poca illuminazione nella camera. Parcheggi attorno solo a pagamento. Tutti gli extra a pagamento (anche le cilade del caffe' da farsi in camera)

Instructions on how to work the a/c would be helpful...it was confusing and i had to call reception twice to figure it out

Super emplacement pour rayonner sur Ponta Delgada. C'est de l'hôtellerie 'standard' : pas de cachet ou de caractère mais c'est très pratique.

L'hôtel souffre de son succès : - les prix sont ceux d'un 4* (491 € pour 3 chambres standard d'1 nuit) = 163€ / chambre sans petit déjeuner - une chambre sans climatisation : problème signalé puis intervention puis remise en marche inefficace - des problèmes électriques pendant la nuit : les téléphones n'ont pas rechargés. - une cafetière et 2 tasses sur la table mais il faut payer les dosettes à la réception ! A fuir.

This hotel is very close to many historic places and the waterfront. Great place to walk around and have access to many restaurants, bars, churches, etc.

Room was a bit small, but nothing unusual for a European room.

This is a modern hotel, American-style, centrally located, with all services and conveniences.

At 189 Euros per room (in July), the hotel is not a very good value for money (breakfast is an additional 12 Euros per person). The lobby was not air-conditioned and was hot and uncomfortable. The elevators and hallways had an ever-present faint smell of bleach. The windows in our room were locked and could not be opened.

Mobiliário do quarto ultrapassado, falta de estacionamento para os hóspedes e a falta de um bar aberto. Achei um preço demasiado caro para as condições apresentadas.

Would not recommend. We booked a one-week stay but needed to check out two days early and provided 48 hours’ notice. Despite speaking with the front desk and requesting a refund for the unused nights, management refused. Hotels are free to set their policies, but the complete lack of flexibility and customer service was disappointing. Based on this experience alone, I would not stay here again. The breakfast buffet was not worth 12EU and it took us two days of airing out the room to get rid of the overpowering smell of cleaning solution when we checked in.

Jag kommer i fortsättningen inte att boka med booking.com utan direkt med hotellet. Eftersom vi kom en dag försent och missade en natt pga dåligt väder, gick det inte att skjuta fram en dag eller inte betala för den natten😞 Hade jag bokat direkt med hotellet hade det varit möjligt och prisskillnaden var 2€

Die Zimmer sind ganz schön. Jedoch ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass es ein recht altes Gebäude an einer lauten Straße ist. Die Fenster sind nicht die besten, daher hört man viel Verkehr. Zusätzlich ist die Luft im Zimmer sehr schlecht - extrem warm und trocken, die uralte Klimaanlage funktioniert zwar aber nicht mit der gewünschten Leistung. Entweder man macht die Fenster auf und kann dann wegen des Lärms nicht schlafen, oder man hofft, dass die Klimaanlage die Luft runter kühlt und man schläft dann auch nicht, weil zu warm und keine frische Luft. Ansonsten alles sauber und ganz komfortabel. Bequeme Betten.

Die zentrale Lage, 2 Minuten bis zum Hafen, 0 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

In der Nacht war bis ca. 4:00 Uhr auf der Straße Action.

Tinham maquina de café nos quartos, e nem ofereciam uma capsula aos clientes. Há uns 20 anos quando era chamado Hotel Avenida, ofereciam uma garrafa de água, e uma cesta de fruta para reservas com antecedência. Gostava sempre de voltar sempre ali.

La ubicación, está en pleno centro. No tiene aparcamiento, pero se puede aparcar muy cerca en la calle (zona hora, pero no hay que rotar el coche). Además, hay un parking subterráneo justo al lado. El agua de la ducha salía genial y las camas eran comodísimas.

Las habitaciones no estaban insonorizadas, se escucha el ruido exterior y del pasillo del hotel (sobre todo de niños maleducados que corren y gritan por el pasillo de madrugada). Por otro lado, en la habitación hacía algo de frío.

This hotel was clean with a very good staff: friendly, helpful and responsive. The room was comfortable with good beds. It was located within walking distance of mini marts and restaurants. The harbor could be seen from the side of the window. The website pictures show large windows, this was not the case. I don't know what room these shots were taken from as from the outside all rooms looked to have the same partial side window view. There was a refrigerator in the room, which was great for keeping snacks. There was a coffee maker, but pods had to be purchased; this seemed very strange, and a little nickel and diming. The breakfast was fair, premade eggs, meats, breads, pastries, yogurt, thawed frozen fruit (mushy) and cereal. It was the same everyday. We got in at 6AM so we booked a room for the night before so we could get right into our room when we arrived . We requested a late check out and were given an extra two hours in the room. Staff kept our luggage by the front desk while we went out for a late lunch before our flight. Overall a good stay, nothing bad, nothing outstanding.

Excelente location, taxis all the time available, staff very nice and helpful, the only thing is that you can hear every from another rooms and there is not shampoo or any kind of kit I the hotel room.

Location, staff, taxi out available, and very good cafeteria cross the street . For us wasn’t worth to pay the 12.50 euros for breakfast when you can get it for 3 euros cross the street. Knowing all this we are willing to book it again for three days.
