The staff were helpful everywhere, thanks to our receptionist who checked us in and gave us all the required information; breakfast timings, waterpark wrist bands etc. We enjoyed the Lebanese restaurant, maitre d and manager were great hosts, live music and belly dancing too. Took care of food intolerances. We thoroughly enjoyed the waterpark, a really friendly team encouraging you to have fun. Breakfast had ample choice. Room service, excellent. Ranjeet served us. We were allowed to order slightly off menu, enabling us to have exactly the food from the restaurant's menu rather than just the in room.dining menu. This was appreciated as we wanted to fine in our room on the last night dud to an early flight the next day. There are numerous lifts, so we never had to wait long. The rooms are of a good size. Streaming to the tv is available. Beds are comfortable. Valet parking, luggage assistance on point. We look forward to returning.

The shower door clashes with the floor mat. I wish the jazz bar was open!

I state at this hotel several years ago and the standered have fallen greatly. On my future trips to Dubai I will stay at a different hotel

The facility was good. But only can select one day pass for waterpark was not that convenient. Family members used to come on weekend due to waterpark facilities, we strongly suggested the pass for waterpark should be come with the room until check out will be more convenient.

Honnêtement j'ai adoré le service du restaurant que ce soit le matin comme le soir. Un grand merci particulièrement à Amina Le waterPark est juste génial autant pour les adultes que pour les enfants y en a pour tout le monde. Piscine de l'hote' fraîche pour un mois d'août et propre. Chambre d'hôtel magnifique enfin un séjour que je risque pas d'oublier.

Une altercation avec un maître nageur mais honnêtement c'est vraiment un détail.

הזמנו חדר ל 4 אנשים בפועל הייתה אק מיטה זוגית אחת. הגענו עייפים לפנות בוקר אחרי טיסה עם ילדים קטנים והיינו צריכים לחכות שיוסיפו עוד 2 מיטות

we loved the waterpark we enjoyed so much.. All the staff are exceptional they are all friendly and nice especially to Ms. Jackie(The Filipina) in the reception.. Also for the manager in the F&B and his team are so friendly and serve us very well.. Also they give us a cute complimentary cake for our birthday.. 🥰

timings of the dinner.. if you could extend a liitle bit time it would be better..

Its a very nice clean hotel, staff are really friendly and polite. Breakfast is very nice too , has an international buffet so something for everyone. Nice rooms and the AC and WIFI works with no issues . Very nice lounge, garden with waterfalls. Highly recommend

I like the ease if checking in as the Saroja (in reception) makes sure that we got the nice room. We had our early dinner at Wox and tganks to Thimzar for her good service and then we explore the hotel. As always Grand Hyatt Dubai always brings positive vibes especially when you are inside the hotel as nature and calmness can be experienced. Our room is exceptional facing the waterpark and its enjoyable to see how people are having so much fun with the water park, we don't experience but it's OK maybe next time. We went to SPA and experience steam room and sauna though jacussi that time us not working it didn't bother us at all. We had great breakfast at the market cafe and staff there were all nice. During our day 3 with the hotel, we have requested for late check out and luckily it was granted and thanks to Ms Jacqui of front desk who personally gave us the keycard up in our room it feels safe because keycards work only on specified time of stay that's good. Upon check out, it is smooth as well. Overall stay is excellent i should say and we will come back definitely. When we got home and unpacking, i realized that i forgot something in our room and i informed the hotel about that item and have spoken to Ms Lucy of Security dept. and she gave me the reference number and we got the items thru Mr Adil and the latter ask for my ID to update their system that it was given back. The protocol on lost and found item is superb and you can get it back for sure if you forgot something. I would like to thank the following person that i remember during our stay Sep 5 Saroja - Reception front desk check in was smooth and evem got a room with a wonderful view. Thimzar - staff at Wox for her good service Sep 6 day 2 Satish - market cafe staff Ankoor - market cafe staff Sahil - Reception staff for ease of extending our stay and give me key cards at once as we are having events at the exhibition hall.

During breakfast, it was great though on our day 2, we have to pay on the spot for our guest's breakfast it's somewhat weird for me as i have requested to charge our room but the receptionist told they can't do that- maybe policy changes so we need to pay on the spot. At the concierge, we gave the tag card for our car and we are wondering because we have waited around 30 minutes for our car and we are in a hurry coz we have to meet someone that time. There are guests who gave their tag later than us but gets their car first so i was wondering there's a little discrimination on that sense when we follow up again then that's time they hurried and get our car maybe they forgot but hopeful next time to treat each guest as equal as possible no matter what nationality is present.

The room was very big and nice, the lobby was amazing, lots of restaurants and the Waterpark was very good.

When we arrived the valet parking was a little bit messy and we end up leaving the car far away and carrying our luggage to the door

Great hotel and facilities, convenient location not far from the airport. Spacious rooms and great buffet breakfast.

Theres no plastic for wet clothes in the toilet as we use the water park Draw string bags from Hotel if we have extra baggage from our wet clothes

The rooms were very nice full 5 star feel, I loved the bathroom and showers especially. The staff were so accomodating most especially Ms. Jackie. She catered to our needs excellently from the time we arrived up until the time that we left. The breakfast was so wholesome too special thanks to Asme, Rabii, Lisa, Chanehalich, Udeni, Joseph, Claris, and Blayet. The staff prepared a Bon Voyage cake for the last day of my stay with family which was so adorable. Highly recommend the waterpark as well; it's super worth it especially if you're coming with family and friends. The staff at the waterpark were all devoted to their jobs despite the heat of the weather they exerted all their energy to make sure we have a good time and enjoy most especially the staff working for the body boarding. Appreciate them so much they were extremely fantastic. From the moment that we entered the waterpark till we left the staff's energy was top tier. Overall a great experience and would definitely come back!

Hotel infrastructure is very good especially for families with children. Staff was very kindly and responsive.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Usually we always went to the Westin whenever we wanted to experience a waterpark with a stay but now we changed our loyalty!The food is of excellent quality and portion size is great- the breakfast spread and quality is wonderful. Attention to detail is on point. During our waterpark vote my mother fell sick and was immediately attended to by paramedics and Ms Keerthana from the clinic. The pool is one of the best we have experienced in all of Dubai- very kid friendly and big enough and deep enough in places for adults. Lovely peacock sanctuary as well. Rooms are comfortable and hotel grounds are very well maintained. Overall a hotel that stands for Dubai hospitality at its best.

للأسف، تعامل بعض الموظفين كان سيئًا جدًا ودون المستوى المتوقع من فندق يحمل اسم Grand Hyatt. تعرضت لموقف غير مهني ومزعج عند تسجيل الدخول، حيث تحدث معي أحد موظفي الاستقبال بأسلوب غير لائق ورفع صوته أمام أطفالي بسبب سؤال بسيط. أثر هذا الموقف على مزاجي ومزاج عائلتي وعلى تجربتنا طوال عطلة نهاية الأسبوع. مستوى الخدمة والتعامل لا يتناسب إطلاقًا مع مستوى وسمعة الفندق، وكان السبب الرئيسي في أنني لا أفكر في تكرار الإقامة مرة أخرى
