, making it unpleasant to have on. The towels were also very thin, small, and clearly well past their useful life. I left and cancelled my two-night stay approximately 30 minutes after checking in due to the condition of the place. I was advised that I would only be charged for the first night, but I was charged for both nights.

The heart shaped hot tub was awesome for me and my girl, and as far as I know it's the only place that has smoking in the room. It was a great night!

The Motel was in the perfect spot, management was very welcoming, and the room very clean.

Everything was great other then for the second time they took the booking amount off my card twice once when booking and again at the hotel when I checked in . Draining my account leaving me with no money to survive off of for the next 2 weeks until I am paid again . I booked my stay so that my girlfriend could go back and forth to the hospital for her medical treatments only to realize upon leaving that I have no money left as I was billed twice . And by the looks of things I won't receive my initial money back for 7-12 business days ... Guess Ill eat my leather wallet this week for lunch ! Other then that room was great

Everything! Nice and clean, staff was very welcoming and friendly! Rooms were so big and comfortable! The TV selection was amazing. We had every single possible streaming site plus live TV.

This facility is older but well kept. The staff were very gracious in allowing me early check in and cleaning a ground floor room for me when I asked for it. I was very pleased with my stay here.

The chairs at the desk were uncomfortable but a pillow from the bed solved that.

The room that they gave me smells smook heavily. They changed my room, but the second one still smells awful. If you do not have a problem with the smell of cigars, go ahead, good place to stay, and the price is reasonable, but for me it was intolerable. I left the hotel 3 hours after check-in, and I booked somewhere else at a higher price. It was an awful and expensive experience. They didn't return my money, and booking.com did not follow up for returning my money, even though I booked the second room from Booking.com (I paid for two rooms in different hotels on the same night because of the low quality of the first motel) And please do not consider the rating of this facility on the booking.com, it's not true anymore. I think the management has changed. Check the rating on google map thats true.

I asked for a quiet room. I needed rest for a ball hockey tourney downtown. The manager put me in a room in the back not attached to motel. It was perfect. It is an older motel therefore a musty smell. Just open windows. Light a candle. The price is perfect. I liked this place will return next year if I play.

Just love that i can smoke in the hot tub. It really is a much better stay when i can smoke in the hot tub. i will deffenetly be coming back. Hopfully one day there is more locations to choose from. I cant wait till i go back.

All was great as usual.

Everything was clean and in working condition. The lights, the towel rail and toilet holder were sturdy and properly affixed, packaged heat/AC unit worked and was quite, the small desk and two chair were sturdy. The key card door lock worked perfectly as well as the dead bolt. The window and door could open and close well.

The free Wi-Fi did not work. There were so many smokers in and around. Everything smelled of cigarette smoke, but I do have a sensitive nose. Most people might not even notice it. The bedding was a bit light but you could heat up the room with the heating/AC unit.

It was a safe clean comfortable place to stay . the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, lots of space with a small fully equipped kitchen., clean toilet and bathtub. Big window with lots of light . Helpful and friendly 24 hour staff. For the price it was worth it.

A bit noisy especially in the mornings. Can hear traffic out in the parking area and passing by on Dundas Street.the toilet was clean but kinda small and a bit too close to the wall on one side . However For the price charged and what one gets in return . It does not justify complaining about it .

We loved our sexy themed room. Fantastic jacuzzi for two. Loads of mirrors. Cool retro decor. Even sexy channels on the TV (as well as normal non-sexy channels.) Staff was friendly. Would visit again!

We frequently stayed here in the past and expected the same experience...but

We booked a queen bed room, but upon arrival we were given a room with 2 double beds. So, went back to reception and asked about our queen room. He got on the phone with his mom, and then tried convincing us that the 2 double needs were both queen size. Sorry buddy, BIG difference. Also, we were kept up by the noisy heater which is midway up the wall beside the beds. As a couple who always make sure to leave the room clean and kept, who don't cause issues..... we were quite disappointed
