Hilton Garden Inn Milan Malpensa

Ottima struttura e cibo

Alcune difficoltà di comprensione e mancanza di intrattenimento (giochi tavola, carte)

The aircondition is controlled by the hotel and you can't adjust to what you need

Our booking was doubted due to a credit card. Booking. Com advised us of the cancellation, we then advised or the error and correctly advised the details. At arrival at hotel staff knew nothing of the booking. At arrival the hotel advised they were closed , and not taking guests. We had to find alternative accommodation.

Tutto. Stanza comoda funzionale nuova. Bagno perfetto. Letti comodi. Personale molto professionale e gentile. Colazione completa.

Tudo muito bom, excelente custo benefício. Não tenho reclamações algumas.

Silenzioso accogliente pulizia e moderno.

Great staff and amazing shuttle

aC wasn’t very good

The air conditioner was not working properly during summer season

Excellent hotel service and very comfortable accommodations! The hotel restaurant food was superb, and so was the service. The hotel provides a shuttle device to the airport.

modern room

air con not working very well or they are having this settings always on idk, old tv not with netflix or screen option so very expensive food and drink and the location is only good for short stop for airport not to be an tourist

Ti rivesti e scendi a comprarla?

Hotel was good and convenient near airport .

Air conditioning was not working properly they gave us a fan but unfortunately would have been better to change rooms.

Very easy check in for a late flight

Troppo freddo.

Comfy bed, nice bathroom, decent bar and restaurant menu

Terrible location where your closest public transport stop is a 25-30minute/2.5km walk away from the hotel, and some of the footpath is shared on the actual road. “Free shuttle” service only runs from certain times (I think 7am-11am and 7pm-11pm) and most of the hours in the middle of the day are at a cost and request, but the property did not communicate back on booking.com- go through the chat room on the hotel website. An uber from the airport was around €130 for a 15 minute drive (I checked this at 5pm on my arrival day), and an uber from the town after taking the bus to the closest public transport spot was still around €30. Not much to do around it, that’s okay.

We stayed at this hotel as we had an early flight home the next morning, I had noted that the hotel had a shuttle service and was only 7kms from the airport, what i was unaware of was the shuttle doesn't start till 6.00am, which means if your flight leaves anything before - say 9.30 / 10.00am then this becomes a pointless place to stay - whatsmore they were unable to offer any taxi or any measn by which we could get to the airport - I was completely astounded (and stressed). In my opinion an airport hotel should have one, and only one imprortant thing - and thats to get its guests to the airport, the fact that it cannot is in my view completely unforgivable, even smaller lower cost nearby hotels offer 24 hour shuttles, for reference flights start at MXP from 5am or thereabouts - we ended up sharing a ride with a guy who had made his own travel arrangements and fortunately made our flight by there is no way we will stay there again

Great location by the airport

Clean and modern

The restaurant was amazing!

Breakfast wasn't included!

Air conditioning was set to 19 degrees when we arrived. Switching A/C off was not possible and increasing to 25 degrees did not help (it was still blowing super cold). Outside was 31 degrees and when we woke up we only had 20 in the room. We had 2 rooms and both A/Cs did not work.

Great service Comfortable bed Good food Shuttle to airport

Thought it was closer to airport

Emplacement

It’s very convenient to Malpensa Airport. It also has a good restaurant.

Our room was too hot. We also had trouble with the electrical outlet in the bathroom.

Conforto

Close to airport

Fantastic hotel! Shuttle to the airport was great.

Personale, pulizia, struttura nuova.

Nulla

My wife and two friends of ours stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn near to the Milan Mapensa Airport as we needed to be close by for an early flight. This hotel exceeded my expectations from multiple perspectives. I found the staff to be friendly, efficient, and very helpful. This included the front desk, bar, and restaurant staff. And while the hotel website didn’t seem to mention a restaurant, they do have one and the food was very good and reasonably priced. This was a nice benefit since the closest restaurant was about a 15 minute walk away. One note, the hotel airport shuttle is complimentary only in the morning. You have to pay for a driver for afternoon or evening trips. I did have to do this so I can’t give guidance on the cost. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The staff, the location, the breakfast

Localização próxima ao aeroporto. Banheiro muito bom.

Cama pequena e quarto frio.

Muito bom! Perto do aeroporto uns 20 minutos de carro.

Staff. Cleanliness.Beds comfortable. Good breakfast choices.

Easy access, clean and well equipped

Nothing specific , it was general ok

Good location if flying in late from Malpensa. Breakfast was great and the bed was comfortable. Guy working at the bar was fantastic.

Mold in the shower, hairdryer wasn't working, quite noisy, I didn't mind it as i was shattered after the flight, but wouldn't stay more than one day.

Overall, we had an excellent stay. The cab driver charged us $30 euros to get to the property from the airport. The free airport shuttle only runs during certain times so I would definitely email the hotel cause it is by reservation. The shuttle only sits 8 people. The rooms are very small and the elevator but that’s typical for European hotels. The breakfast buffet was very nice. It had a lot of choices for food. It had fresh croissants, meats, cheeses, pastries, egg, bacon, sausage and fresh squeezed juices. It was delicious. My only complaint about the hotel was the thermostat did not cool our room adequately. We would definitely stay here again.
