Beechwood Boutique Accommodation

Light, bright, modern and very clean.

Not very soundproof (you could hear doors opening and closing as well as neighbours talking), and the heat pump made an annoying sound. Nothing too major.

Nice modern hotel with good facilities. Really liked the family suite, good space.

The water drainage wasn't great for some reason.

Very clean, great location

great location. nice and warm. comfy beds

Modern, clean, comfortable bed. The owners were very accommodating to our needs as I was down in Dunedin for surgery. Highly recommend, will be staying here every time we need accommodation in Dunedin in the future.

Cleanliness, location, comfort

This is the second time we have stayed at Beechwood in 3 years and altho there has been a change of owner since the last time we were not disappointed. Both times we have booked the large mobility unit which is spacious with a full, well equipped kitchen and mobility bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. The unit is impeccably clean and well maintained. Location in North Dunedin suits us as it is only a few minutes to the city and there are plenty of eating options around.

The property was freshly painted, modern & clean. Good central location to down town shops and food outlets. Nice and quiet at night.

Very comfortable- had everything we needed. Comfortable bed & lovely & clean. Staff were super friendly. Off street parking was very handy

Superbly presented, clean and well equipped. Lounge area a feature.

Nothing. Excellent all round.

Very well placed to get to all sites and activities, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was outstanding and bed was awesome

The hosts were so welcoming and friendly very informative! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully presented with kitchen utensils supplied. Location is a 20 min walk from Dunedin town. We stayed 2 nights and noise was not an issue. Great stay! Will be back!

Nothing!

Lovely room & staff

Shower took time to adjust the water temperature.

Very comfortable beds, quiet location & friendly staff. Stayed here 9 years ago & its still as high quality!

The lounge was a little low & hard for an elderly person to get up from.

Clean, warm and modern

Great service, the owners are very friendly. We arrived a bit late for check-in, but the lady owner patiently waited for us, handed over the key and took the time to suggest places to visit in Dunedin. Excellent service overall. Strongly recommend to my friend and family about his place.

Nothing. Good place, close to CBD and good services.

The room was very clean. The shower had strong water pressure and the temperature was good. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed. This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at in New Zealand.

No

The rooms are large, renovated with very comfortable beds. The kitchenettes are also reasonably equipped.

Water pressure in the shower is a little low but acceptable.

New, clean and spacy

Nothing

The room was spacious and had everything needed to make a quick cupper and able to eat in our room. the room was warm and inviting with easy access from the car.

nothing, we liked it all. Perhaps use some Exit Mould on the shower silicone to get rid of any signs of the mould growing on the sealant, this comment by no way reflects the cleanliness of the bathroom, its just a helpful hint to the maintenance of the wonderful facility.

It was noisy.

Fabulous, spacious, light and airy room.

This little motel was a real gem. The apartment was spacious, super clean and modern, with everything needed for our three day stay. Our hosts Mackey and Dion were amazing. So helpful and friendly. Dion even drove us into town for one of our day trip adventures. High recommend.

Nothing

Attention to detail, exceptionally clean, modern and great beds.

Lovely welcome from the hosts. Such a nice clean and comfy room. Will stay again for sure.

The friendly staff, the well equipped kitchen which enabled us to cook in and the cleanliness overall was excellent.

We thought the accommodation was abit nearer to the town centre than it actually was but that was our error when looking at maps and booking it. It took us 35 minutes to walk one way

The hosts are amazing, very accommodating and friendly. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend to anyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean and tidy. Good location

A bit of noise but was warned

Good location, well equipped, large bathroom with heated floor, comfortable bed

Convenient, very well equipped, modern, lovely staff and very helpful

Everything was great and the the hosts were very nice. 20 min walking distance to city center.

Executive suite was great. V comfortable, well equipped, lovely shower room with underfloor heating. Attractive greenery, with flowering rose bushes outside rooms. Useful tips at checkin as to where to go to eat & where to visit.

Nothing, all excellent.

Perfect little set up for our family, quiet and clean

Clean and modern. Very convenient to town. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was small for a family of 4.

Clean, morden, central

Zentral gelegen. Neu gestrichen. 25min zu Fuß zur Innenstadt.

Sehr nah an einer befahrenen Straße.

Location

Quite noisy as we were in a room close to the road (and lots of foot traffic)

A beautiful apartment, very comfortable with all the creature comforts. Just disappointed we were only staying the 1 night. Dunedin was charming, therefore we will return and will not hesitate to stay here again.

Very clean and well maintained. Nice staff

The room was beautifully furnished in a contemporary style, and spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable. The property was about a 10 minute walk to the botanical gardens and about 20 into the centre of Dunedin

Everything was great. Nothing not to like

Liegt zentral in Dunedin.

Very clean comfortable family room. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable , easy access not along busy street . They provide a good range of cooking amenities if we want to cook.
