Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and engaged, food was great, staff very accomodating with request, room was fantastic, pool facilities were great. An overall great stay. Closely located to ATM, nice cafe and massage business (Sirena spa)

Was a tiny bit noisy overnight with a lot of dogs barking the in area / maybe even in the hotel?? Pool had some small tiling problems with sharp edges to watch out for.

This property was very small so you could get to know the staff well. They were very attentive and helpful! It was a bonus that the breakfast options had lots of options and you could always order from the The Spotted Pig, a restaurant next to the hotel, which had a slightly different menu and great coffee. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The AC was consistently working making it even more enjoyable. You have an option to do an in-room massage, which was a lovely activity when it was too hot out. Highly recommend this spot if you’re debating where to stay in siargao! Centrally located as well and can easily grab a tuktuk outside

We loved staying at Las Palmas while visiting Siargao for a friends wedding. Kimmy & all the staff were friendly, professional, accommodating and so helpful. They helped us plan activities and make several dinner reservations. Our room was very comfortable and the pool area is a perfect atmosphere for a holiday escape. We couldn’t recommend staying here enough. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was always delicious as well.

Only wish is it had a beach front! But we’d venture to other places on the island for an ocean dip. The pool truly is lovely.

Breakfast was very nice and convenient. Allowed a variety of choice from Filipino breakfast to healthy choices to traditional western breakfast food.

There wasn't really anything I can think of that I didn't like. Only downside is that it isn't waterfront but to us it was not an issue at all.

The restaurant staff were excellent and the food was quite good. The pool area was great. Pamela on reception was excellent and was very helpful.

The adjustable shower head was broken as well as the washing line retaining clip. I didn't report these issues as I used the waterfall shower but I would have expected it have been noticed by staff and therefore reported and fixed before letting out the room. The sliding door to the balcony was awkward to close as it was out of alignment also the curtains were very thin so in the morning the room got light very early as we were facing east. The room just looked rather tired, it could have done with a fresh coat of paint and checked more thoroughly between guests. They couldn't arrange scooters for us to hire!

Great location, spacious room, cold aircon, general zen vibe, amazing swimming pool, plenty of shade, yummy breakfast, endless cold water and cocktails by the pool and fresh towels a plenty. Loved the WhatsApp concierge recommendations from Kimmy and the team. The in room massages were outstanding too!

Een heerlijk rustige plek en de locatie vlak bij Cloud 9 Beach plus het zwembad voor onze casita is top. We verbleven hier voor de 2e keer en komen zeker nog keer terug.

Helaas gaat restaurant s 'avonds wat vroeg dicht waardoor het een beetje gehaast gaat.

La gentillesse du personnel, l’accueil et le service durant tout notre séjour. Ils sont vraiment au petit soin de l’arrivée au départ. J’ai adoré la décoration du restaurant, des chambres, du jardin, de la piscine. Tout était pensé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les petits déjeuners étaient très bons et les repas pris dans le restaurant l’étaient également. La sauce du Spicy Seafood (commandé « not spicy »), était excellente. Merci à tous pour votre gentillesse et vos sourires! Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sind grosszügig und hell, der Pool ist wunderbar. Die Frühstücksvarianten sind vielzählig.

Es war nicht immer sauber, zudem hat es im Bad etwas nach Abfluss gerochen. Das Frühstück wird teilweise sehr langsam und chaotisch serviert.

The rooms, the pool area, the staff, the food! Not a complaint. Staff were gracious, patient and thoughtful, and very available me- giving us direct WhatsApp access for our immediate needs.

I would just give the location a deduction- only because it wasn’t really walkable to either the main beach or the town for dinner. The Tuktuk is very easy to catch and the distance is only 1.5-2km but the road is not great for walking. Despite this I would 100% choose to stay again.

Perfect stay. The staff was outstanding, they helped us with every request we had inlcuidng scooter rental and they even helped me to prepare a birthday surprise for my wife! Great breakfast, really nice room, good wifi, awesome pool - everything was great.

Some annoying "kids" like to hang out in the resturant around lunchtime from time to time, but it is easily avoidable and didn't lower the quality of our stay. We didn't notice anything from our room and you could have lunch somewhere else without a problem if you wanted.

Very nice hotel, very clean and well maintained, very good sleep quality. Super friendly staff, Kimmy was always responsive to requests. It's not very far from Cloud 9 or central General Luna. It's a small Boutique Hotel, so everybody knows you and you'll get a more personal attention. Hotel also offers tours and vehicle rent at a good rate, and round trip transfer at only 400PHP each way per person.

Great hotel and very lovely & helpful staff! Very attentive and addressed questions and concerns. The hotel is really nicely done, lovely pool area and with a restaurant. Breakfast in the morning is simple but nice. You get pool and beach towels on request, and they have free service water with a dispenser for your use. Would definitely stay here again!

It is just a minor thing but quite annoying. The hotel offered to organize shared transportation from the airport to the hotel for 400 PHP. It is the same van everyone uses, and has a standard fee of 300 PHP. This 'overcharging' is just not necessary and it doesn't give a good feeling when the first thing your hotel you are about to stay for several nights does is that... However, the hotel & staff made up for it later! (hence maybe something to think about avoiding in the future)

Sehr freundliches Personal, Kimmy war sehr bemüht, uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Frühstück war gut, v.a. der Kaffee, und für uns absolut ausreichend. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und wurde täglich gereinigt. Es ist angenehm, dass direkt ein Restaurant dabei ist. Das Essen dort war gut.

Sehr hellhörig nach außen hin. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir fast gar nicht schlafen können. Es ist alles schon ezwas älter als auf den Fotos, aber sauber.. Trotz des guten Aufenthalts und der vorwiegend positiven Erfahrung stimmt das Preis-Niveau nicht ganz. Für das gleiche oder weniger Geld waren wir auf den Philippinen auch in 5-Sterne Hotels.

Alles war super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer schön geräumig, gepflegt und sauber und die ganze Anlage war ebenfalls sehr sauber. Wir hatten den Pool-Bereich oft für uns alleine, daher war es sehr angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstück ist ausserordentlich, man kann aus einer Liste auswählen und die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut. Roller mieten ab Hotel hat gut geklappt, sehr unkompliziert und günstiger als ausserhalb. Mit dem Roller ist man shnell im Zentrum von General Luna odr auch beim Cloud9, die Lage war für uns perfekt. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Music at all time and avoid Sunday (there is parties next door). You want to ask them for yoga in the resort itself!

The entire place is beautiful, clean and well kept. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly, and the food and drink was delicious- lots of options for breakfast and drinks, they also have oat milk and good veggie options. We had massages whilst there which were exceptional, I really recommend!

There are a lot of stray dogs in and around the property and they kept me wide awake barking on one of the nights. Similarly there is a hostel next door that had multiple parties where there was very loud music till 12. If you’re a light sleeper like me, it is a bit of a struggle.

Perfect location, close to everything and it was really relaxed atmosphere with very attentive staff.

not on the ocean, but a short walk away... although most beach spots seem to be held by hotels. So if you want on the water, I would suggest a hotel that's on the water.

The breakfast is really nice and the restaurant menu is fairly priced. The coffee/affogato from the cafe next door - The Spotted Pig is really good. Pool area is okay and the water nicely warm - not cold.

The luxury villas are really nice - and the family rooms less luxury, i.e., no TV, fridge and it is bunk beds. Basically, the family rooms are overpriced for the quality provided.

Wat een geweldige plek, alles klopt. Prachtig zwembad, fijne kamers, fijn restaurant en ideaal gelegen. We hebben meerdere resorts op Siargao geboekt en dit was onze favoriet.

- Location was perfect, on the main road but still away from the hustle. 3 min trike ride to Cloud 9 or the main restaurants. - Rooms and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and clean. - The main pool and restaurant area is decorated beautifully. - Filipino brekky was 10/10! - The hotel dogs were an added bonus :)

Honestly, I could not fault this hotel. If I had to choose one it would be that it is quite expensive, but I would 100% stay here again.

This was one of the best place I have stayed in, excellent location and stunning gardens and designi. It had big luxurious resort amentiies but had small, intimate boutique feel where all the staff knew you.

You could hear the music from the nearby bars but this is the result of its good location but provided ear plugs in our room.

The staff was great! Food was delicious for breakfast and we had 1 dinner there which was also superb. The drinks were also fantastic. Kudos to the chef and the bar staff.

Todo en este hotel es estupendo. La piscina fantástica, la habitación preciosa y con todas las comodidades, el personal maravilloso, dispuesto a solucionar cualquier petición. La ubicación muy buena, en General Luna donde hay muchos restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas, etc... El desayuno del hotel es muy rico. Desde la recepción reservamos la moto, los tours, masajes, sin que el precio tuviera un coste mucho mayor.

We loved the room and the facilities. The pool was excellent and the staff were very good - they were very accommodating and organised many parts of our stay, including our tours and washing. We would definitely come back and stay at Las Palmas again.

My only feedback was that the wifi at times can be quite slow.
