Location was great.

Air conditioner was weak. A lot of mosquitoes in the hallway.

Friendly Staff: praise the attentive, polite, and welcoming team at the front desk and around the property. Prepared and Swift check-in. Central Location: Set right in the city center with direct access to the beach, it sits within a short walk of Pattaya Beach, local shopping malls like Mike Shopping Mall, and Central Festival. Clean and Spacious Rooms: clean, roomy accommodation. Good Amenities: The property features two outdoor pools, a children's pool, and a well-regarded fitness center

Dated: Carpet in the room feel a bit old and could use updating. Noise: Because of its busy, central location, occasional outside street noise. Also working next to the hotel during our stay.

The toilets need to be maintenance

Location was great, right by the night market and at a walkable distance to the beach. There were several restaurants in the surrounding areas too. The hotel itself is a wonderful property, very well-maintained. I've stayed here before in 2025 and was glad to be back.

Location made it easy to walk to many places. The beach is a 2 minute walk if you walk slowly.

Bathroom design made for a wet floor during showers. AC is a centralized system, our room would be slightly warm even with the temperature at 15 degrees C

الغبار بالغرف. وصغر الحمامات (تحتاج صيانه) رغم انه تم ترقيه السويت لأكبر سويت بالفندق. المطعم تمت معاملتنا من قبل بعض الموظفين بطريقه منفره بسبب عدم الانتهاء من الافطار بالوقت المحدد. وكانت الاولى والاخيره لي بها المطعم بسبب المعامله رغم اني دافعه قيمة الافطار لخمس ايام.

The location of the hotel is great. Near Central Festival, massage parlors, 7/11, and not far from Walking Street. The hotel has its own vibe, I had a Sea View room, the view from the window was amazing. 2 swimming pools. I would like to separately note the work of the staff - everyone was polite, the security guard always pressed the elevator button. Of the minuses, I would note that the room had a smell of sewage.

But the balcony is not large. There is not enough space for two people. Otherwise, only positive impressions. The room needed renovation. but it didn't bother me.

Location and staff are awesome

Price. Considering its low season prices in Thailand are high

اشكر بوكينج وإدارة الفندق على توفير جميع الاحتياجات المطلوبة انا ضيف دائم لدى الفندق منذ سنوات وقد تغير للأفضل بشكل ملحوظ في المعاملة والابتسامة لا تفارق وجوههم. موقع الفندق مميز جدا حيث له مخرجين مخرج للبحر مباشرة والآخر للسوق الليلي. قريب جدا من مجمع سنترال بتايا و أمامه سفن الفن.

Hotel in posizione ideale, al centro di Pattaya, ha due ingressi: uno lato spiaggia e l’altro lato centro città con il night market proprio di fronte. C’è anche un centro commerciale a due passi e vari supermarket in zona. Colazione ottima con vasta scelta internazionale a locale, stanza con tutti i comfort (anche 2 bottiglie d’acqua al giorno) e personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. Bellissima l’aerea piscina con servizio sdraio e asciugamani gratuiti, molto bella anche la piscina per i bambini dotata di scivoli e getti d’acqua.

櫃檯人員會說一點中文,而且非常親切！詢問問題都能立即給予協助,連續兩天跟孩子們一起吃早餐,服務人員很喜歡跟孩子互動,也會主動詢問需求,還帶著孩子去做鬆餅,讓人感覺像家人一樣,下次再訪pattaya一定還會住這家酒店！

The deep end of the pools are too big and no one uses it, so the shallower parts can be busy. People like to relax at a pool, so a huge deep end isn't really needed

The location was BEAUTIFUL. Breakfast excellent and the room had all amenities. Literally no reason for you to leave the room except for breakfast and the pool.

I loved everything so I really do not have anything bad to say about the place.

אני מתארח במלון הזה כבר 3 פעמים בעבר. מאד אוהב אותו, חדר גדול עם כל מה שצריך, 2 בריכות טובות, ארוחת בוקר מעולה... בקיצור נהדר.

The staff were absolutely fantastic The room was excellent and cleaned daily

ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת. שירות מעל ומעבר. המלצר הכיר אותנו והגיש לנו את הקפה שאנחנו אוהבים בדיוק כשסיימנו לאכול. בריכה נקייה ונעימה. חדרים גדולים ומפנקים המלון שקט למרות המיקום המרכזי. כל הצוות אדיב ומנומס. ותמיד מחייכים.

יש קצת ריח של שטיחים ישנים כאשר הולכים במסדרון לחדר. אבל פרט לזה מושלם

L’établissement était très bien situé. C’est vraiment son point fort.

La salle de bain est vieille et un peu abîmé. Il faudrait penser à refaire et remettre au goût du jour. Beaucoup de rats se baladent le soir, notamment près de la piscine et des chambres qui se trouvent du côté piscine, juste au dessus du restaurant. Malheureusement cela m’a freiné pour entrer dans la piscine, notamment avec les excréments.

Alles. Das einzige Hotel das jeden Cent wert war. Super freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer extrem gepflegt und sauber. Sehr gute zentrale Lage und ich wiederhole: Das Bay View Hotel mit 4 Sternen war viel sauberer und schöner als manche andere mit 5 von denen ich hierher geflüchtet bin. Ich werde zu 100% wieder kommen.
