The bathroom hygiene with bath towels was DISGUSTING. - THE HOTEL KEPT USED AND SOILED TOWELS.....VERY VERY - IN ACTUAL TERMS WE WOULD LIKE OUR MONEY BACK HAVE MADE HUE AND CRY AT THE HOTEL.

BATH TOWELS WERE SOILED WITH. Human excreta !!!!!!!!!!!

The rooms were decent and clean

1. The website has same photos for all room categories so it’s impossible to figure out that extra does one get by booking a more expensive room. Lack of clarity lead to a lot of confusion during room booking. 2. I felt that the dining service during breakfast has a lot of room for improvement. I saw the staff telling guests that “someone is already sitting” at a certain table when there was no one occupying that table. Some guests came much later and sat on that table and immediately started getting VIP attention from the staff. I feel this was unfair to the guests who were lied to. At one instance next day, I requested for a coffee and didn’t get it for 15+ mins because the staff got busy serving those same guests everything at the table even though it was a buffet breakfast (I know certain things are served at table but that is not what was happening). I had to remind again after 15 mins to get a coffee. This preferential behaviour makes other guests feel unwelcome and the hotel should really think this through. I now have this image of Radisson’s service in mind and would probably not book again if I have any other options. 3. I checked in very late.. around 10:30pm.. requested a late check out by 2-3 hours which was denied stating that the hotel was sold out but I could see rooms being available online. All in all.. I felt that the staff was not very guest centric.

Fantastic service from the door, through to front of house, housekeeping and restaurant. Fantastic food at Tiffany’s restaurant.

Unfortunately, the heating was being repaired during our stay which was mildly inconvenient but we were given heaters which helped. Windsor cafe opening hours were inconsistent and therefore confusing.

The property was clean very good. The service is excellent and the breakfast was superb. Very polite and pleasant. Very helpful in every sentence of the word.

The staff are lovely - really cheerful and helpful. The lobby is majesterial in its presence.

Spa facilities customer service truly shocking. Beyond the lobby, the hotel is faded and grubby in places.

Our stay was absolutely seamless. The hospitality was excellent, and the food — both at breakfast and in the evening — was great. Offering excellent amenities like a well-equipped gym, a bar with a pool table, and a great coffee station in the lounge area.

The management seriously need to considering changing the carpet in the lobby as it had a strong, unpleasant smell — which was quite off-putting when entering or heading up to the rooms. Also, the rug in the rooms really need replacing or a deep clean, as they had a noticeable odour that took away from the overall experience.

The bed was making a of noise and the AC was not working properly and secondly the buffet they didn’t have whipped cream for pancakes and they only had 1 housekeeping staff available

Descent property to stay in Jalandhar.

Beautifully decorated - excellent buffet

Beautiful hotel, best in the area, WiFi fast and always works. Everything was excellent, helpful staff, great breakfast. Stayed in suite room, which was beautiful and clean. The whole hotel is very clean.

Best hotel in Jalandhar! Lovely, comfortable hotel with very professional staff. Clean and quiet for a relaxing break amongst the hustle of a busy Jalandhar. It's a great location. A great place to wine and dine, watch sports on TV, and to play games of pool. Met a lot of great people here, both patrons and hotel employees. Live acoustic music on Tuesday and Saturday evenings. The property is nice with opulent decor and good restaurants

The place needs to be renovated with the latest times and features . Furniture is dated , rooms and corridors don’t feel fresh

Choice of restaurants & the fact it had an acceptable gym / steam room & sauna.

Knit picking here but only issue was maybe the rooms can do with a bit of a change from a decor perspective, but again this aligns with the regal vibe that is seen throughout in the hotel

Really great house keeping, honestly the best service from that one guy out of all the staff!! The only one smiling and saying good morning on a daily basis besides the women in the restaurant.

Staff not smiling and greeting. Service is extremely slow, we typically waited 45 minutes on anything from a simpel chai to a bucket of ice (one which never arrived!). The hotel manager tried to scam us upon checking out, he wanted to charge us more for the amount of nights we’d been staying at the hotel. However I showed him proof that it was already taken from our bank account and it was booked through the booking.com platform, so he couldn’t charge us more! He still insisted we didn’t pay, and I had to get firm with him, as he also made us 35 minutes late for the airport!! He then agreed that we had already payed, as if it was ever an option that we didn’t! We were in utter chock as we don’t expect this from any 5 star hotel (al though it did not provide five star service!!) and especially not from a booking.com partner! I can’t believe that he actually though we were just gonna believe him and pay for more nights cash at check out!! What a scam!!

This is a good old school 5 star hotel, which it does so well. The grand entry with all its marble, gold and antique style furniture, reminiscent of a Maharaja’s palace, I loved. The room, although again some might say a bit dated, was superbly comfortable. Loved the leather wing chair. So much more personality than other hotels. Restaurant was good, good service, and very good food.
