J'ai relancé à 2 reprises les jours suivants, en précisant exactement l'endroit où j'ai oublié les vêtements et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse :-((

The entrance of the parking garage is hard to spot. The breakfast was a not super fresh and out of croissants/cheese before the end of the service.

Fiquei hospedada 8 dias, tive somente uma limpeza de quarto, acho que poderia ter mais limpezas inclusas na diária.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Sve je bilo sjajno! Lokacija odlična; metro stanica je 1 minutu udaljena, a četvrt je dovoljno mirna za odmor nakon cijelog dana. Sobe su super opremljene, čiste i prostrane. Izvrstan i bogat doručak, a poseban plus što je aparat za kavu dostupan 0-24h u prizemlju hotela. Osoblje ljubazno i uslužno!

Staff scortese. L’ingresso è un po’ nascosto e non è ben segnalato, rendendo la struttura difficile da raggiungere con Google Maps; anche il taxi chiamato dalla reception ha avuto difficoltà a trovare la struttura. Ero in viaggio di lavoro e avevo comunicato in anticipo la necessità di ricevere la fattura intestata alla mia società. Nonostante l’abbia richiesta più volte, sia prima che dopo il soggiorno, non mi è mai stata fornita, anche se mi era stato assicurato che sarebbe stata emessa. Giorni dopo il soggiorno mi è stato comunicato che, avendo pagato tramite Booking, non era possibile emetterla. Questa informazione, però, non è chiaramente indicata nella descrizione della struttura e sarebbe stato utile saperlo prima della prenotazione.

Il bagno piccolissimo con water separato e cieco.L’hotel,se si arriva in auto,non si trova facilmente,bisogna entrare nella via del Novotel.Per fare la spesa occorre arrivare al centro commerciale 1 fermata di metro.

The odour in the corridor which could be from food cooked in some of the apartment was uncomfortable when walking along. The doors could be checked to ensure they are well sealed to prevent the odour. Shower & hand wash gel provided do not have good aroma. More toilet rolls to be provided for family.

L'emplacement : un hôtel un peu loin de tous les commerces mais il y a le centre commerciel les 4 Temps à 30 minutes à pied. L'hôtel est mal signalisé car le chauffeur UBER ne la pas trouvé et la géolocalisation la mal signalisé.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Nice stay with my family We had a pleasant stay with our three kids. The location is excellent, right next to the metro station, which made getting around very easy. The apartment is modern, well-designed, and uses the available space intelligently. However, the rooms are quite small, especially for a family of five. The main downside for us was the lack of daily housekeeping and toilet cleaning. We were informed that cleaning is only provided for stays of one week or longer, which was inconvenient and bothered us during our stay. Overall, a nice and modern apartment in an excellent location, but the housekeeping policy could definitely be improved.
The main issue was the lack of daily housekeeping and toilet cleaning, which was inconvenient, especially when staying with three children. We were told that housekeeping is only provided for stays of one week or longer. Also, the tea/coffee facilities could be improved. Tea sachets had to be requested separately, and there was no milk provided. As there was no large supermarket nearby, it was difficult to purchase these basic items easily. Overall, these small details made the stay less convenient than it could have been.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, a pocos metros del subte, en una zona que se siente muy segura, en el distrito financiero de París. La ubicación está muy bien para dos personas, está equipada con lo necesario en la cocina, todo muy bien. Párrafo aparte para el personal que nos ayudó a recuperar un objeto de valor que habíamos olvidado en la habitación tras hacer el check out y actuó con honradez y profesionalismo. Muy recomendable.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026J'ai apprécié le personnel poli et disponible la fonctionnalité de la climatisation dans la chambre . L'emplacement par rapport aux transports. Le grand centre commercial et les environs propices pour les balades .
Juste 2 petites choses pas de rangement dans la salle de bain et pas assez dans la chambre non plus. Et zéro ménage au balcon

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026J’ai été accueillie par Jessie avec le sourire. Très agréable, disponible et à l’écoute, elle a répondu à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Ayant déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel, j’avais trouvé que la qualité de l’accueil méritait d’être améliorée. Cette fois-ci, rien à redire : une nette amélioration ! L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité du métro, d’un centre commercial et de la magnifique esplanade. L’ascenseur fonctionne désormais très bien, et la literie est particulièrement confortable, tant au niveau du matelas que des oreillers. Un séjour très agréable dans l’ensemble.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026L'emplacement : quartier calme et proximité du métro. Le confort, la fonctionnalité et la propreté de l'appartement , la climatisation. L'accueil : le personnel, la réception avec la fontaine à eau et le distributeur de café.
Les appartements sont mal insonorisés. Vous devez être très précautionneux dans vos mouvements et vous devez prier pour ne pas avoir de voisins mal élevés autour de vous. Heureusement, pour nous les 3 nuits se sont bien passées. N'oubliez pas de prendre des bouchons d'oreilles. L'entrée du parking est difficile à trouver. Il ne faut pas la rater sinon on refait trois fois le tour du quartier.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026I was with two friends and we really liked the apartment. It was equipped with everything we needed and had a balcony. The location is great, super close to the metro station on line 1. You can get to the center in 10-15 minutes. Perfect!

Чисто, зручне ліжко, по дві подушки. Працює клімат-система, що дуже радувало, бо в Парижі була спека +35. Зручне розташування - 5 хв до станції метро 1 лінія.

The parking was very hard to find. Not enough signs. Also we checked in on a Sunday, our AC wasnt working well so no technicians were available till the next day. The next day the technicians came and improved the AC situation but it was still not cooling well. We suffered in the heatwave honestly..
