Palazzo Luxury Hotel & Bistro - Central My Khe Beach Walking Street

The bed is really huge and super comfortable. Breakfast is included and starts very early, provides a variety of food options. Great laundry service with a reasonable price. Close to the beach. Great staff. Room is cleaned every day.

It was noisy due to the live music concerts outside and sometimes hard to fall asleep. Not great view from the room.

Swimming pool

Location and staff

Television has no English channels or Netflix etc which is not good when the weather gets hot

The location is very good, close to the beach and a lot of restaurants and massage parlours around in walking distance. The staff is super friendly and very nice. The pool on the rooftop is OK, the view from there is amazing. The WiFi quality is very good 👍

It is located on the busy street, so sometimes it is noisy from outside. The breakfast menu is a bit static, but the staff there is very accommodating and attentive 👍

The staff was always ready to help. If you want a beach vacation, this hotel is in great location, just a short walk (2-3 minutes) to the beach. The room was ok for the price and the location. City and main attractions reachable 15-20 minutes by car (Grab).

A special thankyou Tuyen at the front desk, who is incredibly friendly, professional and always went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The breakfast was simply magnificent.Trinh, Trang and Dhuong provided exceptional service with beautiful smiles making every breakfast a memorable experience. The food was fresh, delicious and presented to a very high standard. This my 5th booking at the hotel,so i know its good .I absolutely loved my stay at palazzo luxury hotel

nothing .i wish i could stay longer

Location and staff

Was noisy at night being at the front of the hotel facing the street till around 1am before the noise eased. Breakfast doesn’t really cater well to western culture it is very much eastern style and limited choice. Basic

The front of house staff are excellent ,spoke fantastic english and were super helpful in giving advice and booking excursions and scooter rentals .

A lot of noise from building works in the area

I had a wounderful stay at palazzo luxury hotel and bistro .A special thankyou to Tuyen at the front deck ,who is always professional and incredibly helpful. The restaurant was outstanding. Trinh,Trang, and Dhuong provided excellent service and the food was delicious . This my second stay at the palazzo in six months .The staff here treat you like family The smiling and happy staff makes very enjoyable stay

nothing

Great location, friendly helpful staff, varied breakfast buffet.

The pool was on top of another building but not a big deal

Hotel was close to the beach. 3-5min walk to My Khe. Hotel on a budget. Wifi was good. There were mini marts , restos and coffee shops near the hotel. (Dalky cafe was so good!)

Hotel needs an update or retouch. Photos doesn’t really match when we saw the rooms in person. Even the rooms were a bit out dated. Pool was located on another hotel, backdoor access then elevator to the 12th floor, stairs to 13th floor for the pool area. Sometimes there were construction noise early in the morning. Hotel needs improvement.

Very friendly staff Great location Tuyen organised transportation to different events Great breakfast Staff treat you like family Value for money It's my second visit in 6 months Great swimming pool There's a barbecue out side the hotel every night The place is wonderful

There is nothing to dislike

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Especially the two young ladies Trishu and I forgot the spelling of the other lady. The doorman always had the friendliest smile on his face

The bathroom basin leaked water on the floor and shower as well. The shower was a design I was told. The breakfast whould included more variety for guests who do not eat beef and pork

Staff are kind and accommodating. Foods are delicious.

Lack of amenities,..

VERY GOOD RECEPTIONISTS

VERY NOISY CONSTRUCTION AND LOUD MUSIC RIGHT OUTSIDE THE ENTRANCE

We were given a beautiful and spacious room with a large and lovely bathroom. The hotel is a little older and may need some additional maintenance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a small rooftop pool, which is perfect for a quick refreshment. The hotel also offers an excellent BBQ in front of the property.

Location was great, walking distance to everything we needed. Staff were awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, booked events and transportation cheaper than most places

Nothing

I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, the daily housekeeping, the friendly staff, the tasty breakfasts with a good selection of dishes, and the excellent location near the wonderful My Khe Beach. I consider it good value for money, and the neighborhood is great too. Overall, however, you would rate the stay very positively

I didn't like the poor lighting by the mirror or the fridge, which cooled very poorly—less effectively than the room's air conditioning.

Close to the beach and friendly staff Also the laundry service is very cheap and efficient.

The bathroom wasn’t practical, we don’t know for which reason there was an opening and after every shower the bathroom was flooded.. breakfast wasn’t the best but ok

Very clean and the staff were friendly. Good shower pressure.

Noise from the DJ on Friday night was very loud but thankfully only until 10pm. The beds were very solid. We didn't like breakfast on the first day so we didn't go to it again. Images on booking.com make the rooms look much bigger and the pool too.

La posizione

Le stanze potrebbero essere migliorare.

It is close to the beach and touristy spots. Easy to look for a mix of local and western food.

I didn't like that the family room has no mirror. Only inside bathroom

Great stay, great people , looked after very well and helpfull

Location and staffs

Not at the 4 stars as expected

Excellent stay.

Nothing to mention.

Property outdated

I had met a few great staff. The girls were very friendly and sweet. Incredibly helpful. Location is great as well. They did give an upgrade as well. So kind of them. I would come back for sure.

There was 1 guy working in reception who insisted I pay in cash the moment I arrived I did quite like that. I was ensured I could pay by card. When I explained I had no cash yet because I have only just landed here offered to change the money for me. Gave me a low rate. Kept trying to ask me to change foreign currency with him. I didn't feel comfortable with that.

The location and the staff

The pool and noise from the street

The location was great and the staff were fantastic and very helpful

The beds were a little hard

Location

Rooms need some tlc

Love the location

The service and the staff were not that great

Liked location, 2 blocks from easy walk to beach front. Lots of cafes, restaurants, minimarts, pharmacies, massage.

The Penthouse room was not what we expected, we stressed we wanted 2 separate bathrooms with 2 toilets, what we got was 2 bathrooms side by side off kitchen with shower and toilet both in same room and vanity basins side by side in the kitchen. The drain hole in our shower room was full of hair and was not cleaned in the 5 days. Bed was very hard and squeaky getting in and out of it. Curtains in our bedroom.did not close properly not hung well and morning light came straight in and woke us at 5.30am. Rooftop pool only accessible via lift through corridor into the other hotel then 4 flight stairs..so not accessible for most people if cannot climb stairs.

The staff was friendly

We didn’t like the cleaning, it’s quite an old place

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and very good air con! Location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants.

Toilet seat was loose

Staff was accommodating and rooms were clean.

They should have a smart tv. And bigger would be nice.

Hotel staff were great. Room was good. Buffet breakfast was good. Hotel location for the beach and dinners was excellent.

The only downside with the location is the street noise but, for us, the positives outweighed the negatives.

Kaina už nakti. Vieta tikrai gera.

Location, staff, convenience

Plumbing could be better. Toilet sometimes barely flushed.

Very convenient

Good breakfast

I do not recommend this hotel at all. My experience with them was very disappointing and highly unprofessional. Two days before the reservation date, I officially informed the hotel that I needed to cancel my booking. However, they refused, claiming that they were unable to resell the room. This excuse was completely unconvincing, especially since the hotel appeared to be almost fully occupied with very high occupancy rates. It was obvious that the real reason was simply to avoid refunding the payment. I also submitted a formal request directly to the hotel, but it was rejected without any cooperation or flexibility. In addition, I filed a complaint with Booking, and until now I have not received any proper response or resolution. Unfortunately, the hotel’s current ratings do not reflect reality at all. The service and overall handling of the situation were far below expectations. A very disappointing experience that I will definitely not repeat.

Lots of space in the room (deluxe room with 2 double beds), fantastic (modern) shower, and located near the beach!

It's at a very busy street, which has its advantages since you have a lot close by. Though, it remains noisy until 11pm since there's live music right opposite from the hotel and you hear everyone down at the street so it was a little challenging to fall asleep

Great location. Close to beach & nice restaurants.

Old towels, 1was see through. Street motorbike vendor noise until 1am.

The hotel was in a very central location. All the staff were trying their best.

We had booked a double room. The sink was not in the bathroom, but inside one of the rooms. We were told there would be a balcony, but the balcony railing was right against the wall. So there was no balcony. We also had considerable difficulty communicating in English.
