Vi skulle have været der 18 dage, men vi flyttede efter 4 dage .de var ved at renovere pool området så ingen liggestole,men støv og larm fra vinkelsliber. Morgenmad buffet var super kedeligt og et personale der stod med deres mobiltelefoner hele tiden vi har ellers været på hotellet 4 gange før, men hold da op hvor er blevet ringe.vi håber at vi kan få pengene retur for de dage vi ikke har brugt.vi har selv betalt for nyt hotel

Minden tetszett a szállodában,az elhelyezkedése,a személyzet kedvessége,segítőkészsége,hogy mindig mosolyogtak,a felszereltsége és a szálloda is szép és tiszta,sok csodás virággal és banánfákkal körülvéve!Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek,jó ár-érték arányú hotel,nagyon közel a beachez.

War ok aber würde auf keinen Fall noch mal buchen!

Klimaanlage zu laut und keine Leistung, zu dicke Decke und nach Nachfrage auch keine Lösung! Keine Gäste erlaubt obwohl man für 2 Personen bezahlt hat. Zu viele Russen die sich nicht benehmen.

A great location with friendly people. So much so, we canceled our trip home and stayed an extra week.

Under två dagar som vi besökte hotellet så saknades det varmt vatten. Personalen menade att det får man acceptera.

Nära till det mesta,stranden 5min att gå. Även om hotellet var rätt stort så kändes det litet och mysigt. Var väldigt lugnt vid poolen och många gånger vi var själva i poolen.Smoothien vid poolen var supergod! Frukosten var helt klart godkänd, ingick i priset på hotellrummet så absolut bra. Personalen trevlig. Rummet hade det man önskade sig, visst äldre inredning osv men det visste jag innan då jag sett det på bilderna :) mycket svenskar på hotellet under min vistelse!

Området i sig är väldigt trafikerat( inte utanför hotellet) men Kata och Karon. Solstolarna var rätt osköna men fanns alltid plats vid poolområdet vilket var skönt. Var en del myggor på rummet & lyhört från andra rum och även från gången utanför. God mat i resturangen men lite för överprisat för att vara i Thailand. Över lag nöjd med hela vistelsen.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, frekventált, mégis csendes helyen. Nagyon megérte tengerre néző szobát választani, csodálatos volt a panoráma. Szuper a medencéje, tiszta és kellemesen meleg. A reggeli rendben volt. Ezen az áron azt hiszem nem lehet okunk panaszra.

A “Happy Hour” a lenti bárban és a medencénél lehetne ugyanabban az időpontban és lehetne ugyanaz az akció. Szerintem az úgy korrektebb lenne a vendégekkel szemben. Továbbá, ha emelnék az ételek színvonalát és minőségét biztosan többen választanák az ottani fogyasztást. Mi egyszer ebédeltünk ott, de ár-érték arányban messze elmaradt a pár méterre kezdődő éttermek hadától.

Wir sind seit einigen Tagen unterwegs durch Thailand, immer eine Nacht im Hotel und ich habe einiges zu vergleichen, für diese Preisklasse von Hotel war ich etwas enttäuscht. Es war eine gute Lage, und wir hatten Bungalow. Es ist interessant aufgebaut und sehr zentrale Lage.

Die Ausstattung ist recht veraltet, für diese Preisklasse ist sehr einfach gehalten. Die Betten waren nicht so toll und Kissen sind wie Steine. Ich überlege wirklich bei IKEA ein Kissen zu kaufen für weitere Aufenthalte im Hotels. Es war alles da und der personal war freundlich. Für einen Tag fand ich in Ordnung aber wenn man sich überlegt länger zu bleiben, dann würde ich doch schon drauf achten dass die Betten nicht unbedingt für längeren Aufenthalt so gut sind. Frühstück war gut es wurden separat Eier gebraten und Rührei gemacht sehr einfach gehalten aber wir wurden satt.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Karona Resort Phuket. The main issues were hygiene, facilities, communication, and misleading room photos. Hygiene: The towels smelled very bad, even after being changed. I later found out they were stored in a wooden wardrobe attached to an outside wall, exposed to rain and humidity. Before washing, some towels were left on the dirty floor, next to insects and other debris, which was extremely unhygienic. The room was not properly cleaned, the toilet wasn’t cleaned at all, and I never saw proper cleaning products being used. Housekeeping arrived at random times with a dirty bag full of old towels. I had to repeatedly ask for basic toiletries like soap and shampoo, which were never replenished. A very concerning issue was that the hotel provided flip-flops in the room for guests to use, but the same flip-flops were left for the next guest in that room, which is extremely unhygienic. Facilities: The room was outdated and poorly equipped. The hair dryer was very old and unsafe, the TV didn’t work properly, and the pool was small and shallow. The breakfast room was small, dark, and offered very limited options. I also ordered tiramisu, which arrived completely frozen and inedible. Passport deposit: The hotel asked for my passport as a deposit, which is illegal and unsafe for tourists. I could not leave my passport with them, and almost nobody at reception spoke English, making it extremely stressful to explain the situation. Communication: Almost no staff, including managers, spoke English or any major language, which made every interaction difficult and frustrating. Room and photos: The room I received did not match the photos online. It had no proper windows — only a door-style window opening directly into another guest’s area — leaving the room dark and lacking ventilation. Other issues: The resort overall was noisy with undisciplined guests and loud music. The facilities felt poor compared to the images on the website,

Schöne Anlage - Zimmer sind gut aufgebaut.

Reinigungskräfte morgen um 9 Uhr so laut dass man wach wird. Reinigung erfolgt nicht ordentlich es werden keine Betten frisch bezogen, Boden ist schmutzig Bei der Ankunft mussten 2000 bhat als Pfand hinterlegt werden.

The room stank like a drainpipe for the whole stay, we asked to move or get a spray and reception said yes more than once and never happened! They were rude Hotel is outdated but livable

The room smelt of drain pipes the whole time, reception staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. We asked for a spray to help get rid of the smell or to change rooms and neither was provided. Location is good and rest of staff friendly .

The crew was very kind, breakfast was good, the singing crew at the happy hour were very sweet, location was the best!

They could have cleaned better the rooms (like vacuming or washing the floor due to the sand)

La camera sembrava un garage con la porta che portava sulla terrazza in pessime condizioni, presentava fessure aperte dove entravano zanzare durante la notte. Anche il bagno doccia ci ha deluso Qualita' prezzo non adeguata

Заселили в такую помойку хотя брал улучшенные номера. Я был в шоке !!! Брал на 2 ночи 2 номера. Так как прелетели поздно пришлось переночевать на утро пошёл на оесепшен что бы поменяли номер на такой как на фотографиях так они давайменя пугать полицией . Но так и не вызвали 2ю ночь мы не стали там оставаться но деньги они не вернули . Это ужас а не отель рядом есть с таким же названием но в 100 раз лучше

Le personnel est au top, la restauration est excellente.

A l arrivée il n' y avait personne pour la réception des bagages. Marches de la piscine dangereuses pas de rampe, difficile pour personnes âgées.

Прекрасный отель, расположенный в идеальном месте! Все рядом. Дали два номера по запросу недалеко друг от друга, но и не смежные с одной общей дверью, на пятом этаже с видом на море!) Один вид заслуживает поставить 10 из 10!

Старый отель. Везде налеты, грязно. Постельное белье большими коричневыми пятнами и соплями из носа. Персонал не реагирует на просьбу менять номер. Отменить невозможно было, так как при отмене 100% не возвращают деньги.

Personal sehr unfreundlich. Das kenne ich so von Thailand überhaupt nicht. Die Zimmer sehr abgewohnt, Bad sehr dunkel, muffig, ohne Lüftung oder Fenster. Frühstück sehr einfach und lieblos. Strand komplett mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegen bestuhlt. Fast ausnahmslos russische Gäste.

The evening entertainment by the pool could be quite loud if you have an early start next day for an excursion.

Zu viele Russen. Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Nichts besonderes. Umgebung grenzwertig. Weg zum ziemlig dreckig. Frühstück zu wenig und zu einfache Auswahl.

- walking distance (minutes) to everything: karon beach, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, convenience stores, massage services, etc. - there is a bus stop (karon stadium) across the street with busses going to phuket old town and the airport. - relatively more affordable compared to other hotels in the area.

- everything in the room is old and seems to be falling apart (but functional). - a lot of stairs around the property, might not be too convenient for people with mobility issues. - zero view of the ocean (depending on the room type) although we got a nice little 'cottage' with balcony and garden.

Vi hade två rum för familjen. Rummet med poolutsikt var otroligt mycket mer prisvärt. Det var till och med havsutsikt med balkong, en dubbelsäng, en vanlig säng och en "dinnet/soffa" vid fönstret. Stort/rymligt! Dock en del trappor att gå I. Superiorrummen (de billigaste) hade ingen utsikt utan fönstret vätte mot en vägg eller mot receptionen. Första reaktionen var att man blev lite besviken men sedan upplevde vi att det var tyst och lugnt vid det billigare rummet och nära till receptionen och restaurangen och inte så många trappor att gå i. Sängarna och kuddarna var mycket bekväma och städningen bra. Det fanns bra avlastningsyta för två resväskor och torkställning för badkläder. Jättemysig pool, varm obehaglig att bada i. Jättenära till en fantastisk strand. Ej så långgrund vilket vi gillade. Höga vågor, prisvärda solstolar att hyra. Trevligt bemötande av de som hyrde ut. Återkommer gärna till Karonstranden.

Fanns inga krokar i något av rummen att hänga kläder på. (Ingen utsikt i det "lilla rummet"- inte prisvärt.) Solstolarna vid poolen var inte bekväma.

Comfortable bed, spacing room and nice view. It was my honeymoon so they decorated the room very nicely with no extra charge which we really appreciated

Big nice room and comfortable bed. On the 5 floor in my room I have many movie channels.

Many steers and the room I stay first on 5 floors the lock to the door was broken. I was moved to floor 4 only 1 movie channel a blurry.

Staff muito simpático, quarto agradável e pequeno almoço suficiente. Tem perto uma zona de aluguer de moto.

There is an adjoining door between the rooms, through which you can hear everything that happens in the next room. In my case, Russians lived there, who gathered every night, laughed, and talked loudly. I complained to the hotel staff. They made a remark, but the next night it happened again. On the third night, Chinese people moved into the next room and it became quiet.

El personal muy amable, atento y siempre sonriente. Habitacion grande, cama cómoda, nos daban 2 botellas de agua cada mañana. El desayuno está bien calidad precio, siempre hay 1 o 2 platos thai calientes en el buffet. Se puede descansar sin problema ya que la zona es tranquila, y la playa está a 1 min caminando. Muchas gracias a Raida por su atención y por recomendarnos donde comer cuando llegamos. Volveremos

Everything was very good and the stuff so helpful and friendly!

The rooms and beds were nice and comfortable, great to have a balcony with a limited seaview - loved watching storms roll in - many restaurants and shop just a minutes walk away. Pool was lovely, some steps to be negotiated for elderly.

The balconies are small for two people and could do with comfortable chairs, the food in the restaurant especially breakfast was very poor.

Situated between Kata and Karon beach. 100 meters to the beach out front door. Close to Dino park and Kata beach road and night market! On site spa facility with cheap prices! View of ocean and pool area is peaceful!

La ubicación es buena, en Kata Beach hay muchos restaurantes y sitios para salir a tomar algo. El desayuno es aceptable, aunque no es gran cosa.

La habitación es bastante mejorable, mobiliario viejo, y el baño parece un zulo sin ventanas, además el husillo daba muy mal olor. El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido.
