Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. A lovely hotel, with pool, bar and restaurant. Very convenient if travelling by car, as there is an underground car park belonging to the hotel. Well connected for public transport (metro station going directly to the Duomo is very close)

Rust residue leaking from shower head, reported multiple times not attended too. No luggage assistance on arrival. Small gym with minimal facilities. Pool only available from 3pm. For the price could’ve sourced much better accommodation in hindsight.

this was a lovely hotel that exceeded my expectations at the price point. After a stressful day of travel and my original accommodation being not as advertised I had to look for a new hotel at the last minute. This Hotel saved my day! cold water on entry, beautiful building and close to public transport and good Gelato.

A very beautiful hotel. We were given a magnificent room with an excellent bed. The soundproofing was great, and we also enjoyed the pool.

Extremely well presented, comfortable and clean hotel. Very professional and pleasant staff. Good location at south/east of Milan making it convenient for Linate airport yet also near to a Metro station so also great for access to the Duomo and other popular tourist sites.

The pool was not like in pictures, busy, loud and messy. Pool shoes or flip flops were obligatory and they didn’t rent them out. (Only sold them) Wet towels were piled everywhere - not super impressed. Also, the bed was old, uncomfortable and noisy - felt like it was going to fall apart.

La chambre était génial, j'ai eu la chance d'avoir un surclassement et cela était déjà arrivé lors de mon premier séjour dans cette hôtel. La chambre (vue jardin) est très grande, un lit énorme, une grande salle de bain avec double vasque très agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique et cordial. La piscine est sympa mais rien de fou. L'emplacement est génial, proche du métro et a seulement deux ou trois arrêts de duomo et sur la même ligne que la gare centrale.

L'hôtel mériterait d'un petit coup de rafraichissement, surtout le jardin et quelques fissures dans la chambre mais rien de trop dérangeant

L'hotel est très charmant et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le personnel a été très accueillant et bienveillant.

La piscine est un peu plus austère que nous ne l'avions imaginé.

We stayed here again from August 29–31 and overall had a pleasant experience. Our first assigned room (241) had an old and very saggy bed, despite our request for a queen-size bed. After a long journey, it was quite uncomfortable. Thankfully, the staff were very accommodating and transferred us to Room 419, which was spacious and much more comfortable. The road noise from the window was noticeable but still tolerable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, with many choices and excellent service. A special mention to the Filipino staff in the breakfast area, who was very warm and accommodating. We also enjoyed dinner at the 5th-floor restaurant—the food was great and the staff were attentive. The gym, pool, and spa were also enjoyable. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated the hotel’s hospitality and quick response to our concern.

What could be improved: We were uncomfortable when housekeeping entered our room without knocking, even though the “Please make up our room” sign was placed outside. My husband was inside at the time and was undressed, so we felt that knocking or confirming before entering would have been more appropriate. We also found the pillows quite small and too soft/saggy. We hope the hotel can provide larger and more comfortable pillows in the future.

Le parking pour lequel 40 euros sont facturés en plus, à moins que ce soit le petit déjeuner : pour ce dernier, est-ce la taille de la salle, le débit des hôtes en salle - pour qui fait on fait du café lyophilisé et du jus d'orange concentré avec adjonction d'eau ? Du luxe ? Non, à condition que tout soit clair, que cette mixité entre ceux qui ont les moyens et ceux qui ont le rêve soient à l'équilibre. On peut faire bien, on peut faire humain, on peut rêver plus honnête.

I generally like the hotel, the swimming pool, and the sauna.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an additional fee that we were charged during our stay. We were not informed about this fee when we checked in. Instead, we were only told about it at the time of check-out, which came as a complete surprise to us. We were charged 10 euros for one night, including charges for my two young children, who are only 4 and 2 years old. I find it unacceptable that this information was not clearly communicated to us in advance. I believe that all additional charges and hotel policies should be clearly explained to guests at the time of booking or, at the latest, during check-in. Had we been informed about this fee beforehand, we would have been able to make an informed decision. I travel to Milan every summer because my family and I love the city. However, this was the first time I have had such a disappointing experience at a hotel in Milan. I did not expect this level of poor communication and lack of transparency. I kindly ask you to review this matter and provide a clear explanation regarding the charge. I would also appreciate it if you could consider a refund, given that we were not informed about the fee before or during our stay. I look forward to your response and hope that you will take my complaint seriously.

The location is great, nearby train station and many connections. The property has a nice style, and very big. The room is superb! (Probably needs minor reparations, but overall it’s wonderful). The swimming pool is really pretty.

Some staff are quite indifferent, especially the ones on night shift. Also, somebody needs to open the door from inside at early morning hours. The swimming pool opens only in the afternoon.

Hotelul este destul de curat, îngrijit, personalul destul de amabil. Micul dejun bogat, deși comun în toate zilele.

În primul rând canalizarea din băi este deficitară. Iese un miros destul de supărător de canal. Noi țineam ușa închisă la baie, dar camerista când făcea curățenie o lăsa deschisă și când ne întorceam la hotel găseam miros greu, de canal în cameră. Nu există posibilitatea de a seta temperatura AC pe perioada cât eram plecați. Temperqtura este presetată. Când ne întorceam la cameră găseam destul de frig. Eram nevoiți să lăsăm geamul deschis pentru a intra căldură de afară.

La camera ci ha lasciati perplessi. L'insonorizzazione era decisamente insufficiente e si sentivano moltissimi rumori provenienti dall'esterno. La porta appariva inoltre piuttosto vecchia e molto rovinata, cosa che non ci è sembrata adeguata allo standard che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel a quattro stelle. Il letto era molto scomodo: le molle erano chiaramente percepibili e il riposo non è stato particolarmente piacevole. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato solo una coppia di asciugamani, pensando inizialmente fosse la dotazione prevista per entrambi. Solo dopo la pulizia abbiamo scoperto che erano previste due coppie a persona, quindi al nostro arrivo ne mancava una coppia.

Il primo aspetto negativo è stato il personale, che abbiamo trovato molto freddo e poco accogliente. Durante il soggiorno non abbiamo praticamente mai ricevuto un saluto, un sorriso o un minimo di attenzione, né entrando né uscendo dall'hotel. Abbiamo più volte avuto la sensazione di essere completamente ignorati. Il problema più grave, però, ha riguardato la pulizia della camera. Il secondo giorno, nonostante fossimo usciti appositamente dalla stanza al mattino per permettere al personale di effettuare le pulizie, al nostro rientro la camera non era stata pulita. Nel pomeriggio abbiamo contattato la reception per segnalare il problema e ci è stato detto che la camera non era stata pulita perché era stata "fermata" e che le pulizie sarebbero state effettuate dopo le 17:00. Una spiegazione che, sinceramente, non abbiamo compreso, anche perché non ci era stata comunicata in precedenza. Ci siamo quindi organizzati per essere fuori dalla camera e successivamente siamo rientrati, aspettandoci che il servizio venisse effettuato, ma nessuno è arrivato. Alle 18:00 circa siamo stati costretti a richiamare nuovamente la reception, anche perché avevamo bisogno di asciugamani puliti e delle normali forniture della camera, come la carta. Ci è stato detto che sarebbe arrivato qualcuno subito e che comunque tutto sarebbe stato sistemato entro le 19:00. Alla fine la signora delle pulizie è arrivata circa venti minuti dopo la nostra seconda telefonata e ha terminato il lavoro alle 18:40.

Très bel hôtel, calme et bien situé, avec le métro à proximité. Chambre agréable et jolie, très bonne literie et baignoire comme demandé. Les serviettes ont été changées chaque jour durant notre séjour.

Le parking, très cher (35 € par jour) et peu pratique à utiliser. Le spa nous a également beaucoup déçus : piscine et hammam froids, jacuzzi en panne… Heureusement que l’accès nous a été offert, car il coûte normalement 20 € par personne. Nous avions demandé un très grand lit double mais avons eu deux lits jumeaux rapprochés. Pas de peignoirs et une seule paire de chaussons pour deux, ce qui est peu pratique pour accéder au spa.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was great, the room was comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room after checking out, and the staff went out of their way to find them and help me get them back. Would definitely stay here again!

Came here for a 2 day wvisit to watch the Inter game. Brilliantly positioned near the Lodi underground station and w stops from the Duomo and the city centre. Excellent welcome by the reception staff. Highly recommend!

Rooms were nice, clean.

Breakfast was disappointing. Not much options available, if we wanted an omelette or pancakes or something extra it was 8-9euro extra cost. If we wanted to use the pool as a paying guest staying at the hotel it was 20 euro extra per person. (Sounds like a Ryanair flight with hidden costs!) Food cost in hotel a bit expensive for what we got.
