Die Zimmer müssten mit einem Staubsauger statt mit einem Besen sauber gemacht werden, sodass wirklich der Schmutz beseitigt wird. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber könnte mehr Auswahl haben.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the room was spacious and well equipped.

It’s very close to Kata beach and it’s easy to get everywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

It was a cute little resort right on the main road very near to the Kata night market and Karon beach. We chose this because we wanted to stay away from the hubbub of Patong. The area is lively and have lots of restaurants and 7/11 nearby. The resort was very clean, the room was beautiful, well stocked with amenities and absolutely met our expectations. The staff were very polite. They even gave us free smoothie coupons as we had to wait extra 10 minutes during our check-in. The pool was pretty too ( i just wish it had a shallower end. It was 4 ft in depth). There is a scooter rental place just as you step out of the resort as well. Money exchange counters are also right there. Would absolutely recommend it

Everything was perfect, the room, the long swimming pool, 5 mn to Kata beach... They even offered me a cake for my birthday, on thursday they have buffet 499 baths with traditionnal dance.

A little bit expensive compare to the other place I was in Thailand, but that's Phuket

Relaxed and in a good location. The pool was nice and quiet to chill by while reading or enjoying cocktails at happy hour. The rooms were clean and large with gorgeous bathrooms. The staff were always so friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is roadside and walkable to the beach and main throughfare in Kata Beach area. The check in was seamless and staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely spacious room on the 5th Floor with a slight view of the beach. The bed and pillows were so comfy it is worth mentioning this. The breakfast was excellent. The pool area was great and overall it was spotlessly clean.

The wifi was very poor in this hotel, not sure why. The lobby is very small so not a place you will hang out.

Staff are amazing. Room was immaculate, spacious and had all you need. Location was fab. Pool area was great. Loved my stay here and will definitely be back.

The fitness centre is very basic, but there is a full gym around the corner from the hotel that has everything you could need and is cheap to enter on a daily/weekly basis.

Was a super quiet and relaxing stay. The staff went above and beyond to celebrate our anniversary as well. It was a special trip.

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. All the amenities necessary were provided. The bed was very comfortable and I had 2 days of bliss resting. Location was perfect, close to the beach and lots of bars, restaurants literally on the doorstep.

Nothing to note I had a wonderful time.

Everything except an issue we had with paint fumes in our room.

Very strong paint fumes in our room from renovations being done to the rooms on either side of us. We were moved, but it was an inconvenience and the room we were moved to was on a lower floor.

We loved absolutely everything! Starting from the check in, everything was smooth and we had a warm welcome. The room was great, way more than what we expected. We got the pool access room and it was totally worth it. The staff were amazing, each and every one of them. The breakfast menu is amazing, everything tasted so delicious. The resort is close to the beach (walking distance) and there are many restaurants and bars around. Room service was also good and with a quick delivery. We enjoyed it very much. Definitelly would come back.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk short hair lady on duty in the morning and the cleaning staff as they helped us to make birthday declaration and also made a tower zoo for us which is very adorable!

The female staff was more than good, but there was one incompetent male employee at reception whose poor treatment of me led me to cancel my reservation. His bad attitude and failure to resolve my problem were the reason for my cancellation.

The male reception staff were complaining about the toilet being closed and unusable. The employee tried to accuse me of putting tissues in the toilet bowl, claiming I was the cause of the problem, which is untrue and he has no proof. On the contrary, I was informed of the problem ten minutes after my arrival. I had planned to stay at the hotel for a week and checked out after six hours.

We had an absolutely amazing time here and ended up extending our stay twice because we simply didn't want to leave. The direct pool access from our room was the best feature ever—it made our stay even more relaxing and unforgettable. Waking up and stepping straight into the pool was an incredible experience!😻 A huge thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality, kindness, and care. You made our vacation truly special. We can't wait to come back!

I found the wooden chairs on balcony were uncomfortable to sit in. They need some padding. Also I was not a lover of the clear glass screen between bathroom and bedroom. I think, for people who prefer privacy, that a frosted glass screen above the bathtub could be something you consider in future renovations

We had a larger room with a balcony, which was very good. Good breakfast, very good location, lovely staff and we enjoyed the two pools.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, and the room was especially lovely, spacious, and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything needed. Their excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the welcome drink offered upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and made me feel warmly welcomed from the moment I checked in. Overall, a great experience and I would gladly stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rezervasyon sırasında evlilik yıldönümümüz olduğunu belirtmiştim ve odaya geldiğimizde yatağın özenle süslendiğini ve bizim için pasta hazırlandığını gördük. Bu güzel sürpriz bizi çok mutlu etti. Ayrıca konaklamamız sırasında doğum günüm olduğunu fark edip doğum günümde de yatağı tekrar süsleyerek pasta bırakmaları gerçekten çok ince ve düşünceli bir davranıştı. Misafirlerine gösterdikleri özen için kendilerine teşekkür ederiz. Otelin konumu oldukça iyiydi, plaja yürüyerek 5 dakika, turistik bölgelere araçla 20-45 dk, birçok yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Temizlik konusunda da hiçbir sorun yaşamadık; odamız ve ortak alanlar her zaman temiz ve düzenliydi. Özel günlerimizi unutulmaz kılan tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelirsek tercih edeceğimiz yerlerden biri olacaktır. 😊

Amazing staff so welcoming so respectful they are willing to help with anything, the rooms are beautiful modern, clean the bed very comfortable and big, you have even a balcony where you can chill in the evenings … great value as well I would definitely return to this hotel ! The pool is also great and the location is super close to Kata beach.

В один из дней я почувствовал стойкий запах краски и оказалось, что под моим номером решили отреставрировать другой номер. Я пожаловался на ресепшен, и мне поменяли комнату и предоставили прекрасный ужин, поэтому это не стало большой проблемой ни для меня, ни для моей жены.

Room really clean and tidy - a bit of quirkey. Location is 5 minutes to the beach. Didnt use the pool so can't comment but looked good.

It was well located. Great value for money. Fantastic rooms and buffet breakfast. Loved the pool and loungers. Generous happy hour -2 for 1 cocktails. Staff super helpful and always checking in to see if there is anything they can do make your stay better.

Maybe more roof fans in the semi open dinning area to help keep it a bit cooler.

Очень хороший отель. Красиво, чисто (уборка каждый день), великолепный приветливый персонал. Расположение очень близко к пляжу , хоть и 2 линия. Рядом много крутых и недорогих тайских кафе, массажных салонов, ночной рынок. Место очень крутое, рекомендую
