Good room & good location

A very pleasant stay. The room was tidy, the facilities were in good condition, and the overall environment was comfortable. The staff were welcoming, and the service was good. Great value for the price, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Good stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and met all basic needs. The staff were polite and easy to deal with, and the check in process was quick. Location is also convenient, making it easy to get around. A solid choice for a short and hassle free stay.

Repeated stay. Near eateries. Room just nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall design is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully planned, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. Every corner of the property feels clean and well maintained, with beautiful interior décor that gives the hotel a unique character. The ambience is peaceful and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. The lighting, furnishings, and overall aesthetic come together perfectly to create a cozy yet elegant environment. It's clear that a lot of attention has been paid to the details. Overall, it's a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a beautifully designed hotel.

Good location. Room was ok enough for both of us. Great stayed.

The amount charged is not reasonable considering what we get

Slow wifi connection. The bathroom door is unable to be locked.

Come back again as easy access to eatery and medical centre.

Must remember to bring room card otherwise need to call front desk to open main door.

Have a pleasant stay in this hotel, the room is clean and confortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. Location is also very convenient with plenty of food and shops nearby. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

Has been stayed last 2 year and decided to stay again for this visit. Overall still maintain but surprise to see they have check in kiosk now. Process of check in just take 3 minutes and check out were less than 1 minutes. Room space is enough for both of us. Reception staff i believe is sitting at another boutique branch which is very near and call were responsive as i request for extra shower gel and cleaner has sent to me within 5 minutes.

Nothing i like stay at this place

Bad experience staying here..no staff available..reception desk made just for nothing..given number to call for anything..no pickup .. better stay motel than this hotel

The mattress should need to change , not comfortable to sleep

Bed

Nothing

There is basically no staff on the property, all check in check out are done thru machine. Room are not cleaned, no room service/cleaning for my whole 3 days 2 night stay. Hair found at bed sheet when i checked in. Shower towers are DIRTY and SMELLY! I feel terrible scary to use the tower. The shower area are stucked with water, both my feets are flooded with dirty water from shower. The bed is bad, the mattress is curved, and you can “feel” the mattress spring and support. And the bed is smelly… i wont book this hotel again, never.

Location

Size of the room

Have bad bugs, make me and kids icy redness

Compact and clean

The check in machine didn't work. 3 different types of payments, credit card, Grab pay, TNG were not accepted. At the end, two staff came to the rescue. However the manual check in was also not smooth. Overall it took me a total of one hour to complete my check in.

Good facility & self service checkin/out

Room too small for its price. Not worth my money in

Check in The machine has a problem, no good

bathroom floor is slippery

Location

Space. It is like a cage

Nothing, the room which I stay got spirit n erriee..check out 1st day midnite to friend hse..

The pillow and the towel is smelly The aircond temperature is not stable

It’s clean and located in a prime location but the parking was a headache.

The room I got was really small. Barely had much room to walk around.

The location is good, very near to the venue I'm going, plus good food surrounding the area Parking is surprisingly sufficient to get, need to know when and where to park at The price is reasonably good, for a prime location here.

The room is basic, not much space to place luggage if you're carrying one. Table is basic as well, not much space after placing chargers etc. Good for those who come for a quick night stay/short trip.

The location very good surrounded by shops easy to look for makan etc

Reception was beautiful, it created a sense of what to expect of the room.

That the room was in another building and the room was as big as the bed itself with no window.

The location is ok. Plenty of F&B around.

The lift was dangerous. It was wobbling. The bed was too hard.

Enviroment/surrounding

Check in the other building, room very small not comfortable, not provide prayer room for muslim since the room very small.

great pricing. short stay are ok. the toilet are bigger size & more comfortable

There are spider web on top...facilities like iron are not functioning at all, dusty

The location is very good, the staff is friendly, the service is good, although there is no reception service at night, but can also provide the reception service of another hotel with the same company nearby, just need to walk a few steps.

The air conditioning is loud and the sound insulation is poor.

The room is too small and sound insulation is bad

location is quite good

the parking is very hard to get it, and the bath towel smelly and one of the cup very dirty.

the good: 1. because the room is small, the aircond is extremely cold and wifi is averagely good 2. the location of this hotel is excellent and is located near many convenient places thus would make a good place to stopover for the night if you are tired 3. no issue with the toilet as it is clean and served its purpose well the bad: 1. has a weird smell upon entering the room and the single room is small enough just to fit in a small luggage, not the big one. 2. check in took awhile due to staff being trained 3. the entrance and location of the hotel is a little confusing as 1st time travelers will get confused with another h boutique hotel (without the word xplorer) 4. lifted the bed upon entering the room and found a small bug and few ants under the pillow. i was worried about bed bugs but it was ok after i killed this 1-2 bugs. no more found. Overall, the location of this hotel adds points but the lack of parking and unpleasant welcome by small bugs in the room and funny smell would deduct some points. I would reconsider staying in this hotel again, unless I really have no other choice to stay nearby

Location cover by food and MRT

Good concept, nice lobby.

Poor execution of concept. Insects crawling on the walls, likely some on the bed too due to the room not having ventilation to remove moisture from the bathroom. Everything in the hotel, except the lobby, is poorly kept. Such a shame. Every noise made outside or nearby units can be heard inside the room. Very very disturbing.
