Fraser Suites Paris La Défense

Les appartements sont très spacieux, ce qui est rare à Paris !, les lits étaient très confortables, on avait plusieurs balcons, le quartier est calme. La cuisine est aussi pas mal équipée et séparée du séjour, ce qui permet de transformer facilement le salon en 3ème chambre.

pas facile de se repérer dans Courbevoie autour de l'hôtel avec toutes ses passerelles, même google map était perdu ! mais l'hôtel est bien indiqué depuis le métro.

家庭房客廳超大、有很多間房間，適合帶長輩一起出遊 有冷氣超讚，冷氣很涼

抽油煙機根本在搞笑，抽到同一個空間排不出去 煎牛排弄到整間都是濃煙... 地點算偏僻，附近沒有超市也沒有餐廳，都要走一段距離，大人還好，帶小孩走至少要半小時...

1- برأيي الفندق متواضع ولا يرقى لما تتخيله عندنا تسمع 5 نجوم 2- (((الموقع سيء)))، الوصول له صعب ومنطقة لا ديفانس اصبحت متهالكة وانطفى بريقها ولا يبدو عليها الاهتمام ابدا 3- بعض الموظفين يتكلم عربي ولكن يسوي مجنون حتى وهو داري انك عربي مادري وش ينتظر 4- سرير الكنبة مزعج جدا ويطلع اصوات غريبة 5- روائح بعض البطانيات كانت غريبة

الموقع، الشقة جميلة ، خدمات التنظيف زينه، الهدوء ، يوفرون لك سيارة للمطار

فيها عيب واحد ،، وهو وجود دورة مياه واحدة للشقة الكبيرة

لم يعجبني شيء في مكان الاقامه سوى المساحه.

الوساخه، التهالك، رائحة عاملات النظافه، تعطل المصعد.

السعر يعتبر غالي ولا يعكس قيمتها التكييف سيئ جدا مدة تسجيل الخروج ربع ساعه الدا وا يستدعي هذا الوقت

That taxis and uber got lost finding the property we had to gives the Ibis Hotel address next to the property

Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Paris. The water in the room was dirty, and the reception staff treated guests as if we worked for them. Whenever there was a problem, even when it was clearly their mistake, they blamed us instead of taking responsibility. The housekeeping was also terrible and far below the standard you’d expect. It was definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here.

Le second appartement qui nous a été attribué lors de notre second séjour dans l’hôtel.

Je suis un client habitué depuis plus de 10 ans.

Le confort des appartements.

Monsieur Rahul, de la réception a un très bon sens de Customer Service. Tous les autres réceptionnistes des autres hôtels devraient s’inspirer de lui. Il est heureux de faire son travail. Il est accueillant. Le service est nettement meilleur par rapport à mon dernier séjour dans le même hôtel, qui remonte à Décembre 2025.

L'emplacement sur le mais quand on passe la commande de taxi nous envoie au sous sol.

Suite really good, clean and huge room

Just difficult to reach with car. There is no place to stop the car and you have to go around the district. A part of this everything’s good!

Clean rooms only.

Service is very poor. Gave us a room with a non functioning aircon on our first day. I complained readily on the first day but we were transfered on the 2nd day. Promised to bring our luggages to our room when transferred, and it did not happened. Such a lousy hotel! I will not booked this hotel in the future!

Les ustensiles de cuisines pas assez complet mais gros so modo ,c est trés bien.

Accueil très cordial, emplacement proche des transports en commun (Bus et Metro) à 3-5 mn de marche. L'appart convivial comme chez soi digne des hôtels 5*

Tout s'est parfaitement déroulé. Aucune remarque à faire.

لايوجد عزل حتى اصوات الحمام والمياة مسموعة حتى مياه الشرب ليست مجانية ومبلغ تامين 1000 يورو مبالغ فيه جداً جداً يسحبون الكاش اللي معك كله او فيزا ونتنظر الاسترداد

The apartment is conveniently located very close to the train station. The apparment was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. For travelling as a family, we found it perfect—spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Los apartamentos están como nuevos, las camas son muy cómodas, las toallas muy confortables, la cocina muy amplia y son muy confortables. El desayuno está muy bien y el personal es muy amable. Enfrente tienes parada de metro y en un momento estás en el centro de la ciudad.

Hotel was lovely with a stunning room. Room was huge, with a kitchen and wonderful air conditioning. Very modern. The proximity to the metro was good. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

There are not really many food options in the area over the weekend (a major business district), so breakfast at the hotel is required. Finding the underground garage was a confusing. We were given directions, but could not match them to the roads. And our room had no view.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja blisko stacji metra, co ułatwiło zwiedzanie całego Paryża. Apartament był wyjątkowo czysty, nowocześnie urządzony i w pełni wyposażony, wliczając w to ekspres do kawy oraz naczynia.

TOUT, mais le personnel est exceptionnel, la seule note que mérite cet hôtel est un 6/5.

Rien, à leur reprocher, mais je leur conseille tout de même de se mettre à la place de leurs concurrents qui pourraient faire faillite dû à leur haut standing.

tout l'appartement était parfait , il y avait de l'eau disponible , très appréciable car il faisait chaud et les chaussons ont été très appréciés sa situation à coté d'une station de métro était parfait

RAS une petite "amélioration" si je puis dire , pourrait être de préciser où se trouve le parking et comment y accéder avant l'arrivée ( j'ai un peu galéré pour le trouver )

L'interieur de l'appartement, la tranquillité, l emplacement

30 minutes de retard pour nous remettre la chambre, on nous indique 10 minutes et 25 minutes plus tard nous étions obligé de retourner à l'accueil et ils avaient oublié.... Le groupe arrivé avant nous était dans la même situation. Refus de nous communiquer un document en français mais sollicitent tout de même notre signature et refus de donner un second exemplaire, consentement biaisé

Tout était parfait comme d'habitude

La petite incompréhension à l'arrivée lorsqu'on nous a demandé une caution alors que nous sommes fidèles clients et que d'habitude on ne nous demande pas de caution mais cela a été réglé rapidement.

Clara nos atendió en recepción muy amable, nos dio la habitación cuando llegamos, antes de la hora . Todo muy limpio, toallas, albornoces y zapatillas... Habitación amplia, sofá-cama amplio y cómodo. Aunque no usamos nada, la cocina tenía de todo, una botella de agua fresquita en la nevera y cápsulas de café...

Muy bien ubicado en la Defense, cerca del metro, pero alrededor todo cerrado (en fin de semana, al menos)... Todo en obras alrededor. Has de coger el desayuno o ir a desayunar a Neuilly.

Appartement très bien équipe et pratique. Proximité au métro.

La signalisation pour arriver au parking mérite d'être revue et amélioré. Idem à l'intérieur du bâtiment les panneaux pour signaler les étages ne sont pas cohérents avec ce qu'on est habitué à voir et nécessite de comprendre une logique particulière. Si vous aimez les scope games ça ne sera pas un problème pour vous :)

Check in was really simple and the staff were really helpful. We arrived late on a public holiday and reception offered to call for take away for us. This was a really simple process and meant we were able to get food delivered without having to leave the accommodation. Located just a short walk from the metro and the suite was lovely and clean. We got the buffet breakfast the next morning and the food was lovely.

It was a little expensive but all accommodation seemed to be a similar price so more likely related to being in Paris than anything else.

Die Lage war Top, dirket an der Metro Linie 1. Parkhaus etwas schwer zu finden, aber ansonsten sicherer Abstellplatz für das Auto. Preis Leistung für Paris passt.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Aussicht hinten im Hof war nicht wirklich schön. Alte leerstehende Gebäude.

الموقع ليس بالقريب جدا .. وحتى التاكسي لا يمكنه الوقوف أمام المبنى بالضبط ...التكييف خربان ..ضيق الحمّام ..إزعاج من الشرفة على ما يبدو العاب أطفال أو صيانة لا أعلم والأهم عند وصولي أخذوا مني فلوس الضريبة وكانت مفاجئة لي بالرغم إنني دفعتها مسبقا مع الحجز ، كذلك تأخرنا في الخروج لظروف مرضية طارئة وأصروا على دفع مبالغ زيادة كذلك الإفطار سيء وغير متنوع ودون المستوى وأسعاره غالية مُبالغ فيها

AC was not working , so it was hot inside the apartment & we could not open windows because of first floor on the mail entrance with visibility from the street & lots of insects in the garden!!!

Accueil et confort très bons.

Location is convenient by metro. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. Bathroom and kitchen both equipped well. Breakfast Grab&Go is good value and tasty.

The first room we stayed has a bad smell, not sure due to aircon or window location. The second room we stayed is perfect!

Le calme et l'accueil

J'ai une amie que j'ai recommandé qui me parlait de caution de 500 euros C'est pas normal et c'est énorme Aussi qu il faut payer la conservation des bagages à la bagagerie.

Les appartements reflètent bien le "Comme chez soi"
