Reviewed Sep 16, 2026It was very centric, the room though small it was very confortable. The bed and pillows were super confortable, i slept very well. There was airconditioner and it was quiet.
The staff did not speak english and it was difficult to communicate. They do not have a storage room to leave the luggage if you arrive earlier or leave later than check in/out.

Fica numa rua algo movimentada e pode existir algum barulho durante a noite, contudo isso não foi um problema durante a nossa estadia.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Ubicación del alojamiento en el centro de la ciudad, con calles colindantes con aparcamiento facil. Es un edificio antiguo reformado, y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y practicas, con una pequeña cocina y comedor que viene genial.
Debajo/pegado al alojamiento hay varias salas de fiestas con aglomeraciones de gente, que hacen que se genere ruido nocturno. El alojamiento deja tapones para la estancia. En nuestro caso, la molesta fue mínima, no muy molesto al dormir con las ventanas cerradas. Es una pena esta pequeña pega, porque el alojamiento es un 10 super recomendable

Best of all, it is centrally located and near to everything, making it incredibly easy to walk to top attractions and restaurants. Parking nearby was highly convenient, and communication with the host was absolutely great—they were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Wspaniałe mieszkanie w zabytkowej kamienicy. Czyste, świetnie wyposażone i przestronne. Gospodarz zapewnił nawet świeżą gąbkę do zmywania naczyń i płyn (czego zwykle brakuje w takich miejscach). Wygodne łóżka, dużo światła docierającego do mieszkania, ogromne okiennice, które świetnie zaciemniają przestrzeń na noc. Super lokalizacja, blisko do sklepów i różnych restauracji (szczególnie polecamy grecką, po drugiej stronie skrzyżowania). Pod hotelem przystanek autobusowy. Jedynym minusem był hałas dobiegający z pobliskich restauracji do późnych godzin nocnych, przez co nie można było zasnąć przy otwartym oknie. Ale za to jest klimatyzacja, dzięki której nie jest duszno przy zamkniętych oknach.
- warto pomyśleć o ociekaczu na umyte naczynia oraz kilku dodatkowych półkach na ścianach albo w łazience, aby można było rozłożyc swoje rzeczy

A limpeza não foi boa. A casa de banho estava visivelmente suja no chão e atrás da porta, mas o pior foram os cabelos encontrados no lavatório e pelo chão, o que não é nada higiénico. Durante a semana, a estadia pode ser agradável, mas na última noite (Sexta-Feira) o barulho da rua foi ensurdecedor. Existe um bar na rua que se encontra aberto até de manhã, o que basicamente significa que ninguém dormiu no nosso quarto desde as 4 da manhã até ao despertador tocar.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Eine sehr saubere und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist wirklich top, mitten in Ponta Delgada. Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Nettes Personal. Nur zu empfehlen.
Unten sind 1-2 Bar‘s da kann es schonmal lauter werden. Es lagen aber Ohrstöpsel bereit :D

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Such an interesting building with many museums and restaurants near by. The room was really nice and spacious. Patricia was so kind at check in and when we left our key in the room. The cafe downstairs had great breakfast too.
No onsite parking but there is some free parking about 6 minutes walk. Otherwise you have to pay to park in a near by car park or on the street.

Decoração moderna mas aproveitando a arquitectura do prédio que é lindissima, um equilíbrio perfeito entre o moderno e o antigo. Limpeza 5*, todo o staff super simpatico, a Patricia sempre disponivel. Excelente rácio qualidade-preço. Aproveitámos para tomar algumas refeições na cafetaria/restaurante dos Armazens Cogumbreiro e estava tudo ótimo, refeições saudáveis e que foram uma ótima surpresa. Iremos voltar por certo e recomendo!

Reviewed May 6, 2026Nous avons adoré la chambre, très spacieuse et confortable. Le service de chambre était impeccable (nettoyage de chambre et serviettes propres tout les jours). Le bar/resto était très bon. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner, qui n'était pas inclus, et c'était super bon. L'emplacement est central et idéal pour explorer la ville a pied. Bcp de bars et restos à côté. A noter que nous avons séjourné au mois de mai et il n'y avait pas énormément des touristes et la rue était calme pendant notre séjour.
La seule chose à ajouter est un miroir à proximite d'une prise dans la chambre, ou une prise dans la salle de bains. Sinon c'est parfait

Direkt gegenüber ist ein Nachtclub, der am Wochenende bis 08:00 morgens geöffnet hat und die ganze Nacht durch Lärm macht. Zumindest liegen im Zimmer Ohrstöpsel bereit 😀

The property is next to a ‘private club’ which runs till 8.00AM. The noise from people standing outside, drinking and shouting was utterly ridiculous. No mention of this from the hotel although they are obviously aware of the situation as ear plugs were supplied in the room. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Apartments with an unusual shape, an interesting design, and a view of the city. This was our first stop during our trip to the Azores, and we were very happy that we started exactly here. The apartments are located in a beautiful historic European building right in the center of Ponta Delgada. Everything you might need is nearby. You can walk to the ocean, choose one of the cozy restaurants, or simply go exploring the city. Everything is close. The staff is very friendly and helped us with different questions, including where we could park the bicycles we had rented. The apartments are very clean and beautiful, and have everything necessary. It was very cozy to sleep there. The view from the windows is amazing. We didn’t find any downsides and were very satisfied. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Náš apartmán byl na skvělém milstě v centru města. I když se v okolí pohybovali různí lidé, cítili jsme se bezpečně. Komunikace i self check-in i check-out proběhl perfektně. V pokoji bylo vše, co jsme potřebovali, příjemně teplo, čaj a kapsle do kávovaru , láhev s vodou. Krásně čisto.
Hodně věcí v našem pokoji by chtělo spravit, připevnit, opravit. Např. odpadající držak na ručník, neupevněná baterie, polička ve skříni držela nakřivo, krásná dřevěná podlaha byla poškrábaná od dveří skříně, kde by přitom stačil jen dotáhnout pant. Zkrátka mít někoho, kdo se o budovu lépe stará.

Il palazzo storico è stato trasformato in un b&b e gli ambienti comuni sono bui e angusti. Inoltre la suddivisione delle stanze sembra essere fatta con pannelli bianchi che rendono finta l’atmosfera del palazzo storico. Ho avuto l’impressione di stare in un palazzo storico “finito male”. Ultima cosa: il cuscino giallo in velluto aveva una evidente macchia bianca. Per tale motivo l’ho posizionato a terra. Il personale delle pulizie, invece di lavarlo, lo hanno conservato nell’armadio.

Easy walking distance to the old town and quick access to the airport. Excellent communication and entry. Lovely coffee and pastry shop downstairs for morning breakie!
Tub stopper was a little wonky, but fixed it myself so I could have a bath. Maybe just check that.
