Great property in a great location!

So clean and accesible

Great service and location

Great location

Clean rooms, wonderful staff and great restaurants

Espectacular

Excelente ubicacion, y muy bonito y limpio. Me encanto y lo recomiendo. Muy acogedor.

The unique thing about this hotel is how convinient it is by being next to the T-Mobile District and how centric it is. Its great if you are staying for an event at the Choliseo. Highly recommend.

Great stay

Place!

Todo

If you want nightlife several bars and restaurants around. You must take transportation to leave the area. The hotel clean, excellent.

Nicely located and great venues near the property

Excellent

Great stay at t mobile district in San Juan.

Nice place

Good

Excellent Service

Great location

Good stay at the hotel. Excellent service throughout the hotel. Good location. thank you all for your excellent work.

Clean and beautiful space

Excellent hotel

No sirven.

The hotel has serious humidity, and the AC was more like a fan. When I got home, all my clothes were damp, and I was just there for one night. There are better options for the price.

I reserve a room with King bed, but they gave me a 2 tweens bed, the room is to noisy.

No complaints, very good

This was my second stay at Aloft but unfortunately it did not meet the same experience as the first time. We checked in after 11pm. Upon getting off the elevator there was a foul smell in the hallway that was still there the following day. Our room also had a strong unplesasant odor. The bed had hairs on it and one of the pillows smelled musty.

My husband and I stayed for one night to enjoy the amenities around and the restaurants. The checkin experience was great. Excellent welcome and orientation by staff. Complimentary drinks. Good service at bar. The bathroom door to separate from the rest of the room was not working and had to stay open. At approximately 10 pm the room walls started trembling with no stop loud music beat sounds. Past 1 am we called the front desk and we were advised the noise was coming from the nearby nightclub at Distrito T mobile and expected to continue until 4 am. The loud nouise ended at 4:11 am thus we were unable to rest. Before leaving early that morning, we talked again to the staff at front desk and they reassured us the nightclub was being allowed to extend to 4 am only during a specific timeframe before the year ends. I am reassesing another booking I already have at this hotel in January 2026 based on the information on the curfew for this nightclub.

Great.

It was one night, but service was excellent, food in XYZ Bar was good. Excellent location.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was amazing

Very centralized in the heart of TMobile District. Overall, very safe, friendly staff and a clean place to stay. The special decor to promote the island was super cute. Restaurants nearby are grossly overpriced, and the quality of food was just mediocre. I would stay here again, but will definitely go outside of the district to eat, drink and hang out.

Excelente, limpio, accesible, moderno y empleados super amables

Overall good stay, safe and convenient rooms are simple, smelled like humidity at times

So loud. Its part of an entertainment complex, and there was live music with thumping bass going until 4 am on Friday night and 2 am on Saturday night. Got absolutely no sleep. Otherwise hotel is very nice.

Excellent stay, location and staff.

Excellent service

Convenient to everything

While the property itself is modern and the staff is friendly, the bathroom ( bathtub, handle bars and sink) was dirty. The bathtub had hairs all over and there were black spots as well. Handlebars had brown spotting. I arrived and checked in at 8:00 pm, so I believe the lack of cleaning wasn’t because of lack of time.

Me/ encanto

Excellent!

Is a great hotel with a great location.

Nice stay

Very clean great service

Perfect hotel!

Nice area clean hotel

Love everything about this place!!!

Clean hotel

It was very nice and clean and next to some great entertainment. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to help accommodate. Check-in was pain free and checkout was even smoother. If I had to absolutely complain about something it would be the elevators are slow and there’s only two of them.

Bad odor. Wall stamping falling off. Next to a night club during weekends imposible to sleep because of the noise.

Hidden fees are charges in case the hotel staff finds something broken or damaged in the room. I then call to claim a refund, and they tell me the money was used to pay the platform where I made the reservation and to pay for parking (coincidentally, according to them, the same amount they charged me for the first). Also, when I got to the room, the sheets were stained, and when we got to the room, there was a seemingly used sock behind the armchair. The music from outside could be heard in the room until around 4 a.m.

I really loved staying here, its proximity to the airport and Distrito T Mobile was amazing. It was also a short ride to El Choli for the Bad Bunny concert. I would recommend this hotel to any people traveling to SJPR.

A Variety of Food options

Is right in T mobile place where they always have music, food and Toro Verde close to San Juan and Piñones.

Ots a different vibe and experience! Excellent

Very clean; love proximity to T Mobile District; pool was great and we loved that they had onsite laundry services…also excellent customer service and proximity to airport and Old San Juan!!

Y

Liked the restaurants at Districto T-Mobile. Din't like all the loud kids from the basketball tournament taking over the hotel and being loud late at night.

I like my stay, however the room wasn’t ready by 5:30 pm when the checking time was supposed to be at 4:00 pm. As a courtesy they extended my check out time tho. The fact that they tried to accommodate us in a different room while trying to convince us about that room being the same ( square feet but not best view) made us feel awkward.

El trato

The property is connected to the Distrito Mobile center, which is amazing.

The property was very clean and the staff are nice and very helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay if you don’t intend to stay during the day time. The pool bar only opens on the weekend for a few hours. It was rough looking over at the Sheraton pool everyday and literally nothing at Aloft. The rooms and hotel overall were clean. Staff was cool.

very nice

This place is great

It was just ok. The ac system needs deep cleaning. I have been in other places far better.

Estuvo bien la estadia

Stayed for a 3 night work trip. Conveniently located close to good restaurants. The gym had good equipment options and the breakfast downstairs was quick and convenient.

Food menu can be improved. Music from the T-Mobile District can be heard in rooms

Amazing

Excellent

The hotel was great, good service and location. Just that the AC in my room was too loud.

Very Nice!

Great food and entertainment all around.

Everything was perfect

Excellent and have good amenities around.

Just had a little inconvenient with the reservation

amazing

Location is superb. The hotel is modern but lacks good finishes.

Cleen room and good spaces to relax

First time. Warm welcome and pleasing staff. Next to the hotel where the Prom was.

N/a

Agradable, acogedor y buen servicio.

Right next to District T Mobile

I did not like that I make the reservation with you (Expedia), and because was with a 3rd party, they did not want to give us the same “things”, like rewards on the Marriott App, early check in, etc.

Destination fee was increased even though we had a set price since our reservation. Not the best odors once you get to the hotel rooms. We were charged self parking in addition to valet parking. We only used valet requiring us to pay close attention to our bill

Unique lovation

The location is convenient and room modern and clean.

Good

Would definitely visit again !! Clean room and very attentive staff !

Very accessible place to downtown via a car, walkable to Condado, right in front of the Distrito mobile

Convenient and walkable location
