Awesome slides for the kids, breakfast was nice, great location, and Friendly staff.

Be careful at the pool area. It’s super slippery and you can fall. Staff was nice and helpful when you needed anything but they seemed a bit stretched thin at times. Overall nothing we really didn’t like.

Great location, great pool and slides for kids , good buffet and most of the stuff are friendly and helpful.

The lack of response and assistance regarding my reservation completely tainted the experience. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, I am still waiting for either my refund or, at the very least, a meaningful response. The poor communication and lack of customer support have been extremely disappointing.

Hôtel trop concentré, trop de monde en fin avril début mai ça doit être l’horreur en pleine saison . Énormément de touristes et nous avions pris des chambres accès piscine déçu impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre tant il y’a de moustique avec les végétations en réz de chaussés (photo en séchant le linges des dizaine et dizaine de posent dessus) Nous avions deux chambres une seule prête à 15h la seconde il fallait attendre 15h30 long quand vous attendez déjà avec deux enfants un check in à 15h! Petit déjeuner pas de fruits variés pastèque banane ananas (on aurais aimé voir en 6 nuits fruits de la passion ? Papaye ? …), pas de nuttela ou chocolat ? si vous arrivez à 9h30/40 il faut attendre une place et installer sois même les couverts car trop de monde. Effet usine à touriste concentré autour de la piscine! Du sang sur les draps bref nous n’irons plus à cette établissement. Il doit y avoir des voyages organisés en Russie et Chine avec des tours opérateurs car 99% de la clientèle… Le seul point positif et si vous êtes prêts à payer que pour ça c’est le toboggan que les enfants adorent!

Room 2116 has a pump placed directly outside, which is very loud when operating as it’s used to clean the pool. The noise can be quite disruptive. Additionally, water runs down the nearby steps, which seems to attract a lot of mosquitoes in the area. If possible, I would recommend avoiding this room for a more comfortable stay.

Great location and slides.

Too many things not working, and not getting fixed. Over the week we were there, lifts, coffee machine (only one working for all guests), two treadmills, kids pool, out of service, and not getting fixed. Also zero changes in the breakfast. Same every single day.

Kinderbetreuung, Pool. Alle Angenehmlichkeiten eines Resorts, incl. zimmerservice etc. Waren nur 2 Tage hier. zur Abwechslung zu sonstigen Unterkünften ganz schön, wenn alles vor Ort ist und die Kinder betreut werden können. Natürlich nicht authentisches Thailand. Aber das ist wohl jedem Besucher bewusst.

We had a wonderful stay at Pamookkoo Resort! The hotel is very clean, family-friendly, and the facilities are great, especially for kids. The location is also convenient and close to everything we needed. A special thank you to Nami, who was extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us during our stay. She made our experience even better with her support and warm attitude.

The only small point is that there were no halal food options available at the hotel, which was a bit challenging for us.

This place was amazing. My 10 year old son loved it. Amazing location.

Bar prices were a little high

The room was a very nice size and very clean. Also transport services was very easy to obtain.

The hotel is huge and the pool area is always full of children since it is a family resort. Therefore, it is not a quiet hotel.

De har ingen regler for håndklæder ved solsengene, der er SÅ meget larm, højt musik hele tiden, selv til morgenmaden bliver man blæst væk af techno musik. Vi skulle betale for at låne en tallerken og bestik til takeaway. De gjorde ikke rent på værelset når vi anmodede om roomservice, vi vælger endda kun af få det hver 3 dag.

Det fanns två bra saker med det här hotellet: all thailändsk personal och rummet. Inte mer än så. Välj ett annat hotell med rutschkanor istället.

Det här stället vimlar av fulla, vräkiga ryssar. Vi såg alldeles för fulla människor flera gånger som staplade omkring bland poolerna, bland alla småbarn. Poolområdet är superhalt, du kommer halka. Det värsta är frukosten – det spelas hög technomusik hela frukostvistelsen så pulsen är konstant hög. Det är trångt, oavsett vilken tid du kommer. Maten är acceptabel, inte mer än så. Vi fick inte hjälp att boka en taxi heller utan skulle lösa det själva. Minimarket de hänvisar till har ett prispåslag på minst 200%, gå hellre till 7-11 några minuter bort. Det värsta är att min son sov i en överslaf på rummet, utan tröja, och när han vaknade var hans rygg full av bett, minst 25 st, som kliade rejält.

Un séjour absolument incroyable en famille ! Si vous venez à Phuket avec des enfants, cet hôtel est clairement un incontournable. Tout est réuni pour passer des vacances parfaites : le parc aquatique est génial, le kids club est super pour les enfants, le service est excellent et tout le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable avec énormément de choix. L’hôtel est très propre, bien organisé et parfaitement pensé pour les familles. Et en plus il est situé à Kata Beach, qui est selon nous l’endroit familial par excellence à Phuket.

Honnêtement rien à redire, tout était vraiment parfait pendant notre séjour.

Le manque de transat le fait que ça soit un peu glissant autour de la piscine et les gens qui ne jettent pas leur saleté dans la poubelle, et qui laisse traîner partout par terre

Fotbollsplanen och Poolområdet var toppen för barn. Ett toppen bra familjehotell.

Die Rutschen sind natürlich das Highlight in diesem Hotel, die Betten waren etwas hart, aber mit nachbestelltem Topper durchaus verwendbar, Die Lage zum Strand und zum nächtlichen Geschehen war gut und denn noch ruhig genug für die Nacht. Das Frühstück war umfassend und bot von Brötchen, Cornflakes, über Omlettes und herzhaften Speisen alles, was benötigt wird. Gesamt ein guter Aufenthalt für dieses Preissegment. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und habe ich in Thailand schon deutlich schlechter erlebt.

Die Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück war zwei oder drei Tage defekt, außerdem sind zwei Automaten für diese Menge an Menschen zum Morgen einfach zu wenig. Am schlimmsten ist die Poollandschaft, die einfach brutalst glatte Fliesen hat. Es ist nicht die Frage, ob man ausrutscht, sondern wann - es ist wirklich unvermeidbar. Hotel war einfach durch die Rutschen ÜBERVOLL ab morgens. Wir sind im Nachbar Hotel (Tuana Beach) an den Pool gegangen, weil wir dort fast allein waren und in Pamookkoo gar keine Liegen mehr bekommen haben. Also merke: Das Hotel wird von Familien gebucht, die am Pool und nicht am Meer liegen wollen! KEINE RUHE!

Sicuramente la posizione dell'hotel era strategica comoda per uscire anche a piedi, camere abbastanza comode per quattro persone 2 adulti e 2 bambini, pulizia nella norma.

sicuramente che l'hotel per pagare gli extra non mi ha accettato AMEX dicendo che non l'aveva, in più la colazione andava molto sotto le aspettative.

Huoneessamme oli mahdollisesti jtn homeongelmaa, puolisolle kävi kovin henkeen ja voimakas haju oli tullessaan.

La piscine est vraiment bohneur pour les petits et les grands avec les toboggans. Personnels agréable et aux petits soins. Acceuil chaleureux. Petit déjeuner au top.

The hotel is a perfect family hotel. The swimming pool is great and the room we found to be well laid out and clean. This hotel is perfect for families with young children. An easy short walk to Kata beach and a short tuk tuk ride to Kata Noi beach. A staff member named Oh was very helpful at breakfast as well as Georgie who thoroughly cleaned prior to providing our table to sit at. Thank you to you both.

The pool area is very slippery and this is noted by many respondents. We were at the pool most days and witnessed many people fall over. The hotel has laid down some rubber matting, but simply nowhere near enough. This needs to be addressed. Had it not been for this issue I would have rated the hotel much higher. They need to take this issue seriously. Breakfast was good, although very busy at times so some small wait was required.

Väldigt många ryssar som bodde på detta hotellet. Kaos på frukosten efter kl 08:30 på morgonen. Dock väldigt god frukost, men oerhört mycket folk!

Too much people, drinking and screaming until 1-2 in the morning, and already at 6 o’clock kids are screaming on the pool. For 5 days we didn’t see anybody that comes to calm down those people. So you can sleep normally only 3, max 4 hours. Breakfast is a nightmare. The hotel is like open playground, not normal family place to stay. Never again!

Family rooms were very spacious, the pool was amazing, restaurants were really nice and the breakfast offered a good spread. The location was really good, close to Kata beach and a lot of restaurants and markets. The kids club was really good. The staff really set this place apart. They all made such an effort to make our stay great and were unbelievably friendly and helpful with our kids. I would definitely stay again.

Only issue was other guests claiming sunbeds at the crack of dawn and not actually using them, making it a bit tricky at times to get a sunbed. Not the hotels fault, but really annoying.

Location was great

The property is in serious need of maintenance. The exposed aggregate around the pool is very worn and rough, and the kids were constantly cutting their feet on it. The tiles are also extremely slippery when wet and posed a real safety hazard. We watched multiple people slip and get hurt. Despite keeping the kids on high alert, one eventually slipped and ended up in the emergency department. Although the staff were attentive and accommodating, an accident like this felt inevitable, especially with a group of 11 of us using the facilities. The slide landing area is also far too shallow and unsafe, one child’s leg bent backwards on landing, which could have resulted in a serious injury. Overall, the facilities are not safe, particularly for children, and need urgent attention.

Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern, zwar etwas „benutzt“ aber ansonsten recht gut. Wir hatten Zimmer 3703 - super Ausblick. Die Putzdame war auch immer sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel, das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, der Pool groß & das Personal fast immer sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist echt gut, da man in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß beim Kata Beach ist. Ebenfalls sind außenrum viele gute Restaurants (Lobster & Prawn war sehr gut!).

Das Bett war steinhart, ich hatte dann 2x nach einem Topper gefragt, da ich leider nicht schlafen konnte - es wurde sich aber sofort darum gekümmert! Leider hatten wir bei unserer Zimmertür einen etwas größeren Spalt unten, daher war der Gang leider sehr hellhörig. Ebenfalls waren trotz 7. Stock immer wieder kleine Ameisen im Zimmer. Leider war das verhalten von bestimmten Personen beim Frühstücksbuffet absolut nervig & ekelhaft. Anstatt die Zange zu verwenden wird einfach mit Fingern in die Behälter gegriffen usw., das sollte man meiner Meinung nach unterbinden als Hotel. Ebenfalls empfanden wir es als etwas unangenehm, dass fast nur eine Nation vertreten war als Hotelgäste und auch sehr viel auf diese ausgelegt war (Durchsagen, Schilder in deren Sprache, usw.).
