secondo soggiorno in questo albergo di rientro da una vacanza, ottima posizione e grande disponibilità per check in notturno ampio parcheggio

Consiglierei alla struttura di ritardare il servizio di lavanderia, noi purtroppo siamo stati svegliati dall'addetto al ritiro e consegna alle 5 a.m. Così come noi, tutti gli altri ospiti del piano terra, con alcuni che sono usciti per capire da dove provenisse il forte rumore (carrello usato per il trasporto lenzuola). Sarebbe sufficiente effettuarlo nella mattinata

Огромным плюсом является бесплатный трансфер с аэропорта Мальпенса, это очень удобно. Также плюсом для нас было то что отель расположен по пути к озеру Маджоре, переночевав и набравшись сил мы на прямом поезде добрались до Ароны, только стоит учитывать что до жд станции Vergiate пешком идти минут 40

Приехали поздно вечером, в номере было очень холодно. Как нам сказали, в Италии включают отопление только 19 октября, поэтому отель в этом не виноват. Завтраки - это по сути только кофе с круасаном + сок. Обычно завтраки все же представляют более широкий выбор позиций

Pretty clean, check in and check out was a breeze. Vending machines on site were reasonably priced.

The shuttle got over booked. We had one more person so we were sitting very tightly on our way to the airport. No big deal.

Atvykus vidurnaktį kambarys buvo ledinis, galvojome langai atidaryti, bet ne. Teko miegoti apsirengus daugiau, nei įprastai ir apsikloti kuo tik radome🙂 Kambaryje arbatinuko nėra, taigi arbata susišildyti nepavyko

Practical location, enough parking, big rooms, good breakfast (italian style i.e. sweet stuff and coffee)

It was rather cold, the heating did not work and there were no additional blankets.

I chose this place because it had pick up and delivery to airport. The room was spacious and clean.

The main big light in bathroom did not turn on. The shower box had a little mold on it. I had to leave before breakfast started, so I asked if they could give me something to eat for the morning after and they did not give me anything.

La habitación súper amplia y limpia. Comodisimo el estacionamiento.

Muy flojo el desayuno. Solo un café y poca variedad de opciones. La noche de nuestra estancia hizo frío y no teníamos calefacción.

- Paguei 10€ a mais do que estava assinalado no Booking. - O aquecimento do quarto não funcionava, passei frio de noite. - O pequeno-almoço consistia apenas em pão de forma e croissants.

Super réactivité pour les transports entre l'hôtel et l'aéroport. Je recommande vivement, ils m'ont été d'un grand secours car je n'ai pu louer ma voiture à l'aéroport.

Appartamento molto ampio e dall'arredo adeguato.

Il viavai della clientela in ore notturne e senza alcun controllo ha reso difficilissimo il sonno. All'esterno di ogni unità sono presenti campanelli che la gente di passaggio suona credendoli pulsantiere per le luci. Sono stato svegliato nel pieno della notte da una forte scampanellata.

Convince for rental car return to Malpensa airport.

Exceptionally rude staff. Waiting for reception staff to stop scrolling on their phone to acknowledge our presence and check us in. No please or thank you. Negative and grumpy in a way that is difficult to shake off. Horrible breakfast. €2 for coffee or tea after being allowed only one hot drink each. Moldy bathroom. Terrible pillows.

Parfait pour une nuit juste avant de prendre l'avion. Confortable et propre . Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit .

Il trasferimento gratuito della navetta.

La stanza era troppo fredda perché non c’era il riscaldamento. La nostra camera era abbastanza pulita, ma emanava un odore strano. Il servizio navetta è gratuito, ma il trasferimento dall’aeroporto alla struttura è piuttosto lungo, poiché vengono portate più persone in diversi punti. Il tragitto dalla struttura all’aeroporto, invece è diretto. La signora addetta alla colazione era molto stressata e con certa gente scortese.

Gratis Shuttle

Shuttle zum Hotel nicht direkt musste noch zwei Personen irgendwo hinbringen und eine Person an einem anderen Ort abholen. Shuttle dauerte viel länger als beschrieben. Fast 40 Minuten. Zimmer war sauber...aber unglaublich Kalt. Frau an der Rezeption sehr gestresst.

We had a really positive experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were super spacious with comfy, good-sized beds — perfect for relaxing after a long day. What really was great was how kind and helpful the staff were. After a major flight delay and some trouble with our rental car, they even arranged a shuttle for us in the middle of the night. That kind of service is rare and really appreciated! The price was very reasonable compared to other places nearby, which made it even better.

There are a couple of small things that could make the stay even more enjoyable: Breakfast: It would be great to see a bit more variety — maybe some ham, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. Also, offering an extra tea or coffee without charging extra would be a nice touch. It’s a small thing, but it makes mornings better :) Bedding: Duvet didn’t have a full cover, just a sheet underneath. It’s not a huge deal, but during the night it tends to move around and you end up with the duvet itself on your face, which isn’t the nicest feeling. A full cover would definitely help. Bathroom: There was a mold on the silicone in the shower. It’s understandable over time, but replacing it now and then would keep things looking fresh and clean.

Keine Heizung, wir haben gefroren in der Nacht, nur den Boden war geputzt, sonst nicht - viel Staub. Duschkabine zu klein. Der Früstuck ist sehr begrenzt - nur Gipfeli und Brot, man darf keinen zweiten Kaffee haben, die Frau in der Küche war unfreundlich

Location was too far from anything. Wasn’t informed, that there was a free transfer to hotel , had to pay 50 euro’s although it was mention and we asked hotel for more information, it was not sent to us.No facilities to get a tea or coffee When we arrived only a vending machine , which was vile.arrived about 11:30 am couldn’t get anything to eat until bus picked us up an hour late at 8pm, then had to wait an hour to bring us back from restaurant. In the morning the breakfast was ok , but had to pay for. A second hot drink.

The location or the shuttle service worked great from Malpensa airport. In our case we waited 20 mins, so next time i would call the shuttle bit earlier on the way to the agreed location.

The heating system didn’t work with something 8 degree Celsius degrees. Quite impolite lady at the breakfast.

Super zorganizowany pobyt. Świetna komunikacja z obiektem. Transfer na lotnisko bezplatny w obie strony. Śniadanie dobre i słodkie. Pyszna kawka z ekspresu. Pokoje przestronne. Nocowaliśmy co prawda 1 noc, ale ogólnie bardzo trafny wybór.

المخدات كانت كبيرة جداً وعالية جدا ولم نستطع النوم بشكل جيد, طريق الوصول كان ظلام ولم تكن الطرقات فيها نور وستشعر بالغرابه عند التوجه اليه ولكن المكان امين عند الوصول وفيه اضاءة

You can hear planes flying and car coming and going at night. Very basic breakfast, not worth paying extra for breakfast. The lady at the breakfast seemed rude. She was not doing a favour by giving us free breakfast

Servizio navetta pessimo, lunghi tempi d'attesa. Staff assolutamente non professionale, soprattutto in reception e l'addetta alla colazione. Scarsa pulizia nelle camere. Colazione deludente. Agriturismo convenzionato serve solo cibi precotti,surgelati senza informare la clientela e di pessima qualità. Sarebbe vietato fumare ma i primi a fumare sono i dipendenti del resort. Password fornita del WIFI errata.

Velmi krásné ubytování, čisté, prostorné pokoje. Co bylo naprosto top je, jak se o nás ubytování staralo. Transfer z letiště, na letiště, v nabídce mají že je možnost si dát večeři, ale to vás odvezou do restaurace, která tedy není úplně blízko, jídlo má dražší, ale dobré. Chodili sms o tom, zda budeme potřebovat odvoz, zda budeme chtít večer večeři apod.

snídaně trochu slabší, croisant, máslo a marmeláda, nuttela, kukuřičné křupky. ale zařídili bezlepkovou snídani, to bylo pozitivní.

Collazione povera, brioches ché alle 9 di mattina erano già finite. Incluso solo un caffè o altro dal bar poi a pagamento..... Non era specificato su booking e Non lo trovo corretto,se la colazione è inclusa è inclusa.... Non mezza si è mezza no!!!!! La signora ché serviva ai tavoli un po' scorbutica.

Quando siamo arrivati non è stato possibile prenotare la navetta, mentre ci era stata confermata telefonicamente la settimana precedente. La pulizia non è eccellente e in poggiolo avevamo i mozziconi del inquilino precedente

Servizio navetta e alloggio comodo per chi deve fermarsi una notte a malpensa

La camera è spaziosa e pulita. Molto comoda la navetta offerta dalla struttura. Una note di merito all'autista Davide, che ha offerto una panoramica culturale del luogo.

La stanza era davvero, davvero molto fredda. Non mi è mai capitato di entrare in una struttura ricettiva e trovare tanto freddo in camera. La stessa, non era munita di plaid aggiuntivi. La colazione lascia a desiderare e la sala adibita a essa era di piccole dimensioni
