Tolles Boutique-Hotel inmitten der Altstadt. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, außergewöhnlich hilfsbereites Personal, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, klimatisiert und authentisch gestaltet/eingerichtet. Super!

Die Matratzen sind leider schon sehr durchgelegen, hier müsste dringend ein Austausch stattfinden.

The toilet was a bit outdated and we had an issue with some condensation running from the toilet ceiling. But the management took it very professionally and fixed it in no time

Nice location

There is no balcony in the room, and there isn’t even a drying rack where you can dry your clothes. It’s a seaside resort, and I expected at least this small convenience to be available. The bed in our room was very uncomfortable. I think it was broken because there was a large dip in the middle of the mattress.

TV didn't work. Ants all over the rooms and in the bathroom. Horrible feelings... The bathtub locked like 150 years old with rust spots. You don't want to touch not to mention take a shower. Safe in both rooms were broken in the middle of the night it caused alarm to turned on. Couldn't sleep that night. Great breakfast, but too hot inside. Guess what air-condition was broken. Management really careless as I am sure they have lots of complaints about the facility. Management is responsible for this mess... I wouldn't recommend to stay there

Immaculate and very comfy . And that breakfast was sensational !

Our room was great, providing a view overlooking the Port area. Walking distance to many restaurants, cafe's, shops & supermarket. Buffet breakfast was great. Lots of hot & cold choices. Breakfast ladies were great. The males in reception were really friendly & accommodating.

The machine coffee at breakfast was pretty average. The rest was great.

The breakfast was not very good. The quantity was great, but the food was just ok. Not very good pastries. Hot oods were not hot.

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal hier zu Gast. Ein nettes kleines Hotel, sehr sauber und mit schöner Ausstattung. Dass das Frühstück ein paar Häuser weiter stattfindet, stört uns gar nicht. Das Personal dort und an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Stayed here before but this was awesome, friendly staff, clean, location amazing easily accessible for everywhere and the room was just beautiful. Breakfast is plentiful with lots to choose from and excellent coffee. Would recommend confidently and we will definitely return, thanks for.making our New Year special!

Our 5th Stay in this super Quaint stylish hotel that's perfectly located just off the main busy main seafront walkway and yet within one mins walk from the harbour front and all the shops you'd ever need to enjoy. The rooms are super clean and a bed so comfy to provide you the best nights sleep ever! What makes this complete for us is the wonderful buffet style breakfast that's included - Perfect!

The breakfast area was sparkling clean and the selection was wonderful! The staff in the breakfast area were terrific in both their pride and care in the presentation and also in their interaction with the guests.

Staff waas very helpful, friendly and accomodating. I had issues with noise and Anthonis went above my expectations and was able to change location for another Elia hotel traht was quiet and luxurious. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff

Location fo the hotel, noisy because of closeness to the street and also not accessible by car. But it has nothing to do witjh the service at the property.

We were driving and I would have liked to know that we couldn’t drive to the hotel ie that we had to park further away and walk.

Breakfast was fabulous. I had room 7 with balcony view, only 8 rooms on property. Be aware that Old Town Chania is pedestrian only, so must carry your own luggage for about 10 minutes on cobblestones. There is no elevator, upon checkin there is staff to carry luggage upstairs, but no one to assist upon checkout.

Cool boutique hotel. Our rooms overlooked the water and was close to lots of activities. Hotel was friendly, helpful, and well managed.

We woke on the first morning to no power in our room. When we enquired downstairs, the staff member informed us it was the whole hotel but didn't help us with any more information on how long it may be or where to charge phones. They came across uninterested with our enquiries

Gorgeous boutique hotel with lovely modern and vintage mix of aesthetic. Lovely size room with moderate size bathroom. Breakfast was great, a lot of choice, and in a seperate hotel, a few strides down the street. Would recommend, the location was awesome.

Pillows needed updating, some street sound even with windows and shutters closed, but I still slept well. Chania doesn't sleep. I was in a room facing the street side.

Top Lage. Mehr geht nicht. Super Ausblick auf den venezianischen Hafen, Leuchtturm und Umgebung. Neues, äußerst modernes Zimmer mit Balkon zum Hafen. Klimaanlage funktionierte - entgegen anderslautenden Kommentaren - absolut erstklassig. Super freundliches Personal, nette Leute - man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir waren leider nur 1 Nacht dort. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir in Chania - und natürlich in diesem Hotel - mehr Tage einplanen. Aber okay, es müßte wohl schon dieses Zimmer mit Balkon sein.

So let me start by saying we communicated with this hotel a handful of times and it’s a little bit frustrating that there wasn’t anyone there to assist us upon check-in with our luggage. The hotel is in old town and so we had walk our large bags through the narrow streets and down and upstairs. Upon arriving to the hotel, they do not have an elevator and a small young lady working at the front desk so once again, being on the third floor, you have to walk your luggage up three flights of stairs to your room. Upon checking out, we asked if someone could help us in. They informed us that they only have one person that does that and they have six properties they manage so they did not know if he’d be able to help us bring our luggage down. obviously there’s nothing they can do about the rules in old town and not being able to have a car and that portion of it, but then to also not have an elevator and not have someone there to help people when they’re checking in to get their luggage in their rooms and upstairs is odd to me. They even have a winding staircase that makes it very difficult and to meet dangerous to be caring luggage up. We also did not realize how challenging it would be to find parking the hotel made it seem like it would be very easy. It was not. And once again, having to get your luggage from your vehicle to the hotel was also very challenging. I will say thatAC works extremely well though, and that was the absolute best part.

Location was ideal a spectacular view of the old town Chania. Very much enjoyed the vibe a little noisy in the later part of the evening was manageable as chitters + windows kept the echo down.

View was 10/10, so nice to wake up to a gorgeous sunrise, location was excellent, staff was friendly, maid service was awesome, clean room everyday No complaints

Location is very convenient and accessible to restaurants and shops. Front desk is very helpful in booking our excursions and transportation. Booking the room with the balcony was a great, love the view and nice place to chill. Everything was clean and neat. The breakfast buffet was also terrific!

I recently booked two rooms at this hotel — a standard room for myself and my husband, and a sea view room for my parents. Our room was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My parents absolutely loved their room, especially the stunning sea view and the terrace. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The location is also perfect, close to everything, making it easy to explore the area on foot. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

There weren’t enough beach towels available for guests. We were a group of four but were only provided with one towel.

Great location with a fabulous view of the Venetian harbour. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Be sure to close the wooden shutters if you don’t want to be woken very early.

There was noise from the nearby tavernas and bars until very late. It’s expected given the location of the hotel.

The breakfast was amazing. It’s not actually in the hotel, it’s about 50m away in another hotel part of the chain. Its selection of hot, hot, sweet, fruit, and traditional goods is super. Coffee and fresh juice and the ladies who prepare everything are so sweet.

Perfect location with amazing view of the port and backstreets of Chania with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful.

In the room there is a small window where sun comes in very early in the morning. Would suggest to change curtains to block the sun as the light woke us up. Also we could hear footsteps and the chat of other guests from the room above. Seems the bedroom was not soundproof.

Rather pricey but in the heart of the Venetian Harbour area of Hania.

Couldn’t get a better location, right in the heart of Old Town Chania. You cannot drive up to the hotel, so parking is the only issue, but we found some free about 5-10 min walk away. Such beautiful unique rooms and wonderful staff.

Gorgeous well-appointed room overlooking the harbour. Don’t forget to close the outside shutters or light will pour in at night!
