Everything. As usual it was an exceptional stay. From the time I checked in the lady in the reception helped me upgrade my room providing the best rates, the rooms are clean, spacious, it has a small living area, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen area, washing machine and the room is really really nice. It’s the perfect place to stay with your family. Room service is quick to bring stuff to the room. The breakfast is good, the swimming area is clean and nice. All the hotel staff are smiling helpful and welcoming.

Otel dekor olarak çok iyi, konum olarak güzel, bilhassa çalışanlar çok güleryüz lü, belliki işletmede güzel bir disiplin ve organize var resepsiyon da görevli mısırlı selman bey çok ilgilendi bizimle. Geç çıkış için yardımcı oldular, valizlerimizi emanete aldılar gece uçuş olduğu için, yemekler kahvaltı harika, tabiki türk yemekleri ve kahvaltısı bizim için daha farklı ama bu bir kültür meselesi, onlara göre güzel demekki, Türk yemekleri koyarsanız inanın daha farklı bir müşteri memnuniyeti kazanacaksınız buna inanın, otel benim için 10 üzerinden 10 aldı. gözünüz kapalı tercih ediniz, pişman olmayacaksınız.. Yemekler ve kahvaltı biraz daha türk kültürüne uygun olursa daha iyi olur du, tatlı olarak sütlü tatlılar ve baklava türlerine ağırlık verirseniz iyi olur kanısındayım

The rooms are very big and very clean with excellent furniture.The breakfast was excellent so many choices and hotel has great location , we liked everything about the property.The stuff was excellent and very helpful And smiling all the time so many thanks for the stuff specially the front desk. May thanks to Mr. Mohamed Onsy, We definitely will come back again.

كل شي أعجبني - النظافه - البشاشه ف الموظفين خاصه الاستقبال - سرعه الاستجابه للطلبات - الحوض ياسلام -سرعه احظار السياره وامانه العاملين كنت ناسي فلوس ف السياره ودورتها ما حصلتها وحصلتها ف السياره بمكانها ومبلغ كبير ☺️ما عدا البوفيه🥹

الإفطار - نفسه تقريبا يوميا - العشاء مره تعبان الاكل البحري ريحته كانه فاسد ونفسه يوميا تقريبا - الملوخيه مصخره مالحه وتحس انك تاكل برسيم مش مطبوخه بالطريقه الصحيحه والاكل الهندي كله طبخه غلط المقادير مش تمام اتمنى يشوفون موضوع (((الشيف)) لان صراحه الفندق ولا غلطه ما عدا الاكل 4من 10

The hotel knows how to take care of their customers. Very supportive and understanding and very considerate.

So my check-in was delayed for an hour as I had booked an interconnecting room and that room was not available at that time of check-in and I was free upgraded to a two bedroom suite city facing, but when I checked into the hotel, I saw that the glasses are fogged. I had to go back to the reception and again asked for a room change. I was then offered an executive suite on the 14th floor, but after 15 minutes, I was told that room is not available and I was shifted to a seventh floor room with pool facing which I was not happy about. on the same evening at the dinner table. I was having a dessert where a piece of foil came out of my mouth, and I was offered a free meal. then at the time of sleeping also, the AC was not cooling properly though the technician had visited twice. after all the mess have happened that day, the next day after breakfast I was offered a free upgrade to a three bedroom suite with late check-in at 6 PM and with family brunch. This was so unexpected but at the end my family was extremely happy and our joy was doubled. My two sons were extremely happy and delighted with the service that was given to us.

This hotel is my First Choice in Dubai. Recently renovated. Excellent facilities The staff the are serving in a professional and friendly manner. Thanks Mr Rabeea and all of your colleagues The breakfast is good same as the dinner as well. Very clean, thanks to the manager who added the value as a great leader for his team. The facilities are excellent, the kids loved the pool because the hight is about 120 to 140 cm.

We had a very pleasant stay. Special thanks to the reception team for the complimentary room upgrade. The apartment was exceptionally spacious, clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with excellent lighting, a large bathroom, and generally fast service.

A few details could be improved: some lights were not working, no coffee machine was provided despite being shown in the photos, and the shower head needs replacement. The faulty iron also took two days to replace despite reporting it on the first day. More tissues and higher-quality toiletries from well-known brands would further enhance the experience. The main concern was late-night noise and loud music from the Lebanese restaurant, sometimes continuing past midnight, which can be disruptive for families.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!The staff were very professional and welcoming.

The hotel is luxurious and well-organized, with excellent hospitality at reception. Special thanks to the valet team for their great service and effort.

المكان جميل من حيث الغرفه والخدمه والموقع وهذه ثاني مره احجز فيه

تنظيف الغرف بعد التنظيف اشم رائحه غير جيده لا اعرف لماذا . من ناحية الاكل غير راضيه نهائياً عن الاكل فالماضي كان الاكل لذيييذ جداً اما الان سئ تفاجاة بوجود لحم الخنزير فالقائمه منذ متى ونحن في دولتنا نقدم فالمطاعم لحم الخنزير .بدأت اشك فالاكل بأنه غير حلال وشعر بالاشمئزاز خصوصاً عند تغير نكهة الطعم . أنا ارفض وجود اكل غير حلال في دولتنا .

انا حجزت فطور مع الغرف ولكن عطوني عشا مجانا المسبح نظيف وواسع وفيه للكبار بطول 130 وفيه للصغار مسبح ثاني المطعم مرتب والاكل منوع الغرفة واسعه وايد وشرحه وفيها مطبخ وغساله

موقع الفندق مش حيوي وايد لازم تطلع بالسياره عشان تتمشى وداخل الفندق ما فيه مرافق فقط مسبح ومطعم وجيم

الغرفة كانت واسعة وشرحة، وهذا الشيء عجبني جدًا

للأسف تجربتي مع البوفيه كانت جدًا سيئة من ناحية التعامل. أنا كنت حاجزة من قبل، ومع ذلك لما وصلت صار في كثرة أسئلة واستفسارات بخصوص عدد الأفراد، بطريقة حسيت معها إن الموضوع صار فيه تشكيك أكثر من اللازم. واللي ضايقني أكثر إن والدتي كانت معي، وهي كبيرة في السن، وكنت أتمنى يكون التعامل معها ومعنا بشكل أرقى وأحترم، لكن للأسف الأسلوب كان غير لائق وما فيه مراعاة لكبار السن. أنا أتفهم إن من حقكم التأكد من عدد الأشخاص والحجز، لكن طريقة التعامل تفرق كثير. مهما كان السبب، الاحترام وحسن التعامل مع الزبون، خصوصًا مع شخص كبير في السن، شيء أساسي. للأسف اللي صار خلاني أطلع بانطباع سيئ جدًا، مع إنني كنت حاجزة وجاية وأنا متوقعة تجربة أفضل. أتمنى من الإدارة مراجعة أسلوب التعامل مع الزبائن، لأن المكان والخدمة مهما كانت جيدة، التعامل السيئ ممكن يخلي الشخص ما يفكر يرجع مرة ثانية
