Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Aventura Mall

You’ve done a lovely job upgrading the hotel, and the service was excellent.

Amenities were flimsy. Toilet paper was as thin as could be. I didn’t have enough dishwashing detergent. The night light should be accessible from the bed. And don’t charge $7 for a bottle of water. It feels like nickel and diming.

Excelente localização, confortável, bom custo benefício.

Great location, very clean, breakfast had variety and freshness

Can’t think of anything specific

Cleanliness and kind staff. Proximity to mall and cruise.

Very good location, clean and cosy place

The gym very small and very poor equipments

Very comfortable

Nothing

The location!!

The Gym is too small

A very welcoming hotel with excellent facilities.

Location

No place to buy affordable water, no tea kettle in the room to boil water for my little one.

It had quite a bit of things you needed just no food shops near by

It's didn't have any restaurants or meals available

Stayed here for the WC  game and I must say the location is beautiful. Very close to Publix, CVS and within walking distance to the Aventura Mall! The Mall is huge, great staff, Sofia and Carmen helped me with the FIFA transportation to the stadium. We had an amazing time.

Habitación muy funcional y moderna. Cocina bien equipada.

Had the most amazing family time on our stay, kudos on the complimentary breakfast with many choices for all our different tastes. Location is great. Hoping to come back soon

The variety of breakfast, the comfort of the room

The cost of parking

Konum ve çalışanlar çok iyiydi.

Odamız biraz daha büyük olsa daha iyi olurdu.

Great front desk team and room set up well for a family of 4 adults. Very close to the Aventura mall which has tons of choices f restaurants, stores and entertainment.

The hotel staff especially Sofia were so wonderful and welcoming. Nice buffet, Katty help my family with the waffles. It was so kind and sweet !We will stay here again in the future!

Great breakfast and staff, very good location

The breakfast service ends quite early

L habitación genial. Siempre limpia. Muy funcional. Perfecta para una familia amigos, parejas, etc

Todo nos gusto

This is definitely one of the rare hotels where I can genuinely say the staff are truly kind and make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. A special thank you to David and all of the front desk agents for being so welcoming, friendly, and making the check-in process smooth and effortless. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I loved all the kitchen amenities they have everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Aventura Mall, the movie theater, arcade, and a beautiful park for kids. The complimentary breakfast is inviting and well-organized. The food is delicious, and everything is kept clean and tidy. The gym is fantastic and even includes a rowing machine, which is a rare and appreciated feature. The heated pool is also very clean and enjoyable. I want to thank the entire staff for making our stay memorable every time we visit. Thank you!

This hotel is almost perfect: great beds, roomy suites, fabulous location, great AC, very quiet, and excellent service. I only wish that there were umbrellas at the pool that would make it easier to sit out there in the heat. Oh, and the breakfast: a sumptuous variety of high-quality food. Please don’t forget to tip the staff.

Magnificent experience !! great property, great stay !! We had an amazing experience with Sofia throughout our trip !! She made us feel welcomed and special, which truly meant a lot for mom and I. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, always with a smile going above and beyond whenever we needed anything. Rooms modern, exceptionally clean and very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen with good quality and a very quiet hotel. The service was excellent from start to the end of our trip, friendly staff in front desk, housekeeping left us chocolates, bellboy … all were truly nice & attentive. A very nice experience, great buffet, nice pool and several small touches that make a difference from other hotels in Aventura. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience !! We would return for the great service, location and amenities !

Stayed here for the first time and had the best experience!! Special Shoutout to David and Dawn for their extra special attention and caring!! Definitely highly recommended to stay here!!

We visit Aventura often and will come back to this property! Clean room, friendly helpful staff and great breakfast! Thank you

Reception staff was friendly and extremely helpful with accepting my packages and safeguarding it. The breakfast staff was lovely and the spread was good.

The hotel passages are not very well lit, more lighting would be great

Everything was PERFECT!! Each day as I left and upon my return I felt like I was home. The desk staff were beyond caring. Their smiles were amazing. My room was perfect!!! I will forever stay at a Residence Inn.

I’ll definitely be staying here again! My stay was phenomenal and exceeded my expectations. I visited with my mom to see family, and from the moment we checked into our room to the breakfast area and even the hallways, we were greeted warmly. My mom even noticed how everyone seemed so nice and friendly, and that’s because they truly are! My stay was pleasant; both my mom and I slept well and felt very comfortable. The aesthetic of the hotel is beautiful! I want to acknowledge the front desk agents, Vanessa and the others whose names I didn’t catch, as well as the operational manager, Sophia! They are really the stars of this place! They welcomed me with genuine smiles, which I appreciated nowadays it’s hard to even get a hello I truly believe the front of the house is what makes your first impression and I was indeed impressed by the wonderful hospitality I received while staying here. When I arrived at my room, there was an amenity waiting for both my mother and I given to us by Sophia! we were absolutely wowed! Everyone here your dedication , your smiles your warm hospitality does not go unnoticed. Keep up the great work!

Breakfast was good, lots of options of food to choose from.

the decor of the hotel generally a bit dark, espeically the hallways

Absolutely wonderful service by the friendly and helpful staff. I stay all over the world for business and this hotel really makes you feel at home. The location is perfect for nearby dining, shopping and even is across the street from a 3 mile walking path around a golf course. I highly recommend this property for business or leisure!

I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. A special thank you to Sofia, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference and made the experience even better. Great hospitality all around — I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is great and the staff is amazing.

Beautiful suite, very comfortable, thanks Raquel for being always so kind with us. Antonio and Grace

The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options to choose from. The room was very nice, comfortable, and well maintained. Additionally, all the staff I came into contact with were friendly and very helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Great Team specially Arthur at front Desk!

Little tolerance for requested late check out -30” only !

Habitacion grande y cómoda. Ubicación perfecto.

Desayuno muy básico. Relación precio - hotel, caro.

I am very happy about the quick and efficient service of the engineer Manuel, who fixed my Heating system.

Amplias habitaciones.

This is a great hotel for a family that needs to stay in Aventura. Nice breakfast, convenient location and generous size rooms. The hotel is a little hard to navigate and the staff seem either overwhelmed or short. We request towels and blankets multiple times and they never came.

ALL staff, from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance ALL very friendly & willing to “go the extra mile” for you. Hotel VERY clean & well located. Great for long term stays! Internet not great - desperately needs to be upgraded. A bit on the slow side.

my ditzy daughter left a whole bunch of stuff, including some medical apparatus, in the room. I live very close to the hotel. she called me yesterday(!) and said she thinks she might have left some things including a medical device. I asked at the front desk and was greeted warmly by Sophia, who quickly got housekeeping to look in the lost and found. Well, out comes a big bag of paraphernalia that apparently they keep for 3 months and then give to good will. I have to commend the residence inn for having a lost and found department that really cares. kudos to the housekeeping! and kudos to Sophia..thank you very much, beverly
