Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Great location opposite a mall, within walking distance of the MRT, with plenty of food restaurants options nearby. The host provided everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a water purifier, air conditioning, washing machine, and drying rack. The apartment was well equipped.
Free parking would have been a plus, but we had a great stay and would recommend it.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025location was superb
The owner only informed me 2 out of 3 air condition unit in the living room was faulty. The air cond unit turn off by itself estimately every 30mins. The living room was hot and uncomfortable at night during my stay. The water in the bathroom did not flow into the exit pipe when we bathe. This was a safety hazzard as the soap water was slippery why cant the owner repair these 2 items before renting it out instead of letting the customer suffer?

Reviewed Jun 29, 2025Location was really great! very convenient with all kinds of food around you + the MRT nearby. The host was very helpful and responsive. Master bedroom is nice and comfy, lots of storage places in both bedrooms which is nice since we are a family.
The apartment could do with some maintenance. Toilet seat is too small for the toilet bowl, Common shower room is constantly flooding, so you need to pump it to get the water to drain. The shower in the master bedroom had smoke coming out of the electrical outlet which could be dangerous and can electrocute someone if not careful - so that definitely needs to be fixed. Definitely need more plates, bowls etc - kitchen was not so well equipped and the filtered water doesn't work properly.
