Apartat del centre turístic, a uns 10 min en cotxe (en grab, que és com uber són 1,5 eur anar al centre) Barri molt molt tranquil, amb bars, perruqueires, supers i tot el necessari per descansar. La piscina infinita no està malament per descansar. Recorda a Da nang anar al pont de la ma, i fer un creuer pel riu (3,85 eur) si pots horari de dissabte/diumenge ja que a les 21:00 hi ha un espectacle al pont del drag amb foc i aigua i agrada veure'l des del vaixell. Les excursions de l hotel no difereixen faire del preu real de l entrada amb el transport. Bon lloc per estar-hi uns dies!

I loved the property overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean daily, the services such as laundry were good and the prices were fair. I loved my balcony view. I stayed at this property for 1 month and my one and only issue was ants. The staff were very prompt to spray whenever I asked but those little buggers were everywhere. They are tiny and somewhat unobtrusive because they stayed near and in the bathroom mostly but nonetheless they were present for most of the 30 day stay. I didn't complain too much because I thought it was probably normal to have such minor issues with bugs but now that I'm at a different property in the same city, with no occurrence of any bug type in my room I believe they can likely work out this problem. I would stay there again though. The ants do not affect my rating. It was still a comfortable, lovely stay. The bed was also comfy. Thank you RHM.

We had a great view of the city. Everything was functional in our bedroom and it's a great location. Close to main attractions and the beach. Bed was comfortable.

Staff were just okay. Not particularly friendly but also not rude either. Pool was closed for our whole four night stay which was incredibly disappointing! Room was dirty. Our couch had what appeared to be a Semen stain which was unpleasant to say the least. The bathroom had mould all over the shower and was just in desperate need of a deep clean. Wear socks at all times unless you want the bottom of your feet to be black. Our shower was lukewarm at best with warmth coming and going. We had a suite and the room was just quite cluttered with little space once suitcases are laid out. Aircon was so old it barely pushed air out but was aided with the fan so not a big issue. Tile above our shower was displaced with a large gap in the ceiling so I just hope a video of me showering doesn't make an appearance online. We moved tile back in place and didn't want to investigate what might be up there. We choose not to have room cleaning in as our things were laid about and it was quite messy though everything was well tidy when we left. We also just didn't feel safe to having them potentially look though our stuff though this was done while we were out anyways. They will check your room whilst you are out despite a no not disturb sign. We knew by the strong cigarette smell left behind and that they knew what had been used in the fridge without checking in front of us. Made us feel unsafe and like they were suspicious of us. Keep your wits about you if you stay here.

I liked the view from the rooftop.

Place is listed as rooftop bar and pool along with free breakfast, there was a pool on the roof but very small and could do with maintenance, there was no bar and no sign of a bar ever being there and also there was no restaurant never mind breakfast 😂 false advertising at its finest

Dọn phòng k sạch sẽ lắm, xa trung tâm, cũng chả gần biển. Bể bơi vô cực nhưng cảm giác nguy hiểm. Có bảo vệ nhưng k xách đồ giúp dù đoàn mình siêu nhiều trẻ em. Nói chung trải nghiệm ko tốt lắm, cũng k nhiệt tình lắm.

Hồ bơi cũ, gạch men trốc, ghế ngồi cũ kĩ,

Mega Ausblick, Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, viel Platz. Lage auch ok, schön ruhig. Wer günstig ein Rooftoppool ausprobieren will und in den Genuss einer Suite mit Skyline kommen will, ist hier richtig.

Kein Nachttisch bzw Lampe am bett, Fenster undicht, es ist zwar nicht viel, aber durch die kleinen Schlitze können Fliegen rein, denn es gibt keine Moskitonetze. Zimmer könnten etwas gepflegter sein und auch der Pool auf dem Dach ist zwar schön, aber die Stühle haben Löcher und die Steine verlieren lack an vielen Stellen.

Onvriendelijk personeel nog geen groet kan ervan af ze kijken je niet eens aan. Kamer niet schoon. Locatie niet best. Badkamer 1 groot waterpallet loopt zo onder de douchcabine door. Wasbak de stop niet te openen wanneer deze dicht zit. Het bad had hetzelfde probleem na 5 min blijven duwen op de stop lukte het dan eindelijk toch. Verpaupert hotel wij geven het max 2 sterren. Niks luxe hotel de naam klinkt leuk en de foto's ogen goed maar ver van de werkelijkheid. Wij komen hier niet meer terug en raden dit niemand aan.

Para empezar tienen una escalera en la entrada muy empinada con lo que subir la maleta no es fácil, el hotel carece de restaurante por lo que no sirven desayunos, y no hay ningún local cerca para comer. Solo cafeterías , la piscina tiene muy buenas vistas pero se cae a trozos , literalmente. La habitación sucia el colchón tan blando que te quedas anclado ,

We stayed in two rooms in 3 days. one room was very good with good facilities and View.

Air Conditioning was not working properly in one of the room. Staff couldn't do anything to fix it or even change our rooms. So, we had to sleep overnight in that hot humid room.

The view was good from the pool but spoiled by wear and tear

As the other reviewers said. The check in girls were unpleasant. The room was pretty dire. It’s a step above a backpackers. The pool was unclean. And the ants - they’re small but they bite hard! There are other hotels in this price range that offer far superior stays.

Although the hotel doesn’t have a parking lot, the area is open and spacious, so parking is easy. The security guard is friendly and helpful despite his age, and the staff are decent. The hotel also has a pool with a nice view

While Booking.com didn’t require a deposit, the hotel called me to ask for in advance to reserve the room. The blanket was dirty, and since there was no housekeeping at night, the security guard had to come up and change the blanket cover for me. The bed was wobbly and unstable, the room was quite small, and the fan was noisy. The bathroom was narrow. The pool was in poor condition and not cleaned regularly , I saw a lot of debris while swimming, some tiles were broken or coming off, and there was no lifeguard on duty. And the soundproofing was bad

The room was clean, spacious, and a decent shower. Facilities are minimal, the pool is there but so so and the bar isn't working. I rented a motorbike, which is pretty beat up (do take pictures before setting off). Most of the staff is friendly as I asked to extend by one night.

While I didn't have issues with the room I did have a few issues. First, upon checking in I was attempting to pay for the balance one of the staff a young man named "Vy" possibly with glasses tried to say all cards have a 3% tax even if using a local VN card. After some miscommunication he complained in Vietnamese right in front of me and I called him out (as I understand some of the language). While I understand he was frustrated, his behaviour is not acceptable in hospitality even if you suspect they don't speak their language if they cannot manage they should look at another position. Second, to rent a motorbike they ask for your Passport which I offered my TRC as I don't like to surrender my Passport (I believe that is not allowed under VN law this hotel should refrain from doing that as they are liable if the document is lost or stolen). Finally, while the property is okay be mindful of the location as you'll need to use Grab, rent a motorbike, or have a vehicle as there's nothing around.

Staff not able to communicate in English! Room was noisy and not clean! I had booked a Suite for a higher price so it should be expectable to have a nice room! The water called free in the reservation was overcharged by check out with 22.500 VND a bottle!
