Es tranquilo y bonito.

El baño era terrible, olía mucho a humedad y no funcionaba bien el agua. Muchos días había cortes de luz y no funcionaba el AC o el wifi y el agua de la ducha tampoco funcionaba. Olía un poco fuerte a humedad y no daba la sensación de que estuviera muy limpio.

Room’s aircon wasn’t cooling our room enough, we had to rely on the ceiling fan that we could only turn on if we set it to high. Could not do a low or medium setting so felt we were drowning in air.

Alojamiento bien ubicado y tranquilo. Se agradece la piscina del hotel. La comida del restaurante estaba muy buena, a pesar de que eran un poco lentos y era cara.

Se podría mejorar la limpieza del baño, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y había bastante humedad en la habitación.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort from check-in to check-out. The place was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. What truly made our experience special was the staffs. Everyone was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to the front desk team for the smooth check-in process. The restaurant staffs were also very attentive, friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially appreciated how accommodating the staff were with our requests. Overall, this resort provided excellent service and a memorable experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

- El personal nos ayudó con todo de forma rápida y amable. Moto, excursiones, transfers etc. Además no te inflan los precios de estos extras, lo que es cómodo y recomendable cogerlo con ellos. - La cama era cómoda. - buena ubicación - la entrada del hotel muy bonita

- el aire acondicionado hace mucho mucho ruido, o duermes con tapones o es literalmente imposible, es un aire muy antiguo. - el baño necesita una reforma, muy estropeado. La grifería totalmente pasada y llena de humedades, el suelo se encharca y además no estaba todo lo limpio que debería. - los desayunos muy caros

This place is truly exceptional. A real tropical temple — the garden is magnificent, lush, and incredibly relaxing. The kind of setting that makes you forget everything the moment you walk in. The staff were outstanding, warm, and genuinely hospitable. The food was delicious and the rooms were fantastic comfortable, beautiful, and perfectly in tune with the whole atmosphere. This hotel didn't just offer a place to sleep it added a touch of magic to my entire stay. Highly recommended, without any hesitation. 🌴✨

Check in was easy, good temp shower and good aircon. Beds were comfy and the pool was nice. There was only 4 sunbeds though so more would be better. Free water in reception which is always nice.

The bathroom was quite dirty. When mentioned how there was excessive wrappers and empty toiletries from old guests which could be got rid of they said they won’t clean the room Untill all guests check out to make sure it’s not there’s. This is likely to never happen as it’s a 10 bed dorm with guests coming and going on different time points. Also staff showed guests to the room at 3:30am and turned on the main light to show them the bed and then left it on. Definitely could have been avoided and happened two nights in a row.

La localización estava muy bien aunque para moverte por la isla si o si necesitas transporte pero eso no es problema del alojamiento. El servicio estaba muy bien, gente muy atenta y super amables. Teniamos agua ilimitada y muchos servicios de excursiones a nuestro alcance. El sitio esta muy bien amientado y decorado.

No me gustó que si ofreces servicio de hostal que almenos tengas para poder hospedarte como hostal. Es decir, si voy a hospedarme en una habitación con 9 personas más esta claro que no voy a querer comer de restaurante todos los dias pero aquí no dejaban ni a los mismos huespedes traernos comida y claro, ni pensar en cocinarte algo. Eso me pareció bastante mal ya que mi acompañante es celiaca y para ella el menú del restaurante era muy limitado. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que el aire acondicionado estaba muy muy fuerte, avisamos a recepción y lo bajaron pero no era suficiente. Añadir que muchas veces limpiaban la piscina en horas altas de sol y no podiamos bañarnos entre las 11am hasta las 3pm, un sin sentido la verdad.

I like the bed style, very comfortable and secure to sleep, even though it is a dorm type. The place is really beautiful, perfect for Instagram. And of course, you can enjoy the pool!

The bathroom needs improvement. The flush isn’t working properly, and the area is often wet. It would also be better if a freshener is provided to keep it smelling clean. Additionally, it’s inconvenient not having a proper space to place my belongings while taking a bath.

One of the best resort I've been in my trip around philippines. Clean, tidy, nice staff. 100% Recommended.

I was booked for 4 days and my room was flooded staff didn’t clean it up nor was my room cleaned the pool was filthy and the staff didn’t offer to change my room I had to endure a flooded room for the entire time I stayed , booking.com didn’t reply to my messages very disappointed

El concepto del hotel es muy bonito pero tampoco es tan instagrameable como se ve en las fotos. Bastante vegetación y piscina ok. Rentan motos.

Se escuchaba absolutamente todo el ruido no solo de las áreas del hotel sino también de otros hoteles, incluso a altas horas de la noche. El agua a veces no salía caliente. Las llaves del baño estaban desgastadisimas y los gabinetes rotos. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba muy bien. No había TV. No nos ayudaron con todas las maletas para subirlas al segundo piso. Pero lo peor de todo fue el restaurante… Caro, LENTISIMO e injusto. Por último, la atención en general no fue la mejor, de hecho, fue por debajo del promedio comparado con toda nuestra estancia en Filipinas.

Todo en general, la habitacion grande, la cama enorme y cómoda junto con las almohadas. El personal también muy amable y servicial. Para desayunar nos comimos el mejor bowl de açaí que hemos probado.

Los enchufes no cogen bien lo enchufes europeos (se quedan como caídos). Por las noches se escuchaba bastante las pisadas de la habitación arriba.

The main areas were really lovely and well kept. The restaurant onsite was nice.

The shower had awful water pressure and didn’t keep a consistent temperature. It would go from really hot to really cold constantly. The shower was so bad that I ended up using the outdoor shower by the pool despite it being cold as the pressure was better. The air conditioning was also so noisy. I did raise this with the staff 3x but nothing changed. Also it isn’t very social in the hostel rooms, if you’re on your own I wouldn’t recommend.

The atmosphere was beautiful, and staff were beyond friendly and helpful.

Bathrooms could have been better in the dorms

The check-in & out was good and efficient. The staff is very friendly and helps you make the best of your Siargao stay. We stayed in a 2 person room and the room was big, with enough space to unpack. The jungle vibe is super nice arriving and walking through the big entrance towards your room, however it's a bit of a shame they did not carry that vibe through inside the rooms. The decor and furniture felt a bit cold and cheap.

The airconditioning makes a lot of noise.

I would really like to give this hotel 5 stars, because it clearly has potential – unfortunately, a few important issues make that impossible. On the positive side: the overall stay was decent. The room was nice, the bed very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The pool is small, but the water is pleasantly warm. The waitresses deserve special recognition – they were very helpful and genuinely kind. Unfortunately, there were also problems that are hard to overlook. We reported cockroaches in our premium room twice – after the first report, nothing changed, and only after the second one was the issue resolved. The toilet frequently got clogged, and on our last night the situation escalated to the point where it overflowed onto the floor. Honestly, for a room described as “premium deluxe,” these issues are simply too significant. In its current state, it feels more like a standard room – definitely without the “premium” or “deluxe” label. Another issue is the organization of the shared space. Guests from co-ed rooms treat the tables and chairs by the pool as their private drying area, which, combined with the fact that there are only 4 sunbeds for the entire property, makes it nearly impossible to relax by the pool. As for the bar – some of the staff are perfectly fine, but unfortunately, part of the team gives the impression of being there against their will. In summary: the hotel has a solid foundation and some genuinely strong points, but at this price and standard, I would expect more attention to detail and quicker responses to reported issues. With some improvements, it could be really great.

Fijne kamers en bed, mooie wildere tuin met planten en een fijne lounge ruimte. Ontbijt en lunch was goed, wel aan de dure kant. Erg aardig en gastvrij personeel! Lekker zwembad om in af te koelen.

Zat wat verder weg van de leukste straat met winkels en restaurants,30 minuten lopen. Ook mooi strand was wat verder weg. Toilet liep slecht door.

Location is ideal and the venue is cute, staff was friendly

The place needs a lot of maintenance. There is no storage in the double rooms, the shower head was in terrible condition with low pressure, AC and fans were too loud to sleep while on. Also the hotel team cleaned the floor in front of our room at 7:30, waking us up every morning despite the fact that we asked them to do it later. We had to request for room cleaning and often missing something when done (waters towels etc), laundry was clearly overpriced.

Pleasant staff. My umbrella was returned. Made so much effort to return it. Cozy and clean environment. Very relaxing.

A very minimal rust formed from toilet surface. Not much an issue. Can be done with by cleaning.

The amenities were good and well-maintained, and everything felt clean throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient—close to key spots around General Luna but still peaceful. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and general inquiries smooth.

Service was inconsistent. When we requested room cleaning, the replacement towels provided were very thin and already looked used, which was disappointing. During breakfast, one of the waitresses was rude and not very accommodating. Also, it was surprising that when ordering black coffee, milk comes at an extra charge—it felt a bit unnecessary given the overall pricing.

The room was a little dirty /had a smell. The bathroom was very messy I left to use the toilet elsewhere.

We cannot be anymore happier with our stay at Tropical Temple Siargao. Staff were so friendly and always accomodating, the restaurant food was really tasty. Location was perfect close to everything, highly recommend.

The place looks super nice, the common area is super chill, the beds are comfortable, the location in the backroad is calm but still close to the center and staff is super super nice

No hot water in my dorm’s bathroom so I had to go to other dorm’s where the water was boiling, couldn’t really control the temperature. Also there was a bit of a smell of humidity in the bath because there’s not much ventilation

- humidité importante dans la chambre avec odeur d’humidité ++ - absence de moustiquaire alors qu’il y a pas beaucoup de moustiques - le seul meuble dans la salle de bain était cassé - restaurant assez cher - lorsque nous avons rendu le scooter la dame de l’accueil a inventé un dommage sur la Carosserie en se servant de photos prises bien avant notre location, propos mensongers. Bizarrement lorsqu’on a dit que nous allions appeler la police étrangement aucun dommage nous a été facturé comme si de rien était ….

Nice staff, I can say it’s not value for money because the internet is terrible. Have to go outside in the main area just to get a signal. Facilities are a bit old and need maintenance. Near to everywhere! Nice design and tropical vibe.

L’architecture est impressionnante, l’endroit est vraiment très joli. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre pour 10 personnes et nous avons été agréablement surpris par le calme et le respect des autres voyageurs. Gros coup de cœur pour le personnel, qui était aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. La nourriture est également exceptionnelle ! Nous avons aussi loué des scooters directement sur place au Tropical et tout s’est très bien passé.
