We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean.The view of the water way was beautiful. Restaurant staff and food were excellent. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The entire front check in staff was so helpful and thoughtful! I wish I could remember everyone’s names so I could recognize them all individually .However, I did get a couple of individual names that I wanted to recognize for their service. Aaiden helped with our luggage and was very sweet and recommended a great place to eat that was not far from the hotel ( Goose’s Acre) . Very patient and friendly! Glenda , our waitress who worked in the Acqua lounge within the hotel , assisted us with breakfast and went out of her way to help with the buffet area for my friend who had mobility issues . She was so sweet and personable. Great smile and personality ! Ashley , our dinner waitress at the Acqua lounge recommended great meals that we enjoyed. She was attentive and polite and checked on us throughout the meal to see if we needed anything. This a great hotel to stay in with your family!

In this two day visit we checked in on Sunday, 28 June and Sofia and the Duty general manager who had known from before Besch treated us royally as we are not only celebrating our 40th honeymoon but also our 40th year of being Bonvoy members, we were afforded the joy of checking into the presidential suite as we were uniting our MINISTRY Igniting Prayer Action, Prayer Team for a day of celebration Fellowship and Prayer. On the Monday the 29th Cathy at the M. club treated us like royalty as we enjoyed an early brunch with our Prayer team. We then spent the rest of the day with a break for lunch down in the restaurant in our suite experiencing the joyful, peaceful presence of our God. Several other highlights were shortly after check-in arrival. Another member of the team Ashlee came out and my wife and I embraced her in the reunion of our friendship and upon asking her how we could pray, for her grief, was stricken across her face as she had days before buried her young brother, as we prayed and embraced her God comforted her. In the valet, William on Sunday and Jonah on Monday, both excelled in their joyful service to us. We congratulate the whole team at Marriotte waterway. Thank you for being a heavenly blessing to us.

The location is perfectly located for the July 4th events. The service is friendly and helpful. The 14th floor room is comfortable, clean and full of amenities including lots of charging stations and filled with lights! plus the soft towels, clean sheets, and great pillows. The M club has so many options of fresh fruit, well prepared dinner, omelets, breakfast, plus veggie cups. its by far best Of the last 10 Marriotts I’ve visited.. Be sure to ask for the Smores experience its a kit to make them or just toast your marshmallow and eat the Hersheys. Thanks to Kathy the concierge and Rob the bartender.

Excellent location, excellent service, excellent stay! This location is walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and shopping in The Woodlands. There is also a trolley that takes you throughout the woodlands. Be sure to take advantage of all of the amenities offered especially if you have access to the M Lounge. Kathy, the concierge in the M Lounge, was so friendly and attentive. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our room was great with the beautiful view of the waterway. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Breakfast was great at the M club. Kathy was our server and she was awesome. Very attentive and thoughtful. We love the Woodlands and really enjoyed our stay at this Marriott.

Great location! Went for a concert and after concert there were no amenities open. Bar/restaurant was open but they confessed did not have enough staff so provide service to after venue closed. The room was sparse... had to ask for glasses, coffee. For the price I would of expected much more services!

Aidan Lee was very generous helping to cart my stuff to my room. Very nice guy. Also, Gerimo (from Uruguay) was exceptional checking in all my rooms at the front desk. Great job to an awesome hotel that my family absolutely loved during Ironman Texas. Best family experience yet!!!!

Thrilled to say my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel! This was our very first visit to this Marriott property and I must say it was one of the best we have ever experienced. Although it was a short stay, we had the opportunity to enjoy Acqua Restaurant and Bar and M Club Lounge. Both were outstanding. I want to especially recognize Mary who was the server in the M Club Lounge when we had breakfast on the morning of check-out on 4/3/26. Mary was so personable and professional and made our departure so memorable. Please thank Mary for setting such high standards for the Marriott Waterway Team! Next, I want to say how wonderful the room accommodations were while there. We had a Waterway balcony view that was spectacular. Rooms were clean, quiet, and fully stocked with the right amenities. Finally, we were celebrating our 54th Wedding Anniversary and the Marriott Team went above and beyond to recognize our special occasion with a nice bottle of Brut Champagne, Chocolate Covered Cherries, and a nice congratulatory card waiting for us in our room when we checked in. Thank you so much to all of you for making our first visit to the Waterway Marriott a spectacular and memorable occasion. See you all again on a future stay.

The guys were so helpful and nice. My car wasn’t starting and they did everything to help me.. they went above and beyond for me.

I parked at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott. It’s nestled in a welcoming area. The parking garage area was clean and easily accessible as I am handicapped. The service from the attendant was beyond helpful and much needed. He held on to my very heavy bag while I went to get my vehicle. He then proceeded to place it in my vehicle. He refused to take my cash tip and only asked that he provide him with a positive review of the parking! Well I can’t say enough positive things about this parking area. Please feel comfortable leaving your vehicle here for a visit or to leave it if you’re going somewhere else. I will be using them if I stay there in the future! Aiden Lee was my bellhop and he was the upmost accommodating. He went above and beyond his job requirements and also was good company to have help move all my decor in for my Masterclass. Carrying chairs and a 5ft tall gold mirror that was definitely not light. This man definitely deserves a raise and I couldn’t definitely see him in higher positions with the amazing qualities he has as a leader, hard worker, and just a good human. Thank you so much for this experience.

We attended a WhistlePig Bourbon Dinner here, and had the most enjoyable evening. We were seated indoors with a beautiful view of the Waterway and the fire pits outside, with the trees lit up, which created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The chefs did a great job with the menu, everything was thoughtfully prepared and well-paced. The octopus appetizer and the bison tenderloin stood out, and the courses paired nicely with the bourbon without feeling heavy. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout the evening. I highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant, not just for out-of-town guests, but also for locals or anyone looking for a relaxing staycation. Toqufik was friendly and helpful at the front desk making check In, check out very easy and answered my numerous questions throughout the busy dance competition weekend. The kitchen and bar were busy all day and night and the staff remained friendly and calm.

Valet was great! So personalable and friendly! Never had a bad experience with them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would like to highlight the excellent service we received from Annalie Mureira during breakfast at Acqua. Her service was truly exceptional and went far beyond what I expected. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. My daughters were especially happy with their decaf drinks topped with whipped cream, which made their morning extra special. Unfortunately, our experience the night before at the bar was not the best, as the bartender and another server were not very friendly. I completely understand that working on New Year’s Eve can be challenging—I’ve worked many years in the same industry myself. That said, people like Annalie truly make a difference. She made our day better and ensured we left with a wonderful experience. Her kindness and professionalism are exactly what great hospitality is about.

Listen, I’ve been to plenty of hotels, and while this establishment is beautiful.. what stood out to me was the associate at the front desk, LING LING! The Marriot has an ABSOLUTE GEM in this woman! She truly loves what she does, and her smile is contagious! I hope you value her. Due to a wonderful check in, and top notch care, we will be choosing this venue again!

I was surprised when I arrived and wasn’t offered any help by staff to carry items or get a bell cart, as a single mom with my 9 yr old son with me. There was an event going on so the hotel was packed and it took 3 elevators to get to our floor. The room was nice and clean, one of the best hotel beds I’ve stayed in. We did bring our own pillows. I was shocked there was no water in the room and the tap water wasn’t drinkable. I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel with zero water. The morning of check out I tried using the text system to request valet, then when that didn’t work tried calling. After spending 10 minutes with no success we went down and the valet attendant told me that they turn off the text/ phone request system when they are busy because it’s too much for them. This was super frustrating being that I paid $39 a night to not have to wait for my car. Overall it was ok, not great.

It's a beautiful, vibrant, friendly area with lots of shopping and eating spots to choose from.

I have stayed at this property probably a dozen times prior. This stay I noticed a few things that bugged me. Coffee pods are provided, but the only bottled water to make coffee with will cost you six bucks! No upgrade for my Bonvoy tier status. $25 destination fee? Wife needed a makeup mirror- None in the bathroom. Only one food option, and it is the bar. The good things- Early check in was nice. Front desk friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Valet was fast. I have to say that I split stays between this Marriott and the Westin down the street. ( Which cost less points) And I think the Westin is a better stay. At least water is provided for the darn coffee machine!

Only downside was our room was next to a supply closet so employees were constantly in and out of the closet early in the morning and the noise was slightly annoying. Everything else was amazing! I would just request an room away from a supply closet next time.

Amazing location if you are going to a concert at the pavilion

Location is Everything...Add Amazing People and awesome views of the Waterway. My friends and I went to several places checking out live music. Plenty of options to choose from. Cindy may have had the most fun. We are debating today. 😅 If not staying at a near by Hotel. Plenty of Uber drivers in the area.

Fantastic property and location. The rooms and hotel are very well kept. I had the best massage with, Anna at the spa. The walkability is excellent!

My shower curtain had a weird stain that looked like blood and my friend’s room’s toilet didn’t function properly. There was a youth republican convention there while we were staying there so it was a little crowded and seemed a little politically charged for a family weekend getaway. Took a while to get bags/valet etc bc of this also

Nice vibe. Was there for a concert. The water way area reminds me of SanAntonio riverwalk. Bed was comfortable and room was clean however out toilet did not flush. Overall it was ok.
