Loved everything! We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here and it was beyond wonderful. Breakfast lunch dinner all so yummy ! Cocktails all day long. No complaints coming from us. Very relaxing and family friendly. Will be returning with our little ones for a family vacation.

The property is in a pretty bad state of disrepair. When we went, the power was out there were people trapped in the elevators. There was barely any staff. We were unable to get drinks or food. The power had been going out repeatedly for several days according to staff and other guests. They were serving beer with bits of ice to cool it down. All of the restaurants were closed except for one little counter next to a dumpster where you could line up to order food. It was around four or 5 PM when we arrived with starving children after a long day of flying. The staff that we did find were working incredibly hard, but it was not the vacation experience we were hoping for. We ended up moving to another hotel and we’re not able to get a refund.

Servicio de limpieza pésimo . Limpian mal y muy tarde. Las toallas la cambian a las 6 de la tarde y algunas veces limpian la habitación y no ponen toallas limpias aún cuando se llevan las usadas. Las habitaciones dan a un pasillo en donde hay un basurero. Apesta. El ruido de la calle es fuertisimo. Por las mañanas se escuchan los camiones, trailers y autos de la autopista como si uno tuviera la puerta abierta . El bufete del desayuno, comida y cena SIEMPRE LO MISMO. La espera en los restaurantes dura horas. En el gimnasio no servía el aire acondicionado. Una tortura entrenar con esos grados de calor. Las regaderas de la playa para entrar alnuotel sin AGUA! No hay camastros ni sombrillas de sol, palapas ni nada en la playa para los huéspedes. NUNCA REGRESARÍA NUNCA LO RECONENDARIA

No le han dado mi factura, la alberca no estaba muy limpia. Como habia micha ocupación la gente de servicio tardaba mucho para todo.

Olor a drenaje cerca del restaurante y albercas, el olor fue todos los días, todo el día, se estanca el drenaje en la playa en la cancha de voleibol, las albercas están sucias, no te dan ganas de meterte. No explican que se puede hacer con cada tipo de brazalete, yo tenía el all inclusive y después me dijeron que no podía usar unos camastros que tenían costo extra, en ninguna parte se menciona esto.

I really wanted to enjoy my stay at Krystal Grand, but unfortunately, the only thing I truly liked was the staff. Almost every employee we encountered was kind, friendly, and genuinely tried to help. They remained professional and courteous despite what appeared to be an overwhelming workload. That said, it was obvious the resort is severely understaffed. The employees looked exhausted and overworked—almost like zombies—yet they continued doing their best. Management really needs to invest in more staff and better support for the people who are keeping the resort running. They deserve much better. The staff was the highlight of our stay, but the resort itself did not meet our expectations. I sincerely hope management takes care of its employees because they are the resort’s greatest asset.

What I didn’t like about this stay is honestly hard to summarize because there were so many issues—I could truly write a book. This was, without a doubt, the worst resort I’ve ever stayed at. The facilities are outdated, and the overall condition of the property is disappointing. Our room didn’t have working air conditioning, and we were given the runaround and moved three separate times without any real apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. The food was inedible, and the drinks were watered down and poorly made. Basic amenities didn’t function properly—the phones didn’t work, the ice machines were broken, and many of the restaurants were closed or not open consistently. Even when they were open, the food quality made it not worth it. The beach itself is beautiful, but the water is too rough to safely swim in. You will need to ask for towels and wash cloths. They are almost like a commodity. This was the first vacation where my kids repeatedly asked if we could just go home. Cabo itself is stunning, but I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else and venturing out for good food. Also you will need to reach out to the concierge for everything but have no doubt. They are NEVER around. However again the workers are short staffed.

Great position, beautiful view from Altitude Tower. Staff was lovely and the room was clean.

Food was terrible, buffet room was in disrepair, pools were cloudy, and rooms were half decorated and smelled of humidity and must/mold. One of our rooms was so bad that multiple members of our party got a headache within minutes. Ultimately we had to change rooms to get through the night and we left first thing the next day.

Location was great. Facilities was maintained well.

Nothing needs to change. We stay here every year. We race the norra and finish in San Jose so it's very convenient. The parking is important for us. We had three race teams staying there and we all fit.

Before booking this hotel, I read several negative reviews mentioning supposedly poor food, drinks, and other issues. I was very close to not making the reservation, but I decided to take the risk and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be. This is truly one of the best all-inclusive hotels I have stayed at. In terms of price and quality, it offers more than fair value. The food has great flavor, especially at the Japanese restaurant, which delivered an unforgettable dining experience. The drinks are decent; they serve their purpose well by keeping you refreshed and in the mood to enjoy the atmosphere. The service from the staff is excellent, even better than what I have experienced at several so-called “luxury” hotels in Cabo San Lucas. The beautiful detail of watching a movie right on the beach on a giant screen was an amazing plus. Honestly, if you want to pay for a good, decent service without feeling like you overpaid, stay at this hotel. You are going to love it.

The phone did not work in our room and should’ve been replaced. There was a light on the balcony that was controlled by the hotel and did not go off until 11 PM, would’ve liked to go off by nine or so. Would prefer to have control over the light on the balcony. Everything else was fabulous.

We were looking for a romantic, relaxing, non complicated vacation and Krystal Grand Los Cabos All Inclusive delivered. The staff was amazing, the location for us was perfect (we didn’t even leave the property).

Only minor things, the ice machine was down (which we rely heavily on), but the staff was great at bringing us ice when we needed it. Not all restaurants were open, but they provided you with a daily schedule that included open restaurant times, activities and special events, so you could plan your day.

Beautiful grounds and the staff are working all day around the property to keep it nice. Pictures posted about the property accurate but outside buildings do seem rundown. Everything is easy walking distance and feels safe on the property at all hours. There is a Mexican, Italian, buffet style, and “the grill” restaurants-options. They have different activities and daily provide agenda of activities. Family and couple friendly. The spa was lovely; the menu for meals as well as spa service menu were all simple. Staff were nice and friendly. Spoke English and Spanish. Loved traditional dancing show Friday night. The Oceanside view is a massive bonus and the birds are incredible to watch. Little coffee shop is cute but limited options.

There were multiple men dressed in white throughout the beach trying to sell items including drugs. Totally inappropriate and annoying to constantly have to deny offers for hats, shirts, fake jewelry, wood carvings and weed! They offered items all day and everyday! Also the plumbing isn’t good at the hotel nor at the airport. Must be a local issue. Also altitude areas aren’t as high end for the extra price paid-and the rooms don’t have screen doors so you leave the doors open for the fresh air and ocean sound but flies then fill your room! Yuck. Also the drinks for alcoholic beverages not that high end. Cheap and low in alcohol content. Lastly the food lacked flavor at all restaurants and overall buildings for rooms seemed rundown. Lastly, no one was helpful in sharing local places to visit or areas to shop off the resort. Persons assigned to Altitude rooms aren’t really useful. Also hotel staff seem to be against uber transport and won’t help if you do Ubers. One more item…gift shop too pricey.

Wonderful location next to the beach. All of the staff members were kind and attentive.

Rooms were a little dated. The outdoor breakfast and lunch dining area had a malfunction half way through our stay. That left the ballroom as the only large dining area. It was disappointing we could not eat breakfast and lunch by the pool area overlooking the ocean.

The location and the pool. Brissa was an amazing concierge and has provided great info on everything we needed. Also, Ismael wass very attentive and took care of us near the pool area. Flor was great for breakfast and she made sure all the special orders are correctly made with great taste.

The staff was super friendly Brissa ( front desk)and Gabriel(concierge ) went above and beyond to help us.

Our only down side was the lack of chairs for the guests by the pool.

This resort is pure paradise. Waking up to ocean views, spending the day between the beach and pool, and ending it with great food and drinks—it doesn’t get better than this. The restaurant/buffet staff made everything effortless, always smiling and ready to help. The vibe was exactly what we needed: peaceful, refreshing, and just the right amount of fun. If you’re looking to disconnect and recharge, this is the place.

Moskito was perfect just More dessert options in the menu. Bigger servings especially in their japanese restaurant. ayami needs some serious inprovements. Our butler didnt respond to our requests and queries on our last day of our stay.

This hotel is great value for the money. I wouldn’t pay anymore to stay here, but I do feel we got value for what we paid. The beds were very comfortable which is important. We just chose the continuous ON option for the fan on the thermostat which provided enough white noise for a great nights sleep.

The property is tired and the food could use some improvement, but the price reflects that.

Great variety of food and fruit for breakfast for our whole family. Most loved the french toast. I love the omelets and chilaquiles. Fruit and fruit drinks were refreshing and great way to start day!

Beautiful pools, great breakfast bar and smaller restaurants. Very comfortable beds, best nights’ sleep!

If you don’t make reservations at one of the smaller restaurants, you’ll end up in the huge buffet, which feels like you’re at a convention center

The food and drinks were not great. When we arrived there was a push to upgrade to avoid loud street noise and to be able to go to special areas of the property. I found it to be a waste of money. It was hard to get chairs at the pool unless you arrive in the early morning and the beach area of the hotel didn’t have lounge chairs with umbrellas or options to rent cabanas, just round loungers that were awkward.

When we arrived the hotel told us that Booking.com told them there was only going to be one person in each room. We were charged $940.20 additional for the second person in each room although my reservation stated the reservation was for four people. The hotel agent Athena Jimenez was rude. We had also booked one-bedroom suites which were no longer available. The property either sold the building that the one-bedroom suites were in or converted them to some other layout. On the third day they offered us a minor supposed upgrade which was the same size room with a water walk out and a minor food upgrade (we were "all inclusive" already). The property was not well maintained and operations were not done in a professional manner. If Booking.com notified the hotel that in fact there were supposed to be four occupants then the hotel ripped us off. If Booking.com did not notify then of the four occupants then Booking.com is at least partially negligent and responsible.

Most of the staff were very hospitable and friendly and did a good job with what they had to work with. Most of the food in the buffet was not appealing to us. In the separate restaurants you could find food that was acceptable. There were four of us so each of us tried to order different item off the menu to see what we felt was acceptable so that we could focus on the what might be the better items on the menu. This of course meant that one or more of us might not get what we felt was decent food. It was however "all-inclusive" so if we received something that we did not like we would then order based on what was received by another of us. The property was not well maintained. Walls everywhere needed to be painted. Railings and locks were rusty. Two adults in each room yet they only put one regular and one decaffeinated coffee pod in the room. No washcloth unless you requested it. They had the bath gel, hand soap, and skin lotion in pump bottles, which many place have now but they were not properly filled. The supposedly had hair shampoo and hair conditioner in the same bottle which seem ridiculous. The pool chairs (wooden) all either need to be replaced or refinished. Etc,etc, etc. I have many photos to confirm my comments

Our stay at Krystal Grand Cabo was incredible. The resort is beautiful, spotless, and well maintained. Our swim-out suite was always clean, water replenished, and the pools sparkling. Gabriel, the concierge, was amazing, quick, kind, and helpful with every request. The staff also arranged a cab into town that waited for us and brought us safely back. At the restaurants, Sara, Lila, and Karen were welcoming and ensured my gluten allergy was carefully managed. Victor and Angel went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Manuel at the adult pool was fast, efficient, and remembered every order, handling my gluten-free requests with care. He is an extremely hard worker. Valerie, the manager, was warm, professional, and made us feel truly valued. The biggest shoutout goes to Rodolfo, our dinner waiter. His knowledge of gluten-free food was exceptional, and he made every meal safe and enjoyable. He was kind, professional, and attentive, making our trip unforgettable. Improvements would be better Wi-Fi in the rooms, continued investment in food quality, and labeling buffet/menu items for gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free options. The hotel is great for the beach and pools. The meals are not great but fine for the price. Excelent option and value for money.

Hotel needs to do better maintenance around the pool area. Pool tiles were falling off plus the grout was black.

The property was very well maintained, pools were clean, the rooms were clean but could use some upgrades. My only complaint was allergies, my son had an allergic reaction after I was told no dairy or egg in the pasta. So I’m not sure who messed up in the kitchen but I have to epi-pen my son. So I think they need to be MORE STRICT with allergens especially when allergen is life threatening!

Our room was dirty couch of full of stains we went to the front desk the only room they offered was another dirty room, we had to pay $ about 800 dollars more to get a swim out and it was a corner room random people will swimming in our private pool and be in our area we would called the front desk reporting that and they would say they sending someone and it kept happening it was probably the worst 8 days of my life we were on a family trip and we were very fed up with the lack of everything definitely don’t recommend staying if your looking for pristine experience

What I really like was the kind and welcoming staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I spent 5 nights here and I recommend it.

Good: service, people are kind. There is a separate coffee shop which is nice and convenient. Property is clean and taken care of. Its a small resort/compact but still nice. Meat restaurant was good. Japanese restaurant was good. YES i would come back again Bad: food options are limited. Basic food. Bacon only available 1/6 days. No fruits for dinner except breakfast. Limited to none kids activities available.

Older resort needs renovations

The food was two out of five, the rooms are old and noisy, the property was not clean for a resort. It was two out of five we will not be back to this resort ever.

We loved our stay, everything was perfect.

We were VERY impressed overall! Yes, the property can use some upgrading/maintenance with small things (ie. tiles in the pool), but overall it was great! The staff here is SO friendly -- probably the most friendly and helpful than any other all inclusive we have stayed at. The food was great, but make sure you upgrade to the Altitue Club. You'll have access to the best restaurant and roof top bar (which is a must for sunset and late night). I would highly recommend staying here and will stay here again.

To say we were nervous to stay here with all the poor reviews was an understatement. We went in with low expectations and were pleasantly surprised. Room was super clean, beds comfy, and pillows ok. Balcony had no patio furnishings. Our room had a table so could bring chairs out but would have been nice to have. Looks like no one but altitude had patio furniture. Pools nice, clean and warm. The chairs are not comfortable, would be good to replace with more cushion. We always took the same spot at the family pool & Same Great waiter, Ulises. It was my friends birthday & he brought her a little cake and entertainment played happy birthday without even asking! He truly went above and beyond & made our trip Amazing!! Had cold coffee at coffee bar. Nice little cafe with pastries, sandwiches and ice cream. We did go to the adult pool when they had foam pool party. People on that side seemed to be having a good time. I would say I was pretty disappointed in entertainment -they never asked to engage in games during the day nor was any part of the entertainment bilingual. Food was always good and Hot! We always ate lunch at the pool. Fish tacos with extra sauce was the best. Mango Tango with tajin & Paloma were our favorite drinks. Overall it was a good trip. Would I go again,no just because I like nightly shows and entertainment. But if you want to relax with good food/drinks/beautiful view-this place is definitely for you!
