Aloft by Marriott Miami Aventura

No desayuné, ubicación buena

Location and POOL

Nothing

Nada

Everything, from the friendly staff to the clean room and relaxing area/ pool

Clean

Second time staying here and hotel is lovely, great value too.

The room is really confortable, and the location is perfect away from the Miami Chaos but just 25min

T

Nada

Excellent helpful staff

It was a little far away from most of the main Miami sites (South Beach, Downtown and Brickell), other than the mall

Veldig rent og pent nye håndklær hver dag.

Very nice pool and bedrooms, great location, close to aventura mall

Only 1 elevator was working

I loved my whole stay while in Miami and the staff was amazing!

The included breakfast needs a little more added to menu!

It was quite ok.

The hall was a little bit complicated

The hotel was very nice. Pool was accessible and the laundry was easy to use. The room was spacious and clean but could do with more storage. Swimming pool was good also.

Travel to Miami was via Uber ($40) and took over 30mins. Local buses buses were over 1.5hrs to Miami. the Brightline train was a 30min walk. Not really near anything except the mall and racetrack (both a 20min walk).

Great swimming pool. Room was great could do with more storage but works well. Clean and staff great. Could get food and bar great.

All good here. Great restaurants around and it’s a lovely new area.

I really want to recognize Nikki and Martha because they were truly the highlight of my stay at the Aloft Aventura. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a lasting impression on my family and turned a great stay into an exceptional one. First, Nikki at the front desk provided one of the best check-in experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine sense of kindness that immediately made us feel welcome. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and comforting, taking the time to ensure that everything about our check-in process went smoothly. Her positive attitude and outstanding hospitality stood out and made a lasting impression on our family. Nikki has a natural ability to make guests feel valued and cared for, and she is truly an asset to this hotel. I would also like to give a special thank you to Martha, who provided exceptional service during breakfast. She was attentive, thoughtful, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. What meant the most to us was the sweet gesture she made for our daughter, who was celebrating her birthday. Martha surprised her with a delicious muffin early that morning to help make her birthday extra special. It was such a thoughtful act of kindness that brought a huge smile to our daughter’s face and made our family feel so appreciated. Nikki and Martha both exemplify what outstanding customer service should look like. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care turned a simple hotel stay into a truly special experience. Because of them, we will absolutely return to the Aloft Aventura and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night, and my experience was very good. The service was excellent throughout my stay. The customer service team and front desk staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained during my entire stay. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you to the entire staff for making my extended stay enjoyable!

Best hotel very clean

Everything was great

The hotel is in a really great location for bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to Target also. We stayed for the F1 Grand Prix weekend and was great for Ubers to the Hard Rock Stadium. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

Location was great.

It wasn’t clean at all. The ac was really loud. Staff was ok.

.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. 1 also really appreciated the laundry facilities, which made my stay even more convenient. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Excellent location near shopping centers in the area, about a 30-minute drive from the beach. The staff was very kind and helpful with everything. There was also a great bar and an excellent bartender.

Location, quality rooms , great staff and great

I will be returning! i also love the security being able to be on the elevator, knowing that anyone cannot come to your room without a key to power the elevator to get two second floor I will return! Everything was clean, and I felt secure

Ampla, boas camas, pia com boa bancada no banheiro.

Chuveiro ruim, pouca água. Camarareira ruim.

Clean and convenient

Perfect Location

Very late cleaning service

Convenient for the surroundings restaurants.

You can clearly see this is managed by an affiliate. The level of quality maintenance is clearly not there. Staff is ok.

Loved this hotel. Staff were absolutely amazing friendly and very helpful. The cleaners were fantastic and they were always willing to help. Food and drinks was lovely. Definitely coming back .

I called he hotel to let them know I was booking the night before as I was arriving very early. They finally gave me the room, but initially told me the reservation had been cancelled!

One of the beds in my room hadn't been done

The property was very nice. I had a place I can park and places I can go an eat

Only thing I didn’t like is the location because the road is narrow. If you park ok the side then someone can possibly side swipe your car, however that is a risk if you don’t want to park in the garage

Check-in was very easy and hassle free

There was no microwave

The Aloft is quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located.

The stained couches in the lobby didn't make a good impression.

Perfect location in Aventura. Close to many good restaurants. Perfect for visiting friends and family on the area

Convenience to entertainment and cleanliness

Stayed too short

We had a dayuse.com room booked for the end of our Spring Break cruise and Dayuse didn't inform us that all the rooms had been booked due to Miami open. So we arrived at the hotel ready to go to our room drop our luggage and relax until we were told that we did not have a room. This was upsetting to us but the lovely lady behind the desk was so kind and made a bad situation better. She held our luggage and gave us recommendations for a food spot close by. We used the pool until we had to catch our uber to the airport. All in all, the lady made a bad situation so much better. The lobby and pool that I could see were all clean, quiet, well stocked with towels and well maintained. It was a trendy very cool vibe. It was as good a spot as any to use as a resort for the day or a dayuse. Thank you and I'm sorry I didn't catch your name. ( I think it started with and A)

The location and staff where great.
