I loved the pools and surrounding gardens with fish ponds. It’s very relaxing and great value. The traditional Thai style reception building is beautiful.

The room we purchased with pool access was excellent. The room was beautiful. However, there was a slight damp smell when the aircon was turned off.

Отель в традиционном тайском стиле. Находится в хорошей локации , рядом развитая инфраструктура. До пляжа минут 10 пешком . Территория -настоящий тропический оазис ! Именно из-за этого выбрала данный отель . Красивые , чистые бассейны ! Все pool bar работали . Персонал вежливый , доброжелательный. Завтраки хорошие , сытные , меню обновляется . Мне всё понравилось , кроме очень темных номеров (хотя у нас был делюкс , а не самый дешевый номер )

В номере ОЧЕНЬ сильный запах сырости . Я понимаю , что это особенности местного климата , но в другом отеле Пхукета , куда мы уезжали на несколько дней , такой проблемы не было . Так же номера очень темные , балконные двери тонированы , в номере даже днём не возможно находиться без включенного света. Корпуса располагаются таким образом , что солнечного света нет даже на балконах , которые имеют дополнительный навес . Может кому -то это нравится , но лично у меня было ощущение будто я нахожусь в подвале . Во всём остальном отель хороший

Sehr lecker und reichlich Auswahl. Viele Gerichte auch für Menschen, die nicht so scharf essen mögen oder können. Strand, Kata Beach war super schön. Waren auch am Sonntag, weil nur sonntags der Nachtmarkt auf hat, dort. War schön. Kann man empfehlen. Die Umgebung ist toll. Umliegende Restaurants auch von guter Qualität. Manchmal für Thaiverhältnisse teuer.

Das Wetter. Oft Regen. Muss man sich ja nicht wundern, wenn man in der Regenzeit nach Thailand fliegt.

Staff very friendly, unique room, nice shower/wet room, nice balcony. The roof top pool next to the gym was well thought out. Breakfast was average but fairly good.

Breakfast could be improved in terms of scope but the quality was still very good. Service was well attended to as well.

Mooi hotel, fijn zwembad en leuk en vriendelijk personeel. Leuke restaurantjes en winkeltjes in de straat.

De schoonmaak van de kamers en terras vond ik tegen vallen, daarnaast kwam er een muffe lucht uit de airco.

Esse hotel e incrível! Ficamos no quarto que da acesso a piscina e foi demais de gostoso.. meus filhos adoraram! O cafe da manhã tem de tudo e o local e bem bom tmb!!

Kamers zijn wat gedateerd. Zijn aan renoveren op gang vroeg in ochtend tegenover onze kamer. Ontbijt was zeer matig.

Midden aan een mega drukke weg ga je ineens je eigen mega luxe relaxte hotel binnen. Met drie zwembaden allemaal even fijn en luxe. Het is een klein fata morgana van luxe en vriendelijkheid en fijne mensen. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt met keuze voor iedereen uit elk land. En eigen parkeer gelegenheid voor als je een auto of scooter hebt gehuurd. Je gaat de drukke weg een eigen parkeer gebied in en alles is geregeld ineens. Ligt. Luxe kamers. Groot. Airco. Balkon met uitzicht op zwembad en tropische bomen. Geweldig echt enorme aanrader

A gorgeous property with stunning pools. The surroundings of the pool area is simply gorgeous. Rooms are spacious. Big bed and nice balcony area. Breakfast has lots of options and is good each day. Staff are super lovely. Great location. Easy walk to the beach.

Rooms a little dated but fine. We had a super weird experience. We booked with Agoda and got there and they said no booking. We ended up contacting Agoda and cancelling and rebooking with booking.com so make sure to you here and not Agoda.

We loved the room and pool right at the bedroom door!

Breakfast would be nice with real fruit juice.

Amazing pool with beautiful landscaping, breakfast was decent. The family room was very spacious. The breakfast was ok, the coffee was nice.

The crazy hotel prices for drinks by the pool using cheap spirits, not quality brand names. The room we had was located at the back of the property and was a very long walk down the corredor. The aircon sometimes would stop working for 10 minutes, perhaps cycling to defrost, but boy the room got hot at times. But when it worked 90% of the time it was fine. Breakfast finishes 1030am, but it was very frustrating when the staff began to clean up 10 or 15 minutes earlier, removing breakfast items from the buffet and cooking stations. If you say breakfast finishes 10:30, you should have all options still available at 10:29. The TVs in the room are old so you won't be streaming any movies. You will need your own streaming device. Given the price paid to stay, it's not good enough.

Our room, 1433 was lovely. It overlooked the pool on one side and you could see the back of the big buddah on the other. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

There was some building work and renovations going on. But not really an issue because they are improving the amenities and freshening up the resort.

Highly recommend staff are awesome great pool food was great front restaurant on road there pricing was fair but the meals were large and fantastic this is a great place to unwind and rest up will be back

Gym could do with and upgrade but adequate for burning those extra calories which you will put on

Śniadania naprawdę bardzo monotonne, kawa i herbata tragiczne. Czystość w pokojach naprawdę woła o pomstę, Spaliśmy w budynku przy recepcji, są to ładniejsze pokoje od części blue, która naprawdę odradzam. Szukajcie innych hoteli bo wokół jest ich mnóstwo i za mniejsze pieniądze.

Très (et trop) grand resort. Une caution de 100$ est demandée à l’arrivée. Pas d’eau chaude dans les douches et des milliers de moustiques aux bords de la piscine, malheureux lorsqu’on paie un supplément pour avoir un accès direct avec terrasse sur la piscine. Nous avons déjeuner 1 fois et cela nous a suffit pour ne plus manger ici, c’était tout simplement mauvais. Nous sommes déçus.

Housekeeping taking the water bottle from my bathroom each day when it was 3/4 full. They even took it from the fridge when I put it in there.

We had a pool access room. Stayed 14 nights. Staff were great. The female breakfast staff need to be more assertive and proactive, a little disappointing. Very clean resort. All resort food was really lovely although breakfast on some days was a little odd with the meal selections. The room cleaners were amazing and so friendly. Parking out the front of resort for your car hire and scooters to be parked at the side of resort. I do recommend this resort to other travellers as they made you feel welcome.

The bath towels need to be totally replaced and upgraded to thicker and newer towels. The floor mats/ towels were way too old, tattered and were a grey colour not white.

Location was excellent but still nice and quiet in our rooms. Staff friendly Loved the pool area and the massage area!

Corridors where far to hot no air conditioning. Room had a foiesty smell to it. Over looked all the air conditioning units which was loud and hot! Shower screen full of limescale. Cockroach on balcony reported to reception was told they would come and remove it which they didn’t.

Resort was amazing with the pools and gardens. Rooms were beautiful and spacious and the hotel in a nutshell was fabulous

Tout ! Hôtel plein de charme, piscine magnifique au milieu de la végétation, personnel adorable, belle et confortable chambre, super buffet déjeuner, emplacement incroyable (plage, marché de nuit, facilités)

Tout était vraiment bien

Le personnel est adorable. Les piscines sont vraiment géniales, avec des zones ombragées idéales quand on a un bébé — nous avons pu en profiter à toute heure de la journée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien décorées. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, à proximité de tout : supérettes type Seven Eleven, commerces en tout genre et plage.

le seul bémol et c'est vraiment pour être objective, le petit déjeuner n'est pas génial
