Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Die Bettwäsche war abgelebt. Sehr rau und alt. Auf unsere Essen in der Bar mussten wir sehr lange warten.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind schön und haben einen schönen Ausblick aber auch schon bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist super

Viele verschiedene eklige Gerüche im Hotel aber nicht im Zimmer. Die Liegen am Pool sind nicht schön. In der Nebensaison ist der Strand sehr verdreckt. Es spielt sehr laute Musik bis spät Abends.

Ubicación, cerca de todo, las instalaciones, en especial el rooftop, genial para tomar algo con un camarero excepcional, y la piscina.

Negombo, al ser la primera para muchos, puede ser un tanto abrumador. Olía quizá demasiado a especias, pero nada preocupante.

Amazing view at breakfast time and super delicious food. View from pool is another level of beauty. First hotel in Sri Lanka right after the flight and had great rest.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar and pool were great, a fantastic place to watch the sunset.

Property was a stylish and easy place to stay on our last night before we flew home. Kids and I loved the pool and mocktails on the roof! The half board meal was very nice as was breakfast.

Property was great. Was a little disappointed when I ordered a taxi with the hotel to be squashed into a very tiny car with all our suitcases. It was fairly expensive and it should have been a bigger/nicer taxi for this.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and very well located, with excellent service throughout. We did experience a few issues during our stay, but everything was dealt with quickly, professionally and with genuine care. The staff were attentive and made sure we were well looked after. A wonderful experience overall, and we would happily return!

Останавливались на 1 ночь в начале поездки по Шри ланке и на обратном пути тоже. Прекрасный бассейн, номер с видом на море Завтрак хороший, есть бананы, ананас из фруктов. и как обычно разный карри, яйца, кексы. в Четверг попали на happy hour c 6 до 7 вечера, вкусные коктейли номер на 5 этаже показался более новым, по сравнению с 4 этажом

Котту карри был очень острым, хотя в меню стоит значок умеренно острый, но блюдо переделали.

La ubucación, cerca del aeropuerto y las vistas a la playa.

El ruido, es insoportable que cada dia hasta las 12 de la noche haya musica en la azotea, nuestro vuelo salía a las 05:00 de la mañana y no pudimos descansar.Estábamos en el 5 piso y vibraba todo. Insoportable.

Mooie locatie aan het strand en dichtbij gezellige restaurants en winkeltjes. De kamers zijn ruim, goede bedden en lekkere douche. Personeel is super vriendelijk en ontbijt was fantastisch en uitgebreid. Vanaf de rooftop met het zwembad heb je een prachtig uitzicht over zee en geniet je heerlijk van de zonsondergang. Extra leuk was de mega goede band die in de avond speelde, dit zorgde voor een gezellige afsluiting van ons eerste verblijf hier op Sri Lanka! Dikke aanrader dit hotel dus!

Hele vriendelijke mensen, fijne kamer, mooie locatie met lekker zwembad op het dak. Schone kamer en de service was heel goed. Bedankt lieve mensen!

It’s not my first stay at Regal Réseau which is a perfect place to stay while having to fly from Colombo airport. This hotel is very comfortable, the staff is courteous and efficient and the view from the restaurant is amazing. The breakfast buffet is very generous and tasty. This time, I’ve requested a late check out until 5:00pm and they charged 40 USD.

The WiFi is completely deficient in the rooms and the safe was out of service and not sealed in the cupboard.

Wir wurden sehr nett und herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war super und das absolute Highlight war die wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Auch der Pool war sehr schön und bot einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen!

Es un hotel perfecto para alojarse la última noche antes de volver a casa , esta muy cerca del aeropuerto . La habitación está bien buen tamaño y baño correcto. Tiene piscina en la azotea cuando llegamos estaba abarrotada de gente y vistas al mar.

No funcionaba la luz del baño pedimos que la arreglaran pero no lo hicieron , la Tv tampoco funcionan correctamente.

Ein tolles Hotel für die ersten oder letzten Tage in Sri Lanka. Nah am Flughafen, direkt am Strand, komfortable Zimmer zu einem fairen Preis. Das ist Frühstück ist sehr lecker und vielseitig. Highlight für uns war jedoch der Pool bzw. die Rooftop-Bar (inkl. Livemusik am Abend).

Kein großes Manko, aber dennoch: ein paar Sonnenschirme am Pool wären ganz schön…

The beds were not comfortable I requested for a double bed , but I just got twin beds put together And the mirrors need to be cleaned properly And also I was not given a proper invoice with the price of the food ordered and the price of the water bottles The invoice they gave just had the total amount only I feel its misleading the guests

Location, room facilities, cleanliness is good. Pool location is attractive. Sea view of the room is nice.

Buffay not availabel for dinner. Given amount was not sufficent. Food not given for the child although he included to the package. Car parking location is not satisfied. Staff attention is not satisfied.

Camera grande e pulita. Ottimo servizio. La piscina con vista sull’oceano è impagabile, prima del rientro a casa. L’albergo offre un’ottima e varia colazione.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Blisko morza, praktycznie hotel na plaży. Urokliwy basen na dachu z widokiem na morze.

W hotelu jest głośno. Cała noc gra muzyka na korytarzu co przeszkadza w spaniu. Dodatkowo w piątek do godziny 1:00 w nocy był koncert na dachu hotelu co było słychać w pokojach. Zero spania.

Les repas (menus), tout comme les buffets sont excellents. La qualité et le professionnalisme du personnel sont remarquables. Chandana est un maitre d'hôtel très attentif, à la fois discret et efficace.

La qualité des bicyclettes prêtées par l'hôtel (la mienne était rouillée et n'avait plus de frein à droite)

Vue sur Mer

One of the highlights was the hotel's location, which made it very convenient to explore the surrounding area and enjoy nearby attractions. I was also particularly impressed by the infinity pool bar. The atmosphere was relaxing and sophisticated, and the panoramic views were absolutely spectacular, especially at sunset. It was the perfect place to unwind with a drink while taking in the breathtaking scenery.

While the overall experience was positive, not all staff members were particularly welcoming or customer-oriented. Additionally, I was disappointed that the bar menu did not clearly disclose the applicable tax percentage. This resulted in the final bill being higher than expected, which felt misleading. When serving end customers, prices should be presented transparently and include all mandatory taxes and charges, rather than adding them at checkout.

Bel hôtel, personnel adorable, proche de l'aéroport, nourriture excellente, petit déjeuner de type buffet avec énormément de choix. Rooftop avec piscine.

Toute était très bien hormis la literie un peu trop molle et donc un sommeil de piètre qualité.

Es war unser 2. Aufenthalt, weil es so schön war! Das Frühstück und die Aussicht sind fabelhaft!

Ein wunderbarer Start in unseren Sri Lanka Trip. Alles hat gepasst. Das essen oben auf dem rooftop ist sehr lecker und das Frühstück sehr vielfältig. Die Zimmer sehr groß und die Aussicht ist traumhaft

La vue sur l’océan de notre chambre et le massage fait au spa. Le massage est très professionnel, j’en avais besoin vu la nuit catastrophique qu’on a passé.

La chambre avait une forte odeur de moisi, la poubelle était vide mais très sale, il y avait pleines de traces dessus. Les draps de lits sont vieux et pas agréables à dormir dedans, ils ne sont pas du tout doux. On s’enfonce dans les matelas tellement les ressort sont usés. Nous avons logé dans 14 hôtels différents au Sri Lanka et c’est la première fois que je dois donner une note aussi basse et qu’on est pas du tout satisfait de l’hôtel. Les photos ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité. Un grand entretien de tout l’hôtel est nécessaire.

The breakfast was really good, and the room was very spacious. The staff is very friendly, and it was really nice that they let my friends stay in the room for a couple of hours before I checked out.

There were small cockroaches in the room. Really expensive for what they offer. Especially compared to other hotels in Negombo and around Sri Lanka. They also charge way too much for airport pick up. If you go for breakfast after 8:30am there’s not enough fruits, even it lasts until 10am.

Nice pool and restaurant, very friendly staff

My room smelled bad. Fortunately, the stuff changed my room after my complain.

Generally, we had a very bad impression of our stay. We were not able to sleep properly before our early morning flight due to a very loud rooftop party. We also experienced a lack of care and attention to detail regarding our early breakfast box. We asked to speak to the duty manager but were told that they were not available. Our calls to reception were also ignored, so we eventually had to go downstairs ourselves to ask for help.

A rooftop party with very loud bass could be clearly heard in our room until around midnight, despite us having an early international flight the next morning. We had to contact reception because we simply could not sleep. The breakfast box we had paid for was also prepared incorrectly and was practically inedible. Our dietary requirements had not been properly considered, including dairy being provided despite informing the hotel about an intolerance. Overall, there was a serious lack of care and attention to guests’ needs. We contacted the hotel afterwards and requested a partial refund, but this was refused and we received only a generic apology. Very disappointing experience.

The buffet breakfast was very good. We had half board and the dinner varied from very good when it was a buffet to ok for the set dinner. Staff were very friendly and professional.

The bed linen and towels at the hotel need to be replaced, they were clean however a bit tired and pilly,, also should have a top sheet on the bed.
