Il receptionist maleducato, svogliato che sicuramente voleva essere da tutt’altra parte e te lo dimostrava chiaramente. Ho chiesto di ripetere una cosa perché non sentivo per il rumore attorno e ha letteralmente urlato come fossi sorda. Non saluta né all’arrivo ne alla partenza. Veramente un disagio.

It was a nice hotel, the staff was helpful and took care of all or needs including booking an early morning car for our travel back to the airport at 4am. The restaurant bar was very nice, comfortable seating and the same menu as the restaurant. The pizza was good!

The rooms are showing some wear, scuffs and paint coming off the furniture from regular wear and tear. It's not easy to walk to a restaurant from this location, but the restaurant on site is good, however, as in most of Italy it doesn't open until 7pm.

We liked that we had a bed and a place to eat and shower.

We didn’t like the hostel-like atmosphere or the lack of personal service. The hotel facilities and the room were outdated. In short, it didn’t feel like a hotel.

I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The hotel was easy to reach from the airport, and their free shuttle service made getting back to the airport just as convenient. The surroundings were lovely, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay for the last night before flying back home. First hotel we stayed at in a month long italy trip, so was nice to have all the amenities within the complex. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast included was great. Thanks!

Didn’t answer calls or messages to be picked up from the airport so we had to pay a taxi. But got the free airport transfer the next day which was good to have available. Elevators are a nightmare, leave your room at least 10mins early on every occasion!

فندق متهالك بداية من بوابة الدخول الى الغرف والاسرة، اقل ما يقال عنه ان الموقع شبه مهجور. الصور المعروضة غير صحيحة وراح تنصدم بالواقع فاعمل حسابك عشان ما يجيك اكتئاب. سعره مبالغ فيه وخصوصا لتجربتي عائلة بطفلين

Wonderful apartment, wonderfully located — just steps from everything worth walking to. The terrace was a highlight, perfect for morning coffee (made even better by the espresso machine in the kitchen — small detail, big difference). Air conditioning kept things comfortable even in the heat. The host was attentive and possitive. Would happily return.

This was our second time using Dolce by Wyndham and even more impressed with the staff, service, rooms. It is a great value for the money, conveniently located and the town of Somma Lombardo itself offers a lot to see as well as having a train station that takes you into Milan city itself.

guys a a one way taxi is 44 euros for 15mins this is unacceptable you know very well that all your guests are most likely going to the airport the next day this is unacceptable that you write free shuttle on expedia, you should write limited shuttle service ans you should specify to people that unless they book in advance by email its not 25 eur its 44 eur there were 3 taxis waiting that even offered me 20 euro to the airport yet you do not even bother to offer it i have been more than 440 cities and airports in my life, i am giving you a well deserved 0 for your service today

The breakfast was low quality and limited choice. The restaurant meal in the evening was very poor quality past There was not enough staff in bar or restaurant. I waited 10 minutes to be able to pay for dinner. The room had a bin in bathroom not emptied. The air conditioning was not strong and never got to requested level.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and very kind given my broken attempts at speaking Italian. The room was clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. The shuttle service was a bit confusing initially, however the staff were attentive and worked hard to help sort things out. I had a last minute change of plans that would have required me to reserve a shuttle outside of the 'free' hours with about 4.5 hours of notice, and the staff were able to work something out for me, and when those plans changed again were completely fine with assisting me to make different shuttle arrangements again.

There is not much to nitpick the hotel on given it's affordability and comfort, however I would say that the room itself was a tad dated, but despite this very clean and not uncomfortable. The shuttle service could be made more clear, as I initially struggled to make reservation arrangements for it, which they ask you to do beforehand. This is important as outside of this service, a traveler that is not renting a vehicle would struggle massively to get to the location, as local Ubers/Taxis in Milan charge exorbitant amounts for rides and there is, as far as I know, no public transportation line that runs between the airport and the town that the hotel is located in.

Escolhemos este hotel para uma última noite antes de retornar por Malpensa no dia seguinte. O shuttle do aeroporto foi extremamente pontual e preciso conforme instruções e de forma geral a equipe foi bastante gentil.

O café da manhã deixa a desejar para um hotel 4 estrelas. A máquina de waffle não estava funcionando, uma opção de bolo apenas e abaixo do padrão para um hotel na Itália.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und bietet kostenlosen Parkservice. Die Zimmer sind Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die zwei kleinen Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank waren im Zimmerpreis eingeschlossen. Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig. Das Personal war grundsätzlich höflich und hilfsbereit.

Für ein vier Sterne Hotel fehlt es ein wenig. Ich hatte das Zimmer 118, welches eine Toilette die als Behindertengerecht eingerichtet wurde. Die Nutzung für mich war mehr als Gewöhnungsbedürftig da zu hoch. Allerdings war die Einrichtung mehr als in die Jahre gekommen, was an der optischen Sauberkeit zu erkennen war. Irgendwann ist leider so. Das Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum Zimmer nebenan, welche Nachts vehement versucht wurde zu öffnen. Durch diese Tür waren alle Geräusche aus dem Nebenzimmer, Bett oder Stühle verschoben, deutlich stöhnend zu hören. Wie oben ausgeführt war das Frühstücksangebot reichhaltig, aber durch den Gruppenbustourismus, der auch noch Gruppenweise in den Speisesaal gelassen wurde und sich in der großen Gruppe lauthals unterhielt, war das Personal mit dem Nachreichen von zum Beispiel Wurstwaren und Butter zeitweise überfordert. Sie mussten ja zwischendurch noch die Gruppen betreuen. Am ersten Tag hatte ich nur noch Reste gesehen als ich später gegangen bin. Ein ruhiges Frühstücken war so nicht möglich. Am zweiten Tag wollte ich ruhig im Restaurant essen, aber weit gefehlt, die Gruppen versammelten sich vor dem für sie bestimmten verschlossenen Speisesaal, welcher direkt vor dem Restaurant liegt und diskutierten lautstark durcheinander. Da bin ich bei vergleichbaren anderen 4 Sterne Hotel, auch im südlichen Bereich, anderes gewöhnt. Bedingt durch das renovierungsbedürftige Bad und die Ausrichtung des Hotels, würde ich zwei Sterne vergeben, auch wenn im Bad ein Föhn neben der Toilette montiert ist, sicher nicht zum Haare trocknen, weil der Spiegel gegenüber über der Wachtafel montiert ist.

Das Essen war super und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Leider sind es oft die Kleinigkeiten. In der Wand schief eingebaute Armaturen, irgendwie reparierte Badutensilien (überstehende Spaxschraube im Toilettenhalter, statt einer Metallschraube, um den Rollenhalter zu sichern) Ebenso lieblos überstrichene Wände wodurch es fleckig wirkt.

The only thing I like about the property was that there was two bedrooms in one room.

The room was extremely dusty. sheets were dirty … there was a huge yellow stain on one of the beds.. TV did not work at first but we asked someone for help.. towel smelled used as if someone just used it .

10 minutes from the Airport with free shuttle bus! A beautiful hotel with GREAT staff, great rooms, and great food. WALKED several times to the downtown area! Breakfast buffet was FANTASTIC!

I had a great stay overall. The room was super clean and breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. It's a great option if you want to be close to the airport. There was an incident with my ID, which was solved very efficiently by the staff. The hotel manager went out of his way to help me out and ensure I'm well taken care of. I highly recommend.

Room was well designed, clean, but check prices twice when being quoted a price. Front desk personnel were great. If getting a shuttle check n double check time with front desk personnel. The front desk time communicated eith me via email and were very attentive and clear in what services were provided! Shuttle drivers were kind, professional and marvelous drivers!!! Kudos to all the personnel who work hard for this Hotel!!!

The staff was nice enough to pack us breakfast and arrange our early morning transportation. They were very kind and well trained in hospitality. They voluntarily offered to pack breakfast for early morning flight. Although we didnt provide early notice they provided transportation from and to the airport. Thank you for being so professional.

I booked a room at this hotel for three nights just two hours before arriving. One of the reasons I chose this property was because it clearly advertises free airport transportation. After making my reservation, I called the hotel to arrange a pickup from the airport and was told there would be a 2½-hour wait. The employee then informed me that airport transportation must be reserved three weeks in advance. When I explained that I had just booked the room a couple of hours ago and had no way of knowing that, he simply told me to take a taxi at my own expense and stated that the hotel would not reimburse me. What was even more disappointing was the customer service. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no manager available, and the employee abruptly hung up on me. If airport transportation is advertised as a complimentary amenity, there should be clear disclosure of any advance reservation requirements before guests book. The lack of communication, unwillingness to offer any reasonable solution, and poor customer service left a very negative first impression before I even checked into the hotel. I hope management addresses both the transportation policy and the way guests are treated when they need assistance.

Nice modern building. Very friendly staff. Their kind attitude compensated minuses I have mentioned below. Location in 15 minutes drive by car from airport. Hotel offers transfers to/from airport. Good breakfast and nice coffee. There are offered toiletries in bathroom, including aromatic body lotion. Tea and coffee making opportunity in the room. Luggage store after check-out.

For 4 stars hotel we didn't expect so poorly renovated bathroom. Perhaps we did reservation too late and that's why we got a rather poor room comparing with the whole building with view to empty lot. The window handle is removedl you need to fulfill some agreement to be able to open the window. It looks a little strange in the double room where is offered tea/coffee making opportunity is only one cup. It would be logically to have 2 cups.

Il bagno della camera era vecchio e fatiscente. Uscendo dal garage salendo le scale mi sono trovata per sbaglio in una scala di servizio che arrivava dietro la cucina e sono inorridita per la sporcizia trovata.
