Locația e superbă, iar priveliștea de la mansardă asupra orașului, portului și farului venețian e minunată.

Mansarda se încălzește bine în soarele verii, deci aerul condiționat va merge non stop.

Locatia, personalul, serviciile , dar podeaua scârțâie foarte tare si am avut un vecin extrem de galagios si se auzea de parca eram in aceeasi camera

Izolatia fonica

Pentru noi locatia a fost cea mai potrivita, asigurandu-ne implicit vizionarea tuturor activitatilor sociale, culturale si artistice care s-au desfasurat in piațeta din balconul camerei. Hotelul este situat in piata centrala a orasului. Proprietarii si angajații hotelului deosebiți, atenți, implicați si dispuși sa te ajute corespunzator nevoilor, motive suficiente sa le multumim și public. Partea veche a orasului are farmecul ei deosebit. Distantele de parcurs pietonal pentru tot ce este necesar intr-o vacanta de max 200-300 m. Distanta de cca 400 m pana la autogara de unde se asigura transportul KTEL pe toata insula. Plaja utilizată de noi a fost cea mai apropiata de centrul vechi, cca 900 m, Nea Chora care are tot ce este necesar, dar si vestita plaja Elafonisi la care este necesară o variantaă de transport public sau privat. For us the location was the most suitable, implicitly ensuring that we could watch all the social, cultural and artistic activities that took place in the square from the balcony of the room. The hotel is located in the central square of the city. The owners and employees of the hotel are special, attentive, involved and willing to help you according to your needs, enough reasons to thank them publicly. The old part of the city has its own special charm. The walking distances for everything necessary on a vacation are max 200-300 m. The distance of about 400 m to the central bus station from where KTEL transport is provided throughout the island. The beach we used was the closest to the old center, about 900 m, Nea Chora which has everything necessary, but also the famous Elafonisi beach for which a public or private transport option is required.

Sejurul fiind doar de o săptamană nu am avut la dispoziție suficient timp sa vizităm toate obiectivele turistice si locurile interesante de pe insulă, motiv pentru care ne vom întoarce. Since our stay was only a week, we didn't have enough time to visit all the tourist attractions and interesting places on the island, which is why we will return next year.

I had a great experience . The location is absolutely amazing close to everything and the staff was welcoming and treated me like it's home from the moment I arrived. I look forward for the next time I'll visit Chania and the hotel.

Very good location, close to the port and main bus stop 7 min walking. Very comfortable beds, cleaning every day and changing towels every second day. There was cute little balcony on the street with souvenir shops, the only minus is that is was really small and we could barely fit in there.

Η φιλοξενία και η ευγένεια του προσωπικού ήταν εξαιρετική. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν υπέροχο και η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι στο κεντρικότερο σημείο των Χανίων. Επίσης, μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι από άποψη καθαριότητας.

The stairs were really tricky especially as we were on the top floor.

The hotel is on just outstanding location . It is beautifully and tastefully furnished and the rooms are big and very clean with exceptional view of square. There is also a lovely bar at the back of the helpful.

I liked the peace and the vibe and pleasant atmosphere. The hosts and the lady who cleaned were very nice, kind and helpful.

This is the second time that I've stayed at the Vilelmine and I just love it. Perfectly located on the church square in the heart of Old Town Chania. Stores, history, drinks, food.... everything walking distance and so tremendous. Safe and just what is needed in this most gorgeous of towns on Crete.

Parking is not on site, but it is immaterial. Just a block or so away is parking and it's incredibly convenient to the hotel.

En üst kat, 2 yetişkin ve 2 çocuk için oldukça yeterli. 2 ayrı oda bulunuyor. Odanın birinden denizi ve meydanı görebileceğiniz bir balkona erişim var. Akşamları vakit geçirmek için ideal. Binanın tarihi mimarisi çok güzeldi, eşyalar da özenle seçilmiş ve tarihi dokuyu yansıtıyordu. Konumu gerçekten harika.

Tarihi bir yapı olması sebebiyle asansör bulunmuyor. Yapacak birşey yok ancak 3 kar dik merdivenlerden valiz taşımak gerçekten çok zorlayıcıydı.

Location superb, overlooking picturesque square 150 metres from the promenade. Lovely hotel bar directly outside in the square, quiet and relaxing location away from the crowds on the seafront. Friendly staff, can't fault it.

Perfect stay! As a solo traveller I felt at home very well maintained, daily cleaned rooms with all the amenities you may need including espresso machine, hairdryer and even an iron. The location is the best 5 mins walk to the bus station and port. I was so lucky to find this hotel for a very fair price. Hopefully I wi come back again.

Magnifique emplacement au coeur de charmante ville de la Canée, détails soignés de la chambre, double vitrage, lits très confortables, petit balcon vue sur la place pour prendre le petit déjeuner, thé et café offerts, chambre nettoyée impeccable tous les jours. Base idéal pour visiter toute la partie ouest de l'île en retrouvant le soir une ville très animée avec un remarquable choix d'excellents restaurants. Nous sommes restés 5 nuits et nous ne nous sommes pas ennuyés.

Un peu bruyant tard la nuit (malgré le double vitrage) notamment les soirs de weekend. Personnel gentil mais manque de véritable accueil chaleureux/échange/bons plans,..

Für mich kein Problem, aber aufgrund steiler Treppen und mangels Aufzugs für Personen mit Gehbehinderung ungeeignet.

Zentral, Sauber, freundlich, toller Altbau mit hohen Decken. Nachts ist es laut aber die Fenster sind sehr dämmend und neu. Die Reinigungskraft war sehr freundlich und fleißig. Auto kann man in der Nähe gut kostenlos parken

We got room with balcony , lovely view of square , good sized room, manager very helpfull, great location , centre of town, close to harbour, would come back again, loved walking around old town, loved the mousaka , also the Cretian wine, found good value restaurants away from harbour , paid 12 euro for litre of wine , 12 euro for mousaka overall great value

No problem with apartment, I was surprised at price of local beer was around 5 or 6 euro, I thought that it would be same as Spain who charge around 3 euro, beer was lovely

Nous avons aimé l'atmosphère de l'hôtel, un peu suranné mais charmante, l'emplacement très pratique, la propreté des lieux et la gentillesse du personnel !

Très belle hôtel, excellent emplacement pour toute activité. Chambre très agréable, très propre et décorée avec finesse. Accueil des plus sympathique et généreux. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Perfekte Lage, toller Ausblick vom Balkon, super ausgestattetes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt. Schönes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon am Kirchplatz. Netter und hilfsbereiter Wirt.

Ein Fön wäre eine gute Ergänzung im Bad.

Αν θέλεις να γυρίσεις τα Χανιά χωρίς κάποιο όχημα είσαι στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία. Είσαι 3-4 λεπτά όπου θέλεις. Οι ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πάντα με το χαμόγελο και πάντα ευπρόσδεκτη να μας εξυπηρετήσουν. Τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά και κάθε μέρα καθαρά με πετσέτες κλπ. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!!!

Very friendly little place. Attractive old building next to the cathedral square. Furnishings basic but adequate. Perfect for exploring the old part of town and Venetian Harbour.

Wish we hadn't taken such a big suitcase as there is no lift!

Friendly front desk and cleaning staff. The hotel is a rare quite location in old town, with only some acoustic music and folk nearby in the early evening, and church bells some mornings - NO thumping nightclubs heard till the very wee hours like some parts of Old Town Chania. This place is a real gem. Recommended! Note: breakfast not included, but that was just a good excuse to try out nearby breakfast places like Red Bicyle.

We enjoyed our stay at Vilelmine Hotel. All the staff are very professional and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is very central. Close to good places to eat and the old venetian harbour. Even though you are in the heart of the old town, at night it is surprisingly quiet and we slept well. We chose a small twin room which was very spacious and comfortable for our week's stay. The hotel is very well maintained. It was immaculately clean and cleaned throughout the week everyday. It had a small fridge too, and the room was well equipped. The ensuite bathroom worked very well with a great shower. Staff provided a good supply of clean towels, bedding, toiletries, tea, coffee, water and soda as and when needed. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and stored our luggage on the last day after we had checked out. They recommended a great taxi too from and to the airport! Definitely will stay with them again 😊

Wonderful stay in the heart of Chania’s Old Town! I had a fantastic stay at this charming accommodation right in the heart of Chania’s Old Town. The location couldn’t be more central — situated directly on the main square Platia and next to the beautiful church, it’s the perfect base to explore the city. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely wooden floor that added to its warm and welcoming atmosphere. It truly had the charm and character of a neoclassical building, which made the stay feel even more special. The hosts were exceptionally kind, polite, and always willing to help. Their hospitality really made a difference and added a personal touch to my visit.

I booked this hotel for my parents and partly myself. Staff was absolutely amazingly friendly, welcoming and very genuine! Such great people, and for the staff alone i would give it a 5/5 star rating - they took such great care of my parents of which i am very grateful! I was kind of hesitant of bonding with the staff to begin with out of thinking that they just "kind of had to be friendly", but even when bumping in to them after hours they were just as friendly and kind, so i now wish i had put in alot more effort into them. Hopefully i will come back and make up for it! We had the top suite and we absolutely loved it the room, especially the balcony. In the night time my parents spent alot of time on the balcony, watching the city, the lights, the people and the water. We will be talking about the experince for a long time, and Vilelmine was a major part of our trip in itself, which is just want you want from a hotel! I rarely take the time to write in depth reviews, but this one deserves the effort:-) 10/10 would come back!!

The place was absolutely spotless, quiet and peaceful – a true Greek vibe with total chill. The atmosphere was amazing and felt so welcoming, I honestly felt like I was in paradise.

Κάτσαμε για πολύ λίγες ώρες λόγω κακού δικού μας κανονίσματος. Ωστόσο, σαν γενική εντύπωση το δωμάτιο είναι τεράστιο και έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα! Είναι σε σούπερ κεντρικό σημείο επίσης!

Δυσκολευτήκαμε λίγο να βρούμε τον receptionist γιατί βρισκόταν κάπου αλλού, παρ' όλα αυτά μας εξυπηρέτησε μία κοπέλα που τον γνώριζε απ' ό,τι κατάλαβα (νομίζω η αδερφή του). Επίσης, ο νυπτήρας δεν κατέβαζε καλά τα νερά με αποτέλεσμα να γεμίζει γρήγορα. Θεωρώ πως είναι αρκετά τσιμπημένη η τιμή, αλλά αυτό είναι ένα γενικό πρόβλημα της αγοράς.

It is a classic beautiful place that needs lots of care.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very kind and helpful — they even arranged an early check-in for us and kept our luggage safe until our flight. The hotel was spotless, and everyone was always smiling and polite. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

I have literally nothing that I disliked about the hotel.

Δεν μου έρεσε που δεν έχει ασανσέρ και ο επισκέπτης αναγκάζεται να κουβαλήσει τις βαλίτσες απο τις σκάλες καθώς που δεν έχει parking και δυσκολευτήκαμε πολύ να σταθμεύσουμε το αυτοκίνητο

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, στο κεντρικότερο σημείο των Χανίων. Η οικοδέσποινα του καταλύματος ήταν απίστευτα ευγενική και πρόσχαρη. Το δωμάτιο μας όμορφο και καθαρό, όπως και το μπάνιο. Υπήρχε επίσης ένα ωραίο μπαλκονάκι.

Το μόνο που δεν μας άρεσε, είναι που μείναμε μόνο για δύο βράδια και που δεν καταφέραμε να δοκιμάσουμε το πρωινό. Ελπίζουμε να επισκεφτούμε ξανά αυτό το ωραίο μέρος σύντομα και να μείνουμε περισσότερο.
