Courtyard by Marriott Boston Waltham

The Bistro was closed when I arrived…the breakfast looked good but I did not order anything

Nothing could have been any bettet

Super clean and friendly staff!

The blankets were thin

Espace dans la chambre, lit confortable

Ascenseur en panne

Location and restaurant on site. We didn’t have to drive out at night after driving all day we were able to eat at hotel, which was very nice!

Nothing

Overall good stay.

The elevators were out of order 50% of the time when we were there.

I prefer a free breakfast buffet. Fruits, bagels, waffles, muffins, coffee, tea. Location very good.

Elevators not working. Breakfast cafe.

Clean comfortable bed. Nice fridge.

Wish coffee and continental breakfast was included No room coffee either but honestly i working have used that anyway

We did not like so called sufficient “breakfast included” experience, especially for a family booking. A child being limited to only one item—for example, just bread, fruit, cereal, or a beverage—would not ordinarily constitute a complete breakfast. Even the adult allowance of only two items could be inadequate if, for example, choosing cereal and milk uses both selections or choosing food leaves no beverage. The main issue is how the rate was presented when we booked: If it said “breakfast included” without clearly explaining that it was a limited coupon or café credit, our expectation of a normal breakfast was reasonable. Since the coupon restrictions were disclosed only after check-in, that is particularly misleading. As we paid more for a breakfast-inclusive rate, you should request either reimbursement for the breakfast portion, Marriott points, or another appropriate adjustment.

It was very clean and comfortable, staff was amazing.

Place was very neat

If we could have 2 bottles of water was very helpful. We forgot to buy water wish there was some in the room!

Didn't have breakfast. Overall very good though far from airport.

Breakfast line . Not enough staff and we were in a hurry.

When I first entered the front desk staff was very nice and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nice location next to the highway. Great for a quiet night while on the road. Comfortable and big room.

Wifi didn’t work

I think the 4 star is a fair rating. Overall, it is consistent in quality with Courtyard hotels and the staff is very pleasant. Parking is free, there is no free breakfast but they do have a nice small food counter where you can purchase food and eat on nearby table. They have a small pool and gym. So why not 5 stars? We've stayed here 3 times. 1) The hotel is a bit awkward to get to off the highway 2) Parking is a bit annoying. They have spots int he front but they always fill up so you have to park in the back and its. few mins walk back to the front desk 3) Housekeeping could be better. They did not refill the body wash when we checked in. We asked to refill and they did but should have done before check in. Also the iron did not work but they replaced it. Its not the end of the world but sadly not 5 star worthy. 4) beds are a bit soft. Some reviews loves it but its too soft for us. So why do we stay? Close to the highway, Costco and child's college nearby,

I was very happy that the front desk was open 24 hours. I got hungry in the middle of the night, so I went down stairs and got some food (A sandwich and OJ). it was great. I also called ahead for an early check-in, and you guys accommodated me. It was great.

The alarm clock in my room was broken, and the thermostat didn’t work right. I didn’t come to Boston to watch TV, but the tv selection was awful when I just wanted to relax for an hour or so.

98% of everything.

They breakfast was in addition instead of a complementary offer.

Location was great! Near Bentley University where our grandson plays on the men's basketball team. Enjoyed eating at the Bistro!

the front desk staff was very helpful and kind

Rather pricey. Property was very nice

Great breakfast! Delcious!!

Everything was great!

The location to return home to N.H. Breakfast was good.

The window in the room could not be opened more than a few inches. The lights in this room were very bright . For me I personally like soft light 💡. Also the pillows are very small they should be much larger so that you can read comfortably.

For the price it was great. Lounge area was very nice and the staff was good with kids.

We have to say that Brad at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, as we were there for a memorial service.. The cost of the stay here was comparable to all the other hotels in the area, which we found to be a bonus.

Control for heating Coffee maker

Excellent Hotel and staff were very nice but what was the most impressive thing was the assistance they offered after I had left! I left something important in my room and they were so efficient in their response, posted it (internationally), there was a mix up re customs and it ended up being sent back to them and they posted it again-free of charge. Really helpful responses from Erin, Dan, Grace and Kaitlyn-thank you! Would highly recommend

Fantastic hotel to stay at. Our room was clean and very comfortable. If I come back to Boston I will definitely stay here.

Nice Courtyard - very clean. Only complaint- noisy AC unit and very noisy mini-fridge. Didn’t get a great nights sleep. But, cleanliness is most important to me.

The staff were very nice and the hotel is pet friendly.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff.

Clean, organized, comfortable and spacious rooms

No room service, No close places to eat.

The room was great but I did not like the fact that the room did not have a microwave. I consider the lack of microwave as the most inconvenient thing during my stay.

Convenient, clean hotel; friendly staff. Does not offer a free breakfast buffet like many similar hotels. The cafe was adequate for my short stay, but I prefer a free buffet that offers a greater selection of food.

We have stayed multiple times and every time has been great!

Updated hotel, good location!

clean, friendly staff and convenient location to shops and site seeing.

the outside area was very different loved it !

Muy comodo

El AC sonaba demasiado fuerte y no me dejo dormir

Breakfast wasn’t complimentary and with what I paid plus what was offered on the website I was very disappointed and feel like I was horribly misled.

Also, one of the amenities was that the hotel is pet friendly. The hotel doesn’t have dog friendly areas such as a dog park or a reciprocal for dog waste. I was charged $100 in addition to my hotel fee. I did not know of this fee and the receptionists told me that the $100 is told to travelers upon check-in. I will not stay at this hotel again.

.

Very clean everywhere in building, friendly helpful staff.

Very quiet and nice rooms

Very clean and new. It's also very convenient that there's Starbucks in the lobby, although the food is overpriced -$9 for a yogurt and fruit cup.

Nice hotel

Soap was out mid-shower. Wifi wasnt working

Didn't have a microwave in the room.

The room was spotless. Just enough room for a one night stay. Comfortable bed. Great location right off the interstate.

Overall stay was excellent. Very nice clean area. The only issue I had was the AC unit right next to the bed that going on and off every 30 seconds. It’s hard to get a good nights sleep.

It was nice

Perfect.

Beds were very comfortable, internet and tv access were very easy. We didn’t have at the hotel, we were out all day everyday:) but the bistro Coffee and snacks bar were great.

Good

Allowed us to check in early so our two-year-old could get a nap.

It’s great..nice hotel and friendly staff

La dame de la réception était vraiment accueillante et très professionnel

Goede ruime kamers met een mooie badkamer en druk in de douche. Mooi klein zwembad en vriendelijk personeel.

It’s clean hotel but the hotel location is a bit tricky.

Amazing hotel. Would highly recommend. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, staff incredibly friendly, food at bistro was delicious and affordable. 5 stars!!

Traveling from Texas and past experiences from stays at other hotels, the property and rooms were very clean. The staff was very courteous and friendly!

Seamless check-in and easy parking.

Very good

The bed is clean and has sofa bad . Overall is good.

Everything was great but a little bit difficult for the parking..
