The staff was not friendly or welcoming at all!!!! They looked like they hated being there, hardly acknowledging my presence while looking for my reservation and was more interested in her conversation with her co worker. Took her almost 30 mins to “ find” a room even though I had booked and confirmed months ago. Just very uninterested in helping at all . And that’s not the first impression or first greeting you want because that sets the standards of the stay and it was not off to a good start

Que les dije a diario que se salía el agua de la caja del inodoro y no me hicieron caso, y supe que tienen problemas muy serios de agua, yo creo las fugas de agua hay que arreglarlo luego

The bath tub was clogged but ww where therefor one night, so it drained by the morning. Overall we had a goodnight sleep.

Muy tranquila el área me encantó cerca de supermercados y restaurantes eso me gustó

Pero lo que no me gustó y espero que la llamen a la atención es a la que limpió ese día 25 de agosto la habitación 505 y 506 nos dejo el baño no muy limpio no lleno los útiles de jabón de bañar ni shampo ni nada lo dejo vacío en las dos habitaciones éramos 4 por habitación y solamente dejó una sola tualla en las dos habitaciones no es justo la que lo hizo no trabajo su trabajo como tenía que hacerlo gracias.

En general, mi experiencia en el Hotel Miramar ha sido buena. Aunque es un hotel con algunos años, se nota que hacen un esfuerzo por mantenerlo actualizado, limpio y agradable. Me hospedo principalmente por motivos de trabajo y valoro mucho la ubicación, la tranquilidad y la atención del personal.

En esta ocasión, la habitación era bastante amplia, pero no me resultó tan cómoda como esperaba. El colchón estaba bastante duro, lo que dificultaba descansar bien después de un día de trabajo. Además, el televisor era demasiado pequeño para el tamaño de la habitación y la distancia desde la cama. Para poder verlo y escucharlo cómodamente era necesario subir demasiado el volumen. Considero que un televisor de mayor tamaño y un colchón más cómodo mejorarían considerablemente la experiencia.

The staff, they receive you with a smile. I stay here a lot and they recognize, know your name and welcome you as well as in the checkout! This hotel is always very clean, close to everything, excellent restaurant, movie theater, yoga, it is a safe neighborhood!

The hotel stay was excellent. I really liked the location, which was close to movie theaters, restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets. The location was excellent, everything was very clean, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay.

Solo la ubicación.

Las camas son pesimas , se sienten los resortes de los colchones en la espalda, no hacen aseo en la habitación, ud sale y regresa y encuentra la cama sin hacer. Ud hace una recomendación y al personal es como si no les importara.

Estuvimos 2 veces a la llegada y cuando nos ibamos . Super bien ubicado para moverte con uber (son super baratos).

The parking terrible, we arrived at 2:00 am and the clerk said that all parking was full and didn’t had a empty space. Only in a insecure area.

I stay in this hotel regularly, it is close to everything, and I like that it is super clean, the room is big an the staff are nice.

The coffee shop closed. When the coffee shop when open, they had great coffee. The rooms have coffee, but not the same quality.

El aparcamiento NO me gustó porque tienes que solicitar que te abran tanto para entrar como para salir, y el aparcamiento está en la acera de enfrente. En mi opinión es incómodo

Tuvieron un problema con las instalaciones de agua y nos cancelaron sin avisar. Luego volvimos a reservar en otra planta del hotel y a la noche nos volvimos a quedar sin agua para ducharnos ni lavarnos los dientes

Cerca de muchos sitios para comer, lugar cómodo, habitación limpia, cumplió propósito que era para dormir una noche.

El estacionamiento, cuando llegamos ya estaba lleno. Tuvimos que dejar el auto en la calle, un poco lejos del hotel.

The bathroom is very outdated, the toilet, the pedestal sink very very low. The shower curtain broke the metal tube holding the shower curtain in one side very loose from the wall and anyone can get hurt or have a serious injury if it falls in the tub with the curtain being broken and the metal tube. The bathtub faucet broke.😐😐 and it was a room that was giving to us do to the prior one no cold water the bathtub got flooded of water and the water was up to my ankles. In the first day.

Muy buena ubicación, céntrica y en zona segura, creca de un supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes y tiendas. Fuimos caminando a la Playa de Condado y a El Escambron.

Solo que las amenidades no estan actualizadas en booking, por ejemplo: el área de la terraza no está amueblada para descansar o relajar y el restaurante lleva años sin operar, cuestipon que si uno quiere desayunar o cenar, o tal solo ir por un café no lo tiene en el hotel.

Cama cómoda, aire súper agradable. El cuarto tenía TV, nevera, microondas, cafetera! Café! Secadora para el cabello en el baño. Está excelente por el precio!

Lo único que diría es que hice reservación para cuatro pero solo habían dos toallas grandes en la Habitación y servicio para dos cafés. Pero! Nada que una llamada no pudiera revolver!

Lo mejor la ubicación, barrio tranquilo cerca de supermercados y tiendas de conveniencia, cerca del terminal de cruceros de Royal Caribbean, por eso elegimos este hotel.

La terraza existe pero está 0 equipada tenía 4 sillas 4, no tenía ningún mobiliario, elegí este hotel porque estaba cerca del terminal de cruceros y por su terraza para poder descansar ahí, pero no se podía ya que no había nada excepto esas cuatro sillas, la segunda habitación que me tocó después del crucero la ducha se llenaba de agua y no bajaba como corresponde.

La terraza no tiene mesas ni los elementos que se ven en las fotos solo había 4 sillas, no se podía disfrutar de ella, el aire acondicionado era viejo y hacía mucho ruido

Estacionamiento. El portón no funciona y en ocasiones hay que estar bastante tiempo en lo que abren. Deben crear otro método más fácil de acceso.

The hotel itself did not look bad structurally, but the room we were assigned was not clean. There were hairs on the bed, the bathroom was not very clean, and the bathtub faucet was broken. The hallways also had a dusty smell. In addition, parking was very difficult and inconvenient. Additionally, we had to go out and buy detergent and a brush to clean the bathtub, and we even ended up purchasing two sets of bed sheets for the beds. We brought our own towels, but when we opened one to place on the bathroom floor, we noticed it had pink stains on it.
