Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The location was wonderful. The room was super basic and very clean (cheap IKEA type furniture) and the bed was comfy - not so much the pillow. It was on a quiet small street but well located to walk everywhere to go explore Ponta Delgada. The staff at the front desk was absolutely wonderful - especially Maria and Rose (I forgot how to spell her Portuguese version of her name). A decent "continental" breakfast was available including an assortment of rolls, small croissants, jam, yoghurt, fruit, cheese and some cold cuts. They also offered free underground parking on the 3rd lower level with direct elevator access to all the floors - do make sure you have a small car since the entry and drive down into the parking garage is extremely narrow and tight.
The dining area for breakfast was very underwhelming - no atmosphere - felt very "cold" and sterile - floor has areas where it was duct taped and was in need of of TLC. No freshly brewed coffee - only one of those multi purpose machines

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Obsługa miła i bardzo pomocna. Pokój czysty, komfortowy, zapewniał wszystko co potrzebne. Kosmetyki, woda, kawa i herbata dostępne i uzupełnianie na bieżąco. Codzienny serwis pokoju. Śniadania, smaczne, duży wybór pieczywa, jogurty, kawa, napoje mi jedynie brakowało warzyw. Ale to ck było dostępne było smaczne.
Przydała by się lodówka, ale w poprzednim hotelu nie było więc może nie jest to w standardzie na Sao Miguel. W nocy bywało głośno. Jak nie rozmawiający głośno goście hotelowi, to głośna muzyka na zewnątrz, czy startujące/ładujące samoloty. O ile na samoloty wpływu nie mamy ponieważ lotnisko jedt blisko miasta, to na głośna muzykę na zewnątrz obsługa hotelu mogła zareagować.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Hôtel est très bien situé à proximité de tous les points d'intérêts de Ponta Delgada. Le personnel est très gentil, souriant et serviable. Il y a un stationnement intérieur un peu difficile d'accès mais très important dans ce quartier. La salle de bain est grande ainsi que la chambre.
Le déjeuner est plutôt minimaliste bien qu'il ressemble à la plupart des buffets de type continental dans les hôtels un peu partout en Europe. Nous aurions apprécié avoir plus de fruits locaux. À part les kiwis, les autres fruits offerts étaient des fruits en conserve. La fenêtre de notre chambre donner sur la piscine de l'hôtel voisin. À certains moments il y a eu pas mal de bruit le soir. La rue est curieusement plus tranquille. Si vous avez le sommeil facile, apporter des bouchons d'oreilles ou demander une chambre sur la rue. Le tapis de corridor est très usé et aurait besoin d'être remplacé. C'est impossible de ne pas le remarquer lorsqu'on sort de l'ascenseur.

O pequeno almoço é simples mas tem o essencial e os produtos são de boa qualidade. Voltaremos com toda a certeza. Ótima relação preço/qualidade.
Apesar de o estacionamento ser gratuito, estacionar na garagem do hotel não é para todos os condutores. O espaço é exíguo e a manobra, sobretudo com carros maiores, pode ser muito complicada. Apenas utilizámos a garagem na primeira noite. Optámos por estacionar junto ao hotel e encontrámos sempre lugar.

Realço a simpatia dos funcionários, a limpeza e a higiene proporcionadas e a excelente localização: fica próximo de tudo de que se pode usufruir de uma urbe (mercados, serviços, autocarros, restaurantes/pastelarias e cafés, livrarias e equipamentos culturais, religiosos e de lazer, etc.. E, uma óptima relação na qualidade (dos serviços prestados) e preço diário! Em Ponta Delgada,encontrei o "meu" hotel...!!!

Il y avait un ascenseur et ma chambre était tout près de l'ascenseur; j'ai compris qu'ils l'avaient choisis en conséquence; très apprécié. Quelqu'un m'a servi le petit déjeuner et m'a aidé avec les objets/valises à transporter; charmant. Merci pour les petits soins.
La chambre n'avait pas de bouilloire ni cafetière, ni aucun petit extra qui fait que l'on se sent bien ou bienvenue. Il y avait seulement une bouteille d'eau à vendre. Les panneaux de la douche sont à changer: ils se déplacent difficilement et tombent facilement. Le "lounge" n'est pas du tout accueillant: fluorescent bleuté froid, télé en permanence sur le foot, presque rien à lire et aucune mais aucune ambiance. On a pas le goût de s'y déposer. Il reste la chambre.

Останавливаемся не первый раз, в стоимость входит отличный сытный завтрак, вкусный кофе. Нам было комфортно и приятно, спасибо! Есть парковка на минус первом этаже для гостей отеля, что очень удобно. Была небольшая заминка при заселении, девушки на ресепшен помогли нам разобраться в проблеме и все быстро починили! Спасибо им!
Белые занавески в номере на окне помнят еще Салазара, в плачевном состоянии, может стоит их уже заменить ?) В номере стоит бутылка воды за 1,5 евро. Вы серьезно?
