Modern well renovated rroom in quiet section of the old town, close to shops, tavernas and the harbour.Good shower room, comfortable bed, clean and spacious with welcome water and juice in the fridge, coffee and tea making facilities and treats. Easy automated system for arrivals and friendly helpful owner who was there in the mornings. Would highly recommend.

It is a small apartment maximum for 2 persons and it is presented for more people, that's why it was extremely unfair for the price, because we staked with our child

The location was great, the description of how to get into the property was fantastic and couldn’t have been explained better. We were very happy with the communication between us and the host. There was a balcony to sit and visit with our friends and they had a fridge in each room.

There is nothing that can be done about this but to get to the balcony you have to go through one of the bedrooms which is a bit inconvenient when staying with another couple but that’s just the way the building is designed. Our only couple complaints about the room is the door handle on the patio door is kind of falling apart and the showers didn’t have drains you could close and looked a bit run down. Those are minor issues but worth pointing out.

Location

The room on the ground floor had a strong smell of mold, and the air was very humid. The smell would only fade after turning on the air conditioning, so I absolutely do not recommend it. The bathroom was separated from the room only by a sliding glass door that did not close properly, so there was no privacy at all. This door was located approximately 60 cm from the bed. It was not a pleasant stay.

Fantastic location - central to everything but quiet! Very nice apartment with 2 comfortable bedrooms good a/c and nice small balcony! Good shower! Good hairdryer! Good fridge!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment ! The appartement is modern, stylish, and perfectly clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved this suite with 2 nice bedrooms and bathroom, the high-quality bedding, and the nice clim. It was spotless. One of the highlights was the magnificent terrace in the middle of the old town, where we enjoyed spending time and soaking up the atmosphere. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town, allowing us to explore everything on foot while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable retreat. We had very nice restaurants around. We couldn't have been happier with our choice and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chania. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to come again soon ^^

This apartment seems to have been recently refurbished...while the footprint is quite small, it is over 3 floors and has been cleverly and beautifully designed...its perfect for a couple but can accommodate another person in the downstairs kitchen/living room area... its right in the centre of the old town - just a few minutes from the marina..with lots of gorgeous restaurants a stones throw away... also the bed in the upstairs bedroom was extremely comfortable ...

I don't think that this apartment is suitable for young children due to the stairs which are quite steep. I think the addition of a handrail would help on the stairs.

L’emplacement est absolument génial au cœur de tout et dans une rue calme et très jolie . L’esthétisme des lieux, moderne et authentique est fait avec goût, charme fou et ne dénote pas avec la beauté Crétoise de L’île. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins Mention spéciale pour le café et les biscuits d’accueils délicieux ainsi que la bonne surprise d’avoir découvert une terrasse avec table commune 🤗

Tout était parfait néanmoins pour ceux qui sont sensibles à la lumière la nuit, prévoir des masques occultant nocturne pour bien dormir 💤

Situé en plein coeur de la vielle ville, ce logement est tres charmant. On s’y sent bien. Le personel est disponible et à l'écoute.

Fabulous position although I would not like to be there in peak holiday times as bedroom was above a restaurant which did give out some noise but due to time of year closed early and was quiet, my friend in her room did experience light noise from other bars but again not to bad but could be busy and noisy at peak time, in general I loved it, clean great touches like toiletries coffee pod machine and kettle inc tea and coffee, super clean and comfortable beds can’t fault, host super helpful when questions asked, easy self check in

Άνετο διαμέρισμα/δωμάτιο σε ένα πολύ κεντρικό σημείο. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας παρείχε νερό, καφέ, τσάι και μπισκότα για κέρασμα. Η επικοινωνία για τις λεπτομέρειες ήταν άμεση και λεπτομερέστατη. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

I liked the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed and pillows, the close proximity to everything in Chania. Check in was very easy and the host keeps in constant touch with you. It is in a wonderful location in Chania Old Town with everything on your doorstep. I live on the island and go up to Chania a lot - I can say for certain I will return - indeed in the past my partner and I have stayed in the 2 bed apartment and we highly recommend it.

For me, and this is a general housekeeping task that everybody does in Winter, there are a few paint touch ups needed, and I would respectfully suggest that the toilet seat be changed. It was perfectly clean but it is showing some past minor stains on same. This is something that most hosts do during the Winter months and I have no doubt it is on the list.

The room was very clean, and the service was good too! - The chamber maid was friendly. There was a balcony to dry our clothes and the water heater was working well.

We had to climb to the highest level as it did not have a lift, and the location was not that good.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place is located in the old part of town, on a quiet and atmospheric street. The room was very clean and had a beautiful modern design. I also want to highlight the attentiveness of the staff — when we had an issue with our room, they immediately offered to replace it. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Our room 3A faced the direction where we could hear music until 3 am. We like to sleep with windows open. I think all other rooms were probably quieter.

Bar next door with music blasting and people cajoling until 3AM? - Doesn't make a luxury boutique hotel, in my opinion. Had booked this specific hotel for a good nights sleep, was gravely disappointed. Building works outside the window commenced next morning - on a Sunday. Just not worth the money, sorry.

Perfect location with everything you need in the old town. I loved the very comfy beds and hot showers. Very easy check In and communication. I highly recommend and would book here again.

The stuff were very pleasant and friendly. They went the extra mile to make sure we had all the comforts. The location is not accessible by car, however, this is a benefit as the place is surrounded by little shops and amazing restaurants. Thank you very much for everything.

Lovely space in a great location, surprisingly quiet.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Our unit had two bathrooms which was great while traveling with my 8 year old son and my father. It's in the old town area but in a fairly quiet part. Tons of restaurants and shops are steps away. The harbor and lighthouse are a 10 minute walk. The only challenges we had were parking. That is clearly noted in the listing and welcome messaging from the staff so we expected this. We did find a free dirt lot less than 10 minutes away. It can be a little challenging if you have a lot of luggage to pull, but it is doable. My main disappointment was the water. The hot water ran out very quickly - less than 10 minutes. That meant splitting our showers up which was manageable but unexpected. Oh, and make sure to have 2 Euros per night in cash to leave in the unit. It's included in the total price you booked but collected by the propery directly.

Nous avons adorés !!!! Nous sommes venus entre filles pour un petit séjour à Chania et c’était juste incroyable parce que nous avions nos chambres séparés, on a pu avoir notre intimité chacune. Merci pour les petites attentions, bouteilles d’eau, briquettes de jus, les lots de petits shampoings et gel douche, crème tout était au top.

Établissement très bien situé. Chambre confortable avec un frigo. Facilité d’accès, hôte joignable facilement.

La salle de bain mérite un rafraîchissement. Il y avait des moisissures dans la douche, des traces noires de calcaire dans les toilettes et le siège des toilettes était jauni. C’était propre, mais donnait une impression désagréable.

Would have been good to have some arrangement with the restaurant next door. Say, a menu in your room.

Amazing location. Brilliant spot. Highly recommended . Veery clean, very comfortable and very beautiful. The host is very responsive on WhatsApp and also booked a taxi for us. Impressive. Will come again.

I gave the hotel a 2 star because of the location. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and had to shower in cold water! The AC was also not working in the last two nights, in one of the rooms. The hotel has no reception area or a person on site. If you need anything, like beach towels or clean towels, you have to message the owner on WhatsApp and wait for him to respond! The owner also had rude comments to say, even when we were the ones who were inconvenienced. I do not recommend this hotel.

Χρειάζεται οπωσδήποτε κάτι για να απλώνεις τις πετσέτες σου, μαγιό κτλ. Διότι πήγαμε για διακοπές καλοκαίρι, και μετά τη θάλασσα δεν είχαμε που να απλώνουμε τα μπανιέρα μας.

Excellent cleaning service. The cleaning ladies were real pearls! Large comfortable sound proof really close to the best bars and restaurants.

Difficult parking. But that is a problem of Chania in general.
