Location is convenient to the beach and great restaurants. One staff member was genuinely kind and helpful — she carried my bags to make up for an internal error and was the only person who showed real professionalism.

I booked a studio apartment for a full week. At 11:30pm check-in, I was told the AC was broken and moved to a hotel room instead — no advance notice. I later learned directly from the manager that this wasn't just an AC issue: my room had been given to another guest due to a booking error on their end. The front desk staff that first night were unhelpful and never apologized. When I asked for compensation, I was offered breakfast — which is already included in every guest's stay — and a parking space I was never actually given access to. I was never provided the remote for the gate, despite multiple calls and WhatsApp messages to reception, and never had usable parking for the entire stay. When I raised this with the manager directly, I was told refunds were "against policy," even for the price difference between what I booked and what I was given. I ended up leaving one day early because of how the situation was handled. This should have been a relaxing week-long stay. Instead I spent multiple days chasing basic things I was told I'd have. Communication and follow-through were consistently poor.

Kleine, ruhige Appartementanlage teils unter schattigen Palmen, schöner Pool mit gutem Zugang zum Pool (wenn man ein Terassenzimmer hat, sonst muss man etwas laufen). Gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal. Strand fußläufig erreichbar, der auch relativ ruhig und leer selbst im August war. Supermarkt schräg gegenüber, auch Bäckerei nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, auch wenn alles wunderbar, war der Preis im August doch schon sehr hoch, aber das scheint das neue Normal zu sein.

Había unos cuantos pelitos en las sábanas . Pero todo lo demás estaba tan bien que lo pasamos por alto .

- Sauberkeit: zwar ist das Objekt in die Jahre gekommen, dafür jedoch sehr gut instand gehalten - Pool: zwar ist er klein, aber sauber und gemütlich, da es insgesamt nur 10 Apartments gibt ist man oft fast oder sogar ganz allein am Pool. Dadurch auch eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre - Ort: der Ort wirkt generell wie ausgestorben. Doch abends passierten merkwürdige Sachen. Mal ein Straßenfest mit Musik, Umzug und Schaumbad, mal handgemachte Live Musik, mal DJs vom Balkon, und unten viele junge Menschen am tanzen - Strand: der Strand ist 300m entfernt und war ein grund-solider Strandabschnitt. Leider haben wir Müll gefunden und selbst entsorgt.

- "Minigolf": das "Minigolf" im Namen ist obsolete. Die Minigolf Anlage ist verwildert auf dem Platz vor der Anlage - Ausstattung: wir haben uns komplett selbst verpflegt. Wir waren auf die Ausstattung angewiesen. Die Pfanne war höchstens noch dazu zu gebrauchen jemanden zu erschlagen. Braten von Fisch war unmöglich. Tiefe Teller hätten wir uns gewünscht. - Preis/ Leistung: Für diesen stolzen Preis haben wir grundsätzlich mehr erwartet. Okay, wir waren während der Sonnenfinsternis da. Wir haben zu spät mitbekommen dass dadurch die Preise der Unterkünfte durch die Decke gegangen sind.

Que no era lo que yo había contratado y no hubo ninguna compensación. Por ejemplo no estuvimos en estos apartamentos.

Que notre demande sur le logement au rez de chaussée n' ai pas été respectée alors qu on avait dit que c' était bien pris en compte , l'isolation inexistante entre les chambres à l'étage, le manque de respect des voisins très bruyants, la route extrêmement bruyante avec le passage des camions près de la piscine . Nous étions déjà venus dans cet hôtel et n'avons pas retrouvé le havre de paix de notre 1ère visite . Nous tenons tout de même compte que l'hôtel n'est pas responsable de la circulation ni du comportement de nos voisins

Vraiment top ! Les logements sont très bien , confortables.... La piscine est accessible tout le temps, ça c'est un plus ! On peut se garer très facilement dans la rue. Quelques restos sympas autour, une très bonne pâtisserie avec des enseimadas délicieux ! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine !

L'emplacement au calme à côté des pins en retrait de l'hôtel, l'appartement en rez-de-jardin avec la petite terrasse directement sur la piscine et aucune difficulté de stationnement. Une épicerie à coté, nous étions à 10 min à pied de la première crique plage (Nous en avons fait 4 sur une journée depuis le logement c'était superbe), l'équipement simple et largement suffisant de la chambre kitchenette, salle de bain très grande; propreté irréprochable, piscine entretenue propre et gentillesse des quelques employés que nous croisions le matin malgré leur discrétion. C'était vraiment parfait.

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die ruhige Atmosphäre. Wir waren oft alleine oder fast alleine am Pool und das Ende Juni auf Mallorca! :) Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir immer kostenfrei an der Straße parken und waren ein paar Meter später im Zimmer. Die Plätze hier sind zwar begrenzt, aber bei unserem Aufenthalt war immer etwas frei. Das Zimmer war nicht super modern, aber es war sauber und sehr geräumig. Kochen ließ es sich gut, die Dunstabzugshaube hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Die Klimaanlage muss dringend besser gewartet bzw. gesäubert werden (innen schwarze Flecken, vermutlich Schimmel). Außerdem ist das Wasser dort kein Trinkwasser und laut unserer Internetrecherche in Cala Murada auch nicht zum Kochen oder Zähne putzen geeignet. Das ist nicht weiter schlimm, wenn man es weiß und drauf einstellt. Gerade, weil es im Apartment eine Küchenzeile gibt, wäre ein deutlicherer Hinweis angebracht gewesen. Dadurch kriegt man den Geruch des gechlorten Leitungswassers auch mit ganz viel Lüften nicht wirklich aus dem Zimmer raus. Die Matratze war okay, ansich gemütlich weich, aber etwas durchgelegen.

Moderní ubytování v příjemné klidné lokalitě, blízko pláží. Hezký čistý bazén, terasa, vybavená kuchyňka, parkování přímo u ubytování. Naproti ubytování se nachází malé dětské hřiště, restaurace i obchod s potravinami.

La tranquillité, petit immeuble, vue sur piscine. L'appartement est très propre, petit mais confortable.

Le minimum côté cuisine, juste pour dépanner et pas pour faire de gros repas. Le presse agrumes ne fonctionne pas et il faudrait une cafetière de meilleure qualité. Sinon c'est parfait.

Bien situé, propre, marche facile pour la plage, proche de cala d’or et de d’autres belles plages. Facile d’accès

Couverture du lit trop mince

Wijj hadden het balkon aan de achterzijde (niet zwembad) en vonden dat heerlijk rusrig. Lekker bed met goed kussen. Fijn rustig plekje (begin juni). Lekker zwembad en veel mooie plekjes op max een half uur rijden.

Tafel op het balkom zag er vies uit - vlekken die je er niet uit kon krijgen. Wij hebben de tafel van binnen naar buiten verplaatst en er daardoor geen last van gehad maar is zeker aan vrrvanging toe. We misten een waterkoker maar pannetje op vuur kan ook. Verder alles top!

Особенная благодарность за то что нам разрешили заселиться раньше на несколько часов и мы Не потеряли этот день. Очень уютный номер для двоих с небольшой кухонькой. В принципе есть всё необходимое. Также особенная благодарность за достаточное количество полотенец, это очень важно когда отдыхаешь на море. В ходе проживания у меня было обращение в отель по поводу Муравьев которые через открытый балкон попадали а также просила дополнительное полотенца для кухни и туалетную бумагу все предоставили очень быстро Буквально через пару минут так что сервисно высшем уровне. Спокойно могли высыпаться ночью так как это тихое место. Мы арендовали машину поэтому каждый день были на другом пляже и просто покатались по острову.

Все дуже сподобалося, дуже чисто,просторно,все необхідне є для проживання. Дуже спокійна атмосфера для комфортного відпочинку. І дуже велике дякую пані Елені за розуміння і роботу. Рекомендую апартаменти на всі 100%.

Ik vond het bijzonder dat er betaald moest worden voor schone handdoeken(vanwege laagseizoen hoefde dit nu niet). Ik heb al heel veel gereisd, maar ben dit nooit eerder tegengekomen. De kamer was wel erg gehorig. Je hoorde wat je buren deden.

Un lugar tranquilo con mucha vegetación que te transmite calma y tranquilidad. Buena ubicación, junto a dos calas preciosas para visitar a pie. Mención especial a la profesionalidad del personal, que tuvieron un detalle de felicitación por la fecha de cumpleaños de mi pareja; y en especial a Miquel, que nos supo aconsejar qué visitar en la isla, resaltando su hospitalidad.

Dzień dobry . Jeśli chodzi o samą lokalizację to jeśli ktoś się decyduje to najlepiej z samochodem to najlepiej, my większośći zwiedzaliśmy ,dojezdaliśmy wszędzie . W apartamencie czysto ,lecz czuć wilgoć , Może to będzie spowodowane tym że byliśmy w okresie listopadowym gdzie jest bardzo dużo wilgotność. Właściciel w porządku i bardzo pomocny ,jest bardzo dobry z nim kontakt . Mimo że to listopad ,basen był bardzo czysciutki . Jeśli za taką cenę to naprawdę,polecam bo warunki były dobre . Pozdrawiam

Fuimos en Agosto para desconectar y relajarnos, pero para nuestra sorpresa, todos los días de la semana que estuvimos, a las 9:30 , el señor de mantenimiento se ponía con una máquina de soplar hojas a limpiar el jardín , con el ruido que hace. Protestamos en recepción, porque nos despertaba, pero la respuesta fue que no lo puede hacer a otra hora. Me estropeó el descanso de todos los dias. No volveré

Заселение было через ресепшн отеля Hotel Cala Murada, там же был и завтрак от отеля. Завтрак был очень вкусный в отеле за дополнительные 5 евро с человека, пока отель работал в сезон (до 29 сентября). Вообще все проблемы решались через ресепшн отеля (это апратаменты от этого отеля). Апартаменты были очень чистыми на момент заезда, но уборка в дальнейшем за отдельную плату. Были принадлежности для уборки. У нас был номер на 1 этаже, а не ground floor, поэтому проблем с сыростью не наблюдалось несмотря на близость моря. До пляжа идти пешком примерно 15-20 минут и часть по лестнице. Почти идеально тихий район, но к сожалению вечером немного была слышна дискотека из соседнего городка. Комары в наличии, но как и везде на Майорке. Очень чистый бассейн. Все прннадлежности для жизни и готовки. Хороший напор воды. Чайник по запросу дали на ресепшн. Дали также бесплатно зонтик для пляжа! Положенца приносили каждые 2-3 дня и 1 раз в неделю замена постельного. Все приносили чистое в номер. Очень вежливый персонал!

Запах в шкафу был достаточно сильным, так что хранить в нем что-то не хотелось. Минигольф общественный от деревни прямо перед апартаментами, но в ужасном состоянии :)

Complejo de apartamentos muy bonito en Cala Murada. El apartamento tenía tres camas (dos de ellas juntas haciendo una doble enorme), una cocina no muy equipada pero con lo suficiente para pasar unos días, una agradable terraza con una mesa y sillas, y una piscina con tumbonas que no llegamos a utiilizar por falta de tiempo.

Para gente que va a pasar más de una semana creo que la cocina podría estar un poco mejor equipada (desconozco si otros apartamentos tienen más menaje). El check-in no se hace en el propio complejo de apartamentos, hay que hacerlo en el hotel de al lado. A la hora de entregar las llaves nadie nos había informado de cómo debíamos hacer; quisimos dejarlas en el hotel donde se hace el check-in pero tenía la recepción cerrada, así que finalmente las dejamos dentro del apartamento. Había preguntado por whatsapp dónde debía dejar las llaves y también dejé un mensaje en el contestador una vez decidí dejarlas en el aprtamento: a día de hoy todavía no he recibido respuesta a ninguna de las dos comunicaciones. No voy a poner una mala puntuación por esto porque el alojamiento está muy bien, pero sí que pienso que se debería mejorar este aspecto.

Guter Ausgangspunkt mit Pool und kleiner Küche für Unternehmungen an der Ostküste

Die Lage des Appartements. Innerhalb der Anlage war es schön ruhig und der Pool sowie die Anlage waren immer Sauber. Wir haben ein gemütliches Babybett umsonst erhalten. Der Strand ist innerhalb von 5-10 min Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar . Auch die umliegenden Restaurants sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt, bei dem das wichtigste zu kaufen gibt. Für einen größeren Einkauf, gerade mit Baby, empfiehlt sich allerdings ein Auto, um zu einem großen Supermarkt zu gelangen.

Kleines aber nicht gewichtiges Manko: Wir haben regelmäßig neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche bekommen, was top war. Allerdings wurden die alten nicht mitgenommen. Diese mussten selbst im anliegenden Hotel abgegeben werden.

Достаточно просторные аппартаменты, есть мини-кухня с плитой и холодильником. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Очень зеленая спокойная территория вокруг, близко до пляжа, есть кафе и магазин рядом.

По прибытии - не предоставили информацию заранее, как получить ключ (а для его получения надо было идти к основному зданию отеля - пешком это минут 5, была уже ночь, уставшие, если бы знали заранее, заехали бы по пути, а так пришлось самостоятельно звонить, уточнять информацию). Сам номер не новый, очень старый кондиционер (но работает).

Very quiet area, but still with restaurants and a small supermarket within a few hundred meters. The most amazing beach is located only 500-700 meters from the apartment and we could easily walk down there.

Kitchen is very small if you want to make your own dinner. If you only wish to use the kitchen for breakfast and lunch (which we did), it is absolutely fine.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à la Cala Murada...la piscine agréable par forte chaleur et la plage Domingo's magnifique....

Es un apartamento muy tranquilo para descansar. La piscina estaba muy bien cuidada. El aire acondicionado funcionaba estupendamente. Un apartamento estupendo.

Nos tuvimos que marchar antes por ponerse enfermo mi marido y no tuvieron el detalle de abonarnos nada.

Wir sind ganz spontan gekommen, das Zimmer wurde sofort zur Verfügung gestellt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, die Betten sind ein Traum! Man hat den Pool oft für sich alleine.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Nur dass der Strand nicht so schön ist, aber mit dem Auto zum Playa de Domingos ist man in 5 Minuten.
