Hotel muito agradável!

I love how nice and warm welcome when we check inn, good service over all, the breakfast was ok. Super easy to order taxi from the hotel lobby, mostly arrived within 2-5 minutes. it takes 10-15 minutes to the city center!

I left my glasses in the balcony after we checked out. sent email if they can help me about it, no reply .

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was especially spacious, with a big shower and plenty of room. The people at the front desk were extremely friendly, helpful, and always available. Early check-in was possible, and they were also happy to store our luggage, which made everything much easier. The location was great for us. It is outside the busy city center, so it’s nice and quiet, but you can still reach the center in less than 15 minutes. Another big plus is the private underground parking garage, especially if you are traveling by car or motorcycle. There are also several elevators, so getting from the garage to the rooms is very easy. I also really appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. They participate in the Ethic Ocean Green Choice initiative, encouraging guests to save water and helping to protect marine ecosystems. It’s nice to see a hotel taking concrete steps to reduce its environmental impact. 🌍💧

The pool water was very cold! 🥶 It was difficult to really enjoy the pool because of the temperature. A pool heater would make a huge difference and make the experience much more enjoyable. The balcony view was pleasant, although we had hoped for something a little more scenic. Overall, though, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.

Quarto bastante espaçoso para 3 pessoas. Tudo limpo, orgnizado atendimento rápido e simples.

Lovely comfortable beds, great air conditioning which helped sleep at night in warm weather. We got a room upgrade on arrival and reduction on snacks that we purchased which was a nice touch. Loved the balcony to sit out at night and observe the scenery. We did not have a meal in the hotel but loved the snack fridge and the quark van at the pool. The pool was welcome in warm weather and maintained very well. It was also nice to have a few cocktails by the pool which we purchased from the quark van. Overall this is a very clean, functional hotel with an excellent pool, comfortable private room, chilled atmosphere and friendly staff.

The hotel is a bit outside of the city and there is about a 20 minute walk to the train station in the heat if you are looking for a really central hotel. However we were happy to be away from it all.

Staff very friendly and willing to help - breakfast was lovely and a wide range to choose from Room was very comfortable and clean

Hotel was beside a building site and very overgrown- which view from room🙈 and a little out from the city especially if travelling with young kids

Nothing just basic hotel

Cleanse

Camera mare și curată . Piscina ok.

Staff were brilliant and so friendly and the room was fantastic.

The location, it unfortunately is not close to anything like a shop or restaurant.

Fantastické ranajky, priestranné izby.

Lokalita v priemyselne oblasti. Ale nebol to problém.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the pool was clean and nice. Centrally located to the sites, Abhi and Christian were fantastic at the hotel bar, very patient with us as we don’t speak Italian. They had good recommendations on transportation and places to go.

Sehr komfortables und gut ausgestattet Hotel. Zimmer, Betten, Bad top und sauber. Frühstück außergewöhnlich vielfältig. Absolut freundliches Personal.

mooie kamers, heel proper hotel. vriendelijke bediening in bar en restaurant. lekker eten en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Skønt personale. Lækker morgenmad. Dejlig pool.

Mi-au placut atat camera, cat si lobby-ul hotelului. Foarte frumoase.

Friendly staff great breakfast and coffee

The layout

Over all it was very good

The location and mosquitoes flies

The staff were very kind and welcoming. They listened to all our requests and made them happen. Very clean and organized rooms.

Muy cómodo Limpio

Ubicación

Nice spacious rooms. Decent size pool.

Location is in a developing area, not ideal for night walking.

Only had it once as im not a big eater

I couldn’t fault it

The employees were friendly and helpful

Thier was bad smell in the room from the toilet

A szoba tágas, jól felszerelt, a reggeli nagyon jó.

The property was in a good location and had a great breakfast

The room wasn’t fumigated so we ended up covered in mosquito bites which ruined the holiday. When we mentioned this at check out we were told yes mosquitos are usually in the rooms

Sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal, super Frühstück. Anbindung an Tram war ok, ca. 12 min Fußmarsch. Ruhiges Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten.

Etwas abgelegen.

Gab nichts!!!!

Piscine, proximité de Milan centre

The hotel staff was excellent and very kind to us. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

There were a lot of mosquitoes around the pool, and we were constantly being bitten. The air conditioning was leaking. It was repaired, but unfortunately, it started leaking again afterward. The air conditioning remote control was not working properly, but it was fixed the following day.

The staff were very helpful and friendly

The beds and pillows were not very comfortable

The art deco theme to the property, breakfast was brilliant, shower hot, room amenities on point. Car parking is charged daily underground but free parking is available up top outside. Pool lovely size and plenty of beds. Towels provided for pool.

There was no gym and balconies large but not furniture to enjoy them

Camera ampia e parcheggio comodo

Pulizia bagno - trovato formiche vicino doccia

Prijs kwaliteit als overnachtingshotel.

De locatie

Henkilökunta oli mukava

Vaimoni on raskaana, jos olisin tiennyt en ikinä ottaisi tätä hotellia! Huoneessa ja käytävällä kama tupakan haju 24/7. En tiedä oliko se sallittua tuossa hotellilla???

L'accueil très sympathique et chaleureux

Rien

Very good service

Staff and cleanness

Fantastisk hotel. Hjælpsomt personale og virkelig god morgenmad. Faciliteterne - pool, bar, fitness… - var virkelig gode!

Beliggenheden. Området var ikke særlig rart.

Big room. Underground parking. Front desk personnel kind and helpful.

Ripped and old towels, far from city center. Cleaning personnel left our balcony door wide open, for the full day. Also took our second card, so no AC available.

Amabilitatea personalului, mic dejun variat si gustos, parcare generoasa exterioara, camera mare, totul curat. Vom reveni cu siguranta!

Czysto, dobre jedzenie , codziennie sprzątany pokój, nowa pościel , ręczniki . Dostępne ręczniki przy basenie

Lokalizacja kiepska .

Overall, we had a very good stay at **Quark Hotel Milano**. The hotel is modern and comfortable, the rooms were very clean and spacious, the service was excellent, and the quality of sleep was particularly good. The beds were very comfortable, and we were able to rest extremely well after long days exploring Milan.

First, the entertainment options on the TV were quite limited. We would have appreciated easier access to services such as **Netflix or YouTube**, while the available movie options required additional payment. For a modern hotel of this standard, we expected a little more flexibility. The second and more important issue for us as a family was the **swimming pool temperature**. The pool was not heated and the water was extremely cold. One of the reasons we selected the hotel was because it had a swimming pool, especially for the children to enjoy. Unfortunately, the water was so cold that after only a very short time they wanted to get out. When a hotel promotes a pool as one of its facilities, we believe it should be at least slightly heated so that families and children can actually enjoy it comfortably.

Niestety do restauracji nie można wejść z psem.

Lovely modern hotel with a great pool area, perfect for a girls’ trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable and it was a nice relaxing base away from the bustle of central Milan.

Nothing - it was perfect.
