Great location and a fantastic overall choice—I really could not fault it. The room was well soundproofed, and the curtains and blinds blocked out the light completely. Having a microwave, fridge, and Nespresso machine in the room made the stay exceptionally comfortable.

La pulizia della camera nulla da dire e la camera in generale, davvero bella.

Prezzo eccessivo a mio avviso della colazione a persona. Non avevamo prenotato la colazione al momento della prenotazione ma abbiamo fatto la scelta di aggiungerla in un secondo momento. Il costo è stato di €25 a persona.

The room and it s facility was great. The lady who received us at midnight was exceptionally kind. (Thank you again) And the breakfast buffet was very nice. Our kids lovrd pancake maker.

Hotelul foarte bine amplasat lângă metrou U1. Foarte bine amplasat și față de Prater. O plimbare de 15 minute până la intrarea în parc. Camera spațioasă și foarte curată, toaletă separată de cadă și duș. Există chiar și o chicinetă. Am stat doar două nopți și chiar și așa, la curățenie s-au schimbat prosoapele. Micul dejun divers, ai de unde alege. Am apreciat faptul ca la recepție există un suport de unde se pot închiria umbrele. Zona liniștită.

L'unica cosa positiva la vicinanza alla stazione della metro U1

Lo staff alla reception poco cordiale a parte una signorina il giorno del check out, la pulizia della camera molto superficiale, mia figlia ha macchiato il pavimento del bagno con il dentifricio la prima sera ed è rimasto macchiato per 3 giorni, e poi non mi è piaciuto il quartiere, la sera dopo le 22:00 rientrare a piedi non era bellissimo, molto buio e all'uscita della metro c'era una panchina sempre occupata da strani personaggi. Non penso di tornarci.

Czystość, przyjazna obsługa oraz pyszne śniadanko. Ci którzy narzekają mają się widocznie zbyt dobrze lub są z natury mało kulturalni.

موقع الفندق جميل قريب منه يقع سوبرماركت بيلا وايضاً سبار ويوجد محطة مترو قريبه جداً توديك للسنتر خلال 11 دقيقه دون التوقف بأي محطه اخرى واسعاره مناسبه مقارنه بالفنادق اللي بالسنتر.

التكييف ضعيف للاسف ..ايضاً تعامل الموظفين ارى فيه نوع من العنصريه ضد العرب تحس الموظف مغصوب انه يكلمك او يخدمك واجهت موقفين للاسف .

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, optimale Lage neben U1, großes modernes Zimmer und Sauberkeit. Frühstück war qualitativ zufriedenstellend und zudem vom Angebot wechselnd (wir waren 5 Nächte dort).

Todo perfecto. Excelente ubicación, lindas y cómodas instalaciones, personal amable y servicial. Hay una estación de metro línea 1 a unos 50 metros, el Danubio muy cerca para dar un paseo. Si vas al Centro Internacional de Convenciones queda a dos estaciones de metro. Muy recomendable. Repetiría mi estadía allí, sobre todo porque el precio es muy accesible y el servicio es excelente.

Locația excelentă foarte aproape de metrou și într-o zonă liniștită. Camerele sunt foarte spațioase, totul este impecabil de curat, renovate relativ recent.

I have booked my holiday through booking.com and made both the hotel and train bookings at the same time. The train ticket was cancelled and I spent over 18 hours trying to make a train ticket and couldn’t make it. I contacted booking.com seeking a possible refund since the trip was booked leas than 24hrs but Novotel said SORRY, we will not refund your 1000 euros. It is your fault that you made a non refundable. Finally, I managed to make a train booking and made it. Neither the room nor your services deserve the price you charge. On top of that, the room service took my mother’s pijama and we spent countless hours trying to locate it with the reception people being utterly useless and telling us why should I come to your room to tell you that I didn’t find it, I don’t what to do for you now. The room fridge didn’t work for my parents and they had medicine that needed to be placed in a cool temperature - so another hassle to deal with. There’s no phone in the room and if you ever need something from the reception, you have to go down. Rooms are ridiculously designed and are inconvenient. Toilet is separate from the shower and bath, so completely ridiculous design. No iron in the room, very very basic hotel and honestly, not worth the money. They also declined a request for early check-in, knowing we had two rooms one with seniors and the other with 2 children and we just needed a moment to rest after almost 6 hours trip, but they simply do not care.

​Das Hotel punktet vor allem durch seine hervorragende Lage sowie die großzügig geschnittenen und geräumigen Zimmer, die viel Platz bieten.

Leider wies die Sauberkeit jedoch Mängel auf. Im Zimmer selbst waren Flecken auf dem Teppich und den Vorhängen zu sehen, die WC-Brille war nicht einwandfrei gereinigt und der Föhn war defekt. Minibar leer, kennen wir anders, zumindest ein (kostenloses) Mineralwasser als welcome wäre gut und nett gewesen, grad bei 4 Sternen ! Dieser Gesamteindruck setzte sich in den öffentlichen Bereichen fort: Stühle wiesen Flecken auf und die Tische wurden stellenweise nicht abgewischt. Zudem wirkte das Personal phasenweise unmotiviert. 4 Sterne - eher 3

La colazione era discreta

Tutto perfetto, pulizia 10, stanze enormi, posizione perfetta con la metro a 50mt, una caffetteria di fronte all'hotel per splendide colazioni viennesi, supermercato proprio di fronte. Con 3 fermate di metro sei a StephenPlatz la piazza centrale di Vienna.

Nulla da eccepire, abbiamo viaggiato in famiglia e lo straconsiglio!

La suite era molto grande e ben arredata, la vasca da bagno era ottima e i dispositivi presenti (es. macchina caffè) erano ben funzionanti. Lo stuff era cortese, parlava un ottimo inglese (quindi da turista italiana la comprensione è stata ottima) e la posizione era favorevole al trasporto.

La colazione non inclusa poteva essere lo stesso consumata dai clienti dell'hotel, ma al prezzo di €25 a testa. Avrei abbassato leggermente questo costo, magari a €15.

Es war im gesamten Bereich nicht gesaugt, am Teppichboden und im Bad lagen Haare, in der Toilette klebte noch Kod vom Vorgänger. Habe das Personal informiert, waren sehr freundlich und es wurde auch gleich jemand hoch geschickt. Leider waren nur im Bad am Boden die Haare weg alles andere war wie vorher. Sauberkeit ist das höchste gebot. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Camera molto pulita, staff cordiale e disponibile. Ottima la posizione perché è proprio a 2 passi dalle fermate della metro U1 rossa che ti porta in tutti gli angoli della città.

L'unica pecca se proprio vogliamo trovarne una è che avendo raggiunto la città in auto, devi usufruire del parcheggio dell'hotel che è molto caro il costo al giorno. Purtroppo fuori non c'è modo di poter lasciare l'auto in sosta.

Özellikle çocuklu misafirler için family Suites var. Güvenli bir çevrede. 150mette yürüme mesafesinde pizza, döner, dondurma, börek ve hamburger restoranları var. İhtiyaçlarınız için geç saate kadar açık market metro durağının köşesinde. Yarım saat yürüme mesafesinde Prater’de harika bir lunapark var. Çocuklar ve erişkinler için çok eğlenceli. Havaalanından veya başka yerden Trenle gelip Viyana ana tren istasyonunda inerseniz kırmızı S1 metro durağına geçerseniz otelin ordaki. Metro durağında inebilirsiniz

Everything was great! Loved the rooms. Very spacious and comfortable. Location was close to trains and a few very fun attractions. They have bikes you can ride to things with. It was very hot when I went, so the AC was great. Staff was nice.

These are nitpicky. No hot tub or pool, but that's really ok. The breakfast was fine, but a little costly. You can get comparable if not a little better for cheaper or free at other hotels. Would be great if you had streaming apps on the TV so international guests could watch TV

Breakfast is great, wide choices and tasty. Room is big enough, clean. Great location, next to the station, easy to use city transport.

Parking is complicated, ticket is not working and you have to call to reception when you want to go out. The man working at the reception on 11 th of August was arrogant, not helpful and couldn't explain properly about the parking and how is it working.

Camera luminoasa. Canapeaua din camera= foarte utilă. Chiuveta direct la bar, deasupra frigiderului. Parcarea subterană pe 2 etaje! Receptionera care ne-a facut check-in.

Uscătorul de par nu functiona deloc! Deși am anuntat la recepție, nu am primit altul. Norok ca aveam eu un foen de călătorie cu mine. Receptionera care ne-a facut check-out. Deși am plătit la intrare tot, cazare +parcare pe 2 nopți, mi-a cerut sa plătesc parcarea pe motiv ca nu-i apare plătită in calculator. Mi s-a parut chiar aiurea, caci am primit bon la check-in pe toata suma. Deci, a trebuit sa-i arat pe mobil ca am platit-o!

Îmi place de fiecare dată când merg la Viena. Am stat a 7 oară la acest hotel. Nu am nimic de reproșat. La fel de curat ca in fiecare an, la fel de primitori ca de fiecare dată. Ne simțim bine, ne odihnim bine. Și cum am spus mereu, ne simtim ca acasă la acest hotel și in Viena. Abia aștept sa revin în iarnă la târgurile de Crăciun.

I was extremely disappointed with the housekeeping service during my stay. Despite the temperature being around 40°C, the bed sheets were not changed. The bathroom mirror was left covered with water stains, and there was hair left in both the bathtub and the sink. The drinking glasses were not replaced either; they were simply rinsed with water and put back in the room. This was unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. I reported these issues to the hotel and was told that they would consider providing a refund/compensation due to the problems I experienced. However, no refund or compensation was ever provided. The only action taken was to clean the room afterwards – something that should have been done properly in the first place and should not be considered a resolution to my complaint. What disappointed me most was not only the poor housekeeping, but also the way my complaint was handled. I expected a much higher level of service and responsibility from a 4-star Novotel hotel. Unfortunately, this experience seriously affected my stay, and I would not choose this hotel again.

Remek helyen, Spar, Penny, Billa, Hofer, közvetlen mellette. Metro szintén az utca végén. Parkoló mélygarázsban a száloda alatt.
