Most of it !! It is a very tired and rundown hotel. The pictures on booking.com website are NOTHING like the hotel in reality. The car park is a joke when you can find it then when you find it you cannot get into it for coaches and taxis. The staff are just about ok. Novotel you need to scrap this hotel or remove your name from it. I have used many Novotel hotels in the uk and Europe but this one is shocking.

Great staff and location, but the property itself falls short The staff were lovely; friendly, helpful, and they managed to get us two rooms next to each other, which made a real difference travelling as a family. The location is also a strong point: an easy walk to the metro.

The property itself was disappointing. There was a persistent unpleasant smell, and air fresheners had been placed throughout the building in what seemed like an attempt to mask it. The rooms are 3-star at best and don’t live up to the listing photos, which make them look considerably better than they are in person. There’s also an abandoned building directly next door, which isn’t apparent from the listing. Worth knowing before you book — the service is genuinely good, but set your expectations for the rooms accordingly.

First the location is under the bridge so no clear entrance for the hotel second the front desk female employee act like we are beggar not guests I told her I lost my wallet with all card and that’s exactly what happened she refused to help me and she ask her colleague julian to do my case and he was more gentle than her , she also refused to open the park door for me , the room wasn’t clean there were bags I was bitten in my arm and legs ,, there was no fridge in the room and there are no lagging services I will never book or recommend this place to anyone .

Leur sens de l'écoute, leur disponibilité et leur réactivité ont grandement contribué à rendre chaque échange agréable et efficace. Ils prennent toujours le temps de répondre aux demandes avec le sourire, bienveillance et attention, tout en apportant des solutions rapides lorsque cela est nécessaire. Leur engagement quotidien et leur attitude positive font véritablement la différence et reflètent une excellente image de l'entreprise. Odlična lokacija za obilazak Pariza i direktna linija vlakom za Disneyland Čistoća.

Dotrajali namještaj u sobi - treba obnovu. Soba nije bila spremna u 14:00h, kao što je trebalo, pa smo s malom djecom cekali ulazak u sobu nakon puta. Dvoje odraslih, dvoje djece a uvijek smo dobivali set ručnika manje. Hotel nosi 4 zvijezdice no nema sadržaje za 4 zvijezdice: nema saune, spa ni bazena.

Room and Breakfast was good, Staff was excellent. Overall it's value for Money with all the facilities. Mini Bar in the room was really great especially considering the heatwave during my stay.

It would have been great if the same breakfast not repeated on every day. We had the most challenges to arrive by CAB. The proper address should be updates in Google Maps, so that every CAB / Uber driver can find it easily.

No fridge in the room however they have a facility to keep your food in the common fridge in reception up on request.

On arrival we were upgraded to a better room and given a free mini bar. The view from our room was amazing and overall the room was clean and comfortable. The location was good, walking distance to the metro and in a nice area.

Children beds not prepared properly told the receptionist about air conditioning and the beds nothing has been done, when you try to call reception no one answer even when you go down to speak no one cares, no help at all, you should stay away from this place, such a waste

The service was great from the front desk staff, restaurant staff and room maids. However, the hotel is in real need of a remodel. The bathroom design in the room is horrible. Taking a shower in the tubs is dangerous. The AC is worthless. The location is not convenient to the major tourist sites. For the nightly price of a standard room, it’s not worth it. I went with 3 stars only because of the staff working the hotel. They could not have been nicer and helpful.

The reception gave me room when I open the room I found other person in the room .

Location and good connection with the city centre. Personal is professional and friendly.

Breakfast is poor, not at the level of other Novotel hotels like in Germany or the Netherlands.

C’était une catastrophe pour trouver le parking de l’hôtel avec les travaux sur le pont de Neuilly Il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre et impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres, ni même de mettre la climatisation en dessous de 26°

Ubicacion, con metro casi en la puerta y linea directa al centro.

Habitacion minuscula para 4 con un sofa cama con colchones super incomodos y pequeños. Moqueta sucia. La limpieza diaria me dejaba literalmente el pijama tirado, cuando yo lo dejaba doblado. El desayuno rico pero era como ir a la guerra. Tenias que limpiarte las mesas, conseguir manteles, platos y cubiertos era un reto. Adicionalmente, la peticion que les hice meses antes no la tuvieron en cuenta ni un poco...cero empatia, en la respuesta y en la intención.

The hotel is 2 min from Metro line 1 and that is great. Breakfast is confusing with getting cards every day to be told when is your breakfast. The other dining room is not good, like 1 star hotel. The room is ok but in bathroom there are is not shower cap, lotion...nothing but soap. No mini bar. The best is Melia hotel next to this one with a great roof top bar.

The hotel isn't even close to 4 stars. 1. There's only one iron for the entire hotel, and it only ruins your clothes. 2. I asked for a decent iron without any burn marks, but they said it would be available the next day after lunch at best. This is completely stupid, since I needed the iron that evening, when I arrived. 3. At first, they gave me a room that didn't match the photo (it was lower quality) than the one I booked. They said there were no other rooms available. But then, when I showed them a photo of what I should have had and what they gave me, they moved me to the correct room. 4. The breakfast, other than the pastries and coffee, was tasteless. It's definitely not worth it. 5. The air conditioning in the hotel didn't work!! It was hot, the windows wouldn't open, and the hotel hadn't even turned on the air conditioning yet! This is completely incompatible with guest comfort. It's absolutely torture to live in such conditions. And this is supposedly a 4-star hotel!? I will never stay at this hotel again.

Big hotel at a good location in La Défense, near metro station and Seine. Great view from the room. Hotel feels a bit outdated and worn down: airconditioning doesn’t work, hotel had a strange smell on the floors, the route to the hotel is very difficult by car and the parking nearby is really old. Overall this hotel is ok but not 4 stars experience.

On a été surclassé avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel. Merci beaucoup petit déjeuner au top beaucoup de choix et assez pour tout le monde jusqu'à la fin.

Le canapé lit est vraiment pas terrible, pas du tout confortable manque de drap aussi supplémentaires pas de lit bébé alors que j'avais fait la demande

Arrived with husband and my son and his wife on Saturday 30th Sept for 2 nights. We were part of a UK trip Racing breaks going to Arc de Triumphe racecourse. Dropped cases off as it was 2pm and too early for check in. Thought we would have a drink in the bar and plan our sightseeing day. No one was serving. Asked reception where server was and she telephone round to locate the man. He arrived no welcome! Got a taxi to vacate the hotel. Arrived back 9.30pm. Checked in. Room 122 and 120 on first floor. Very disappointing. Old drab decor. Separate toilet ( with no air conditioning or fan ) Bed sqeaky and uncomfortable. Never mind only staying 2 nights. Went downstairs for a drink. A different bar man was on. He was quite rude and ignored us, instead of serving was speaking to his fellow server. Eventually my husband asked for service. The lager was not good and did not taste right, took it back but he did not change it. This was not cheap. There was not a full stock of drinks in bar, no gin. Lager was finished on draught, no more left. He closed the bar at 11pm. I went to reception as a lot of British people still required serving. Reception said bar closes 12 midnight and telephoned him. On receiving the phonecall he through the phone down in the sink in temper at being told to stay open another hour. T he then went on a babble in French. The bar was full. So everyone ordered more drinks. The next day we went racing. Arriving back at hotel 9pm. It was the same man working behind the bar. Again no draught beer or lager, no rum, no gin. This time no bottles. As sold out. I asked why the bar was not restocked onernight, he just shrugged his shoulders. Not bothered.This is very disappointing that a multinational hotel of this size could not accommodate the majority of drinks. He was not bothered, just walked away. We gave up and went to bed. Breakfasts were also pretty poor. No staff smiled or welcomed us. There were no English Breakfast teabags. I had to ask 3 serving staff before someone went in a cupboard to locate them. Breakfast was busy and overcrowded with stocks not replenished. A cup of tea, bread and cheese was all I had. No value for money. To summarise, staff were miserable and looked as though they did not want to be there. They were not welcoming, and it was though everything was too much an effort for them. The toilets located one floor below were also not clean and did not smell nice. I have stayed in Novotels all over the world, but this was the worst I had ever experienced. Location wise. We struggled to get a taxi as the taxi drivers did not want to come to this hotel as you get stuck in traffic. Not a very good experience. No customer care. Staff need to be retrained and greet people with a smile.

the worst hotel I have ever stayed. It was dirty, there was bugs, cockroaches, the breakfast was very very poor and even the glasses and plates weren’t cleaned properly. There were broken tiles. Avoid going there !!!!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting we saw coakroaches and many other bugs also the windows dont open so when something in the room smells it will stay there for a while even the toilet doesnt lock wich means you have zero privacy

Reception staff was 5 stars and no complaints about cleanliness. Breakfast was a decent good one. Location was ideal based on what my plans were.

Room was ok but I was barely able to stand on the shower because of low the ceiling was (and I'm definitely a tall person). Showerhead was loose so I wasn't able to take a shower without holding it. The restaurant could easily be scraped from the map (both menu, staff, etc... I believe I was served 3 different plates before I got mine).

La colazione era varia..internazionale....indipendenti erano molto disponibili....camera vista città...mi hanno fatto upgrade gratuito....per chi deve fare 3/4 giorni va bene...la posizione è buona a 50 metri dalla metro gialla linea principale...

Struttura sembra nuova da fuori ma internamente è un po' datata anni 80.....la zona è piena di uffici e di lavoratori in settimana....sabato e domenica si svuota...

The hotel is rated on many websites as a 4 Star hotel. The hotel is tied and the rooms are very outdated. The location may be by the Seine and very near to all other f Paris from the metro et al. This should be noted that location does not mean quality and subsequently a medium review from me.
