Noch nie so ein dreckiges Hotel besucht. Ist mehr eine Jugendherberge als ein Hotel. Zimmer staubig und einfach nicht geputzt und komplett abgenutzt. Aber was mich noch mehr ärgert, dass wir die Sauberkeit 3x angesprochen haben und Nichts dagegen unternommen wurde.

La posizione, collegata benissimo con il centro città tramite tram e metro. Lo staff molto disponibile e hanno anche un deposito bagagli gratuito per i clienti. Colazione a buffet varia ed era tutto buonissimo. Camere pulite e in uno stile moderno molto carino, bellissima l'idea di una hall per socializzare. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 notti, dopo un’esperienza molto positiva al The Social Hub di Amsterdam. La struttura è bella, moderna e pulita, con un ambiente giovane e informale, perfetto per noi. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa e ci siamo trovati bene. È presente anche un ristorante, comodo ma con prezzi piuttosto alti, comunque in linea con quelli di Vienna. La posizione è ottima: la fermata del tram è proprio di fronte, la metro a circa 7-8 minuti a piedi e nelle vicinanze c’è anche l’autobus per l’aeroporto. Il Prater dista circa 10 minuti a piedi. La zona ci è sembrata tranquilla anche se non siamo mai rientrati molto tardi.

Purtroppo il telecomando della televisione non funzionava e anche il dispenser del sapone per le mani non erogava il prodotto. Siamo scesi in reception e ci hanno dato tranquillamente un nuovo telecomando e un nuovo dispenser. È stato solo un po’ scocciante dover scendere dal sesto piano, anche perché in camera c’era un telefono ma non abbiamo capito come contattare la reception, non essendoci nessun numero indicato. Alla fine, inoltre, non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la televisione perché il sistema di screen mirroring non funzionava; la TV era collegata a un Wi-Fi diverso da quello fornito dalla struttura. È stato abbastanza scocciante non poter guardare Netflix, soprattutto avendo una bella televisione proprio di fronte al letto. Confermo che la pulizia viene effettuata a giorni alterni, cosa che avevo già letto nelle recensioni. Non è un grosso problema per pochi giorni, ma personalmente preferirei trovare la stanza pulita ogni giorno. Non ho apprezzato nemmeno l’assenza del frigorifero in camera. Fortunatamente le temperature non erano troppo alte e avevamo le nostre borracce che abbiamo riempito gratuitamente al ristorante ma in piena estate penso che potrebbe essere abbastanza scomodo.

I really liked the self check-in service, which was very convenient, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The reception area and common areas are super great! There was a lot for both my child and me to explore and enjoy. We especially liked the photo booth! Breakfast was also great, with a really good variety of choices. Even with my almost 2-year-old daughter, I had plenty of options for her. Personally, I really enjoyed the fun DIY waffle option - such a cool idea! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the atmosphere and the little details that made the hotel feel fun and welcoming.

There were just a few little things that I think could make the stay even more comfortable: * It was a little difficult to bring the stroller into our room because of the way the furniture was arranged. A bit more space or a different furniture layout would make it easier for families with young children. * I would suggest adding a small shelving unit or some extra storage space in the bathroom. There is actually plenty of room, but not many surfaces where guests can keep their toiletries. * A slightly bigger bin in the bathroom would also be great. The current one was so small that it could barely fit one and a half full diapers 😅 * We also missed having a fridge in the room. I think adding a small fridge as an option would be especially useful for families travelling with young children.We really appreciated that the reception staff offered us the option to store our daughter's food in their fridge..

The breakfast was perfect, there were waffles, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, greens, fruits, seeds and many more things to choose from. The room were as usual social hub rooms which are always clean, comfy and quiet. The staff are always helpful. Thats what i like about social hubs. Definitely recommend this place

Buena ubicación cerca de la estación del parque de atracciones Prater (Pratersplatz) donde podías coger metro, bus y tranvía. En metro hasta la plaza de la catedral son 4 paradas y tardas menos de 10 minutos, ademas enfrente de la puerta del hotel tienes una parada de tranvía. Las instalaciones muy chulas y super limpias, me gusto el ambiente.

Nada, quizás los precios de la cafetería y la zona de bar, pero estas en Viena donde todo es bastante caro por lo general.

The cleaning service is every other day. This was not clear when we were booking. Luggage storage could have been better organised as we were forced to find an alternative in the city as no space was available at the hotel.

Wir waren für einen Mädelstrip in Wien, Lage für Unternehmungen ideal, trotz Zentraler Lage sehr ruhig, nettes Personal, Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lecker, lässt keine Wünsche offen. alles sehr modern und stylisch. perfekt mit eigenem Parkhaus und U-/S-Bahnstation in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir habens genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Einrichtung wirkt etwas kühl, jedoch sehr modern und hip.

Bra läge nära Praterstern. Trevlig personal och det finns till och med möjligheter att tvätta kläder på hotellet. Vi provade inte frukosten men tog ett par drinkar i baren, som dock stängde ganska tidigt på kvällen vill jag minnas.

Vi fick inte rum brevid varandra, och faktiskt inte ens på samma våning vilket kan tyckas märkligt på ett boende med typ 800 rum. Hade begärt detta vid bokningen, men det kunde inte ordnas.

La ubicación no estaba mal cerca del prater. Pero muy sucio.

La habitación presentaba una falta considerable de limpieza y mantenimiento. La moqueta estaba bastante sucia, al igual que el baño, que no se encontraba en unas condiciones adecuadas de higiene. Además, las paredes de la habitación estaban en mal estado, con signos visibles de deterioro, lo que daba una sensación general de falta de mantenimiento y cuidado de las instalaciones.

Hotel molto moderno. Bellissimo il design degli arredi. Letto comodissimo e stanza fornita di sapone, shampoo, crema corpo e phon. Tra il personale, qualcuno parla anche un po’ di italiano. Posizione comodissima: fronte all’ingresso fermano il tram 0 e 5 per raggiungere alcune zone della città e poco distante la fermata metro. A 5 min a piedi si raggiunge il Prater. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione poiché ritengo eccessivo il prezzo richiesto (oltre che alla mattina preferivamo partire presto per la visita della città fermandoci poi in qualche caffè o simili per una buona colazione con una fetta di torta viennese). In generale, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Suite war geräumig, aber sehr abgewohnt. Teppiche und Couch im Zimmer ziemlich schmuddelig.

I had issues with the air conditioning & the shower- this was all remedied.

Friendly staff. Central location. Just across the road from 2 tram lines & 5 minute walk away from Prater train station + amusement park. Continental breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Our shower head kept slipping down the rail & staff fixed it on the same day. Free water at reception.

Walls are all black and lighting is poor so room was dimly lit. Even in the morning I had to leave curtains wide open. Shower gel and hand wash were never replaced even though they were almost empty. I didn't ask for another since I bought my own shower gel from a Spar shop just round the corner while I was there to buy other stuff. So I'm pretty sure that staff would have refilled them if I asked. Although the glasses next to kettle were heatproof they didn't have a handle so didn't feel comfortable using them for hot drinks. They have similar glasses with handle in the breakfast area, so they should place these glasses in rooms too.

Les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants. Le prix du PDJ est trop élevé . La non réponse à mes questions pré séjour. La chaise casée à mon arrivée. La complexité pour avoir un ascenseur.

Good design - everything is top notch and stylish. The planning of the room is also good - new approach, some non-banal decisions with shower placement and toilet.

I've experienced some weird thing with airflow: when someone was shutting the corridor/section door through deep into the night it felt like room door reacted on it. Not really pleasant if you're trying to sleep.

Struttura molto grande e attrezzata, garage per macchina e biciclette, stanza ben arredata e pulita, grandezza giusta.

Il bagno é diviso, c'è una stanzina senza finestre con solo il water e il lavandino é nella stanza principale non lontano dal letto

El poder hacer check in a cualquier hora, siempre había gente en recepción

Alquile un estudio para dos y solo había una silla, no había cubiertos los solicité en recepción y me los subieron. No había luz en la cocina si aviso y la repararon el último día.

Das Hotel hat einen sehr angenehmen Eindruck hinterlassen. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und komfortabel. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich, das Bett bequem und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen haben mir die angenehme Atmosphäre und die ruhige, entspannte Umgebung. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und wohl. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

Gute Lage und nette Lobby/Gemeinschaftsräume

Leider sind wir beide durch die Klima (im Zimmer abschaltbar im Bad nicht) krank geworden. Kann ich leider deshalb nicht empfehlen

Modern and fresh property. I stayed in a Standard Room for one night; very specious and bright. With thick curtains that darken the place as well. At walking distance from the U1 Praterstern Station which connects you to the city center in under 10 minutes.

La camera, poco pulita. Abbiamo trovato ragnatele in più punti della camera che non sono state rimosse neanche dopo la pulizia della camera.

Ubicación a las afueras de la ciudad pero al lado de una parada de tranvía y a menos de 10 min de la estación Prater. Hotel moderno y con todas las comodidades (zona de juegos, gimnasio, restaurante...). En la habitación dejan un calentador de agua con sobres de café e infusiones. Teníamos el check-in a las 15:00 pero nos facilitaron la habitación al llegar a las 11 de la mañana.

Un poco pequeña la habitación para 4.

Szerettünk volna játszani mi is a szállodában található játékokkal, de lehetetlen volt odajutni, mindig használta valaki.

Ich mag diese Ecke von Wien - sie ist auch für meine Unternehmungen günstig gelegen und der Social Hub bietet eine relativ unkomplizierte Unterkunft mit diversen Optionen an. Er ist mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr sehr gut zu erreichen.

Das Haus und die Infrastruktur sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, was sich zuweilen bemerkbar macht. Den Aufpreis von knapp € 20 für Frühstück finde ich eher hoch.

Viele junge Leute, es war eine schöne Atmosphäre im Hotel. Kicker, Billiard, Tischtennis könnte man alles nutzen.

Die Lage ist das beste an dem ganzen Hotel, wer’s extrem modern mag, der fühlt sich bestimmt auch sehr wohl. Die Betten waren, allerdings das beste Hotelbett in dem ich je geschlafen habe

Wo soll ich anfangen…. dieses aufgesetzte moderne, sorrryyyy wir sprechen nur englisch und wenn du das nicht kannst … sorrryyy your problem. - ging mir nach 10 min schon so auf den Senkel, unglaublich. Auch die Einsicht, dass das manche nicht können oder mögen, interessierte nicht wirklich. Es wirkte allesso ein bisschen, ahh GenZ spielt wie führe ich ein Hotel. Das kommt für mich jedenfalls nicht mehr in Frage. Die Gastronomie war sehr kurios. Zum Frühstück Weltklasse, als Bar und Restaurant unterirdisch und auch wenn’s hart klingt - der Koch, die Köche haben ihre Berufsbezeichnung nicht verdienst, gepaart mit einer frechen Arroganz des Servicepersonals. Ich muss es leider so ausdrücken

Η τοποθεσία τέλεια , το δωμάτιο άνετο , το προσωπικό φιλικό , και το κτήριο πολύ ασφαλές καθώς κάθε πόρτα που έβρισκες μπροστά σου έπρεπε να σκαναρεις την κάρτα του δωματίου για να περάσεις

Είχε αρκετή σκόνη αλλά δεν πιστεύω πως είναι πρόβλημα καθαριότητας ,μάλλον μαζεύεται εύκολα η σκόνη στο δωμάτιο γενικώς

Great location close to the metro and also a tram right outside the door which takes you up to the museum quarter area. The hotel has a lovely interior and the rooms are spacious. Very comfortable bed!

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετικο όπως σε όλες τις χώρες που υπάρχει ήδη. Το προσωπικό μας εξυπηρέτησε σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε με ευγένεια και προθυμία. Είναι η top επιλογή μας.

Δεν μας άρεσε που δεν είχε ένα μικρό ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο και ότι ο νιπτήρας ήταν εκτός του μπάνιου μέσα στο δωμάτιο δίπλα από την ντουλάπα και ότι το ντους 🚿 ήταν εκτεθημενο εξωτερικά. Δεν το είχαμε προσέξει και εμείς στην κράτηση μας βέβαια.

Os funcionários são super atenciosos e simpáticos, o hotel é confortável num estilo mais jovem.

A distância do centro foi um fator que me incomodou um pouquinho. Acho que da próxima vez eu vou preferir ficar no centro.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung im Hotel , vor allem der Kraftraum.

Das Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können , bzw. die Küche.

Die Lage war ganz gut, um Wien zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war an sich schön groß. Für ein paar Tage in der Stadt absolut ausreichend.

Tiefgarage ist mit 28 € pro Tag für Hotelgäste definitiv zu teuer. Zudem lief das Wasser in unserem Waschbecken nicht ab. Obwohl wir den verstopften Abfluss morgens um 9:00 Uhr gemeldet hatten, war bis zu unserer Rückkehr um 17:00 Uhr nichts passiert. Als wir das Problem erneut ansprachen, wurden wir anfangs nicht ernst genommen. Erst nach Nachhaken wurde der Schaden schließlich behoben. Hier besteht Nachbesserungsbedarf beim Gästeservice

It was very well maintained - I loved how thay made every corner of this hotel special! There is even a slide from the ground floor to the under floor where the gym and other activities are! Also, it has a good connection to the airport (train is 5min away by walk) and it takes you directly to the airport! :)

מקום מגניב עם עיצוב צעיר. קרוב לסופר ולתחנת הרכבת. מיטות נוחות. יש מיזוג.

החדר שקיבלנו (חדר משפחתי לחמישה אנשים) לא היה נח. אין שום אינטימיות/ פרטיות בחלק של המקלחות/ שירותים, חוסר במקום אחסון ומידוף בסיסי לכזו כמות של אנשים (מדף בודד מעל הכיור). אפילו ווים לתלות מגבות חסר.

In 4 nights the room was not cleaned ONCE! Disgusting The staff was rude, extremely dismissive and generally unhelpful. The room and the hotel in general were amazing as every Social Hub I've ever been, but the lack of cleanliness and non-supportive staff made this a poor experience. The location as well is not ideal

Rutsche für Kinder, Frühstück, Zimmer (abgesehen von der Unverkleideten und notdürftig ausgebesserten Betondecke.

Personal konnte kein Deutsch und das in Österreich, Parkplatz extreme Wucherpreise, Reinigungspersonal leistet nur mittelmäßige Arbeit, für diesen doch gehobenen Preis müsste der Parkplatz dabei und das Hotel sehr gut gereinigt sein

Dass die Zimmertür nicht vollständig geschlossen hat. Mann musste immer noch helfen zuzuziehen weil wenn mann das zimmer verlassen hätte dachte Mann beim zufallen der türe dass sie geschlossen sei aber sie blieb einen spalt offen sodass jeder eigentlich reingehen konnte und das ist eigentlich ein grösserer mangel. Schade dass es auch keine Kondome mehr gegeben hat auf den zimmern. Fande das eigentlich noch witzig und eine gute sache für so ein jung modernes Hotel

Δεν άλλαξαν πετσέτες έστω κ αν τοποθετήθηκαν στο πάτωμα. Οταν το ζήτησαν από reception έγινε κανονικά η αλλαγή.

Gute Betten und Dusche, sehr angenehm. Tolle Aussicht über die Dächer auf Stephansdom, Rathaus, bis zum Kahlenberg, herrlicher Sonnenuntergang am ersten Abend. Gute Anbindung an Öffis. Waren schon mehrmals hier.
