Hotel was only a short walk away from The Old Town and also the beach . The breakfasts were exceptional. Something different and home cooked each morning very delicious . Staff were all very helpful and friendly

There could hardly have been a better way to end our holiday. Coming back for a second stay reminded us why we loved this hotel from the very beginning. It combines elegance and comfort in a way that feels effortless, while the attentive service creates an atmosphere where you instantly feel at home. Leaving was genuinely difficult. Thank you for making the final day of our trip so memorable.

The Sperveri Hotel provides excellent accommodation with professional and courteous staff who go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect in every way. Nothing is too much trouble, from booking taxis or excursions to accommodating your eating preferences or needing extra towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and particularly enjoyed the personal breakfast service and the daily variety. Eleana and her wonderful staff are a credit to this hotel and we would definitely recommend a stay there.

I booked Sperveri after walking past it during a previous trip to Rhodes and I'm so glad I did!. From before we arrived the communication from Eleana was excellent and made for a really smooth check in process, even though we arrived in the early hours of the morning following a flight delay. The hotel is a beautiful little oasis, in a very central location. Our room was spacious, perfectly air conditioned, beautifully furnished and had a large adjoining bathroom with a very powerful shower which was just lovely after a day at the beach. Breakfast was an event to look forward to each morning, authentic Greek dishes lovingly cooked and served in the courtyard by Natalia who was happy to explain all the dishes ( which were delicious) this kept us going until Dinner, we didn't need to eat lunch once! Eleana was so friendly and welcoming and provided lots of local recommendations on things to do/ places to visit/ restaurants to dine at. I have to say though every member of the team was so helpful and welcoming. We stayed for 7 nights at this beautiful hotel and haven't stopped talking about it since our return home, this was definitely the highlight of our trip. If you are planning a trip to Rhodes Town I can't imagine there being a better place to stay!!

Couldn't fault anything about this hotel.

Room: we had double room, for two persons it was really enough space. Bed comfortable, everything's clean and room is cleaned everyday. Service: highest level, no remarks or comments on service. Breakfast: no buffet, but personal serving with different mostly local options everyday. Very tasty, additionally you always are offered youghurt and eggs (sunny, scrambled or omlette). Parking: No parking at hotel, if you are lucky dedicated parking place is available nearby (~30 metres from hotel, but reservation is not possible), also possible to park on the streets around, worst case arranged parking is nearby, few minutes away

Great location, about 15 minutes walk away from the Old Town. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel outdoor space was a little oasis, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Staff were always helpful and attentive.

Friendly welcome, Eleanor was accommodating when we arrived quite late in evening. Staff were helpful throughout our stay. Natalia’s breakfasts were fabulous, freshly baked and different every day. The hotel itself is lovely & well placed for old & new town, but on a quiet side street.

The breakfast was great. They even prepared gluten-free versions just for me :) Stayed here in the beginning of July. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very pretty as you can see in the photos. The location of the hotel is also pretty convinient, The walk to the Old town is quite enjoyable and took around 15 minutes or so. Thanks again to everyone.

The bathroom has only a toilet and the shower. The sink was not inside the bathroom, it was in the room. So that wasn't the best to be honest, but didn't cause too many problems either.

Nem tenho o que dizer, foi uma vivência especial e surpreendente. Localização próxima da Old Town, da praia de Ellie, do comércio e de restaurantes. A equipe maravilhosa, prestativas e atenciosas, parabéns à Eleana e Mariela. Quarto super confortável, espaçoso e com uma varanda deliciosa. Café da manhã feito com cuidado, com produtos frescos e de qualidade e em quantidade suficiente, servido a la carte. Um pouco longe do porto se você quer ir a pé e com bagagem, mas a propriedade providencia um transfer (a pagamento).

Very cozy and quiet small hotel in the middle of the busy touristic area of Rhodes Town. The garden is beautiful and the breakfast is very good, but what topped our stay was the excellent service - from cleaning and serving to the ideas offered by Eleana on visiting the island and her support in making our trip unforgettable. Would certainly return on our next visit to Rhodes!

Superb welcome. We were greeted with smile a beverage and snack. The warmth and special attention of the staff really stood out. Because we had an early flight, they prepared a lovely breakfast to go bag for us. The courtyard is charming and the room was extremely comfortable.

Bottled water is charged. I think all hotels should provide a bottle per person/day no matter if the tap water is drinkable or not. I dont like tap water for example. And such a main drink should not be charged. The bed was too soft for me, I find harder beds more healthy. The hotel seems like it has private parking but not exactly. There is a spot for one car on the street but it was always full. The hotel advised me a private car park (they pay for the charge). The car park is nice but it is about 8-10 min walking distance eith some incline at some points. Not a problem for young people. But for older people or for people with orthopedic, cardiac or respiratory problems walking to the car park in hot weather could be an issue.

Stunning from the moment we booked until the sad time we had to check out. We were due to arrive mid afternoon but changed our ferry last minute due to the other end - Eleana kindly had arranged a taxi for us and with less than 24hours notice quickly moved it so we could still be collected. On arrival we were welcomed like family and offered a drink in the garden by the pool despite being a couple of hours too early for check in. It was the perfect welcome after our journey and we could have sat for hours. Eleana kindly explained the island in a way that would match our short stay, and gave recommendations as much on what to do as what to not bother with. We ate both days at recommended restaurants and loved them. The room, Eros, itself was then available it earlier to our delight after a journey. It was lovely, very boutique but with great quality toiletries. We slept so well we sadly missed breakfast both days! On our last day Eleana went out of her way to help me fix an issue with our transfer and was so kind. We spent the day on the beach with the beach towels provided - and luggage safely stored which meant we actually felt like we had a full last day in Rhodes with no pressure. Such an oasis of calm and welcoming in a beautiful hotel. The only sad thing was that we had to leave! Can’t wait to return.

Nothing, it was stunning from start to end. Not a problem for us - I loved the water pressure and toiletries- but anyone taller than 5’10 may struggle with the bathroom in Eros being a snug one. Photos don’t do it justice in how stunning it was!

During our stay, we were extremely satisfied with the service and the warm welcome. The hotel's location was excellent. Eleana and Mariela were very kind and always provided helpful information. The breakfast, prepared every morning by Natalia, was truly impressive — incredibly tasty and varied, with great attention to detail. There is so much more that could be said about this wonderful hotel, because every detail of the stay has clearly been thoughtfully considered. From the warm welcome and personal attention to the excellent location, the delicious and carefully prepared breakfast, and the genuine care shown to every guest, everything contributes to a truly special experience. Our stay at Sperveri Boutique Hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality that we immediately felt at home — almost like part of the family. Everything was exceptional: the beautiful and impeccably cared-for rooms, the attention to every little detail, and the absolutely amazing breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our stay. What made the experience even more special were all the thoughtful gestures. On our son Lucas’s birthday, they surprised him with a lovely birthday cake at breakfast, which meant so much to us. We also loved coming back to the room and finding the beautiful little towel creations — always different, creative and made with such care. On our last morning, as we had to leave before breakfast time, they even prepared a lunch box for us to take with us. These are the little things that turn a wonderful hotel into a truly special place. We left Rhodes with full hearts and wonderful memories. If we ever return to Rhodes, there is no doubt that Sperveri will be our home again. Thank you for making our stay so special. ❤️

Easily the best hotel in all of Rhodes! We were very lucky to come across this place without any previous recommendations, just by reading reviews. From the first moment on they made us feel incredibly welcomed, and ensured we had the best time possible. All of their staff is unbelievably friendly, kind and attentive and their breakfast is to die for! Such an amazing sweet Greek-style hotel with beautiful little garden and gorgeous bedrooms. They will treat you like you are their family who is simply visitng them. It is in perfect walking distance from the old town, new town, beaches and all of the great restaurants, bars, and shops. We can't wait to come back!!!

Che dire, esperienza fantastica dall'inizio alla fine. Ci siamo trovati benissimo fin dal check-in: personale gentilissimo e attento, che ci ha fatto sentire davvero coccolati per tutta la durata del soggiorno. La colazione? Semplicemente super: servita direttamente al tavolo, con proposte diverse ogni mattina, sempre curate nei dettagli. La aspettavamo ogni giorno con piacere. Le camere sono deliziose e arredate con grande gusto.Un vero piccolo gioiello che consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno all'insegna del relax e dell'ospitalità autentica. Eine richtige Wohlfühloase in Rhodos-Stadt. Eleana und das Team von Sperveri sorgen dafür, dass kein Wunsch unerfüllt bleibt. Alle sind höflich, aufmerksam & super hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück ist einmalige Spitze, es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, sauber und am meisten gefallen haben uns die liebevoll gestalteten Handtuchfiguren! Die Goodies angefangenvon einem Zahnputzset über Schwämme und Bademäntel etc. sind super aufmerksam. Die fußläufige Lage zur Altstadt & Elli Beach sind ideal für Rhodos-Urlauber, welche Kultur & Erholung verbinden wollen. Alles in allem ein wunderbares Hotel, welches wir bei Gelegenheit sicher wieder besuchen werden! Ps: Unbedingt nach der Tour nach Apolona (Kochkurs und Weinverkostung) fragen!

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, which is completely overpriced for what it offers (about €280/night in high season). First, as soon as you book, they constantly harass you by email to sell excursions and "city tips." Upon arrival, you are forced to sit through a lengthy, pushy presentation reviewing all these excursions and surrounding restaurants before you can even get to your room. Second, the noise level is unacceptable. If you get a room facing the street and even worse facing the street AND located below another room, do not expect to sleep. The sound insulation is terrible: you can hear every movement from the guests above and drunk people shouting in the street all night long. Additionally, the pool is microscopic—it is basically a foot bath, and the hotel shouldn't even be allowed to list a pool as an amenity. To top it off, at checkout, they tried to charge us an "eco-tax" of €10 per room per night. When we asked for an official receipt or proof, they were unable to provide one, so they eventually backed down and didn't make us pay it. Overall, a huge disappointment and a complete waste of money. Avoid.

Our stay was truly unforgettable. We became ill during first day of our trip, and they took care of us as if we were family. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care meant so much to us during such a difficult time. From helping us rent a car to finding a doctor when we needed one, they were always there for us. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and every member of the staff was incredibly attentive and kind. A very special thank you to Elena and Mariella for making us feel so cared for and welcome. This hotel will always have a very special place in our hearts, and we can’t wait to come back.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für mich als veganerin wurde täglich extra eine Vegane Variante des Frühstücks zubereitet. Lage war perfekt und uns wurde immer geholfen. Es war immer ein Ansprechpartner da.

Eigentlich nur eine einzige Sache, man hat die Gäste im Zimmer über uns sehr gehört durch die Decke, das hat manchmal Schwierigkeiten beim schlafen gemacht.

Can’t explain how good the experience we had here was. As it is a boutique hotel, run by a small group of staff the service you get is amazing. The ladies make an exceptional team and have thought of all the details to make sure that everyone who stays here feels spoilt! The rooms are comfortable with everything you need, breakfasts are an experience which we looked forward to every morning and we were able to take our sweet treat for coffee later in the day! The garden is peaceful and beautiful to relax in. We had a late flight home and appreciated that there were shower facilities we could use after we had checked out and spent the day at the beach. The location is perfect, in a quiet area with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. We loved stopping at ‘The Last Butler’ on our way home each evening! It is a 10 minute walk to the beach clubs and 10mins to the walls of the old town.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Sperveri. Le lit était très confortable et le ménage de la chambre est effectué tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est particulièrement très bon. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and we had an amazing experience. The location, design, comfort, breakfast—everything was of the highest quality. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would especially like to thank Madam Elena. She welcomed us with such genuine warmth and hospitality that we felt like her personal guests. She thoughtfully prepared a list of activities to do on the island, along with her favorite beaches and restaurants. We followed her recommendations and loved every single one of them. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, and we were truly delighted to have met her. On our last day, we had to check out before breakfast. As a very thoughtful gesture, she prepared lunch boxes for us to take on our journey. We sincerely appreciate this kindness, as well as everything else that made our stay so special. We’ve just returned from 4 nights at Sperveri and what a fantastic time we had - it’s such a beautiful and tranquil little haven. The property and rooms have been renovated to a very high standard and have everything (and more!) that you could ever need. The location is great too, the beach, port and old town are all within an easy 10 minute walk but you are far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. However what really sets it apart are the staff, the service we received from Eleana and Mariella was impeccable - nothing is too much trouble and they get the balance just right between being highly professional but with such warmth. They helped us really make the most of our few days - booking wonderful trips and recommending the best restaurants, bars and activities, all of which worked out perfectly for us. We also cannot leave a review without mentioning Natalia and her wonderful breakfasts. Every day we were excited to see what delicious homemade fare she would bring out to us and it never disappointed. We have never eaten 5 courses or cake for breakfast before but Natalia’s food was so amazing that we somehow managed to fit it all in! Thank you to all at Sperveri for helping us to have such a special trip 😃

The location was absolutely perfect for exploring everywhere on foot, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The property itself is beautiful—especially the courtyard, which feels like a peaceful little oasis in the heart of the city. Breakfast was spectacular and far exceeded our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble, expert guidance in relation to trips and places to visit. Eleana booked excursions, taxis and our hire car without hesitation. In addition, brought me bubbles and cake on my birthday. The best host ever. The hotel complex is well maintained, our room was generous in size and very clean, serviced to a high standard every day. The breakfast ….. WOW! Everything home cooked by the brilliantly talented Natalia, and changed daily. The cakes were simply outstanding, the carrot cake in particular is the best we have ever tasted. Nothing was too much trouble. In summary, the entire team did everything possible to make our trip to Rhodes memorable. We can’t thank them enough. Do not hesitate booking a stay at this exceptional establishment.

Das Hotel ist eine wunderbare Oase mitten in der Stadt mit einem herrlichen Innenhof und wirklich geschmackvollen Zimmern. Aber das Allerbeste ist das Personal. Wir wurden selten in einem Hotel so herzlich empfangen und liebevoll umsorgt - man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl hier! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

The property itself is really beautiful and serene. The staff were incredibly warm and kind and made us feel at home. My partner and I arrived here on our honeymoon to a bottle of wine from the team there congratulating us - a lovely touch!

My daughter & I stayed in the beautiful Sperveri Boutique hotel for 7 nights. We were warmly welcomed & made to feel special throughout our stay. The breakfasts, served outside in the oasis of a courtyard were experiential! Delicious, fresh, authentic homemade food prepared by the very talented Natalia. Elena & Mariella made sure we made the most of our time in Rhodes. So welcoming, friendly & kind. Lots of fantastic recommendations & suggestions of trips, restaurants, the best beaches & the must see sites. Invaluable help booking trips, restaurants,taxis & transfers. Made everything so easy!! Thank you Elena for all your great recommendations. Fantastic location. Beautiful rooms. Lovely housekeeping team who left fun surprises in our room most days. Absolutely loved our stay here. Everything about this place was amazing, the location was perfect, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the room had the best air conditing and shower.

Everything, stepping into a hobbit world of cobblestone streets to the authenticity of the rooms. I loved everything. The beds were perfect, hospitality was divine and the breakfast is probably one of the best experiences I’ve had on this island. The staff goes above and beyond to meet expectations and surpass everything I’ve experienced and I’m a very well traveled person. Thanks so much to the team from Sperveri * absolutely love you all.

Accueil chaleureux et ambiance familiale. Au centre ville mais très calme et propre. Petit hôtel avec un petit déjeuner de rêve - bon conseils pour le séjour et très serviables.

Simplement comprendre que la piscine est plutôt décorative mais pas assez grande pour se baigner.

Everything was wonderful! Great location, nice small boutique hotel and fantastic staff who couldn't have been any nicer and went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. It was very quiet but also very central so everything you would want to see in Rhodes Town is within easy walking distance. The highlight was the breakfast which was just amazing - probably the best breakfast we have ever had at any hotel we have ever stayed in - if you eat all of it you won't have to eat again for the rest of the day!

Nothing really anything negative - room was a bit on the small side but due to the location I suspect that is quite normal. There is not much not to like about this hotel. Highly recommended for a short stay in Rhodes town.

Ein Kleinod in Rhodos. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltetes kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage. Die ca. 110-jährige Architektur der ehemaligen 3 Wohnhäuser setzte den Rahmen und wurde charmant umgestaltet. Wir haben den Innenhof mit dem Plunge-Pool besonders geliebt und genutzt. Der Tage begann mit einem reichhaltigen stilvollen Frühstück dort, ausgerichtet auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse des Gastes. Unverträglichkeiten und Spezialwünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Serviert wurde am Tisch mit Porzellankännchen und wenig Verpackung. Kein Plastikmüll am Tisch. Nach den Ausflügen konnten wir den Tag hier abends ausklingen lassen. Wir wurden vom gesamten Team äußerst herzlich und aufmerksam betreut. Sogar, dass meine Frau im Urlaub Geburtstag hatte, war dem Team nicht entgangen. Das war mit Abstand der beste Service, den wir jemals erlebt haben. Ein Hotel für Menschen, die den Rückzug lieben und doch Rhodos Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden wollen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Perfection! I travel for living and have never before felt such hospitality anywhere. The staff is so overwhelmingly friendly and caring. The place is so tidy and clean, pittoresque garden, breakfast in the garden is an experience, every detail in this cute hotel is so well planned. Perfect location. A home away from home.

A very quiet and charming location in the heart of Rhodes Town. The property serves an excellent breakfast, including homemade cakes, Greek yogurt with walnuts and honey, and a variety of egg dishes and omelettes, all of which are delicious. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything is kept spotless. The property manager, Elenea, is exceptionally kind and hospitable. Be sure to ask her for recommendations and local tips on Rhodes Town and the island – her advice is invaluable!

Sehr gute Lage in der Neustadt, unzählige Läden und Restaurants um die Ecke und die Altstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Eleana und ihr Team tun alles dafür, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Im Zimmer findet sich alles, was man braucht (und sogar noch ein bisschen mehr). Das Frühstück im Garten ist ein Traum und was man nicht schafft, wird gern als Lunchpaket eingepackt. Und wenn man nach dem Sightseeing zurück kommt, kann man im Minipool abkühlen und im Liegestuhl relaxen. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Unser Zimmer war nicht gerade riesig und war auch recht dunkel, aber das wird durch die vielen Vorteile mehr als wett gemacht.
