Everything was amazing

Sehr schönes Hotel! Sehr nahe an der WU Wien und am Prater. Toll war die Gepäckaufbewahrung im Keller, man konnte die Koffer vorm einchecken sicher in Fächern unterbringen. Sogar Duschen wenn man mochte. Einchecken im 7 Stock am PC ging auch problemlos.

Das Rauschen der Achterbahn vom Prater war unterschwellig immer da.

Slimme opzet, complete woning, heerlijk design. Concept gehele hotel, ook qua personeel en incheck, prettig en ontspannen. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Ligging bij Prater en metro lekker dynamisch. Parkeren direct onder gebouw, alles lekker ruim.

Water liep niet goed weg bij de wasbak.

It is an old favourite of mine, really liking the concept, location and style. However, bit feels like the “product” is switching to the next stage and they don’t want to impress anymore. Nevertheless, the staff was super great and this earned the score.

The apartment was a bit worn out, not in absolute terms but more compared to their standards previously. The bed was not made perfectly (had to adjust), there were small damages in the shower, the soap was not the same top brand as previously. But overall, still my pick for Vienna.

This is not our first time at this hotel and as always breakfast and location are the biggest advantage. This time we took the room without a balcony and it was too noisy inside due to the rollercoaster right outside of the window which works every day till midnight. Anyways the stuff was helpful and they agreed to change the room for a quieter one. There is a good parking under the hotel and also washing and drying machines are available. Kitchen that is available in every room is very functional. Also on each floor there is a pantry room where you can take more dishes, kitchen appliances, vacuum cleaner, towels and other useful things.

Some rooms which are closer to the rollercoaster are just too noisy. Also foldable stairs to the bedroom were not working properly in our room.

Een heel ander hotel concept. Ook echt geschikt voor een langer verblijf in de stad. Goede atmosphere in bar en restaurant.

1.The movable staircase was extremely noisy & creaked every time we went up & down. 2. We wanted to bring our own wine to the dining area & were told that the corkage charge would be €29 (same as purchasing a bottle there). This was far too expensive & not in keeping with the entire “welcoming & sharing vibe” of the place.

Jako lijepo uređenje apartmana i kuhinje sa svim stvarima koje su potrebne za boravak. Odlična ventilacija i izolacija od buke. Lokacija je izvrsna, par minuta od metroa, doručak ukusan, osoblje uslužno.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und von guter Qualität. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist gut: Durch die Nähe zur U-Bahn ist man bestens angebunden.

Etwas irritiert hat mich, dass ich in einem Hotel in Österreich auf Englisch angesprochen wurde, obwohl die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption Deutsch konnte. Beim manuellen Einchecken hatte sie auch meinen Reisepass vorliegen. Englisch ist für mich kein Problem, dennoch hätte ich mich über eine Ansprache auf Deutsch gefreut. Vielleicht gehört das zum Konzept des Hauses – für mich war es jedenfalls nicht nachvollziehbar.

Das Frühstück war traumhaft, das Personal super nett. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend und das Zimmer ließ keine Wünsche offen, perfekt ausgestattet

Es war das dritte Mal, dass wir bei Zoku geschlafen haben. Modern, Schlicht, Komfortable, Leger, super Lokation mit Ausblick, gutes Frühstück, und hilfreiche Personal!

Mooie en comfortabele kamers. Lekker eten. Uitstekende ligging. Vriendelijke medewerkers.

Er hing een slechte geur in de lift. Waarschijnlijk probleem van de riolering.

Bardzo sympatyczne Panie na recepcji. Pokój czysty i wygodny. Mimo bliskiej odległości parku rozrywki to po zamknięciu okien nie było hałasu.

Cena parkingu wydaje mi się za wysoka. Przy krótkim pobycie jest znośna ale jakbym miała zostać na dłużej to byłoby to sporym minusem. W szczególności, że cena za parking jest podana dopiero po rezerwacji pokoju.

早餐可點一份特別主食~鮭魚口味偏較鹹但魚肉是新鮮的.酪梨口味很棒~柳橙果汁是新鮮打得喝得出有顆粒~房間有小廚房很方便自己煮~離飯店不遠處有超商離紫線U2地鐵站很近~住的地方經過停車場就到遊樂園了

要注意一樓入口處直接走進去坐電梯到7樓報到~當天我們找了一陣子又問人才知道

A fantastic hotel for its budget! Location — Excellent, right next to the Prater park, where you can always grab a coffee or a drink from the vending machines for just €1. Rooftop — The view from the terrace is wonderful! At night, you get a great view of the illuminated amusement park, and during the day, a gorgeous view of the city. Having breakfast while soaking in those views was amazing. Breakfast — Not the most diverse selection, but it has everything you need for a good bite to eat. Plus, you get to choose one hot dish off the menu that they prepare fresh for you. This hotel truly has everything a digital nomad—or anyone looking to enjoy Vienna in maximum comfort—could need. 11/10!

Apartamenty czyściutkie, przestronne, pełne wyposażenie. Bardzo wygodny materac. Podziemny parking za dodatkowa opłatą ale WARTO. Do metra 3 minuty. Personel bardzo pomocny. Cudowny widok z tarasu na panoramę Wiednia :-) i jak ktoś za mało wrażeń to 2 minuty od ZOKU park rozrywki.

Świetne miejsce, przy samym Praterze. Nie jest blisko centrum, ale za to jest świetnie skomunikowane. Dobrze wyposażony apartament z wieloma przemyślanymi udogodnieniami.

-Konzept mit Loft ist super - Nähe zum Prater und generell die Lage gut - Ausstattung des Lofts sehr gut!

-Sauberkeit im Loft aber auch an der Bar wirklich schlecht. -Loft mit Achterbahnblick wird als „toll“ vermarktet, am Ende ist es dadurch aber im Zimmer extrem laut und trotz geschlossenen Vorhängen sehr hell (teilweise bis 24:00 Uhr) -Personal teils freundlich und teils wird man nicht beachtet/ignoriert. - auch wenn das Hotel international ist, sollte man grundsätzlich als Gast mit den Angestellten deutsch sprechen können (der Großteil des Personals spricht nur englisch und es gab einige ältere wie jüngere Gäste, die sich hier etwas schwerer getan haben)

The room layout is adorable. I loved the bed with stairs concept. Switch the art was a nice touch. Location is amazing. I had a lot of fun watching the prater while sipping my cocktail.

الموقع ممتاز وهو ضمن محيط حديقة براتر اختياري للغرف العلوية لم يكن مناسب ولم يكن الشرح عنها كافي لا احب طريقة الاستقبال في الدور السابع وهي يشعرك بعدم اهتمام من قبل الفندق كانت المداخل عند المصاعد تتوفر بها روائح سيئة وأعتقد انها بسبب دمج مسار رمي المخلفات في الجدار الذي امام المصاعد ولوحظت الروائح بشكل متكرر وفي اكثر من يوم مما اكد لي ان المشكلة في مسار رمي المخلفات

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Teilweise widerwilliges Helfen. Check in etwas mühselig. Wir hatte einige ältere Paare beobachtet, die sind fast gescheitert. Personal kann bis auf ausnahmen kein Deutsch oder wollen es nicht sprechen. Konzept von dem Hotel ist für mich nicht optimal, für Personen die gerne in Gruppen sind kann es passen. Sauberkeit im öffentlich Bereich lässt zu wünschen übrig. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausbaufähig, Teilweise wäre mehr Beschriftung gut. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass es die Mitarbeiter nicht wirklich interessiert.

- Tolles Tiny-Home-Konzept, man fühlt sich wie in einer Folge von NeverTooSmall - super viel Stauraum, auch sichere, kostenlose Locker für das gesamte Gepäck im Keller inkl. Fahrradkeller - alles digital/elektronisch geregelt, auch Check-in/-out - direkter Blick auf den Prater (schließt erst 24 Uhr)

- kleinere Mängel bei Sauberkeit (Striemen an den Möbeln oder verfärbte Silikonfugen im Bad (Schimmel?)) - Defekte Kaffeemaschine

Colazione superlativa merita la spesa. Terrazza esterna meravigliosa. Una vista sulla città sia al mattino che alla sera.

Auf den Fotos wirkt das Haus schick, deshalb hab ich gebucht. Vor Ort dann die Ernüchterung: Für den Preis erwarte ich mindestens jeden zweiten Tag Zimmerservice. Bei fünf Nächten war hier kein einziges Mal jemand. Als ich um Mülleimerleerung gebeten habe, kam nur: "Das machst du selbst, es gibt eine Pantry mit Handtüchern und Mülleimern." Beim Check-in hat mir das keiner gesagt. Wer hier arbeiten will, hat verloren. Es gibt keinen einzigen Schreibtisch mit einem Stuhl, an dem man länger als zwanzig Minuten sitzen kann, ohne Rückenschmerzen zu bekommen. Oben ist es entweder eiskalt oder viel zu warm, eine angenehme Temperatur gibt's nicht. Tische im Restaurant abwischen: Fehlanzeige. Essen zwischendurch? Auch nicht. Es gibt nur Buffet, und wer keine Lust auf die große Buffet-Nummer hat, sondern mal eine Kleinigkeit will, bekommt die frühestens ab 17 Uhr – und dann in sehr überschaubarer Auswahl. Und dann noch das Bett, aus dem man quasi rauskrabbeln muss. Für junge Leute Anfang 20 mag das charmant-alternativ sein. Ab einem gewissen Alter oder mit Rückenproblemen: nein danke. Fazit: Konzept ist Hotel (eigenes Zimmer, eigenes Bad), gelebt wird aber Hostel-Standard – nur eben zum Hotelpreis.

Een hotel waar liefde voor design én customer service werkelijk in alles terugkomt. Zoku is bovendien B Corp-gecertificeerd en — wat ik misschien nog wel interessanter vind — een flink deel van het bedrijf is in handen van de mensen die er werken. Dat voel je. Medewerkers gedragen zich niet alsof ze ‘in een hotel werken’, maar alsof ze medeverantwoordelijk zijn voor de plek én voor jouw verblijf. En dat maakt verschil. Ook over de kamers is zichtbaar nagedacht. Geen vierkante meter wordt verspild: slimme oplossingen om spullen op te bergen, een fijne werkplek, de mogelijkheid om iets eenvoudigs te bereiden, een goede badkamer en prettige zeep en shampoo. Zelfs de boeken in de kast zijn met aandacht gekozen. Het zijn van die details waardoor design niet alleen mooi is, maar vooral werkt. Boven vind je de sociale ruimtes en een groot terras met uitzicht op het Prater, een van Europa’s oudste attractieparken. De metro ligt praktisch om de hoek, het Donauinsel is een paar haltes verder en ook de binnenstad van Wenen is dichtbij. Zo. Nu houd ik op, anders denken jullie straks dat ik aandelen heb. Dat is niet zo. Wat ik wél heb, is een grote waardering voor ondernemingen waar sociale intelligentie en business sense elkaar versterken. Waar goed werkgeverschap, slim ontwerp en een gezond bedrijfsmodel niet los van elkaar staan. Zoku snapt dat behoorlijk goed.

Ein tolles Hotel mit Möglichkeit von Appartement. Sehr gut Lage

Das in einem deutschsprachigen Land im Hotel fast nur englisch kommuniziert wurde. Da ich bereits zu einer älteren Generation zählen ist Englisch nicht an der Tagesordnung

Ottima pulizia e ottimizzazione degli spazi che ,anche se esigui,permettono una buona permanenza per qualche giorno. Doccia spaziosa anche se il bagno piccolino.Struttura adiacente al parco giochi..ma buona insonorizzazione del loft. Metro a 10 minuti. Bellissima la terrazza al settimo piano per colazione o solo per bere qualcosa alla sera.

....purtroppo il nostro appartamento era a vista sulle montagne russe e nonostante la buona insonorizzazione a finestre chiuse si sentiva un po il rumore..sicuramente gli appartamenti che guardavano il cortile interno non avevano questo problema.Ho riposato bene ugualmente non è che vanno avanti molto la sera... inoltre con le indicazioni per il parcheggio fornite prima dell arrivo sarebbe opportuno informare gli ospiti sui numeri di parcheggio adiacenti all'ascensore corretto ...noi abbiamo girovagato un po nel parking per trovarlo .

Lage direkt beim Prater. Ruhige Zimmerlage in Richtung Stadt (Parkhaus Messe Wien direkt gegenüber). Balkon mit Hängeschaukelstuhl und kleinem Tischchen. Loft style mit brauchbarem Tisch und Stühlen, Sofa und gute Ausnutzung des Platzes mit versenkbarer Treppe zum höher gelegenen Bett.

Nicht 100% klar, ob Frühstück inkludiert ist (war es nicht, wurde jedoch erst beim Check-Out erwähnt), Instruktionen für 1. Besuch müssen genau gelesen werden. Reception ist im 7. Stock. Aufgrund von Flugverspätungen traf ich an einem Freitag Abend zwischen 19.00-20:00 ein. Bar (gleichzeitig Reception) war gut gefüllt mit Bestellenden. War spontan nicht als Reception erkennbar oder jemand für Check-In erkennbar ansprechbar. Habe self-checkin durchgeführt, was problemlos funktioniert hat. Nicht negativ für mich, kann jedoch für andere ein Kriterium sein - English Kentnisse sind von Vorteil für Unterhaltungen mit dem Personal (Check-In, Frühstück, etc.)

Incredibly nice staff, well thought out layout of the room. We appreciated the equipment - the kitchen has everything you could need, there are books and games in the room, they even provide scissors.

Loved that we got key cards to store our luggage while we wandered around, and the key cards just had to be dropped in a slot by the lockers when departing. We didn’t have to waste any time dropping off or waiting for them to bring out the luggage. Super efficient and well planned place to stay.

Modern und viele, kleine, witzige, nützliche Gadgets

Das ist jetzt Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es wäre toll zu diesem supertollen Frühstück eine weitere Alternative zu Butter und Margarine zu haben. Nämlich Frischkäse! Ein kleiner Putzlappen bei den verfügbaren Zimmern mit Küche wäre wünschenswert.

Really enjoyed our stay at Zoku! The whole concept is really interesting and honestly gave me the same feeling as an escape room, which I really liked. Breakfast was good, everything was fresh, tasty and had all the essentials. I also really appreciated the La Marzocco coffee machine, definitely a nice touch for a coffee lover. We also got a voucher for a drink, alcoholic or non alcoholic, which was a nice touch. The rooftop is definitely a highlight. Such a beautiful space! Overall, a really nice and different experience. Would definitely come back!

The only downside was the self check in. There is no proper reception and in our case, my name had not been transferred correctly into the system, so we needed some assistance. The staff did help us, but it was still a bit inconvenient.

Always love working in the upstairs location. Rooms are amazing and I love that they even have oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee machine, water boiler. Great quality soap and shampoo (love that it's local, too). Great breakfast and wonderful staff. I didn't even want to leave for meeting friends and invited them over for mocktails.

The gym is very small - If there are two people in at the same time it already gets uncomfortable.

Stylische Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage (U-Bahn ganz in der Nähe). Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Das Frühstück war perfekt. Hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.

Great location for visiting Prater with kids! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the view of Prater from the terrace was great. However, being so close to the park meant it was quite noisy at night.

Location is amazing - located very close to a metro station (2 corners away) and also next to the Prater of course.
