C etait un emplacement idéal. Calme tout en etant vivant le jour. La chambre était très bien isolée ce qui permet de bien dormir. Le petit déjeuner a surpassé mes attentes il y avait de tout. C etait vraiment très bon. Le personnel de l hôtel a été vraiment à l écoute et s est rendu disponible. Ils sont d une grande efficacité

The location is so central to all the restaurants and shops very easy to use as a base in a busy city. Fantastic buffet breakfast with lots of fresh local produce, loads of choice, great fresh coffee and orange juice. Clean, very helpful and polite staff, highly recommend. Would stay again and again! We were made to feel so welcome. The receptionist were attentive and extremely obliging. Our room was bright and the beds were very comfortable with nice bed linen.

I felt the room could have been updated a bit more, as when you cone into the hotel and restaurant it gave me a good impression that the hotel rooms would be the same.

Great location just inside the intra muros with some parking available. Room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Reception stays open late and were very welcoming despite us arriving very late due to our ferry getting in late. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice of hot and cold dishes.

The rooms are dark, the bed for 3rd person was pushed again a wall in what seemed to be a walk through and over priced. We could not believe what we paid for a family suite and the room you got. Not 4* in our opinion.

Die Lage mitten in der Ville Close sensationell. Für die Anfahrt und die Zufahrt in die hoteleigene Garage mit dem Auto braucht man zwar gute Nerven, weil man mitten durch die Altstadt fährt und die Gassen zum Teil sehr eng sind. Unser Dreibettzimmer war riesig mit Wohn- und Schlafzimmer und einem riesigen Bad mit extra begehbarer Dusche und extra Zimmer mit Badewanne und 2. Waschbecken. Das Frühstück auch außergewöhnlich gut, tolle Käseauswahl und superfrischer Obstsalat mit vielfältigen Früchten.

Sans en conferer avec moi, on m' attribue deuc chambres au rez de chaussee avec peu de lumiere. J aurais prefere etre averti. j ai trouve les chambres tres basiques pour un 4 etoiles.

特になし。 清潔だし、スタッフも冷蔵品を冷蔵庫で預かってくれたりと、とてもよくしてくれて本当にありがたかった。朝食も良さそうだったので、また次利用する時は朝食もつけてみたい。

Un léger bémol : notre salle de bain n’était pas grande. C’était suffisant pour un séjour d’une nuit mais difficile de faire sécher les serviettes si plusieurs nuits.

We had a great stay here. The location is hard to beat, just inside the Grande Porte in the heart of Saint-Malo’s intra-muros. Step outside and you are surrounded by historic buildings and stone-paved streets, with restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and boat departures all within walking distance. As you stroll around, you may also come across street musicians playing and singing, which adds to the city’s charm. The area is lively in the evening, but our room was quiet at night. Our room was modern, air-conditioned, and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The toilet was separate from the shower, which made getting ready much easier when traveling together. The bed and linens were comfortable, and we slept very well after long days exploring Saint-Malo and nearby towns. The staff were friendly and welcoming and gave us clear, helpful information. The hotel also felt secure, with the entrance locked after 10 p.m. and accessible to guests by code. Housekeeping came daily, and there were clear signs explaining how to reuse towels to save energy. If you are driving, the municipal parking lot just outside the Grande Porte is very convenient and saves you from driving over the stone-paved streets inside the walls. It was free from 8 p.m. to 9 a.m. during our stay. The hotel’s map was also genuinely useful, with nearby parking, shops, and restaurants marked. A comfortable and convenient base for exploring Saint-Malo and the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

The hotel is right in the centre of the walled town, not far from the grand gate. It is nonetheless wonderfully quiet at night; our room faced into a courtyard, but St Malo's streets are silent after a certain time. The room was large and comfortable and the bath very welcome.

I had some trouble getting help at night. A woman with dementia tried to enter our room. I took her down to reception to find her room details, but no-one answered the emergency line. Thankfully, a cleaner appeared from the lift and got us the list.

Le wifi ne fonctionnait très mal dans la chambre malgré qu'on nous a donné 2 autres accès wifi. Pas de réseau non plus dans la chambre. La chambre du RDC est je trouve un peu moins accueillante que les autres même si elle est grande.

La climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, en pleine canicule. Nous n’avons pas fermé l’œil de la nuit tellement il faisait chaud, le geste fait sur le prix de la chambre a été apprécié mais ne compense pas le désagrément.

We stay in this area every year and I can't put my finger on why I didn't love this hotel. Lots of little things really. The confirmation email states that they give a valet service -just give us your keys but... We were told on arrival to drive our car to an awkward spot which by some miracle and help from another guest we managed to squeeze the car into. This after paying for the parking. The dinner recommendation was off for us and we ended up in a crazy busy restaurant which wasn't what we wanted. It was ok but not sure I'd stay again. I didn't find the reception staff particularly helpful or friendly

Wunderbares Hotel im Zentrum von Saint Malo! Alles, was diese herrliche Stadt ausmacht, ist zu Fuß erreichbar, man ist quasi „mittendrin“ … Gerade wenn im August die Stadt voll von Touristen ist, ist es wunderbar, wenn am Abend die Tagestouristen weg sind und man entspannt durch die Stadt schlendern kann … Es gibt ein hervorragendes (bretonisches) Frühstück, dem es an nichts fehlt. Der Service und das Personal waren zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber, bequem und leise. Kurzum: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

La camera è piccola soprattutto per tre adulti e considerando la presenza del cane (a costo non irrisorio). Il vero problema è il posto auto... Strettissimo l'accesso, strettissime le vie (nella città vecchia) per arrivarci, strettissimissimi i posti, col rischio continuo di urtare alle colonne ed ai muri e a un prezzo davvero davvero esagerato. Secondo me tutto ciò va molto ben spiegato nella descrizione dell'hotel per permettere una prenotazione consapevole... Come tutti gli hotel nei centri storici non è insonorizzato e ci sono rumori di ogni tipo durante tutta la notte. Quindi, nel complesso, troppo costoso per il servizio offerto.

The location blew my mind, right in the middle of the citadel, and the parking was excellent, although driving through the citadel is tight, and the car park was just about manageable with a large car and bikes on the back it probably wouldn't be manageable for a camper van. The room was great, the breakfast was great. 35euros for parking and 20euros for breakfast. All in all a great hotel for us

Parking is horrible! We had reserved a space but couldn't get to the hotel due to tables on the narrow roads in the Intramuros. Our sat nav couldn't handle it! Parking in hotel or elsewhere is really expensive- minimum €35 a night.

Beautiful location directly in the old city of Saint Malo. Parking is a little bit annoying in the high season. The hotel room was clean and tidy. I don‘t like a bathtub for showers-but ok.

Pretty , comfortable bed, friendly staff. Parking intra murros We arrived late and staff were very friendly. The previous occupants had flooded the bath so carpet was wetting. There were no other rooms available as it’s high season . The staff tried their best to dry it out , very apologetic and gave extra slippers. It didn’t affect our stay. They gave us a 50 percent discount and free breakfast to compensate us.
