Hampton Inn & Suites Boston/Waltham

It was very clean. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

NA

Very good breakfast.

Toilet - it was flushing water slowly.

Todo muy limpio

clean room and spacious. friendly staff

Good

Nothing

When parking at night, I was hit by a car and ran away, but I was told that it was within the range that the hotel's security cameras did not cover. ( I believe it's not a lie because it's the result that the police officer I called confirmed with the staff) If the parking space directly in front of the hotel's main entrance is not covered, there is no meaning in installing that security camera for guests. I think it's rare to be hit and run away, but if that happens, the hotel only told me to send a picture to the manager. As you can imagine, there is no response or action to the email.

Staff are incredible, breakfast was great, and it’s situated in a great area

Room smelled of dirty clothes

Everything went well from checking in to the hotel, free parking facilities, the room was very nice, the staff was extremely helpful and breakfast was delicious. we were not board with the breakfast offerings.

Room with bad smell, breakfast was downgraded. Noisy room upstairs. Disappointed. Water pressure in the shower was ridiculously low.

Beautiful hotel, pool was actually warm, breakfast had many choices including peach cobbler waffles. Staff were very friendly.

The rooms are amazing. The hallways are clean and always smelling fresh.

The breakfast was almost the same every day.

Cleanness

Nothing

Everything. Was clean and the staff were friendly

Nothing

Great location, quiet , much comfortable and accessible price range..

Wi-Fi connection

Staff were amazing super kind and very professional Amazing costumer service

The only thing that would’ve been nice but it didn’t advertise it when booking so I totally understand would’ve been having a microwave in the room

The suite we stayed in was lovely. We enjoyed the extra space

The breakfast was lacking. Almost all of the food was gone when we came down at 8:15 even though it’s 6-10am. Long line to make the waffles. Sausage and potatoes were gone.

Clean

Parking lot is to small

Newer and clean. Nice rooms.

No hot tub!

friendly staff

the tourist troops the oriental visitors

Rien

Gorgeous, clean, fancy room & bathroom! Delicious hot breakfast buffet & elegant lobby area.

Just hoped it was less expensive but the hotel really was outstanding!

I travel a lot and I have to say that this hotel was one of the best. The facility was spotless, the rooms very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Always convenient, friendly and clean. Incidental deposit is reasonable.

…

Local and cleaning, nice breakfast and excellent free parking slot!!!very important! Some of the employees of the front desk are very nice, polite and friendly!

The Ice Machine of my floor didn’t work during all my 7 days there

The staff were so friendly, and our room was spotless!

The only thing I noticed that could be improved is the breakfast food. the food could’ve been a little bit better for the breakfast.

Struttura di recente costruzione, molto bella e ben arredata. Camera e bagno molto belli e moderni. Parcheggio gratuito.

Nulla

Very nice

Breakfast was disappointing

Clean, safe, good size rooms, pleasant staff

Breakfast is always pretty disappointing

Property was clean.

It was very clean nice

The beds were hard and our fridge in the room didn’t work the first night also breakfast wasn’t great at all

Easy access, clean room.

Terrible breakfast and very expensive for a tiny well behaved little dog.

Everything was amazing

The pool was so warm! It was fabulous after a 12 hour drive! The fitness center was nice too.

Breakfast was hot and good,

just would like better access to ice, I wanted ice coffee and one of my kids wanted ice in his cranberry/ apple juice

Helpful front desk staff. Clean.

The setup cool design

Clean, friendly knowledgable staff, nice cozy rooms, free parking

Elevators small and slow, heating/cooling system wouldn't turn off completely even when set to off on wall a fan of some sort kept running, the clock theme made me think of the time to much

Muy limpio

Everything! The staff was so helpful!

All was great

Great room, great breakfast, great welcome.

Nothing!

Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff

Lack of quality, healthier Breakfast choices

Clean and comfortable. Decorated nice. Very welcoming

There was a bar in the lobby but it never appeared to be open or serving ?

Breakfast good, friendly staff

Bathroom door, hated it no privacy

Kindness of staff

Was not as clean in the hallways

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the layout was nice.

The couch could be much more comfortable, and with lower armrests. Also, there was a very loud banging sound outside on Tuesday, 3-3-2026, starting at about 4:20am. Once it woke me up, I couldn't get back to sleep, as it continued all morning until I left at 8:45. I noticed that the sound was coming from workers at the business next door (to the South). They appeared to be loading (scrap?) metal into a dumpster using a hi-lo.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and up-to-date. The staff is very friendly and responsive. We had a broken hairdryer and it was immediately replaced by staff. The breakfast area was clean and comfortable and there was a good variety offered. The usual hotel breakfast fare but very well managed.

Figuring out the WiFi was not straightforward and we gave up. There was no way to charge our car but the installation of their chargers in the parking lot is almost complete. Maybe by the time we stay there again!

It was clean

The outside was incredibly noisy and the toilet was clogged. When I put in a request and asked why the room hadn't been inspected, the response was that the rooms are inspected daily. Ok, well then why was the toilet clogged? I checked out a day early and the front desk staff didn't even ask me why. I told them. The roof of the room is so thin, you can hear someone walking above. This is not a good room to sleep in. Why such a cheaply built hotel?

When I open the cabinets?, there was hard bread on a plate with open jelly and fruit flies. That should have never happened

Location, space, breakfast price

Nothing

Beautiful spaces

Na

Clean, spacious rooms. They allowed me to leave my car in their lot the next day so I could explore Boston and avoid having to park in town.

Would have liked the hotel bar to have been open—it was closed during my stay which was a Thursday night.

Breakfast was very good. Cleanliness and value are the two primary reasons I stay at Hampton Inn and Suites.

Neighborhood is in an industrial area, not a great location for walking ... then again, it was winter and I would not have walked anyways. :)

Proximity to destination

Dirty, no tubs , bathroom door set up what horrible. no tv channels for children unless you use yours own streaming device

Pleasant staff, good design, great bed and shower, comfortable reading chair & light!

Having a bath tub.

Tudo excelente

Breakfast was good, staff was very nice, everything was very clean, loved location.

The rooms were ok. We had 5 rooms that my relatives rented. My room 519 smelled like dirty feet. And in the morning it sounded like there was construction going on in an above room.

The employees were always polite. We were not happy the bar was always closed. And there was no restaurant.

breakfast can be improve

The breakfast was a good variety of food. The area was kept clean and spacious.

Hmm. There was nothing not to like.

Everything

My family was pleased. Everything was perfect.
