The property is clean, within walking distance to town centre and less than 2 mins walk to the beach.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like, everyone was friendly and accommodating.

There was no microwave in the room. Also, there was no water hose ( spraying hose ) in the toilet.

Very good location and affordable price, few steps to the beach and restaurants. Rooms are big and clean, staffs are very kind and helpful. The swimming pools are amazing as well.

The place needed some renovation work doing on it to keep it fresh looking. There was some work being done in the main pool whilst we were there but it didn’t spoil our stay. I recommend the hotel have more attentive staff at the pool bar to encourage people to drink and eat at the hotel

The room was big and have almost everythinh you need. Breakfast was great! Has asia and american food. Every body was super professional and friendly.

The only thing that really was terrible was the bathroom. Shower has no water pressure and very little water coming out. Sometime feels like the water was going to stop, and the toialet, you have to hold down forever to flush.

Просторный и удобный номер, большой балкон. Много места для расположения всех вещей и принадлежностей. Хорошие завтраки. Отзывчивый персонал отеля, откликаются на все просьбы. Близость к пляжу. 2 красивых бассейна, в них можно купаться и после захода солнца. Близость к пляжу - через дорогу. Уборка номеров ежедневная. Атмосфера в отеле, персонал, постояльцы - всё очень мило и приятно!

Нет рядом 7/11, рядом с отелем пустырь, на котором, видимо, собираются что-то строить. Также не очень понравились банные полотенца - они сероватого цвета.

Location is very good, the rooms (at least the one we were in) is spacious and big

The property needs renovation, specially windows doors, closets flaps, everything that has hinges, everything is old that gets stuck, the balcony door is very heavy to open and close, so if someone is sleeping and the other wants to go out to smoke a cigarette it would definitely wake up the sleeping person. We left the closet open the whole time because closing it and opening it every time was not easy I had problem with the water pressure in the shower, we were on the 4th floor so probably close to the water tank, so not much pressure by gravity which means they have a pump, but i think the pump had a problem, to the extent that i have to stick my head next to the wall of the shower in order for my head to reach the water, we notified the reception on the first day, they came and checked and left and nothing happened after we continued showering with discomfort the whole stay. The balcony was disgusting, with pigeons poops everywhere, because thats where they actually sleep under the roof next to the balconies, you can easily install spikes to avoid them nesting there. The buffet was good, plenty of stuff to eat, clean and delicious. But i saw a pigeon eating from the buffet in the morning before the buffet actually opened. I have a video of it but i prefer to keep for my self The staff are nice and friendly as always

Walking distance from Karon beach, restaurants and shops. The property is nice large rooms with seating room, good bed and the staff is lovely.

It is a up run down needs some TLC.

First thing you need to know on arrival you will be asked for 3000 bat deposit in cash, no card the hotel does not except card payments there is a cash machine in the lobby. Generally the hotel is pleasant, staff as all thai are very nice and willing to please. The pool areas are very nice but as with a lot of the hotel, a bit tired could do with a good clean, our room was clean spacious although the door to the balcony had a good 1/2 inch gap when closed, the massive let down was the shower, 1 second cold next red hot so the shower experience was horrendous. Breakfast buffet wide choice to suit all tastes. Beach is a 2 minute walk although the road across to the beach is quite busy, plenty of bars and restaurants within 5- 10 minutes, down load the grab app for cheap ride and with 10 minutes your at the hub lots of bars restaurant and live music, recommend the garage bar good band there.

We enjoyed joyed our stay here, but the hotel is a little tired and could do with a refurbishment. The staff were fantastic and really couldn't do enough to help. The breakfasts were tasty and there was always a good supply of fruit, fruit juices, cooked items and an omelette station. The location is good and is about 100m from the impressive Karon Beach.

地理位置绝佳，闹中取静，虽然在卡伦海滩边，但去卡塔海滩也非常近；酒店装修很漂亮，豪华间的房间位于1楼，推开门可以直接去泳池，泳池布置得也很美；早餐品种很多，部分熟食每天会变化，都挺好吃。

The hotel although a little dated has loads of charm and very spacious and comfortable. The pools a really warm and not too busy also plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Breakfast selection is plentiful and varied and woulf suit all tastes.The hotel is about 100 mtrs from Karon beach .We wanted to see other places in our area and Kata beach was just 200 baht on a tuk tuk . It was well worth the trip , an amazing sunset and great selection of restaurants. But for us although very active pensioners it was far too busy for us . Great place but Karon beach was more relaxed for us. Patong beach also nearby was although beautiful again was very busy.

Läget nära stranden, restauranger och shopping! Mycket trevlig personal och fint poolområde. Rummet var fantastiskt, vi bodde i ett deluxe familjerum med poolutsikt. Åker gärna dit igen!

Arrived late evening nothing available had to go out for something to eat, the bar has a choice of two bottled beers, Coke and Fanta. The hotel although clean is vary dated and is 'very tired really needs bringing into the 21st century. The small wooden bridge over the pool needs some attention as boards uneven and loose.Would we stay here again definitely not.

We fortunately only stayed here 3 nights of our 21 night stay across Thailand. This hotel is very dated our bathroom was awful. We went down for breakfast one morning and there was blood all over the cushions ! The only plus side I can give this hotel is its location to the beach! I wouldn't want to stay here again !

Huone aivan eri kuin kuvissa, vaihdettiin toiseen kun käytiin sanomassa. Tallelokero jouduttiin kerran avaamaan ja kerran vaihtamaan. Hotellin allas-alue epäsiisti ja roskainen, siivous puutteellista. Altaat likaisia, ei puhdistettu kunnolla. Huone kulahtanut ja koko paikka kaipaisi remonttia. Ei vastannut kuvia bookingin sivustoilla. Lähdettiin päivää ennen pois !

Sicuramente ha bisogno di qualche piccola manutenzione ma ci tornerei sicuramente per l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Хороший отель, до пляжа пешком 5 минут. Есть парковка возле отеля. Комнаты комфортные, большие, отлично оснащённые (+ нас бесплатно апгрейдили в двухкомнатный сьют с выходом к бассейну - приятно). WiFi работает хорошо, завтраки отличные. Вокруг отеля отличная инфраструктура для отдыхающих.

Excellent séjour ! L’emplacement est idéal : la plage de Karon se trouve juste en face, avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité. Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours disponible. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et les chambres sont spacieuses, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Tout était parfait ! J’aurais volontiers prolongé mon séjour si cela avait été possible.

Близость к морю, хоть отель и требует ремонта, но все продумано до мелочей, чисто, уборка каждый день, персонал супер, с ноября ценник естественно в три раза выше

La recepción del hotel es 24 horas y los trabajadores son muy agradables y tienen buen nivel de inglés para entenderte con ellos.

No está mal pero no me parece un hotel de 4 estrellas. Está antiguo en general. La habitación está bien, pero tiene pocos enchufes. En el baño el agua de la ducha sale o muy fría o ardiendo y sale poca agua. El desayuno está bien pero no está demasiado bien atendido. Se quedan los platos vacíos y tienes que pedir que lo repongan. El servicio del restaurante tiene unos platos y no se puede salir de ellos. Nos pusimos malos y pedimos una tortilla francesa para cenar y nos dijeron que no se podía porque era un plato del desayuno. En fin, que el hotel no está mal pero no me parece de 4 estrellas y me parece caro para el precio que tiene.

I want to write an honest review about the hotel to help someone in the future. What I didn’t like about this hotel was the problem with the shower. The water starts hot but turns cold after a few seconds. I think there might be a broken pipe somewhere in the bathroom because we always had water there. The room was clean, and we received bottled water every day when they cleaned it. The restaurant offered a nice breakfast, but for lunch or dinner, the menu was very limited, so there wasn’t much to choose from. We were on the fourth floor, and there was no sea view at all because of the large tree nearby. I’m not sure if the rooms on the other side of the hotel are different, but most of the rooms are on the same side as mine. The staff was super nice and always helpful. The beach is very close to the hotel (just a 1-2 minute walk), and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and small pubs around the hotel. Starting in October, they began asking for a deposit of 3000 baht (around £70), which can only be paid in cash. I mention this because no one informed us about the deposit, so I think it's good to know in advance. They have a very small gym, which I would say is only good for older people looking to exercise a bit , swimming pool it’s small and no deep at all (1.3M) and pool bar was closed maybe because it wasn’t the best weather .Overall, I would say the hotel is quite old and needs some improvement. I expected more when I booked it, but it was still a good experience. 😊
