The suite was amazing

The accommodation was set up for student sharing. I had access to one bedroom out of 4 via keycard and the kitchen/lounge area. I felt very safe. Bedroom was clean good size and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean with a decent shower. Good public transport links into London with regular buses. Although the campus was effectively shut for the summer there was a cafe opened limited weekday hours that served hot good quality and reasonable cheap food (see below) and a convenience store (also see below!) Despite the lack of catering options this was great value for money.

Not being able to cook ! The accommodation was set up for self catering with a decent fridge and microwave. . However on arrival there were absolutely no plates, cups cutlery etc. No way of boiling hot water so cooking was completely out of the question. Would have been nice to know this in advance. Also the last weekend I was there the entire campus was closed except the residence buildings. I wasn't aware of this until the day when I tried to buy food at the on campus convenience store when signs were put up.

Clean, modern, practical, beautifully-maintained and conveniently located near the multi-day activity that we were visiting London to attend.

Quite literally: nothing that we didn’t like; we had absolutely no complaints. It suited our purposes perfectly.

Very good value for money especially compared to other options. Very friendly, professional staff at receptions at both Merlin & Peregrine Houses. Very much appreciated free parking for our stay. The suite style accommodation is a very good fit for families.

Good to find the location with sign on roads. The parking is a little far. The suite has 4 bedrooms, we reserved two only, so the other two were locked. So we used the big living room and 2toliets.

Rooms were specious and clean. Kyle was very kind,helpful and good. He attended to all our needs. The staff were also very helpful. My family and were allowed late check-out.

The fact that i had to pay for my family and I laundry. Secondly ,the cleaning people only cleans the appartment once a week. We had to request for the appartment to be cleaned twice a week.

That's not an apartment, this is simply rooms on students campus.The whole advertising is misleading... I don't need a few separate rooms with some of them closed, not nights lamps by bad/mattress,and a huge shared main room like the kitchen or hole. The meaning of the apartment is misleading.. it's a University campus...

Directions could have been better. We had to check-in twice in 2 separate buildings. Rooms were spartan but good value for the money.

Private bathrooms and bedrooms in one suite was perfect. Great value for the nightly rate. It was relatively easy to add an extra night on our stay, though did require some follow up on our end to confirm. Staff were very friendly and always helpful.

Parking was a bit far, but understandable. Maybe we missed it in the listing, but it was not clear whether cable for the TV was available or only streaming services.

Their manager was quite slow, Respond me after 6 days. The room is full of strong smoke smell, disgusting.

Clean, spacious, private. Rooms are 4bedroom college apartments repurposed for the summer. Beds were suuuuuper comfortable and each room had its own desk.

I didn’t realize it was on a college campus at first so it was a bit confusing and odd getting to the building for the first time. Parking can be a bit of a walk depending where your room is.

Rooms very spacious for the price; we had four individual bedrooms and a common area, plus two bathrooms. Clean and well-kept. Obviously, price is fantastic, and the location isn't an issue if you're driving into London like we did.

Any individual item of furniture was fairly basic. The bedsheets and pillows were thin and flat, but that's to be expected for a converted dorm. Would recommend bringing your own pillow if you require a lot of support to sleep.

Staff was very helpful, everything very clean and comfortable.

I just wish it was closer to downtown -- not much can be done about it though, I'm aware -- because the scale of distance here is much bigger than other countries I've been to, so the map can be deceiving regarding how long it actually takes getting from point A to point B...but again, that's not within the property's control anyway.

Nous pensions trouver un hôtel et en réalité c’était une résidence étudiante, la description ne le mentionnait pas et était donc mensongère. Il y avait deux chambres d’étudiants avec de la moquette moisie.

Excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful. Very clean facility with great set up in suites. There is a wellness centre across the street and lots of green space to walk around. Coffee and tea available every morning and access to kitchen with option to rent kitchen utensils.

I liked it but some may find they want to be closer to downtown.

Thank you providing this wonderful well equipped home away from home. So much better than hotel living. All the consciences of VRBO without the crazy price tag. We will return🧡

I packed picnic dishes which I’d read in a review. Worked great But That needs to be stressed because when you see a full kitchen you assume it has dishes and cutlery

The suit had 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms (no tub) and a living room combined with the kitchen. Two of the rooms were locked, but only us had access to the suit, we didn't have to share the space with anyone else.

There's only 1 parking lot for free during the week, but after 5PM on Friday and during the weekend we can park anywhere.

Excellent location. Simple, no frills, great price. It was clean too and air conditioned. Perfect for just a place to sleep.

Beds could before comfortable. Electric chargers were cars were inaccessible on the weekends but not a deal breaker, could have been a great bonus.

Size of room. Was more spacious than a hotel room. Front staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

There was hair in both beds that we had. I stripped all beds down in the morning to ensure cleaning staff would change them before the next guests.

The facilities were beautiful...nice campus. It was easy to find and the apartment was very clean and well maintained. We were very comfortable there!

There were no TV channels to watch. We were hoping to relax in the evening after dinner, but we're not able to connect to anything on the TV.

Very basic, it’s not a hotel, it’s a student residence. But bed was comfortable, it was quiet, there was a lot of space and the price was good. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep.

We liked the cleanliness of the room, and the fact that we could make our own meals and snacks. The staff was efficient, friendly, and kind - especially when our daughter locked herself out of her bedroom and had to get a new key. We really appreciated the quiet atmosphere. We know there were other people on our floor, because we passed them in the hallway several times, but once inside our room, there was no noise emanating from the hallway. Our children were happy to have access to WiFi so they could use their laptops to play games.

We had trouble finding the facility. Google Maps directions took us to a different building on the opposite side of the campus. I approached a security guard and he had no idea what I was talking about. He took me into a security office where the woman behind the desk knew exactly where I was going. She gave me a campus map and directions marked on the map, and told us exactly which roads to take, and what signs to look for. It would have been nice if the directions to the location had been more clear on the Internet.

学生寮タイプの珍しい宿泊施設で、とても面白い滞在でした。共用スペースには簡易キッチン、ダイニング、ソファがあり、個室は鍵付きで広く、大きな机や収納もあって快適でした。今回は家族だけで利用できたので安心感もありました。バスルームが2つあったのも便利でした。周辺にはスーパー、薬局、飲食店、Dollaramaもあり、立地も良かったです。

良くない点は無かったですが、シャワールームは少しコンパクトでした。また、アメニティは必要最低限のみなので、気になる方は持参すると安心です。

J’aime cet établissement. J’ai toujours eu un bon service.

Cependant, lors de mon dernier séjour, l’Internet de fonctionnait pas. Nos appartements étaient situés tout près de l’ascenseur donc beaucoup de bruit. Appartement un peu petit comparativement aux autres fois.
