Als je het hotel uitloopt is er weinig te beleven. Buiten het strand op 10 minuten natuurlijk.

Все очень понравилось, отличный отель, расположение супер, персонал максимально дружелюбный, приехали раньше 14 часов нас заселили раньше, сначала сказали номер не готов, а через полчаса уже можно было заселяться, убирались каждый день, было чисто, всего в достатке. Завтраки хорошие, полотенца мягкие. Пляжные полотенца на ресепшн, можно взять с собой на пляж, напротив прямо сразу 7/11, можно что то перекусить, интернет работал более чем стабильно, даже на онлайн конференции получилось поучаствовать без проблем.

На завтрак не хватило выпечки, возможно сладкой какой то или просто самый простой круассан, только через день панкейки и тостовый хлеб, а в остальном все просто супер! С удовольствием вернёмся!

Plusieurs et grandes piscines. Chambre spacieuse, grande Télé. Bien situé proche SPA, restaurants et commerces.

Petit balcon pour la version lits jumeaux. Sdb sol glissant sans support de maintien. Chambre non insonorisé, on entend tous les bruits. Climatisation en mauvaise état très difficile de régler la bonne température. Petit déjeuner classique. Grande pente pour arriver à l'hôtel.

Dejligt hotel i området lige mellem kata og karon strand. Rigtig godt poolområde med mange solsenge. Lille men rent og nyt fitness med løbebånd, crosstrainer, cykel og kabelmaskine. Morgenmad var okay, men ikke det største udvalg. Venligt personale.

Good location, between two beaches in a 10-15 min walk, close to Night markets and restaurants and in front of 7-11 minimarket. Possible to borrow towels, sandales etc.

Vi bruger altid dette hotel når vi er i Phuket, da det ligger central til alting i området!. Service niveauet er bare super!, uanset om du er ved poolen, morgenmaden, receptionen, går forbi vagten, eller får gjort rent. Vi havde værelse 407 og 408, hils endelig damen som gjorde vores værelser rene og sig tusinde tak for god service, og at hun gjorde det fantastisk alle dage! Vi havde bil med, og der var altid parkeringsplads uanset hvad tid vi kom retur til hotellet. Morgenmaden var også rigtigt fin, der var det der skulle være, det generede ikke os at det lå tæt på vejen.

Un sublime établissement idéalement placé, dans un cadre paisible et raffiné. Les jardins sont magnifiquement entretenus et invitent à la détente. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec une literie de grande qualité. Le personnel est remarquable : accueillant, attentionné, professionnel et toujours disponible pour rendre le séjour agréable. L'hôtel bénéficie également d’une salle de sport et d’une belle piscine mais surtout d'un emplacement idéal pour découvrir la région et profiter pleinement des environs. Une expérience inoubliable que je recommande sans la moindre hésitation. J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Un hôtel idéalement placé, entre kata beach et Karon. Tres bonne équipement, jolie piscine et salle de sport. Chambre très spacieuse et très bien équipé avec un personnel au petit soin.

Emplacement idéal à quelques pas des 2 plus belle plage, Kata et karon. Un 7 eleven juste en face et tous les restaurants, personnel compétent et au petit soin, belle piscine. Hôtel validé

Excellent hotel and even better staff who were always there to help. They even made a birthday celebration special with surprise decoration and yummy cake. Will definitely recommend this place.

Uns hat die ruhige Lage und die schöne gepflegte Anlage sehr gut gefallen. Zuerst war ich irritiert das der Frühstücksraum an der Straße ist, aber wenn man weiß,das auch "Laufkundschaft" zum Frühstück kommen kann erklärt sich die Lage. Es war auch echt interessant das Leben vor der Tür zu beobachten. Es sind 2 schöne Strände gut fußläufig erreichbar. Taucherbrille mitnehmen lohnt sich. Restaurants, Geschäfte und Streetfoodmarkt ist alles in der Nähe. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 5 min vom Hotel weg und es wurde als wir dort waren gegenüber ein Seven Eleven gebaut. Auf alle Fälle ein Grund noch Mal genau dieses Hotel zu wählen.

Uns wurde ein Wasserglas in Rechnung gestellt, welches einen Sprung hatte. Ich weiß nicht einmal ob es uns passiert ist oder dem Zimmermädchen. Wir haben die Managerin darauf angesprochen, das es bei dem Zimmerpreis ja wohl frech wäre. Bezahlen mussten wir trotzdem.

Pool was good but needed some work. Didn’t have bacon for breakfast & could not do a lot of drinks at the pool bar.

Прекрасно расположен, равно удалён от Карон и Ката. Рядом рестораны, магазины и прочее. У Бассейнов внизу всегда есть свободные лежаки. Тишина и покой, никто не шумел. Если устал - всегда подвезут на машине до номера. Очно отзывчивый персонал, решали все проблемы очень быстро. Цена/качество - 100%

1. К сожалению, в нашем номере 318 очень старый матрас на кровати, одна половина провалена, спать на нем было мучение, утром очень болела спина, что у меня, что у моего мужа (мы менялись), советую его заменить. 2. Проблемы с розетками - невозможно зарядить телефон из-за того, что розетка слабая и зарядка из неё вываливается, приходилось подставлять книгу, чтобы конструкция держалась))) у изголовья кровати сделать это просто нереально. 3. В номере очень темно, подумайте о том как добавить освещение.

Nice gardens, pool was good but did need some repairs, staff were very very good!

Bed was a little hard for me. Pathway to our garden room was very uneven in places which is ok but just need to be careful at night. No bacon at breakfast but otherwise good selection of food.

Lovely rooms and really friendly staff, they made our stay really special as we celebrated our anniversary and my birthday. Gorgeous surroundings in the villa rooms. Really enjoyed the pool and pool bar, great way to spend a chill day. Relaxed and welcoming spa treatments. The hotel is within walking distance to kata and Karon beach and lots of nice restaurants and bars.

This hotel provided us with excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and there's a buggy service to move around the complex. The big swimming pool was closed for renovations, but a second pool was still available and great for our use. Special mention to the security guard Ya. He was such a friendly and caring man.

Buffet breakfast was okay, nothing flashy. For the price we paid for our room it was perfectly acceptable.

Добрый день! Отдыхали с 5 по 12 мая в этом отеле. В целом хороший отель, чисто, на ребёнка 7 лет предоставили доп.кровать, все принадлежности, полотенца были рассчитаны на 3-х гостей. Убирали номера, банные полотенца меняли каждый день, для пляжа/бассейна каждый раз на ресепшене. До пляжа карон идти 5-7 минут. На территории достаточно зелени. По завтракам: яйца варёные, жареные, омлет с начинками, хлопья с молоком, то ты, 2-3 вида йогурта, цукаты, овощи для салата (листья, помидоры, оливки, бобы, огурцы, кукуруза и т.д.), сыр, ветчина, сок 2 вида, сосиски, картофель жареный или пюре, рис, жареная рыба по тайский, овощи по- тайский, лапша, ну и что-то вроде супа (не пробовали). 1 раз были панкейки. Не хватило выпечки - круассана или булочки к чаю. Стояла кофе-машина. 1 бассейн был на ремонте, но мы об этом знали, ну и в принципе особо нам не нужен. Есть мини спортзал и комната с играми (настольный теннис, дженга, шахматы, домино, настольный футбол). Рядом куча магазинчиков. 15 минут и ты на рынке, там же 7/11.

El servicio y sus trabajadores son maravillosos, muy serviciales,muy amables y muy educados. Toda la estancia velaban por nuestra comodidad y darnos todas las facilidades para que estuviéramos como en casa.

Le falta un ascensor en ambas columnas del edificio o que conecten sin tener que rodear el edificio.

The bed needs a new top cover was not comfortable

Der Pförtner! Bester Mann! Er hat einen über die Straße navigiert und die Koffer ohne Probleme den Berg hoch geschleppt. Er hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen! Sonst war das Personal im Allgemein sehr freundlich. Die Lage war sehr gut, man konnte beide Strände problemlos erreichen.

Das Hotel ist leicht in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und alles vorhanden was man benötigt.

Das Hotel ist gut, sauber, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Ich war schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel doch ich habe nun den eindruck, dass Preis/Leistung langsam ins Ungleichgewicht tendiert.

Love this resort, been here 5 times

This last time seemed different, staff not as friendly. Requested back in august for adjoining rooms, plus email and phone call told yes all ok . Didn't happen on arriving, had to change after 4 days.

Top Lage mitten drin und doch ruhig

Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Und das frühstücke war für Asiatische Verhältnisse in dieser Preisklassen nur ausreichend.

Abbiamo avuto problemi con la C d Credito , passate 3 colazioni al posto di una , sismo in attesa di riaccreditamento .

All the staf is really nice, especially the security guy. Als je een pool-access room hebt dan is het zwembad wel fijn, maar voor andere die komen vaak te laat voor een stoel Het hotel is 5 min verwijderd van Kata walking street, lekker eten en heerlijk winkelen a la bazaar.

De stijle helling, De vele Russen, die zich niet aan de regels houden (tot 2 uur ‘s nachts in het zwembad, en luid! En onvriendelijk.) Het instapbad met douche ( kleine douchekop), maak er alsjeblieft een inloopdouche van, niemand wil nog een bad in het warme Phuket

The hotel is lovely, stayed there for the last 4 yrs, sometimes twice a yr. This time the staff who were all new were not as friendly. Things seemed different, maybe new owners as all new staff. Nobody from previous yrs. Was overcharged twice from bar staff at the pool. But facilities still the safe. Ideally situated for what we want

Staff all new from previous yrs and not as friendly, polite. Overcharged twice at pool bar by the same lady. Front of hse staff, couldn't understand us. Not welcoming. Ask when booked in august that we could have adjoining rooms as booked two for family. Sent 3 emails. Spike to them on phone. When we got there it was not possible ! When been told preciously on call few days before this was ok and sorted. Had to change rooms 4 days into the holiday. Pools are not supposed to be used at night after a certain time but several occasions people were swimming and using pools after 11pm at night. Woken up twice. Hopefully its new owners and settling in as we did enjoy our previous stays

Nothing. Just one note, the walk from the road to reception is very steep so if you have mobility problems it may not be easy to walk from the main road to the reception.

Great location, short walk to restaurants and food markets. Staff were amazing, very friendly and very helpful. Good breakfasts. Pool areas were awesome. We stayed in the cottages in which were big with lots of room, quiet and cool

The main pool area is great and the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, full of local knowledge and more than happy to help with taxis/transports/trips. The bar at the front of the hotel doubles as the breakfast room and restaurant and this is clean and well maintained. The hotel is set between Karon and Kata beaches, so both are only a short walk away.

Some parts are quite dated, including the bathroom. We had water flood out of the bath whether we used the shower or bath. There were quite large gaps in the frames of the balcony doors and front door when closed (I could look at the view outside the front door from inside). The property is on a really steep hill and although the staff have electric carts they can use to ferry people and cases, we saw some people struggling a bit. There are numerous paths through the hotel but most end up as a dead end near a certain block of rooms, so you have to use the narrow road to the side of the hotel for access to the top blocks.

Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til shopping og til begge strande, som er i gåafstand ( Kata og Karon ) Man kan ikke høre støj nede fra gaden når man befinder sig på hotellet ved poolen eller ved værelset. Morgenmads udvalg var fin- dog sidder man , hvor man kan høre al støjen nede fra gaden., hvilket er meget generende Det var ikke så hyggeligt. Men alt i alt et fint hotel

at morgenmadsrestauranten lå helt ud til vejen. Det havde være hyggeligere hvis den lå længere væk - i mere rolige omgivelser omkring hotellet.

Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Situated less than 10 minutes walking distance from 2 beaches. Near to shops and restaurants. Good for a solo traveler. Decent breakfast with varied options.

The view from the villa was a 'garden view'. This was some greenery in front of a wall. Garden and maintenance staff seemed to use this as a walkway. There were a few loose decking boards near to the pool.

Variatiile de curent care au ars 2 incarcatoare de teleefon si care faceau ca televizorul sa se blocheze dupa 1/1 ora,sa se opreasca,sa nu mai poata schimba canalele ! Panta de urcare care ar fi trebuit sa fie incontinuu deservita de o masinuta de golf . Usa de la baie daca intrai noaptea si aprindeai lumina trezeai partenerul !

Our pool access room was great and convenient. The staff set up our room for our honeymoon and were very eager to assist when we needed help with luggage or had a question

Unfortunately staff dont understand English but we did have a translator app that helped when the language barrier was too restricted

• Sehr gute Lage: direkt an einer Hauptstraße, aber dennoch angenehm ruhig • Strand in nur ca. 4–5 Gehminuten erreichbar • Viele Restaurants, Bars und andere Lokalitäten in unmittelbarer Umgebung • Personal extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen • Zimmer sauber und insgesamt sehr angenehm • Frühstücksbuffet zwar täglich ähnlich, aber immer lecker und wurde schnell nachgefüllt

Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht, jedoch waren die Englischkenntnisse eingeschränkt – Verständigung teilweise nur mit Gestik möglich • Zimmerreinigung nicht immer vollständig (z. B. Aschenbecher teilweise nicht geleert) • Poolbereich wirkte wenig einladend und eher ruhig/leblos • Bar im Poolbereich ungünstig gelegen, versteckt und insgesamt nicht sehr ansprechend gestaltet

God beliggenhet, med 5-10 minutters gange til Karon-stranden. Vi valgte "Cottage". De ligger litt tilbaketrukket, og det var ingen støy. God frokost. Rent og pent overalt, og et særdeles imøtekommende og vennlig personale. Vi registrerte selv kommentarer på bratte bakker. Etter vårt syn alldeles ikke noe problem, med mindre man har elendig helse. Dette hotellet kan være aktuelt for oss neste gang også

Vi kan nevne prisene på øl og drinker i bassenget. Drinker her er priset 2x normal barpris. - Det burde ikke være noe stort mysterium for hotellet å finne grunnen til at ingen kjøper noe der. For oss betød det ikke noe annet enn at vi lot være å handle, så ikke noe big issue. En helt gratis ide til hotellets eiere er å gjøre et forsøk med normale priser, for å se om mannen som likevel måtte sitte bak disken kanskje også kunne få solgt noe.

Брали виллу,живешь как в джунглях, очень понравилось, просторный номер с вентилятором под потолком. Если брать просто номер, то этот отель не посоветую, есть более интересные варианты. Расположение хорошее, посреди двух пляжей, рядом все что нужно:магазины, массажи, кафе.

Мало разеток в номере и все они в неожиданных местах. И подуставшие бассейны, что бросается в глаза, хотб мы там и не купались.

Charming hotel, helpful and friendly staff.

Хороший просторный номер с выходом в бассейн, чисто, уютно. До пляжа в левую сторону 10 мин, в правую 5 мин. Недалеко магазинчики, кафешки и массажные салоны. Не экономят на электричестве и можно оставлять кондиционер включенным когда уходишь. Возвращенние становиться очень приятным актом) Дружелюбный и приятный персонал .

Вечером больше Шатлов до верху. Сделать пешеходный переход возле гостиницы.

De kamer (villa) was erg fijn en de locatie is top.

De getoonde foto's zijn mooier dan hoe het in het echt is. De spa was vaak dicht. Het ontbijt is niet zoals op de foto's maar bij een restaurant aan de voorzijde van het hotel waar het erg luidruchtig is.

房间宽敞整洁，服务很好，住的很舒服，还有泳池随时可以游泳，下次还会再来

The staff was very friendly always ready to help with anything. we loved staying there and the rooms were clean, the pools were big.

位置：处于卡塔和卡伦之间，分别走路7.8分钟都能到达，走去悬崖餐厅也是10分钟不到。附近有吃的，马杀鸡，租摩托的，我们一家四口租个最大的那种摩托可以轻松穿梭在两个海滩之间。距离卡塔夜市也很近。 服务：工作人员都很有礼貌，热情，可能因为我们定了两晚给我们免费升级了游泳池直通房。清洁工还帮我们拼好了床，整理好了床上用品和乱丢的衣服。 环境：很美的泰式建筑，我们住后面楼，有员工开车接送接驳，就算走路也就一分钟不到。这点斜坡不影响入住体验。游泳池很美，孩子很开心。 房间：虽然直通房但一点都不潮湿，灯光有点暗，但搭配古典装饰其实也还好。一次性洗漱用品齐全，床垫舒服。空间大，还有个沙发床，孩子爸睡了两晚都很容易睡着。 大人孩子都很喜欢这里，可惜我们走得太匆忙，忘记留下小费，请酒店人员帮我转达我们一家人对酒店的感谢。希望下次还有机会继续入住。

Nice place on Phuket between Karon beach and Kata

The hotel is beautiful with clean rooms with free amenities and drinking water. The pool area is clean and not too busy during the day. The pool bar and restaurant are great with great breakfast. Would definitely return!
